    Bu çalışmada, inceleme alanının stratigrafisi ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma alanında temeli, Paleozoyik- Mesozoyik yaşlı Kırşehir Masifi’ne ait metamorfitler ile bunları kesen Geç Kretase yaşlı magmatikler oluşturur. Paleosen-Eosen yaşlı Ayhan grubu, masifin örtü kayaçlarının ilk topluluğudur. Ayhan grubu alttan üste doğru, 1- Paleosen yaşlı alüvyal yelpaze ve akarsu çökellerinden oluşmuş Saytepe formasyonu, 2-Sığ denizel (gölsel?) ortamı belirten, Üst Paleosen-Alt Eosen yaşlı Esefin formasyonu, 3-Sığ denizel-lagüner özellikli, Alt-Orta Eosen yaşlı Kubaca formasyonu, 4-Karasal-sığ denizel kırıntılı kayaçlardan oluşmuş Alt-Orta Eosen yaşlı İlicek formasyonu, 5- Açık denizel ortamı yansıtan, Alt-Orta Eosen yaşlı Alıçlı formasyonu, 6-Fliş karakterli kırıntılı kayaçlardan yapılı Orta Eosen yaşlı Lalelik formasyonu ve en üstte 7-Sığ denizel resifal ortam koşullarını yansıtan Lütesiyen yaşlı Altıpınar formasyonundan oluşmuştur. Bu grup, akarsu-göl ve bataklık ortamlarını yansıtan Oligosen?-Orta Miyosen yaşlı Kızılöz formasyonu tarafından açılı uyumsuz olarak örtülmektedir. Bu birimler, açılı uyumsuz olarak Yaylacık grubuna ait Geç Miyosen yaşlı gölsel, karasal ve volkanoklastikler tarafından örtülmektedir. Üst Miyosen- Pleyistosen yaşlı Avanos grubuna ait birimler, bütün birimleri uyumsuz olarak örtmektedir. Alanın en genç birimlerini ise Kuvaterner yaşlı yamaç molozu, alüvyon ve travertenler oluşturur. In this study, the stratigraphy of the study area was tried to be revealed. In the study area, metamorphics belonging to the Palaeozoic-Mesozoic aged Kırşehir Massif and Late Cretaceous aged igneous rocks cutting them form the basement. The Palaeocene-Eocene aged Ayhan Group is the first assemblage of the cover rocks of the massif. From bottom to top, the Ayhan Group is composed of 1) the Palaeocene-aged Saytepe Formation composed of alluvial fan and river deposits, 2) the shallow marine (lacustrine? ) environment, Upper Palaeocene-Lower Eocene aged Esefin formation, 3-Shallow marine-lagoon, Lower-Middle Eocene aged Kubaca formation, 4-Lower-Middle Eocene aged Ilicek formation composed of terrestrial-shallow marine clastic rocks, 5-Open marine environment, Lower-Middle Eocene aged Alıçlı formation, 6-Middle Eocene aged Lalelik formation made of clastic rocks and 7-Lutesian aged Altıpınar formation reflecting the shallow marine reefal environment at the top. This group is unconformably overlain by the Oligocene?-Middle Miocene aged Kiziloz formation reflecting the river-lake and swamp environments. These units are unconformably overlain by Late Miocene-aged lacustrine, terrestrial, and volcanoclastics belonging to the Yaylacik Group. Upper Miocene-Pleistocene-aged Avanos Group units cover all units unconformably. The youngest units of the area are Quaternary-aged slope rubble, alluvium, and travertines.

    Robo-advisors are a digital tool that has become popular in the financial services industry in recent years. These tools are used to manage investment portfolios and provide financial planning services. Robo-advisors have an important place in the relationship between businesses and financial services. Since the last few decades, the financial services industry has witnessed numerous innovative practices leading to the transformation of the sector amidst the rapid growth of disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence, block chain and cloud technology, augmented reality, and virtual reality. The robotic automation process has further enhanced the ease and speed with which the consumers are being catered. Robo-advisory technology is designed to provide automated investment software for retail investors who lack the capital or expertise to hire a personal financial advisor. Robo-advisors usually evaluate new clients' risk tolerance and construct globally diversified portfolios using the principles of Modern Portfolio Theory. This study utilizes past data, behavioral studies, theories, and current market trends to develop recommendations for the robo-advisory industry in the US and globally. The first recommendation proposes utilizing fullscale optimization during the portfolio construction phase. The second recommendation focuses on incorporating digital twin capabilities into the software to benefit both robo-advisors and their clients. Lastly, the report forecasts the growth of Financial Technology companies improving Natural Language Processing via AI chatbots and how robo-advisors could leverage this trend.

    Historical science; It is a branch of science that objectively describes the activities of people who lived in the past and their relationships with each other, by showing the place and time, basing it on information, documents, findings and evidence, taking into account the cause-effect relationship. One of the most important elements shaping the science of history is the discovery of writing. With the discovery of writing, the boundaries of the field of history were determined. It is very difficult to examine this adventure as a whole, which starts from the moment people first breathe. Thus, history was divided into sections within itself and it was called the division of ages. The most important reason for dividing the ages; to guide and facilitate the work of researchers doing research in the field of history. It is possible to examine the division of ages in two parts. These; It is divided into prehistoric ages and historical ages. Prehistoric times are the name given to the time period that took place before the discovery of writing. The prehistoric ages were named after the tools and materials used in that period and the important metals that left their mark on the period. For example; Such as Bronze Age, Copper Age, Mining Age, Iron Age… Historical Ages are the name given to the time period that took place with the discovery of writing. historical ages; It is divided into the First Age, the Middle Ages, and the New-Near Age. Important events that took place during these periods opened one era and closed another. The Islamic world in the Middle Ages; He was the architect of firsts in many fields such as science, art, literature, algebra, astronomy, physics, chemistry and biology. For example; Muhammed b. The discovery of algebra and zero by Mûsâ Hârizmî (780-850), Câbir b. Hayyân's (721-815) establishment of the first modern chemistry laboratory is an example of innovative progress for the Middle Ages. Thanks to such developments, the Islamic world lived its "golden ages" in the Middle Ages; however, Europe and the Western world lived their "dark ages" in the Middle Ages. The reasons for this are: the dominant and oppressive attitude of the church, epidemics, earthquakes, and floods. For these reasons, Europe could not develop in fields such as science, art, literature and culture during the period. XV. In the 19th century, with the Renaissance Period, European states began to develop themselves in many areas where they fell behind; however, the Transoxiana Region, which is located in the Islamic world, which is the architect of many firsts, has entered a period of decline. The biggest factor in its regression was the struggle of those who adopted the wrong perception of religion and those who attach importance to scientific facts. As a result of this struggle, people who misinterpreted the concept of religion dominated the Transoxiana region. Therefore, scientific and scientific activities were interrupted. Our aim to carry out the thesis work is to awaken a national consciousness in the Turkish nation. The activities of scientists trained in the Turkish-Islamic synthesis have been important developments for the history of humanity. These developments have created the mechanical infrastructure of many tools we use today. Tarih bilimi; geçmişte yaşamış insanların yapmış olduğu faaliyetleri ve birbiriyle olan ilişkilerini, yer ve zaman göstererek bilgi, belge, bulgu ve kanıtlara dayandırarak neden-sonuç ilişkisi gözeterek, objektif bir şekilde anlatan bir bilim dalıdır. Tarih bilimini şekillendiren en önemli unsurlardan birisi yazının keşfidir. Yazının keşfiyle birlikte tarih alanının sınırları belirlenmiştir. İnsanların ilk nefes bulduğu andan itibaren başlayan bu serüveni bir bütün olarak incelemek oldukça güçtür. Böylece tarih kendi içerisinde bölümlere ayrılmış ve bunun adına çağlar taksimi denilmiştir. Çağları taksim etmenin en önemli sebebi; tarih alanında araştırma yapan araştırmacılara yol göstermek ve işlerini kolaylaştırmaktır. Çağ taksimini iki bölümde incelemek mümkündür. Bunlar; tarih öncesi çağlar ve tarihi çağlar olarak ayrılmaktadır. Tarih öncesi çağlar, yazının keşfinden önce gerçekleşen zaman dilimine verilen isimdir. Tarih öncesi çağlar, o dönem içerisinde kullanılan araç- gereç ve döneme damgasını vuran önemli madenlerden isimlerini almıştır. Örneğin; Tunç Çağı, Bakır Çağı, Maden Çağı, Demir Çağı gibi… Tarihi Çağlar ise, yazının keşfiyle birlikte gerçekleşen zaman dilimine verilen isimdir. Tarihi çağlar; İlk Çağ, Orta Çağ, Yeni- Yakın Çağ olarak ayrılmaktadır. Bu dönemlerde gerçekleşen önemli olaylar bir çağı açıp diğerini kapatmıştır. Orta Çağ Döneminde İslâm dünyası; bilim, sanat, edebiyat, cebir, astronomi, fizik, kimya, biyoloji gibi birçok alanda ilklerin mimarı olmuştur. Örneğin; Muhammed b. Mûsâ Hârizmî'nin (780-850), cebir ve sıfırı keşfi, Câbir b. Hayyân'ın (721-815), modern anlamda ilk kimya laboratuvarı kurması Orta Çağ Dönemi için yenilikçi ilerlemelere örneklerdir. Bu gibi gelişmeler sayesinde İslâm dünyası, Orta Çağ döneminde "altın çağlarını" yaşamıştır; ancak Avrupa ve Batı dünyası, Orta Çağ Döneminde "karanlık çağlarını" yaşamıştır. Bunun sebepleri şunlardır; kilisenin dominant ve baskıcı tutumu, salgın hastalıklar, depremler, seller gibi etmenlerdir. Bu sebeplerden dolayı Avrupa dönem içerisinde bilim, sanat, edebiyat, kültür gibi alanlarda gelişme sağlayamamıştır. XV. yüzyılda Rönesans Dönemi ile Avrupa devletleri geri kaldığı birçok alanda kendini geliştirmeye başlamıştır; ancak birçok ilkin mimarı olan İslâm dünyası içerisinde yer alan Mâverâhünnehir Bölgesi gerileme dönemine girmiştir. Gerilemeye girmesinde en büyük etmen ise yanlış din algısını benimsemiş kesimlerle, bilimsel olgulara önem veren kişilerin mücadele etmesi olmuştur. Bu mücadele sonucunda din kavramını yanlış yorumlayan kişiler, Mâverâhünnehir Bölgesi'nde baskın gelmiştir. Dolayısıyla bilimsel ve ilmi faaliyetler sekteye uğramıştır. Tez çalışmasını gerçekleştirme amacımız Türk milletinde milli bir bilinç uyandırmaktır. Türk-İslâm senteziyle yetişmiş bilim insanlarının yapmış oldukları faaliyetler insanlık tarihi için önemli gelişmeler olmuştur. Bu gelişmeler şuan bile günümüzde kullandığımız birçok aletin mekanik alt yapısını meydana getirmiştir.

    The aim of this study is to reveal that historical novels that represent the unity of history, society and literature are not only literary texts, but also can play an active role on adoption of some human values related to the individual and society. As a matter of fact, it can be seen that historical novels, one of the most concrete forms of fiction-real unity, are not independent of external reality. In this context, throughout the study, first of all, it will be briefly clarified the concept of socio-cultural memory and the relationship between this concept and the science of history. And then it will be talked about the factors that reveal historical novels and the effects of these factors on socio-cultural memory formation. Finally, it will be mentioned that the functional features of historical novels, which will be especially discussed under two main headings (reanimation and entertaining), can contribute at a certain level to the continuity of the concept of socio-cultural memory and to the creation of the consciousness of history-identity-belonging. On the other hand, it will be shown that the narrative elements (person, time, space, plot), forming the basis of fictional texts, play an active role in the realization of all these activities. Among the functional features of historical novels, it will be especially stated that the "reanimation" function contributes directly to the aforementioned purposes and the other functional feature “entertaining” has a meaning only within the scope of "reanimation" function. Besides, it will be emphasized that the data related to historical reality in such novels where historical facts become the material of fiction, should be handled more carefully and within a sense of responsibility by novelist. Bu çalışmanın amacı; tarih, toplum, edebiyat birlikteliğini temsil eden tarihî romanların yalnızca edebî nitelik taşıyan metinler olmadıklarını, aynı zamanda bazı insanî değerlerin bireye ve topluma kazandırılmasında etkin rol oynayabileceklerini ortaya koymaktır. Nitekim kurgu-gerçek birlikteliğinin en somut biçimlerinden birini simgeleyen tarihî romanların, dış gerçeklikten bağımsız olmadıkları gözlenebilmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışma boyunca öncelikle toplumsal-kültürel bellek kavramıyla ifade edilmek istenenin ne olduğu konusuna ve bu kavramla tarih bilimi arasındaki ilişkiye kısaca açıklık getirilecektir. Ardından tarihî romanları ortaya çıkaran etkenlere ve bu etkenlerin toplumsal-kültürel bellek oluşumu üzerindeki etkilerine değinilecektir. Son olarak tarihî romanların özellikle “yeniden canlandırma” ve “eğlendirme” olmak üzere iki ana başlıkta ele alınacak işlevsel özelliklerinin, toplumsal-kültürel bellek kavramının devamlılığının sağlanmasına ve tarih-kimlik-aidiyet bilincinin inşa edilmesine belli düzeyde katkı sunabileceğinden bahsedilecektir. Öte yandan konuyla bağlantılı olarak, kurmaca metinlerin temelini oluşturan anlatı unsurlarının (kişi, zaman, uzam, olay örgüsü) tüm bu faaliyetlerin yürütülmesi sürecinde etkin rol üstlendiği gösterilecektir. Tarihî romanların işlevsel özellikleri arasında özellikle “yeniden canlandırma” işlevinin bahsi geçen amaçlara doğrudan katkıda bulunduğu belirtilecek; diğerinin ise, ancak bu işlev kapsamında anlamlı bir bütün oluşturduğu anlatılacaktır. Bunun yanında tarihsel gerçeklerin kurmacayla yoğrulduğu bu tür romanlarda, tarihsel verilerin roman yazarları tarafından daha dikkatli ve sorumluluk duygusu çerçevesinde ele alınması gerektiği konusu üzerinde durulacaktır.

    Many historical landmarks and cultural heritage are being constantly destroyed through natural events and human actions. It is important to conduct corrosion analysis and two and three-dimension documentation studies to restore and transfer these landmarks to the new generations. It is particularly important to record, keep these historical heritages digitally and take precautions against the potential corrosion due to the wars, natural disasters and climatic factors that continue to the present. In this study, the corrosion in Çanlı Church (ÇanlıKilise) located in Akhisar village of the province of Aksaray in Turkey was determined and the reasons were examined. By using close-range photogrammetry method, three-dimension models and facade charts of three facades (North, West, South) of Çanlı Church have been acquired, as a result of measurements performed in four different times (2006, 2010, 2016, 2019). Overlapping all these charts in the same scale, the corrosions occurred on the facades of Çanlı Church have been examined. The meteorological data within the period when the measurements were performed were reviewed. As a result, corrosion on the North, West and South facades of Çanlı Church have been found at the level of 8%, 3%, 13% respectively. It was concluded that the storm has greater effect on the corrosion.

    Çalışmanın amacı, 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında kullanılan Talim Terbiye Kurulu Başkanlığı tarafından onaylanan 4, 5, 6 ve 7. sınıf sosyal bilgiler ders kitaplarında yer alan tarihi şahsiyetlerin karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenip ulaşılan bulguların ortaya konulmasıdır. Bu çalışma ile 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılı içerisinde okutulan kitaplardaki tarihi şahsiyetlerin konu içerisinde ne sıklıkta bulunduğu ve ne şekilde dağılım gösterdiği incelenmiştir. İncelenen tarihi şahsiyetlerin hangi öğrenme alanlarında verildiği de gruplandırılarak tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın veri kaynaklarını 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında Talim Terbiye Kurulu onaylı Sosyal Bilgiler ders kitapları (Tuna Yayınları'na ait 4. sınıf sosyal bilgiler ders kitabı, Ata Yayınları'na ve MEB' e ait 5. sınıf sosyal bilgiler ders kitapları, Anadol Yayınları ve MEB' e ait 6. sınıf sosyal bilgiler ders kitapları, Ekoyay Yayınları'na ve MEB'e ait 7. sınıf sosyal bilgiler ders kitapları) oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda ortaya çıkan bulgulara dayanarak sarmal bir yapıda sınıf düzeyleri arttıkça tarih içinde geçen önemli kişilerin de ayrıntıya inilerek genişlediği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu açıdan bakıldığında öğrencilerin gelişim seviyeleri dikkate alınıp ona göre genişleyen çevre programı uygulanmıştır. 4. sınıf düzeyinde tarihi şahsiyetlerin veriliş biçimi daha çok öğrencilerin kendisini ve yakın çevresini tanıması amaçlı daha basit düzeyde ve sayıca daha az olacak şekilde, 5. sınıf düzeyinde tarihi şahsiyetlerin veriliş sayısı artarak daha geniş çaplı ve sosyal içerikli konular, 6 ve 7. sınıflarda tarihi şahsiyetlerde artık geçmişe derin bir yolculuk yapılarak tarihi konuların daha detaylı ve yoğun biçimde verildiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu çalışma ortaokul sosyal bilgiler ders kitapları üzerine yapılmış olup aynı çalışmanın tarih, coğrafya, Türkçe gibi ders kitaplarında da uygulanması önerilebilir. The aim of the study is to comparatively examine the historical figures in the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th grade Social Studies textbooks approved by the Board of Education and Discipline in the 2020-2021 academic year and to reveal the findings. With this study, it was examined how often the historical figures in the books taught in the 2020-2021 academic year were found in the subject and how they were distributed. It was determined by grouping in which learning areas the examined historical figures were given. The data sources of the research are Social Studies textbooks approved by the Board of Education in the 2020-2021 academic year (4th grade social studies textbook of Tuna Publications, 5th grade social studies textbooks of Ata Publications and MEB, Anadol Publications). and 6th grade social studies textbooks belonging to MEB, 7th grade social studies textbooks belonging to Ekoyay Publications and MEB). In the research, the document analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. The obtained data were evaluated by descriptive analysis method. Based on the findings that emerged as a result of the study, it was found that as the class levels increased in a spiral structure, the important people in history expanded by going into detail. From this point of view, the development level of the students was taken into account and the environmental program was implemented, which expanded accordingly. At the 4th grade level, the historical figures are presented in a simpler and less numerous way for students to get to know themselves and their immediate surroundings. It has been concluded that historical subjects are given in more detail and intensively by making a deep journey to the past in personalities. This study was carried out on secondary school social studies textbooks, and it can be suggested that the same study be applied in textbooks such as history and Turkish.

    Robot teknolojisinin gelişmesiyle birlikte, iş hayatı ve gündelik yaşama dahil olan birçok robot türü görülmektedir. Bu robotlardan biri de insansı robotlardır. İnsansı robotlar, insana benzer görünümleri ile çoğunlukla insanlarla etkileşim halinde gerçekleştirilecek iş kollarında yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmada konaklama sektöründe çalışan insansı robotlara ilişkin müşterilerin bakış açısı incelenmiştir. Amaçlı örnekleme tekniği kullanılarak çalışmanın örneklemi, Henn-na Hotel'in müşterileri olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada Henn-na Hotel için Booking ve Agoda platformlarına Haziran 2018-Ekim 2021 tarihleri arasında yapılan çevrimiçi müşteri yorumları dikkate alınarak veri seti oluşturulmuştur. Veriler ön işleme aşamasından geçirildikten sonra doğal dil işleme yöntemleri kullanılarak analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler, pozitif, negatif ve nötr olarak sınıflandırılmıştır. Duygu analizi sonucu pozitif yorum sayısı 1314, negatif yorum sayısı 305 ve nötr yorum sayısı 241'dir. İlgili analizler için Python programlama dili kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca, çevrimiçi yorumların duygu analizi sonucunun duygu sınıflandırma başarısını ölçmek için makine öğrenmesi algoritmaları kullanılmıştır. Makine öğrenmesi uygulamaları Orange programı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Algoritmalarının başarılarının en yüksek 20 fold ile gerçekleştiği görülürken, en başarılı algoritmalar Logistic Regression ve Neural Network olmuştur. Son olarak word2vec yaklaşımı ile çevrimiçi yorumlar, daha detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Bu yaklaşıma bağlı skip-gram ve CBOW modelleri kullanılarak, araştırma konusu kapsamındaki sözcükler üzerinden analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kelimelerin benzerliklerini ortaya koyan bu modeller, yapılan yorumlarda robotlar için arkadaş canlısı, eğlenceli, güzel gibi pozitif sözcüklerin kullanıldığını gösterirken; zor, zorlayıcı, kullanışsız gibi sözcükler ise müşterilerin robotların kullanımı konusunda zorlandığını ve bu konulardan şikâyetçi olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. With the development of robot technology, many types of robots have seen in business and daily life. Humanoid robots are one of these robots. Humanoid robots, with their humanoid look, are mostly used in business areas that require human interaction. This study is examined customer perspective on humanoid robots that work in accomodation industry. Using the purposive sampling technique the sample of study was determined as the customers of Henn-na Hotel. In the study, data set was created for Henn-na Hotel by taking into account the online customer comments made on the Booking and Agoda platforms between June 2018 and October 2021. After the data was preprocessed, analyses were conducted using natural language procossing methods. It was divided into three categories: positive, negative, and neutral. The number of positive comments was 1314, the number of negative comments was 305, and the number of neutral comments was 241 as a result of sentiment analysis. The Python programming language was used for relevant analysis. Machine learning algorithms were also utilized to assess the success of sentiment classification as a result of online comment sentiment analysis. The Orange software was used to run machine learning applications. While the success of the algorithms was seen with the highest 20 folds, Logistic Regression and Neural Network were the most successful algorithms. Finally, the word2vec approach was used to examine online comments in greater depth. Analyses were carried out on the words within the scope of the research topic using the skip-gram and CBOW models, which were based on this approach. These models, which highlight word similarities, show that positive terms like friendly, enjoyable, and beautiful are used for robots in the comments; phrases like difficult, compelling, and usefulness reveal that customers have problems utilizing robots and complain about them.

    Serum amyloid A (SAA) concentrations have been investigated in diseases of human and domestic animals and increased SAA levels have been reported in infectious diseases. In the present study, we determined the fetal heart blood SAA concentrations in aborted bovine fetuses and investigated the relationship between the level of SAA and causative infectious agents. A total of 46 heart blood samples were collected from aborted bovine fetuses between July 2018 and July 2019 and were assigned to two groups according to microbiological, pathological and molecular results. Group 1: An infectious disease was diagnosed by detecting a microorganism (21 cases); Group 2: An infectious or inflammatory disease was not detected (25 cases). The fetal heart blood SAA con-centrations were measured by commercial ELISA test. Serum amyloid A concentrations in aborted bovine fetuses were elevated from 6.1 to >= 40 mg/L in 17 of 21 cases in group 1. In group 2, SAA concentrations were less than 2.5 mg/L in 23 of 25 cases. This difference was statistically significant between group 1 and group 2. These findings suggest that SAA concentrations in fetal heart blood from bovine fetuses is potentially a novel marker for distinguishing between infectious and non-infectious bovine abortion cases.

    The electronic properties and phase transition of β(C11b)-WGe2 and α(C23)-WGe2 phases were investigated via x-ray emission spectroscopy method and first-principles calculations. The analysis of the comparison of the partial energy distributions of the valence electrons of the β(C11b)-WGe2 and α(C23)-WGe2 phases was also studied. The transformation of interatomic bonds during the polymorphic transition α(C23)-WGe2→β(C11b)-WGe2 under comprehensive compression was proposed. The first-principles calculations showed that the phase transition from the α(C23)-WGe2 phase to the β(C11b)-WGe2 phase occurs under high pressure. Furthermore, the electronic structure calculations indicate that the considered phases are metallic in nature. The results have revealed that the fine-structure peculiarities of the WLβ 5- and GeKβ 2-emission bands match well with the main peaks of the partial densities of the W d- and Ge p- electronic states for the both phases.

    Calf diarrhea is the most common disease affecting calves in the neonatal period resulting in economic losses. Although predisposing factors play a role in the etiology of the disease, in most cases, different pathogens are involved in the development of the infection. In this study, hemogram data, glutathione and malondialdehyde levels were examined to determine lipid peroxidation and glutathione levels in E. coli- and coronavirus-infected calves. Serum amyloid A and calprotectin levels were also analyzed to determine inflammatory status. The study included a total of 45 female Montofon calves aged 0-1 week, including the E. coli group (15 calves), the coronavirus group (15 calves), and the control group (15 calves). Analysis revealed that total leukocyte, neutrophil, lymphocyte, malondialdehyde, serum amyloid A, and calprotectin levels increased in the coronavirus-infected calves compared with the E. coli group and the control group. In contrast, the levels of glutathione, one of the antioxidant markers, decreased. In conclusion, the main findings related to the determination of inflammation and oxidative status were characterized by the presence of E. coli and coronavirus diarrhea, and it is suggested that future studies may be guided by the fact that inflammatory conditions are higher in viral disease than in bacterial infection.

Ayhan grubu alttan üste doğru, 1- Paleosen yaşlı alüvyal yelpaze ve akarsu çökellerinden oluşmuş Saytepe formasyonu, 2-Sığ denizel (gölsel?) ortamı belirten, Üst Paleosen-Alt Eosen yaşlı Esefin formasyonu, 3-Sığ denizel-lagüner özellikli, Alt-Orta Eosen yaşlı Kubaca formasyonu, 4-Karasal-sığ denizel kırıntılı kayaçlardan oluşmuş Alt-Orta Eosen yaşlı İlicek formasyonu, 5- Açık denizel ortamı yansıtan, Alt-Orta Eosen yaşlı Alıçlı formasyonu, 6-Fliş karakterli kırıntılı kayaçlardan yapılı Orta Eosen yaşlı Lalelik formasyonu ve en üstte 7-Sığ denizel resifal ortam koşullarını yansıtan Lütesiyen yaşlı Altıpınar formasyonundan oluşmuştur. Bu grup, akarsu-göl ve bataklık ortamlarını yansıtan Oligosen?-Orta Miyosen yaşlı Kızılöz formasyonu tarafından açılı uyumsuz olarak örtülmektedir. Bu birimler, açılı uyumsuz olarak Yaylacık grubuna ait Geç Miyosen yaşlı gölsel, karasal ve volkanoklastikler tarafından örtülmektedir. Üst Miyosen- Pleyistosen yaşlı Avanos grubuna ait birimler, bütün birimleri uyumsuz olarak örtmektedir. Alanın en genç birimlerini ise Kuvaterner yaşlı yamaç molozu, alüvyon ve travertenler oluşturur. In this study, the stratigraphy of the study area was tried to be revealed. In the study area, metamorphics belonging to the Palaeozoic-Mesozoic aged Kırşehir Massif and Late Cretaceous aged igneous rocks cutting them form the basement. The Palaeocene-Eocene aged Ayhan Group is the first assemblage of the cover rocks of the massif. From bottom to top, the Ayhan Group is composed of 1) the Palaeocene-aged Saytepe Formation composed of alluvial fan and river deposits, 2) the shallow marine (lacustrine? ) environment, Upper Palaeocene-Lower Eocene aged Esefin formation, 3-Shallow marine-lagoon, Lower-Middle Eocene aged Kubaca formation, 4-Lower-Middle Eocene aged Ilicek formation composed of terrestrial-shallow marine clastic rocks, 5-Open marine environment, Lower-Middle Eocene aged Alıçlı formation, 6-Middle Eocene aged Lalelik formation made of clastic rocks and 7-Lutesian aged Altıpınar formation reflecting the shallow marine reefal environment at the top. This group is unconformably overlain by the Oligocene?-Middle Miocene aged Kiziloz formation reflecting the river-lake and swamp environments. These units are unconformably overlain by Late Miocene-aged lacustrine, terrestrial, and volcanoclastics belonging to the Yaylacik Group. Upper Miocene-Pleistocene-aged Avanos Group units cover all units unconformably. The youngest units of the area are Quaternary-aged slope rubble, alluvium, and travertines.

    Robo-advisors are a digital tool that has become popular in the financial services industry in recent years. These tools are used to manage investment portfolios and provide financial planning services. Robo-advisors have an important place in the relationship between businesses and financial services. Since the last few decades, the financial services industry has witnessed numerous innovative practices leading to the transformation of the sector amidst the rapid growth of disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence, block chain and cloud technology, augmented reality, and virtual reality. The robotic automation process has further enhanced the ease and speed with which the consumers are being catered. Robo-advisory technology is designed to provide automated investment software for retail investors who lack the capital or expertise to hire a personal financial advisor. Robo-advisors usually evaluate new clients' risk tolerance and construct globally diversified portfolios using the principles of Modern Portfolio Theory. This study utilizes past data, behavioral studies, theories, and current market trends to develop recommendations for the robo-advisory industry in the US and globally. The first recommendation proposes utilizing fullscale optimization during the portfolio construction phase. The second recommendation focuses on incorporating digital twin capabilities into the software to benefit both robo-advisors and their clients. Lastly, the report forecasts the growth of Financial Technology companies improving Natural Language Processing via AI chatbots and how robo-advisors could leverage this trend.

    Historical science; It is a branch of science that objectively describes the activities of people who lived in the past and their relationships with each other, by showing the place and time, basing it on information, documents, findings and evidence, taking into account the cause-effect relationship. One of the most important elements shaping the science of history is the discovery of writing. With the discovery of writing, the boundaries of the field of history were determined. It is very difficult to examine this adventure as a whole, which starts from the moment people first breathe. Thus, history was divided into sections within itself and it was called the division of ages. The most important reason for dividing the ages; to guide and facilitate the work of researchers doing research in the field of history. It is possible to examine the division of ages in two parts. These; It is divided into prehistoric ages and historical ages. Prehistoric times are the name given to the time period that took place before the discovery of writing. The prehistoric ages were named after the tools and materials used in that period and the important metals that left their mark on the period. Thanks to such developments, the Islamic world lived its "golden ages" in the Middle Ages; however, Europe and the Western world lived their "dark ages" in the Middle Ages. The reasons for this are: the dominant and oppressive attitude of the church, epidemics, earthquakes, and floods. For these reasons, Europe could not develop in fields such as science, art, literature and culture during the period. XV. In the 19th century, with the Renaissance Period, European states began to develop themselves in many areas where they fell behind; however, the Transoxiana Region, which is located in the Islamic world, which is the architect of many firsts, has entered a period of decline. The biggest factor in its regression was the struggle of those who adopted the wrong perception of religion and those who attach importance to scientific facts. As a result of this struggle, people who misinterpreted the concept of religion dominated the Transoxiana region. Therefore, scientific and scientific activities were interrupted. Our aim to carry out the thesis work is to awaken a national consciousness in the Turkish nation. The activities of scientists trained in the Turkish-Islamic synthesis have been important developments for the history of humanity. These developments have created the mechanical infrastructure of many tools we use today. Tarih bilimi; geçmişte yaşamış insanların yapmış olduğu faaliyetleri ve birbiriyle olan ilişkilerini, yer ve zaman göstererek bilgi, belge, bulgu ve kanıtlara dayandırarak neden-sonuç ilişkisi gözeterek, objektif bir şekilde anlatan bir bilim dalıdır. Tarih bilimini şekillendiren en önemli unsurlardan birisi yazının keşfidir. Yazının keşfiyle birlikte tarih alanının sınırları belirlenmiştir. İnsanların ilk nefes bulduğu andan itibaren başlayan bu serüveni bir bütün olarak incelemek oldukça güçtür. Böylece tarih kendi içerisinde bölümlere ayrılmış ve bunun adına çağlar taksimi denilmiştir. Çağları taksim etmenin en önemli sebebi; tarih alanında araştırma yapan araştırmacılara yol göstermek ve işlerini kolaylaştırmaktır. Çağ taksimini iki bölümde incelemek mümkündür. Bunlar; tarih öncesi çağlar ve tarihi çağlar olarak ayrılmaktadır. Tarih öncesi çağlar, yazının keşfinden önce gerçekleşen zaman dilimine verilen isimdir. Tarih öncesi çağlar, o dönem içerisinde kullanılan araç- gereç ve döneme damgasını vuran önemli madenlerden isimlerini almıştır. Örneğin; Tunç Çağı, Bakır Çağı, Maden Çağı, Demir Çağı gibi… Tarihi Çağlar ise, yazının keşfiyle birlikte gerçekleşen zaman dilimine verilen isimdir. Tarihi çağlar; İlk Çağ, Orta Çağ, Yeni- Yakın Çağ olarak ayrılmaktadır. Bu dönemlerde gerçekleşen önemli olaylar bir çağı açıp diğerini kapatmıştır. Orta Çağ Döneminde İslâm dünyası; bilim, sanat, edebiyat, cebir, astronomi, fizik, kimya, biyoloji gibi birçok alanda ilklerin mimarı olmuştur. Örneğin; Muhammed b. XV. yüzyılda Rönesans Dönemi ile Avrupa devletleri geri kaldığı birçok alanda kendini geliştirmeye başlamıştır; ancak birçok ilkin mimarı olan İslâm dünyası içerisinde yer alan Mâverâhünnehir Bölgesi gerileme dönemine girmiştir. Gerilemeye girmesinde en büyük etmen ise yanlış din algısını benimsemiş kesimlerle, bilimsel olgulara önem veren kişilerin mücadele etmesi olmuştur. Bu mücadele sonucunda din kavramını yanlış yorumlayan kişiler, Mâverâhünnehir Bölgesi'nde baskın gelmiştir. Dolayısıyla bilimsel ve ilmi faaliyetler sekteye uğramıştır. Tez çalışmasını gerçekleştirme amacımız Türk milletinde milli bir bilinç uyandırmaktır. Türk-İslâm senteziyle yetişmiş bilim insanlarının yapmış oldukları faaliyetler insanlık tarihi için önemli gelişmeler olmuştur. Bu gelişmeler şuan bile günümüzde kullandığımız birçok aletin mekanik alt yapısını meydana getirmiştir.

    The aim of this study is to reveal that historical novels that represent the unity of history, society and literature are not only literary texts, but also can play an active role on adoption of some human values related to the individual and society. As a matter of fact, it can be seen that historical novels, one of the most concrete forms of fiction-real unity, are not independent of external reality. In this context, throughout the study, first of all, it will be briefly clarified the concept of socio-cultural memory and the relationship between this concept and the science of history. And then it will be talked about the factors that reveal historical novels and the effects of these factors on socio-cultural memory formation. Finally, it will be mentioned that the functional features of historical novels, which will be especially discussed under two main headings (reanimation and entertaining), can contribute at a certain level to the continuity of the concept of socio-cultural memory and to the creation of the consciousness of history-identity-belonging. On the other hand, it will be shown that the narrative elements (person, time, space, plot), forming the basis of fictional texts, play an active role in the realization of all these activities. Among the functional features of historical novels, it will be especially stated that the "reanimation" function contributes directly to the aforementioned purposes and the other functional feature “entertaining” has a meaning only within the scope of "reanimation" function. Besides, it will be emphasized that the data related to historical reality in such novels where historical facts become the material of fiction, should be handled more carefully and within a sense of responsibility by novelist. Bu çalışmanın amacı; tarih, toplum, edebiyat birlikteliğini temsil eden tarihî romanların yalnızca edebî nitelik taşıyan metinler olmadıklarını, aynı zamanda bazı insanî değerlerin bireye ve topluma kazandırılmasında etkin rol oynayabileceklerini ortaya koymaktır. Nitekim kurgu-gerçek birlikteliğinin en somut biçimlerinden birini simgeleyen tarihî romanların, dış gerçeklikten bağımsız olmadıkları gözlenebilmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışma boyunca öncelikle toplumsal-kültürel bellek kavramıyla ifade edilmek istenenin ne olduğu konusuna ve bu kavramla tarih bilimi arasındaki ilişkiye kısaca açıklık getirilecektir. Ardından tarihî romanları ortaya çıkaran etkenlere ve bu etkenlerin toplumsal-kültürel bellek oluşumu üzerindeki etkilerine değinilecektir. Son olarak tarihî romanların özellikle “yeniden canlandırma” ve “eğlendirme” olmak üzere iki ana başlıkta ele alınacak işlevsel özelliklerinin, toplumsal-kültürel bellek kavramının devamlılığının sağlanmasına ve tarih-kimlik-aidiyet bilincinin inşa edilmesine belli düzeyde katkı sunabileceğinden bahsedilecektir. Öte yandan konuyla bağlantılı olarak, kurmaca metinlerin temelini oluşturan anlatı unsurlarının (kişi, zaman, uzam, olay örgüsü) tüm bu faaliyetlerin yürütülmesi sürecinde etkin rol üstlendiği gösterilecektir. Tarihî romanların işlevsel özellikleri arasında özellikle “yeniden canlandırma” işlevinin bahsi geçen amaçlara doğrudan katkıda bulunduğu belirtilecek; diğerinin ise, ancak bu işlev kapsamında anlamlı bir bütün oluşturduğu anlatılacaktır. Bunun yanında tarihsel gerçeklerin kurmacayla yoğrulduğu bu tür romanlarda, tarihsel verilerin roman yazarları tarafından daha dikkatli ve sorumluluk duygusu çerçevesinde ele alınması gerektiği konusu üzerinde durulacaktır.

    Many historical landmarks and cultural heritage are being constantly destroyed through natural events and human actions. It is important to conduct corrosion analysis and two and three-dimension documentation studies to restore and transfer these landmarks to the new generations. It is particularly important to record, keep these historical heritages digitally and take precautions against the potential corrosion due to the wars, natural disasters and climatic factors that continue to the present. In this study, the corrosion in Çanlı Church (ÇanlıKilise) located in Akhisar village of the province of Aksaray in Turkey was determined and the reasons were examined. By using close-range photogrammetry method, three-dimension models and facade charts of three facades (North, West, South) of Çanlı Church have been acquired, as a result of measurements performed in four different times (2006, 2010, 2016, 2019). Overlapping all these charts in the same scale, the corrosions occurred on the facades of Çanlı Church have been examined. The meteorological data within the period when the measurements were performed were reviewed. As a result, corrosion on the North, West and South facades of Çanlı Church have been found at the level of 8%, 3%, 13% respectively. It was concluded that the storm has greater effect on the corrosion.

    Çalışmanın amacı, 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında kullanılan Talim Terbiye Kurulu Başkanlığı tarafından onaylanan 4, 5, 6 ve 7. sınıf sosyal bilgiler ders kitaplarında yer alan tarihi şahsiyetlerin karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenip ulaşılan bulguların ortaya konulmasıdır. Bu çalışma ile 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılı içerisinde okutulan kitaplardaki tarihi şahsiyetlerin konu içerisinde ne sıklıkta bulunduğu ve ne şekilde dağılım gösterdiği incelenmiştir. İncelenen tarihi şahsiyetlerin hangi öğrenme alanlarında verildiği de gruplandırılarak tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın veri kaynaklarını 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında Talim Terbiye Kurulu onaylı Sosyal Bilgiler ders kitapları (Tuna Yayınları'na ait 4. sınıf sosyal bilgiler ders kitabı, Ata Yayınları'na ve MEB' e ait 5. sınıf sosyal bilgiler ders kitapları, Anadol Yayınları ve MEB' e ait 6. sınıf sosyal bilgiler ders kitapları, Ekoyay Yayınları'na ve MEB'e ait 7. sınıf sosyal bilgiler ders kitapları) oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda ortaya çıkan bulgulara dayanarak sarmal bir yapıda sınıf düzeyleri arttıkça tarih içinde geçen önemli kişilerin de ayrıntıya inilerek genişlediği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu açıdan bakıldığında öğrencilerin gelişim seviyeleri dikkate alınıp ona göre genişleyen çevre programı uygulanmıştır. 4. sınıf düzeyinde tarihi şahsiyetlerin veriliş biçimi daha çok öğrencilerin kendisini ve yakın çevresini tanıması amaçlı daha basit düzeyde ve sayıca daha az olacak şekilde, 5. sınıf düzeyinde tarihi şahsiyetlerin veriliş sayısı artarak daha geniş çaplı ve sosyal içerikli konular, 6 ve 7. sınıflarda tarihi şahsiyetlerde artık geçmişe derin bir yolculuk yapılarak tarihi konuların daha detaylı ve yoğun biçimde verildiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu çalışma ortaokul sosyal bilgiler ders kitapları üzerine yapılmış olup aynı çalışmanın tarih, coğrafya, Türkçe gibi ders kitaplarında da uygulanması önerilebilir. The aim of the study is to comparatively examine the historical figures in the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th grade Social Studies textbooks approved by the Board of Education and Discipline in the 2020-2021 academic year and to reveal the findings. With this study, it was examined how often the historical figures in the books taught in the 2020-2021 academic year were found in the subject and how they were distributed. It was determined by grouping in which learning areas the examined historical figures were given. The data sources of the research are Social Studies textbooks approved by the Board of Education in the 2020-2021 academic year (4th grade social studies textbook of Tuna Publications, 5th grade social studies textbooks of Ata Publications and MEB, Anadol Publications). and 6th grade social studies textbooks belonging to MEB, 7th grade social studies textbooks belonging to Ekoyay Publications and MEB). In the research, the document analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. The obtained data were evaluated by descriptive analysis method. Based on the findings that emerged as a result of the study, it was found that as the class levels increased in a spiral structure, the important people in history expanded by going into detail. From this point of view, the development level of the students was taken into account and the environmental program was implemented, which expanded accordingly. At the 4th grade level, the historical figures are presented in a simpler and less numerous way for students to get to know themselves and their immediate surroundings. It has been concluded that historical subjects are given in more detail and intensively by making a deep journey to the past in personalities. This study was carried out on secondary school social studies textbooks, and it can be suggested that the same study be applied in textbooks such as history and Turkish.

    Robot teknolojisinin gelişmesiyle birlikte, iş hayatı ve gündelik yaşama dahil olan birçok robot türü görülmektedir. Bu robotlardan biri de insansı robotlardır. İnsansı robotlar, insana benzer görünümleri ile çoğunlukla insanlarla etkileşim halinde gerçekleştirilecek iş kollarında yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmada konaklama sektöründe çalışan insansı robotlara ilişkin müşterilerin bakış açısı incelenmiştir. Amaçlı örnekleme tekniği kullanılarak çalışmanın örneklemi, Henn-na Hotel'in müşterileri olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada Henn-na Hotel için Booking ve Agoda platformlarına Haziran 2018-Ekim 2021 tarihleri arasında yapılan çevrimiçi müşteri yorumları dikkate alınarak veri seti oluşturulmuştur. Veriler ön işleme aşamasından geçirildikten sonra doğal dil işleme yöntemleri kullanılarak analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler, pozitif, negatif ve nötr olarak sınıflandırılmıştır. Duygu analizi sonucu pozitif yorum sayısı 1314, negatif yorum sayısı 305 ve nötr yorum sayısı 241'dir. İlgili analizler için Python programlama dili kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca, çevrimiçi yorumların duygu analizi sonucunun duygu sınıflandırma başarısını ölçmek için makine öğrenmesi algoritmaları kullanılmıştır. Makine öğrenmesi uygulamaları Orange programı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Algoritmalarının başarılarının en yüksek 20 fold ile gerçekleştiği görülürken, en başarılı algoritmalar Logistic Regression ve Neural Network olmuştur. Son olarak word2vec yaklaşımı ile çevrimiçi yorumlar, daha detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Bu yaklaşıma bağlı skip-gram ve CBOW modelleri kullanılarak, araştırma konusu kapsamındaki sözcükler üzerinden analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kelimelerin benzerliklerini ortaya koyan bu modeller, yapılan yorumlarda robotlar için arkadaş canlısı, eğlenceli, güzel gibi pozitif sözcüklerin kullanıldığını gösterirken; zor, zorlayıcı, kullanışsız gibi sözcükler ise müşterilerin robotların kullanımı konusunda zorlandığını ve bu konulardan şikâyetçi olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. With the development of robot technology, many types of robots have seen in business and daily life. Humanoid robots are one of these robots. Humanoid robots, with their humanoid look, are mostly used in business areas that require human interaction. This study is examined customer perspective on humanoid robots that work in accomodation industry. Using the purposive sampling technique the sample of study was determined as the customers of Henn-na Hotel. In the study, data set was created for Henn-na Hotel by taking into account the online customer comments made on the Booking and Agoda platforms between June 2018 and October 2021. After the data was preprocessed, analyses were conducted using natural language procossing methods. It was divided into three categories: positive, negative, and neutral. The number of positive comments was 1314, the number of negative comments was 305, and the number of neutral comments was 241 as a result of sentiment analysis. The Python programming language was used for relevant analysis. Machine learning algorithms were also utilized to assess the success of sentiment classification as a result of online comment sentiment analysis. The Orange software was used to run machine learning applications. While the success of the algorithms was seen with the highest 20 folds, Logistic Regression and Neural Network were the most successful algorithms. Finally, the word2vec approach was used to examine online comments in greater depth. Analyses were carried out on the words within the scope of the research topic using the skip-gram and CBOW models, which were based on this approach. These models, which highlight word similarities, show that positive terms like friendly, enjoyable, and beautiful are used for robots in the comments; phrases like difficult, compelling, and usefulness reveal that customers have problems utilizing robots and complain about them.

    Serum amyloid A (SAA) concentrations have been investigated in diseases of human and domestic animals and increased SAA levels have been reported in infectious diseases. In the present study, we determined the fetal heart blood SAA concentrations in aborted bovine fetuses and investigated the relationship between the level of SAA and causative infectious agents. A total of 46 heart blood samples were collected from aborted bovine fetuses between July 2018 and July 2019 and were assigned to two groups according to microbiological, pathological and molecular results. Group 1: An infectious disease was diagnosed by detecting a microorganism (21 cases); Group 2: An infectious or inflammatory disease was not detected (25 cases). The fetal heart blood SAA con-centrations were measured by commercial ELISA test. Serum amyloid A concentrations in aborted bovine fetuses were elevated from 6.1 to >= 40 mg/L in 17 of 21 cases in group 1. In group 2, SAA concentrations were less than 2.5 mg/L in 23 of 25 cases. This difference was statistically significant between group 1 and group 2. These findings suggest that SAA concentrations in fetal heart blood from bovine fetuses is potentially a novel marker for distinguishing between infectious and non-infectious bovine abortion cases.

    The electronic properties and phase transition of β(C11b)-WGe2 and α(C23)-WGe2 phases were investigated via x-ray emission spectroscopy method and first-principles calculations. The analysis of the comparison of the partial energy distributions of the valence electrons of the β(C11b)-WGe2 and α(C23)-WGe2 phases was also studied. The transformation of interatomic bonds during the polymorphic transition α(C23)-WGe2→β(C11b)-WGe2 under comprehensive compression was proposed. The first-principles calculations showed that the phase transition from the α(C23)-WGe2 phase to the β(C11b)-WGe2 phase occurs under high pressure. Furthermore, the electronic structure calculations indicate that the considered phases are metallic in nature. The results have revealed that the fine-structure peculiarities of the WLβ 5- and GeKβ 2-emission bands match well with the main peaks of the partial densities of the W d- and Ge p- electronic states for the both phases.

    Calf diarrhea is the most common disease affecting calves in the neonatal period resulting in economic losses. Although predisposing factors play a role in the etiology of the disease, in most cases, different pathogens are involved in the development of the infection. In this study, hemogram data, glutathione and malondialdehyde levels were examined to determine lipid peroxidation and glutathione levels in E. coli- and coronavirus-infected calves. Serum amyloid A and calprotectin levels were also analyzed to determine inflammatory status. The study included a total of 45 female Montofon calves aged 0-1 week, including the E. coli group (15 calves), the coronavirus group (15 calves), and the control group (15 calves). Analysis revealed that total leukocyte, neutrophil, lymphocyte, malondialdehyde, serum amyloid A, and calprotectin levels increased in the coronavirus-infected calves compared with the E. coli group and the control group. In contrast, the levels of glutathione, one of the antioxidant markers, decreased. In conclusion, the main findings related to the determination of inflammation and oxidative status were characterized by the presence of E. coli and coronavirus diarrhea, and it is suggested that future studies may be guided by the fact that inflammatory conditions are higher in viral disease than in bacterial infection.
