    El presente escrito se enfoca en el estudio de las relaciones de colaboración entre el régimen español y chileno entre 1973-1989. Particularmente, analizará la influencia del Hispanismo, por medio de la Sección Femenina (SF), en la creación y accionar de la Secretaría Nacional de la Mujer (SNM). A lo largo de este escrito se comprobará la colaboración institucional e ideológicamente realizada por Sección Femenina lo que se convirtió en un medio para que el pensamiento hispanista fuera uno de los discursos que participara del proyecto instaurado en Chile. El traspaso del Hispanismo en nuestro país ayudó a crear una ideología específica sobre la mujer que fue promovida por la oficialidad The present article studies the collaboration between Spanish and Chilean regime from 1973 to 1989. In particular, it will analyze the influence from Hispanics ideas, through the Feminine Section (FS), to the creation and activities of the National Secretariat for Women (SNM). Throughout this paper it will be possible to see the institutional and ideologically collaboration done by Section Female, that certainly made the Hispanics thought one of the ideological influences in the project established in Chile. The transfer of Hispanic in our country helped create a specific ideology on women that was promoted by officialdom

    Authors: Carsten Sinner;

    Abstract In the last decades, the ecological approach has attracted the interest of Spanish and Catalan linguists. This contribution analyses the language used both by professional linguists and laypeople in publications and in the public debate on the conflicts in Spanish and Catalan bilingualism in the decade before the constitutional and supreme courts ruled against the prevalence of the Catalan language in Catalonia (1999-2009). The analysed decade can be characterized by a sensation of growing linguistic conflicts that manifested, for example, through heated debates over what Catalans perceived as life threatening for the Catalan language and reactions such as demands for the introduction of additional teaching hours to prevent the alleged extinction of Spanish in Catalonia. The Catalan society is reliving the ghost of extinction of their language-probably reinforced by publications which denounce a continuous reduction of living space and the disappearance of more and more niches of the Catalan language. On the other hand, Castilian activists (and among them some linguists) maintain there is a battle the Castilian language in Catalonia has to win in order to survive the said-to-be ferocious reduction of its vital space and the asserted institutionalized suffocation or extermination of the Spanish language. The texts analysed in this contribution belong to a text series which regarding its content and aims corresponds to a reduced number of triggering reference texts. The aim is to determine the importance of the language of ecology in this field and the usage of these elements by both sides, those denouncing the threat of the Castilian language and those fearing the risk of extinction of the Catalan language. It will be shown that in the debate over the struggle for life of Catalan and Spanish in the Catalan speaking areas, the language of ecology and evolution is heavily used and that the re-contextualization of Catalan metaphors in the analysed texts on Spanish is systematic. Resumen En las últimas décadas, el enfoque ecológico ha atraído el interés de lingüistas españoles y catalanes. En esta contribución se analiza la lengua empleada tanto por lingüistas profesionales como por personas no expertas en las publicaciones y en el debate público sobre los conflictos del bilingüismo español y catalán en la década anterior a que diversos tribunales, y particularmente el Tribunal Constitucional, se pronunciaran en contra de la prevalencia del idioma catalán en Cataluña (1999-2009). El decenio se caracteriza por una sensación de conflictos lingüísticos crecientes que se manifiestan, por ejemplo, a través de debates acalorados sobre lo que los catalanes perciben como una amenaza para la sobrevivencia del catalán y reacciones como la exigencia de introducir horas lectivas adicionales para evitar la supuesta extinción del español en Cataluña. La sociedad catalana está reviviendo el fantasma de la extinción de su lengua -probablemente reforzado por las publicaciones que denuncian la continua reducción del espacio vital y la desaparición de cada vez más nichos de la lengua catalana. Activistas en pro del castellano sostienen que hay una batalla que la lengua española en Cataluña tiene que ganar para sobrevivir a la supuesta reducción feroz de su espacio vital y la supuesta asfixia o exterminación institucionalizada de la lengua española. Los textos analizados pertenecen a una serie de textos que, respecto de contenido y objetivos, se relacionan con un número reducido de textos de referencia que desencadenan la producción de los textos de dicha serie. Se trata de determinar la importancia de la lengua de la ecología en este campo y el uso de estos elementos por ambas partes, los que temen el riesgo de extinción de la lengua catalana y los que denuncian la amenaza del castellano. Se demostrará que en el debate sobre la lucha por la vida del catalán y el castellano, la lengua de la ecología y de la evolución tiene mucha presencia y que la recontextualización de las metáforas catalanas en los textos sobre el castellano es sistemática.

    Authors: Schuster, Verónica; Massaferro, Gabriela Isabel;

    Desde el año 2014 se vienen desarrollando tareas de relevamiento y prospecciones arqueológicas en un área que carecía de investigaciones sistemáticas previas sobre ambas márgenes del río Chubut en el paraje denominado Las Chapas. Estas tareas han permitido registrar hasta el momento ocho sitios, la mayoría de ellos se encuentran emplazados en aleros y cuevas labradas en la Formación Marifil y, presentan arte rupestre (generalmente pinturas monocromas rojas con motivos geométricos). No obstante, se identificaron también materiales de manera aislada, un sitio de superficie -todos ellos con presencia exclusivamente lítica- y un enterratorio del tipo chenque.El conjunto lítico estudiado a la fecha proviene de recolecciones de superficie y de sondeos y se caracteriza por un alto predominio de materias primas silíceas locales de buena calidad, y en menor frecuencia, por materiales alóctonos como cuarcita y obsidiana. Se aprecia además una baja cantidad de instrumentos terminados (principalmente raspadores) mientras que son preponderantes los productos de talla y los núcleos agotados.En este trabajo se presentan los resultados preliminares obtenidos y se exponen las similitudes y diferencias del registro estudiado con el de los sitios arqueológicos de la cuenca inferior y superior del río Chubut. Since 2014, archaeological surveys have been carried out in an area that lacked of previous systematic research. The area covers both margins of the Chubut river at the locality of Las Chapas. These works have registered eight sites so far, most of them are rock shelters and caves carved in the Marifil Formation with rock art (usually red monochrome paintings with geometric motifs). However, isolated materials were also identified, a surface site -all of them with an exclusively lithic presence- and a chenque type burial. The lithic assemblage studied to date comes from surface and testpits collections and is characterized by a high preeminence of local siliceous raw materials of good quality for reduction, and less frequently, by allochthonous materials such as quartzite and obsidian. There is also a low quantity of finished instruments (mainly scrapers) while the reduction products and the exhausted cores are preponderant. In this paper we present the preliminary results obtained. We also show the similarities and differences of the record studied with that of the archaeological sites of the lower and upper basin of the Chubut river. Fil: Schuster, Veronica. espanolEste articulo estudia la representacion de Jose Carlos Mariategui, elaborada por Sendero Luminoso, en los anos previos al inicio del Conflicto Armado Interno en el Peru, desde la perspectiva teorica del analisis de marcos (frame analysis). Se plantea que dicha representacion revelo la necesidad de insuflar en los iniciales cuadros senderistas atributos heroicos que engarcen con la tradicion andina a la que pertenecian, con el fin de prepararlos simbolicamente para la tarea de la lucha armada. Al vincular a Mariategui con dicha tradicion, este estudio relativiza el supuesto rechazo que tuvo SL hacia la impronta cultural andina, y evidencia, mas bien, el uso estrategico que hizo de esta, con el fin de consolidar sus objetivos partidarios. EnglishThis article studies "Sendero Luminoso's" depiction of Jose Carlos Mariategui in the years leading up to the beginning of the internal armed conflict in Peru from the theoretical perspective of framework analysis. It is suggested that this portrayal re vealed the necessity to insufflate heroic attributes that correspond to the utopian Andean tradition in the salient initial "Sendero Luminoso" militants to symbolically prepare them for armed conflict. By associating Mariategui to said tradition, the study relativizes SL's apparent rejection towards the Andean cultural imprint and evidences his strategic use of this concept when consolidating his political objectives.

    espanolA partir del analisis de contenido de disposiciones curriculares oficiales y manuales escolares que regularon la ensenanza de la historia de Colombia de 1903 a 1984, se identifican los mecanismos con los que discursivamente el Estado via institucion escolar, busco dar cuenta de dos procesos de luchas fratricidas que marcaron la historia del pais a lo largo del siglo XX: "La Guerra de los Mil Dias" y el periodo de "La Violencia". En este sentido, a partir de la centralidad que tuvo la difusion de la Historia Patria, el articulo estudia la configuracion de una memoria oficial que, amparada en la defensa de las ideas de "reconciliacion" y "unidad" nacional, se nego a establecer una comprension critica de la conflictividad sociopolitica del pais, promoviendo con ello el olvido y tergiversacion de procesos y acontecimientos asociados a diferentes hechos de violencia que definieron la historia del siglo XX de Colombia. EnglishFrom the content analysis of the official curricular dispositions and the textbooks that regulated the teaching of Colombian his tory from 1903 to 1984, we identify the way through which the State discursively through schooling education, sought to account for two processes of fratricidal struggles that marked the country's history throughout in the twentieth century; "The War of the Thousand Days" and the period of "La Violencia". In this sense, from the centrality that had the diffusion of the National History, the article studies the configuration of an official memory which that based on the defense of the ideas of national "reconcilia tion" and "unity", refused to establish a critical understanding of the socio-political conflict of the country, thus promoting the oblivion and distortion of processes and events associated with different acts of violence that defined the history of the twentieth century in Colombia.

    espanolLos estudios de performance entre los pueblos indigenas de America han favorecido el analisis de experiencias capaces de trans mitir un saber social prescindiendo de la escritura. En el presente articulo nos proponemos analizar la experiencia de la salud y la enfermedad como territorio en el que los indigenas aymaras del Norte de Chile performativizan su relacion con la democracia chilena mediante su posicionamiento en la construccion de un campo de salud intercultural impulsado por los gobiernos de la postdictadura. A partir de tres escenarios etnograficos registrados entre el 2010 y 2013 en las regiones de Arica e Iquique, se dis cutira el quehacer de los aymaras que participan de los programas de Salud Intercultural, entendiendolo como una performance democratica: una representacion de la relacion politica que se forja con el Estado chileno por medio de la gestion del cuerpo y la salud indigena. EnglishPerformance studies within Latin-American indigenous populations have fostered the analysis of experiences displaying no writ ten transmission of social knowledge. In this article, we interpret the experience of health and illness as spaces used by indigenous Aymaras of Northern Chile to perform their relationship with Chilean democracy and allowing them to take a position in the construction of the intercultural health field fostered by the post-dictatorship state. Drawing from ethnographic fieldwork real ized in the regions of Arica and Iquique during 2010-2013, this paper discusses the practices of the Aymaras participating in the Intercultural Health programs and understands them as democratic performances: a representation of the political relation established with the state through the control of indigenous bodies and health.

    Resumen: Los libros de texto de enseñanza de la historia escolar, como fenómeno pedagógico, cultural y comunicacional, permiten indagar en las narrativas de la ideología del nacionalismo que, al imaginar creativamente la nación, excluyen e incluyen sujetos, actores y realidades. Esta investigación analiza las narrativas nacionales de una etapa histórica de Chile. Se ha optado por un enfoque cualitativo y los Estudios Críticos del Discurso para analizar las narrativas de un libro de texto de Historia, Geografía y Ciencias Sociales de Tercer Año de Enseñanza Secundaria. Los resultados indican que el nacionalismo se presenta en los períodos de transformaciones estructurales indagados, puesto que, además de cohesionar a los integrantes de la comunidad, validar autoridades y proyectos políticos, articulando imaginarios nacionales por medio de diferenciaciones semánticas, que narran un “Nosotros” frente a “Otros internos/externos”, incluyendo nuevas realidades, que estaban omitidas y silenciadas. Se concluye que, a pesar que los libros de textos de historia responden a los cánones de la historia y a la memoria colectiva oficial, relatan una ampliación del concepto de nación, incorporando actores y realidades sociales excluidas. Abstract: Textbooks teaching school history, as a pedagogical, cultural and communicational phenomenon, allow us to investigate the narratives of the ideology of nationalism, which when imagining the nation creatively, exclude and include subjects, actors and realities. This research analyzes the national narratives of a historical stage in Chile. A qualitative approach and Critical Discourse Studies have been chosen to analyze the narratives of a textbook of History, Geography and Social Sciences of the Third Year of Secondary Education. The results indicate that nationalism occurs in the periods of structural transformations investigated, since, in addition to uniting the members of the community, validating authorities and political projects, articulating national imagery through semantic differentiations, which narrate a "We" compared to "Other internal / external", including new realities, which were omitted and silenced. It is concluded that, despite the fact that history textbooks respond to the canons of history and official collective memory, they report an expansion of the concept of nation, incorporating actors and excluded social realities.

    Resumen Introducción: El estudio demuestra la evolución de la formación de Matronas/Matrones en Chile para proporcionar atención de salud humanizada y de calidad a la mujer en todo su curso de vida, en el ámbito de la salud sexual, reproductiva y recién nacido. Objetivo: Examinar los principales hitos en la formación de Matronas/Matrones, avances y sistematicidad del proceso evolutivo en Chile. Método: Se revisaron textos, publicaciones en revistas, reglamentos y normas de los últimos quince años de la historia y desarrollo de la profesión de Matrona/Matrón en Chile. La búsqueda bibliográfica se realizó entre marzo 2018 y mayo 2019. Se consultaron las bases de datos Dialnet, PubMed/Medline, Scielo, Medwave. Resultados: La formación profesional de la Matrona/Matrón constituye el desarrollo académico y continuo necesario para enfrentar diversos desempeños. Transita de una formación empírica como partera a una formación profesional con la creación de la primera Escuela de Matronas de la Universidad de Chile en 1834. Desde el siglo XVIII comienza a cambiar la disciplina obstétrica con tendencia a la fundamentación científica: planes de estudio rediseñados, modificación de requisitos de ingreso, nuevas escuelas en universidades públicas y privadas. Actualmente la carrera dura cinco años, otorgándose el grado de Licenciatura y título profesional de Matrona/Matrón. Conclusión: La Matrona chilena debe ser una profesional con talento humano y compromiso con la sociedad para otorgar cuidados de salud seguros, respetuosos y de calidad en la salud sexual y reproductiva, al recién nacido y familia. SUMMARY Introduction: The study demonstrates the evolution of the training of Midwives in Chile to provide quality humanized health care to women throughout their life course in the area of sexual, reproductive and newborn health. Objective: To examine the main milestones in the formation of Midwives, advances and systematicity of the evolutionary process in Chile. Method: Publications in journals, regulations and norms from the last fifteen years of the history and development of the profession of Midwives in Chile were reviewed. The bibliographic search was conducted between March 2018 and March 2019. The databases Dialnet, PubMed/Medline, Scielo, Medwave were consulted. Results: The professional training of the Midwife constitutes the academic and continuous development necessary to face various performances. Transition was from an empirical formation as a midwife to a professional formation with the creation of the first School of Midwives of the University of Chile in 1834. Since the 18th century, the obstetric discipline began to change with a tendency towards scientific foundations: redesigned curricula, modification of entrance requirements, new schools in public and private universities. Currently, the course lasts five years, with a Bachelor's degree and professional title of Midwife/Matron. Conclusion: The Chilean midwife must be a professional with human talent and commitment to society to provide safe, respectful and quality sexual and reproductive health care to the newborn and family.

    Gunes, Baris/0000-0003-1747-001X; Cosgun, Turgay/0000-0002-5744-2040 WOS:000537097900005 The castle structures, which were designed for defense purposes during the period they were built, as a result of the loss of their functions over time, some of them disappear completely, while some of them survive to the present day as a ruin. The rehabilitation of the structures requires a scientific approach and a knowledge of the cultural background to preserve historical identity of the structures. Utilizing these kinds of specific knowledge and the scientific method, the aesthetic and historical values of the structure can be provided. Rehabilitations require an interdisciplinary approach to gain a full understanding of the construction technique and member properties and, also its material characteristics of the structures based on historical documents. In order to restore such structures to their authentic form and prolong their service life, the historical research that started on the date they were built and continued to the present day should be researched, and the material characteristics of the original structural members should be identified. The present study covers the rehabilitation works carried out on a historical ruined castle that was built as a defensive structure in the early 1800s, but has since lost its structural integrity and authentic form. The study is carried out in four stages, beginning with a research of the historical process of the ruined castle, followed by a field study, laboratory analyses and rehabilitation applications. The historical process of the castle was aimed to identify the structural changes that castle has undergone since its construction, while the field study involves a visual examination of the structural defects and the gathering of representative samples from different points of the structure. The laboratory analyses involve mechanical and density tests as well as chemical and mineralogical analyses on the gathered samples. At the last stage, rehabilitation applications were carried out based on the data obtained in the first three stages. In the scope of application works, the joint losses and abrasions to the castle walls was repaired using mixtures formulated through laboratory analyses, and degraded stones was replaced, taking into account their authentic form. Structural cracks were filled following the properties of the original materials. In the completion applications, the abraded and ruptured stones of the castle were completed taking into account the original sizes, types, construction techniques and masonry forms of the stones. As a result of all of the applications, the castle structure was rehabilitated to its authentic situation from ruin, allowing it to survive as an asset of cultural heritage. The study can be deemed important based on its focus on the geometric and material restoration of historical castles that have lost their structural integrity and authentic form, but also in its examination of a defensive structure that was built on the coast of the Aegean Sea in the Dardanelles.

    Authors: Carsten Sinner;

    Authors: Schuster, Verónica; Massaferro, Gabriela Isabel;
