    This study aimed to present the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Social Network Analysis (SNA) methodologies, as reliable and dynamic means to map knowledge, in order to answer how to identify, prioritize and map a truly critical knowledge for an organization in an agile and reliable manner? seeking to understand this process within the Digital Humanities phenomenon. Thus, this study is characterized as an exploratory research, since it knows, analyzes, and uses the premises of the AHP and ARS methods and, in this sense, recognizing its investigative procedures, as a documental research. This study concludes that, by means of Critical Knowledge Mapping using computational resources, it is possible to identify and locate relevant knowledge, grouping it by area, generating complete maps of the entire organization, thus making knowledge management an efficient and collaborative process for conducting business strategy.

    Objetiva verificar el potencial de aplicar técnicas de Procesamiento del Lenguaje Natural (PNL) y Aprendizaje Automático (ML) en la categorización temática de artículos científicos sobre el tema “patrimonio cultural” a partir de dos situaciones en las que se establecen categorías a priori y posteriormente. Se desarrolla una investigación aplicada, con resultados cuantitativos y cualitativos, donde el primer corpus consiste en artículos científicos en portugués, sobre una base temática de Ciencias de la Información, seleccionados y categorizados manualmente; y el segundo corpus, compuesto por artículos científicos en inglés recuperados de la Web of Science, categorizados automáticamente por estrategias de búsqueda y aplicación de booleanos. Ambos fueron sometidos a dos procedimientos de prueba de categorización (algoritmo supervisado y no supervisado). Los resultados muestran que en ambos enfoques la participación del investigador es fundamental para definir la representatividad de la muestra elegida, y que esta tiene un impacto directo en la precisión y exactitud de los algoritmos aplicados. Se destaca la importancia del detalle y rigor en el preprocesamiento de los datos y el tamaño de la muestra, sin embargo, se destaca que, en el caso de este estudio, solo un mayor volumen de datos no garantizaba que los resultados fueran representativos desde el punto de vista de vista del dominio estudiado, lo que advierte que siempre hay discusiones y análisis multidisciplinarios que permiten verificar y reajustar los parámetros de la muestra. Objetiva verificar o potencial de aplicação de técnicas de Processamento de Linguagem Natural (PLN) e de Machine Learning (ML) na categorização temática de artigos científicos sobre a temática “patrimônio cultural” a partir de duas situações em que categorias são estabelecidas a priori e a posteriori. Desenvolve-se uma pesquisa aplicada, com resultados quantitativos e qualitativos. O primeiro corpus é constituído de artigos científicos em português, em base temática da Ciência da Informação, selecionados e categorizados manualmente; e o segundo corpus, composto por artigos científicos em inglês recuperados na Web of Science, categorizados de forma automática por estratégias de busca e aplicação de booleanos. Ambos foram submetidos à dois procedimentos de teste de categorização (algoritmo supervisionado e não supervisionado). Os resultados demonstram que em ambas a participação do pesquisador é essencial na definição da representatividade da amostra escolhida, e que esta tem impacto direto na precisão e acurácia dos algoritmos aplicados. Destaca-se a importância do detalhamento e rigor no pré-processamento dos dados e do tamanho da amostra, contudo, ressalta-se que, no caso deste estudo, somente um volume maior de dados não garantiu que os resultados fossem representativos do ponto de vista do domínio estudado, o que alerta para que haja sempre discussões e análises multidisciplinares que permitam verificar e readequar os parâmetros da amostra. Aims to verify the potential of applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques in the thematic categorization of scientific articles on the theme “cultural heritage” from two situations in which categories are established a priori and later. Applied research is developed, with quantitative and qualitative results, where the first corpus consisting of scientific articles in Portuguese, on a thematic basis of Information Science, manually selected and categorized; and the second corpus, composed of scientific articles in English retrieved from the Web of Science, automatically categorized by search strategies and application of Booleans. Both were submitted to two categorization test procedures (supervised and unsupervised algorithm). The results show that in both, the participation of the researcher is essential in defining the representativeness of the chosen sample, and this has an impact on the precision and accuracy of the applied algorithms. The importance of detailing and rigor in the pre-processing of data and sample size is highlighted, however, it is emphasized that, in the case of this study, only a larger volume of data did not guarantee that the results were representative from the point of view of the domain studied, which warns that there are always multidisciplinary discussions and analyzes that allow verifying and readjusting the sample parameters.

    This monograph entitled "Neuroscience, neuroeducation, neurodidactics and technology" is inserted not only in the current scientific situation, but also responds to the need to establish the research bases that allow the advancement of education with a neuro and technological base. Charles Scott Sherrington is considered the pioneer of Neuroscience (MORA, 2002). Neurosciences constitute a set of knowledge that focuses on studying the structure and functioning of the nervous system, as well as the interaction of the elements of the brain that give rise to the behavior of human beings (BLAKEMORE & FRITH, 2007; MANES & NIRO, 2014), in order to understand how thought, consciousness, social interaction, creativity, perception, free will, emotion, among other facts, originate, which leads to the multidisciplinary nature of this new science. It must bring together neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, philosophers, linguists, biologists, engineers, physicists and mathematicians (MANES & NIRO, 2014), as well as physicians, sociologists, theologians and a long list of others, since understanding brain functioning is everyone's responsibility (CUMPA, 2019). The application of neuroscience in the educational field is called neuroeducation. This discipline that aims to develop new teaching and learning methods by combining pedagogy, neurobiology and cognitive sciences (MANES & NIRO, 2014). Neuroeducation is a branch of education, which links knowledge based on neuroimaging with the way the brain interacts with its environment. Specifically, it focuses on the learning/teaching process. A new look at the school process that links Neuroscience and Education (BÉJAR, 2014). The practical application of neuroeducation is neurodidactics, proposed by Gerhard Preiss, in 1988 at the University of Freiburg. It is the application of knowledge about the functioning of the brain and the intervention of neurobiological processes in learning, in order to make it optimal and efficient (FLORES & GIGIOIZ, 2009). The need to provide this scientific space is given by the emergence of Neuroscience in all sectors of knowledge, and lately with great impact in the educational context, where Neuroeducation and especially Neurodidactics have become emerging disciplines, necessary and inevitable in the work of teachers. This monograph, wants to provide the current state of neuroeducation and technology, for which, we begin with the innovative studies of neuroimaging in neuropedagogy and neuromethodology, we continue relating neuroeducation and technology in vulnerable groups, as well as the relationship with the teaching-learning process. On the other hand, it includes a study on neuromarketing and technologies, neurodidactic factors in the prediction of university dropout, teacher professionalization, cognitive neuroscience, IOT and neurodiversity, the influence of ICT and social networks in social exclusion and the monograph ends with the concept map cmaptools as a neurodidactic tool. We hope that the reader will enjoy this monograph and that it will mark the beginning of future research in neuroscience, neuroeducation, neurodidactics and technology.

    En esta contribución se examina, aplicando un instrumental histórico jurídico específico, la presencia alcanzada por la cultura jurídica argentina durante el período 1935-1940 en la actividad de la Gaceta Judicial, medio de difusión del superior tribunal colombiano. Se arriba a la conclusión de que durante esta época, y en función de múltiples intereses de los juristas locales, se incrementó considerablemente la presencia de contenidos jurídicos relacionados con lo argentino. This contribution examines, applying a specific historical legal methodology, the presence reached by the Argentine legal culture during the period 1935-1940 in the activity of the Gaceta Judicial, a medium for the Colombian superior court. The investigation concludes that during this time, and based on several interests of local jurists, the presence of legal content related to Argentina increased considerably.

    A evolução e o uso corrente do conceito de cultura será brevemente discutido. São apresentados dois pontos de vista divergentes sobre a relação inicial entre a psicanálise e a cultura, bem como a ilustração da influência da primeira na segunda, tanto emdécadas passadas como no presente. Alguns aspectos gerais da cultura ocidental dos dias atuais são apresentados, incluindo: a avalanche de informação, a cultura do narcisismo, as tentações da acomodação, a ideologia da mídia visual e a cultura “light” e cinco proposições que tentam caracterizar a “sensibilidade pós-moderna”. Por fim, quatro desafios enfrentados atualmente pela psicanálise são discutidos: a natureza variável de contracorrentes filosóficas e culturais, enquanto influência na psicanálise como uma disciplina; o empirismo em contraposição à abordagem hermenêutica; os ataques à psicanálise como sendo uma disciplina e uma profissão elitista; o enfraquecimento de preocupações subjetivistas e existenciais e um maiorinteresse em uma relação mais coletivista e pragmática com a realidade. O autor oferece sugestões para lidar com cada um destes desafios. The evolution and current usage of the concept of culture is briefly discussed. Two divergent views on the initial relationship between psychoanalysis and culture are presented and the influence of the former on the latter illustrated, both in the previous decades and at present. Some general aspects of present-day western culture are then outlined, among them the great flood of information, the culture of narcissism, the temptations of conventionality, the ideology of visual and media and the “light culture”, and five propositions that attempt to characterize ‘post-modern sensibility’. Finally, four challenges faced today by psychoanalysis are discussed: the changing nature of philosophical and cultural cross-currents as it influences psychoanalysis as a discipline; the empiricist versus the hermeneutic approach; attacks on psychoanalysis as an elitist discipline and profession; and the movement away from the subjectivistand existential concerns and the focus on a more collectivist and pragmatic relationship to reality. The author suggests possible ways to face each of these challenges.

    The 1880s became known for the demands and participation of the population who took over the streets of Rio de Janeiro, and for the emergence of an associative and demanding culture among different categories of urban workers. Recent research has contributed to illuminating opaque areas of this process, but one subject still remains little investigated: work conflicts in theatrical environments. It is around this theme that the present article develops and for its elaboration the series of serials Scenas Comicas by the actor and playwright Francisco Correa published in the Gazeta da Tarde between 1883 and 1884 was chosen as the main source. Na segunda metade do século XIX, o teatro ocidental passou por mudanças significativas, fruto da maneira como ele passou a ser produzido, organizado e disseminado por meio de turnês e redes teatrais internacionais, e se transformou numa força cultural global capaz de acelerar mudanças de costumes, hábitos, comportamentos e códigos sociais. Conectado a tal fenômeno, o teatro brasileiro sentiu os efeitos dessas mudanças, dentre eles nas relações estabelecidas entre diferentes tipos de trabalhadores ligados à cena, tais como atores e empresários, um tema ainda pouco investigado pela historiografia do teatro brasileiro. É em torno deste tema que o presente artigo se desenvolve e para sua elaboração foi escolhida como fonte principal a série de folhetins Scenas Comicas, publicada na Gazeta da Tarde, entre 1883 e 1884, e como fontes adicionais artigos de periódicos, livros de memórias e recordações, biografias, dicionários, relatórios ministeriais e legislações governamentais.

    The African literature of Portuguese language corresponds to a relatively recent production, if we take into account the post-independence history of these countries. However, they consist of a vast and rich production from the cultural, identity, aesthetic point of view and the way in which orality is imbricated in the writing. It is in this context that the work of the Angolan Ondjaki is situated, which explores, among so many themes and perspectives, the issue of childhood, the starting point of one of his best-known works, Os da Minha Rua (2007), composed of twenty-two narratives. Among them is the text “No galinheiro, no devagar do tempo”, object of study of this article, which aims to analyze how childhood is presented in this story. For this, we developed a bibliographical research, based, in particular, on the ideas of Bakhtin (2002), Jacoby (2010), Chombart de Lauwe (1991), Lajolo (1997), among others Keywords: Ondjaki; African Literature; Childhood.

    O presente artigo analisa o conto Muribeca, de Marcelino Freire, e o conto Tio, mi dá só cem, escrito por João Melo. É necessário assinalar que nossa postura acolheu as conjunções motivadas pelos trânsitos existentes entre os países de Língua Portuguesa. Desse modo, a leitura dos textos revela a preponderância do espaço urbano, captado pela ficção como consequência do problemático processo de urbanização de países periféricos situados no contexto de capitalismo avançado. Com isso, a literatura confirma sua vocação em se constituir como um espaço privilegiado que possibilita estabelecer profundas reflexões sobre as desigualdades sociais que emergem como traço constitutivo de países com um passado colonial.

    This study aimed to present the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Social Network Analysis (SNA) methodologies, as reliable and dynamic means to map knowledge, in order to answer how to identify, prioritize and map a truly critical knowledge for an organization in an agile and reliable manner? seeking to understand this process within the Digital Humanities phenomenon. Thus, this study is characterized as an exploratory research, since it knows, analyzes, and uses the premises of the AHP and ARS methods and, in this sense, recognizing its investigative procedures, as a documental research. This study concludes that, by means of Critical Knowledge Mapping using computational resources, it is possible to identify and locate relevant knowledge, grouping it by area, generating complete maps of the entire organization, thus making knowledge management an efficient and collaborative process for conducting business strategy.

    Objetiva verificar el potencial de aplicar técnicas de Procesamiento del Lenguaje Natural (PNL) y Aprendizaje Automático (ML) en la categorización temática de artículos científicos sobre el tema “patrimonio cultural” a partir de dos situaciones en las que se establecen categorías a priori y posteriormente. Se desarrolla una investigación aplicada, con resultados cuantitativos y cualitativos, donde el primer corpus consiste en artículos científicos en portugués, sobre una base temática de Ciencias de la Información, seleccionados y categorizados manualmente; y el segundo corpus, compuesto por artículos científicos en inglés recuperados de la Web of Science, categorizados automáticamente por estrategias de búsqueda y aplicación de booleanos. Ambos fueron sometidos a dos procedimientos de prueba de categorización (algoritmo supervisado y no supervisado). Los resultados muestran que en ambos enfoques la participación del investigador es fundamental para definir la representatividad de la muestra elegida, y que esta tiene un impacto directo en la precisión y exactitud de los algoritmos aplicados. Se destaca la importancia del detalle y rigor en el preprocesamiento de los datos y el tamaño de la muestra, sin embargo, se destaca que, en el caso de este estudio, solo un mayor volumen de datos no garantizaba que los resultados fueran representativos desde el punto de vista de vista del dominio estudiado, lo que advierte que siempre hay discusiones y análisis multidisciplinarios que permiten verificar y reajustar los parámetros de la muestra. Objetiva verificar o potencial de aplicação de técnicas de Processamento de Linguagem Natural (PLN) e de Machine Learning (ML) na categorização temática de artigos científicos sobre a temática “patrimônio cultural” a partir de duas situações em que categorias são estabelecidas a priori e a posteriori. Desenvolve-se uma pesquisa aplicada, com resultados quantitativos e qualitativos. O primeiro corpus é constituído de artigos científicos em português, em base temática da Ciência da Informação, selecionados e categorizados manualmente; e o segundo corpus, composto por artigos científicos em inglês recuperados na Web of Science, categorizados de forma automática por estratégias de busca e aplicação de booleanos. Ambos foram submetidos à dois procedimentos de teste de categorização (algoritmo supervisionado e não supervisionado). Os resultados demonstram que em ambas a participação do pesquisador é essencial na definição da representatividade da amostra escolhida, e que esta tem impacto direto na precisão e acurácia dos algoritmos aplicados. Destaca-se a importância do detalhamento e rigor no pré-processamento dos dados e do tamanho da amostra, contudo, ressalta-se que, no caso deste estudo, somente um volume maior de dados não garantiu que os resultados fossem representativos do ponto de vista do domínio estudado, o que alerta para que haja sempre discussões e análises multidisciplinares que permitam verificar e readequar os parâmetros da amostra. Aims to verify the potential of applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques in the thematic categorization of scientific articles on the theme “cultural heritage” from two situations in which categories are established a priori and later. Applied research is developed, with quantitative and qualitative results, where the first corpus consisting of scientific articles in Portuguese, on a thematic basis of Information Science, manually selected and categorized; and the second corpus, composed of scientific articles in English retrieved from the Web of Science, automatically categorized by search strategies and application of Booleans. Both were submitted to two categorization test procedures (supervised and unsupervised algorithm). The results show that in both, the participation of the researcher is essential in defining the representativeness of the chosen sample, and this has an impact on the precision and accuracy of the applied algorithms. The importance of detailing and rigor in the pre-processing of data and sample size is highlighted, however, it is emphasized that, in the case of this study, only a larger volume of data did not guarantee that the results were representative from the point of view of the domain studied, which warns that there are always multidisciplinary discussions and analyzes that allow verifying and readjusting the sample parameters.

    This monograph entitled "Neuroscience, neuroeducation, neurodidactics and technology" is inserted not only in the current scientific situation, but also responds to the need to establish the research bases that allow the advancement of education with a neuro and technological base. Charles Scott Sherrington is considered the pioneer of Neuroscience (MORA, 2002). Neurosciences constitute a set of knowledge that focuses on studying the structure and functioning of the nervous system, as well as the interaction of the elements of the brain that give rise to the behavior of human beings (BLAKEMORE & FRITH, 2007; MANES & NIRO, 2014), in order to understand how thought, consciousness, social interaction, creativity, perception, free will, emotion, among other facts, originate, which leads to the multidisciplinary nature of this new science. It must bring together neurologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, philosophers, linguists, biologists, engineers, physicists and mathematicians (MANES & NIRO, 2014), as well as physicians, sociologists, theologians and a long list of others, since understanding brain functioning is everyone's responsibility (CUMPA, 2019). The application of neuroscience in the educational field is called neuroeducation. This discipline that aims to develop new teaching and learning methods by combining pedagogy, neurobiology and cognitive sciences (MANES & NIRO, 2014). Neuroeducation is a branch of education, which links knowledge based on neuroimaging with the way the brain interacts with its environment. Specifically, it focuses on the learning/teaching process. A new look at the school process that links Neuroscience and Education (BÉJAR, 2014). The practical application of neuroeducation is neurodidactics, proposed by Gerhard Preiss, in 1988 at the University of Freiburg. It is the application of knowledge about the functioning of the brain and the intervention of neurobiological processes in learning, in order to make it optimal and efficient (FLORES & GIGIOIZ, 2009). The need to provide this scientific space is given by the emergence of Neuroscience in all sectors of knowledge, and lately with great impact in the educational context, where Neuroeducation and especially Neurodidactics have become emerging disciplines, necessary and inevitable in the work of teachers. This monograph, wants to provide the current state of neuroeducation and technology, for which, we begin with the innovative studies of neuroimaging in neuropedagogy and neuromethodology, we continue relating neuroeducation and technology in vulnerable groups, as well as the relationship with the teaching-learning process. On the other hand, it includes a study on neuromarketing and technologies, neurodidactic factors in the prediction of university dropout, teacher professionalization, cognitive neuroscience, IOT and neurodiversity, the influence of ICT and social networks in social exclusion and the monograph ends with the concept map cmaptools as a neurodidactic tool. We hope that the reader will enjoy this monograph and that it will mark the beginning of future research in neuroscience, neuroeducation, neurodidactics and technology.

    En esta contribución se examina, aplicando un instrumental histórico jurídico específico, la presencia alcanzada por la cultura jurídica argentina durante el período 1935-1940 en la actividad de la Gaceta Judicial, medio de difusión del superior tribunal colombiano. Se arriba a la conclusión de que durante esta época, y en función de múltiples intereses de los juristas locales, se incrementó considerablemente la presencia de contenidos jurídicos relacionados con lo argentino. This contribution examines, applying a specific historical legal methodology, the presence reached by the Argentine legal culture during the period 1935-1940 in the activity of the Gaceta Judicial, a medium for the Colombian superior court. The investigation concludes that during this time, and based on several interests of local jurists, the presence of legal content related to Argentina increased considerably.

    A evolução e o uso corrente do conceito de cultura será brevemente discutido. São apresentados dois pontos de vista divergentes sobre a relação inicial entre a psicanálise e a cultura, bem como a ilustração da influência da primeira na segunda, tanto emdécadas passadas como no presente. Alguns aspectos gerais da cultura ocidental dos dias atuais são apresentados, incluindo: a avalanche de informação, a cultura do narcisismo, as tentações da acomodação, a ideologia da mídia visual e a cultura “light” e cinco proposições que tentam caracterizar a “sensibilidade pós-moderna”. Por fim, quatro desafios enfrentados atualmente pela psicanálise são discutidos: a natureza variável de contracorrentes filosóficas e culturais, enquanto influência na psicanálise como uma disciplina; o empirismo em contraposição à abordagem hermenêutica; os ataques à psicanálise como sendo uma disciplina e uma profissão elitista; o enfraquecimento de preocupações subjetivistas e existenciais e um maiorinteresse em uma relação mais coletivista e pragmática com a realidade. O autor oferece sugestões para lidar com cada um destes desafios. The evolution and current usage of the concept of culture is briefly discussed. Two divergent views on the initial relationship between psychoanalysis and culture are presented and the influence of the former on the latter illustrated, both in the previous decades and at present. Some general aspects of present-day western culture are then outlined, among them the great flood of information, the culture of narcissism, the temptations of conventionality, the ideology of visual and media and the “light culture”, and five propositions that attempt to characterize ‘post-modern sensibility’. Finally, four challenges faced today by psychoanalysis are discussed: the changing nature of philosophical and cultural cross-currents as it influences psychoanalysis as a discipline; the empiricist versus the hermeneutic approach; attacks on psychoanalysis as an elitist discipline and profession; and the movement away from the subjectivistand existential concerns and the focus on a more collectivist and pragmatic relationship to reality. The author suggests possible ways to face each of these challenges.

    The 1880s became known for the demands and participation of the population who took over the streets of Rio de Janeiro, and for the emergence of an associative and demanding culture among different categories of urban workers. Recent research has contributed to illuminating opaque areas of this process, but one subject still remains little investigated: work conflicts in theatrical environments. It is around this theme that the present article develops and for its elaboration the series of serials Scenas Comicas by the actor and playwright Francisco Correa published in the Gazeta da Tarde between 1883 and 1884 was chosen as the main source. Na segunda metade do século XIX, o teatro ocidental passou por mudanças significativas, fruto da maneira como ele passou a ser produzido, organizado e disseminado por meio de turnês e redes teatrais internacionais, e se transformou numa força cultural global capaz de acelerar mudanças de costumes, hábitos, comportamentos e códigos sociais. Conectado a tal fenômeno, o teatro brasileiro sentiu os efeitos dessas mudanças, dentre eles nas relações estabelecidas entre diferentes tipos de trabalhadores ligados à cena, tais como atores e empresários, um tema ainda pouco investigado pela historiografia do teatro brasileiro. É em torno deste tema que o presente artigo se desenvolve e para sua elaboração foi escolhida como fonte principal a série de folhetins Scenas Comicas, publicada na Gazeta da Tarde, entre 1883 e 1884, e como fontes adicionais artigos de periódicos, livros de memórias e recordações, biografias, dicionários, relatórios ministeriais e legislações governamentais.

    The African literature of Portuguese language corresponds to a relatively recent production, if we take into account the post-independence history of these countries. However, they consist of a vast and rich production from the cultural, identity, aesthetic point of view and the way in which orality is imbricated in the writing. It is in this context that the work of the Angolan Ondjaki is situated, which explores, among so many themes and perspectives, the issue of childhood, the starting point of one of his best-known works, Os da Minha Rua (2007), composed of twenty-two narratives. Among them is the text “No galinheiro, no devagar do tempo”, object of study of this article, which aims to analyze how childhood is presented in this story. For this, we developed a bibliographical research, based, in particular, on the ideas of Bakhtin (2002), Jacoby (2010), Chombart de Lauwe (1991), Lajolo (1997), among others Keywords: Ondjaki; African Literature; Childhood.

    O presente artigo analisa o conto Muribeca, de Marcelino Freire, e o conto Tio, mi dá só cem, escrito por João Melo. É necessário assinalar que nossa postura acolheu as conjunções motivadas pelos trânsitos existentes entre os países de Língua Portuguesa. Desse modo, a leitura dos textos revela a preponderância do espaço urbano, captado pela ficção como consequência do problemático processo de urbanização de países periféricos situados no contexto de capitalismo avançado. Com isso, a literatura confirma sua vocação em se constituir como um espaço privilegiado que possibilita estabelecer profundas reflexões sobre as desigualdades sociais que emergem como traço constitutivo de países com um passado colonial.
