Abstract
NetLogo model of settlement system formation and Jupyter notebooks containing model exploration as published in: Sikk, K; Caruso, G. 2022 "A spatial agent-based model to disentangle environmental determinism and agglomeration effects in the emergence of settlement patterns" To run The operation requires NetLogo modelling software and Jupyter Lab installed on your computer. Both files should be unpacked in one directory. Then .ipynb should be opened, configuration changed in the header, required python libraries installed. Following the workflows in Jupyter notebooks and the simulation results can be rerun and reproduced.
