When viewing the current development, tourism is growing in line with rising incomes and quality of life of the global community, which traveled a basic need. Heritage tourism is a favourite one. The phenomenon should be used to increase the number of tourists in the city of Medan, while preserving the history of the city of Medan. Site location which is located at Jalan Sutomo right behind Sambu Market has great potential to be developed into a tourist area history. This area is a witness to the history of the involvement of the city of Medan in the fight for independence and was once the center of Medan. Revitalization of the area needed to maintain the legacy of history. Theme that raised in this project is "Beauty of History" that accentuate the beauty of the history and create a harmonious relationship between history and modern life today through landscape and buildings.
