The purpose of this study is to analyse how English Premier League clubs are sustainable, profitable and correlate the elements that are most contributable to those factors. Research questions that were investigated included analysing revenue streams and looking at the relationship between on-field performance and how this may correlate with commercial revenues furthermore delving into club organisational structures and the implications of not operating successfully in the industry. The researcher conducted semi-structured interviews with industry insiders and experts to comment and offer their opinions on the questions provided in regard to the phenomena in question. After analysing the literature, data and research findings, the researcher ascertained how EPL clubs are sustainable and viable and offered recommendations for the future of EPL clubs.
