Creative connections between artists rarely become the subject of art criticism research, although the interaction between participants in the artistic process undoubtedly affects the final creative product. In this article, the author describes the key importance of artistic “cooperation” for contemporary art in Yekaterinburg, and also gives a brief overview of the most vibrant and promising artistic communities.

The article is devoted to the problem of comparing the individual creative path of the artist and his activities within the art group. This problem is considered on the example of the work of the contemporary artist N. V. Polissky, who for some time was part of the group “Mitki”, after leaving which he began an individual creative path.

  • The Oka Plateau is situated in the Sayan Mountain System on the West of the Buriatia Republic. In the Late Pleistocene, this territory was influenced by local glaciers which were developed along the rivers’ valleys. . Glaciers played an important role in the strategy of human development of the territory of the Oka Plateau, for long periods of time making inaccessible the numerous valleys of the tributaries of the Oka River, the main water artery of the Oka Plateau. Starting from the end of the Pleistocene and throughout most of the Holocene, volcanic activity intensified in the upper reaches of the Zhobolok (a tributary of the Oka). The poured lava flows advanced into the Oka valley and blocked the river, creating a natural dam. As a result, a vast dammed paleolake was formed above the dam. After the natural situation stabilized, the shores of the paleolake were actively developed during the Holocene optimum. It was the settlement of the people whose material culture finds many analogies among the archaeological materials of the Angara region. In 2021, a series of Neolithic sites were discovered in the area of Zun Nomto-Gol. During the study of these sites, the frequency and sequence of development of the shores of the ancient lake were established. The fact of a gradual decrease in the level of the dammed lake at an early stage of its existence (the Neolithic era according to archaeological periodization) has also been established. Later, the water level in the lake decreased dramatically and many ancient sites turned out to be high above the water, which led to the cessation of the development of previously inhabited areas.

The article shows the expediency of the domestic tourism development while several states have closed for Russian tourists. The authors substantiate the necessity of popularization of destinations that contribute to developing intercultural communication. It is determined that the destinations, the territory or objects with recognized historical and cultural value, contribute to the strengthening of good-neighborly relations between modern carriers of cultural differences, the maintenance of socially just contacts and, in a broad sense, the preservation of civil unity. Intercultural communication is considered as the interaction of representatives of different cultures through cultural heritage objects since the success of cultural borrowing and positive perception of differences depends on the volume and intensity of historical and cultural information consumption by a tourist. It was revealed that historical and cultural tourism requires the curiosity of the tourist, an atmosphere of trust and friendliness, and the cultural intelligence accumulated through communications contributes to the development of tolerance and the acceptance of cultural, socio-ethical, religious and other features of the destination. The article characterize destination of the Bulgarian Museum-Reserve, which allows the tourist both indirectly and directly to participate in intercultural communications. The objects of cultural heritage of the city of Bolgar contribute to the awareness of the tourist of the versatility of the historical path of its development: as a center of trade in Ancient Russia and in the Golden Horde period, and as a territory for the adoption of Islam. The authors note the result of the transformation of the Bulgarian Museum-Reserve into a historical and cultural tourist center, e protected by UNESCO as evidence of the interpenetration of heterogeneous cultures preserved to our time. • The article reviews the debatable issues of studying the ethnogenesis of the peoples of the Western Volga region in the Middle Ages according to archaeological sources. The aim of the article is to consider the main tendencies in the study of the origin of the Volga peoples. It is noted, that during the Soviet period the given processes were studied basically from the positions of autochthonism, the researchers recognized only those migrations, which were reflected in the written sources. The problem of participation of the Volga Bulgars in the formation of the medieval Chuvash was most debatable. Researchers also downplayed the importance of Turkic migrations in the Golden Horde period. These tendencies were overcome only in the post-Soviet period, when researchers were freed from the ideological pressure.
