    gCube Catalogue (gCat) API is a library containing classes shared across gcat* components. gCube is an open-source software toolkit used for building and operating Hybrid Data Infrastructures enabling the dynamic deployment of Virtual Research Environments, such as the D4Science Infrastructure, by favouring the realisation of reuse-oriented policies. gCube has been used to successfully build and operate infrastructures and virtual research environments for application domains ranging from biodiversity to environmental data management and cultural heritage. gCube offers components supporting typical data management workflows including data access, curation, processing, and visualisation on a large set of data typologies ranging from primary biodiversity data to geospatial and tabular data. D4Science is a Hybrid Data Infrastructure combining over 500 software components and integrating data from more than 50 different data providers into a coherent and managed system of hardware, software, and data resources. The D4Science infrastructure drastically reduces the cost of ownership, maintenance, and operation thanks to the exploitation of gCube.     It-Sr-NER tool is a CLARIN compatible NER web service for parallel texts with case study on Italian and Serbian; it can be used for recognizing and classifying named entities in bilingual natural language texts. Input parallel texts should be TMX (Translation Memory eXchange) files, e.g. Sr-It. It-Sr-NER can recognize six NER classes: demonyms (DEMO), works of art (WORK), person names (PERS), places (LOC), events (EVENT) and organisations (ORG). The service can also be used for monolingual text NER annotation for available spaCy NER models. It-Sr-NER uses a CNN architecture within the spaCy tool and Named Entity linking with Wikidata using spaCyOpenTapioca.     This is an interactive live modelling system which can automatically convert simple tab separated triples or JSON-LD (experimental) into graphical models using the mermaid library. General updates and improvements have been carried out, with the addition of pan and zoom functions for the displayed models, simple tooltips, alternative display labels for links, an alternative format to fix property labels to relationships lines and an update default instructions model. Instructions: Several worked examples, including some simple instructions relating to how this system works are included in the interactive web site: dynamic modelling, with all of the related code presented in GitHub.     The information uploaded here contains the code for the relational database Prosobab. A dump of the collected data has been put in DANS (https://dans.knaw.nl/) Prosobab is an online database of recorded inhabitants of Babylonia between c. 620 and 330 BCE. Its main focus is on individuals who lived in southern Mesopotamia under Persian rule (539-330 BCE), but it also includes the preceding period of the Neo-Babylonian Empire in an attempt to contextualize their lives and those of their family members. In addition to person data, Prosobab collects information on the texts and archives in which the individuals are recorded. The database is developed in the framework of ERC project “Persia and Babylonia” at Leiden University and is intended for everybody with an interest in Babylonian history or the Persian Empire. {"references": ["C. This work, led by the National Gallery, has explored increasing the accessibility and interoperability of existing Heritage Science data sets and making them more FAIR.
