    The purpose of this paper is to reflect upon the sensitivity invoked by child issues, specifically regarding abuse, from the standpoint of the construction of the Argentinean National State, focusing particularly on the mediation role that neighborhood communities took on in the central and southern regions of the Buenos Aires province. O propósito deste artigo é refletir sobre a maior sensibilidade que despertou a questão da infância, em particular no que se refere ao maltrato, no marco da construção do Estado nacional na Argentina, prestando especial atenção ao papel de mediação que a comunidade de vizinhos adquiriu diante dessa situação, em espaços do centro e sul da província de Buenos Aires.

    Este libro estudia la relación del sistema de justicia con la sociedad en México desde una mirada histórica. Se parte de la idea de que ha habido un deterioro, una separación cada vez más amplia, en esta relación, proceso que parece haberse acelerado durante los siglos xix y xx. Los autores de este libro se han interesado en seguir, en diferentes momentos y espacios, a los diferentes actores sociales involucrados, tanto los letrados como los legos, para analizar el funcionamiento en la impartición de la justicia; asimismo han explorado diversos archivos para entender cómo la evolución de la justicia y de la cultura jurídica, desde las reformas borbónicas hasta hoy, alteró esta relación. Este volumen es el resultado de un trabajo colectivo de cinco años que recibió el apoyo del programa ECOS-Norte binacional, de Francia y México. Cet ouvrage étudie les relations entre justice et société au Mexique depuis les réformes des Bourbons jusqu'à nos jours, en partant de l'idée d'une dégradation progressive qui semble s'être accélérée au cours des xixe et xxe siècles. Il s'intéresse aux différents acteurs du système judiciaire, aux méthodes infra-judiciaires de résolution des conflits, et à la vision des plaignants et des criminels, tant dans les grands centres urbains que dans les zones rurales (Chiapas, Yucatan, Zacatecas, la Louisiane espagnole...). This book studies the relationship between justice and society in Mexico from the Bourbon reforms to the present day, starting from the idea of a gradual deterioration that seems to have accelerated during the 19th and 20th centuries. It looks at the different players in the judicial system, sub-judicial methods of conflict resolution, and the vision of plaintiffs and criminals, both in the major urban centers and in rural areas (Chiapas, Yucatan, Zacatecas, Spanish Louisiana...).

    Debido al hecho de que aún no existe un dato cronológico absoluto que defina de forma fehaciente la cronología del sitio arqueológico de Ihuatzio, hemos realizado un estudio arqueomagnético y de mineralogía magnética sobre dos fragmentos de sus cerámicas más comunes. La primera muestra analizada pertenece al tipo «uacúsecha polícromo», mientras que la segunda corresponde al estilo «rojo Tariacuri». El principal portador magnético está vinculado con las magnetitas o titanomagnetitas pobres en titanio. Advertimos la presencia de hematitas, pero su contribución a la magnetización remanente es despreciable. Se obtuvieron ocho determinaciones fiables de las intensidades absolutas, que varían de 36.8 a 61.03 μT. Las estimaciones de intervalos más probables se realizaron mediante los modelos globales y curvas locales disponibles para Mesoamérica empleando la estadística «bootstrap». Incluso con la limitación del uso de un solo elemento geomagnético (intensidad absoluta) y patrones de datación divergentes, se ha logrado relacionar la cronología de la cerámica estudiada con el apogeo del Señorío tarasco y el dominio absoluto de la ciudad de Ihuatzio en el área del lago de Pátzcuaro. On the Chronology of Ihuatzio Pottery, Western Mesoamerica. Due to the fact that still no absolute chronological data are available to estimate the chronology of the Ihuatzio archaeological site, we carried out an archaeomagnetic and magnetic mineralogy study on two fragments of its most common pottery. The first analyzed sample belongs to the “Uacusecha polychrome” type, while the second corresponds to the “Tariacuri red” style. The main magnetic carrier is linked to magnetites or titanomagnetites poor in titanium. We note the presence of hematite, but its contribution to the remanent magnetization is insignificant. We obtained eight reliable determinations of absolute intensities, ranging from 36.8 to 61.03 μT. The most probable dating was achieved with the global models and local curves available for Mesoamerica by using the bootstrap statistics. Even with the limitation of using only one geomagnetic element (absolute intensity) and divergent dating patterns, it has been possible to relate the chronology of the studied pottery with the apogee of the Tarascan Lordship and the dominant position of Ihuatzio along the Lake Patzcuaro area.

The authors reflect on the conceptual slippage of the Baroque from the philosophy and history of Latin American art. They appreciate the use and appropriation of its formal and aesthetic strategies in some artists of contemporary art, from which we can think about the current historical processes of the region. Gli autori esplorano le opere di un gruppo di artisti colombiani del XX secolo che utilizzano i riferimenti al mondo preispanico latinoamericano come strategia visiva per un'arte moderna con forti radici nella propria cultura. Il gruppo Bachué e i casi di Pedro Nel Gómez e Rómulo Rozo sono analizzati come alternative all'arte ufficiale e dominante, con una tendenza avanguardista, da un punto di vista nazionalista e indigenista.

    En los últimos años se viene advirtiendo un deterioro del sentimiento comunitario producido por factores como la crisis económica y sanitaria. De este modo, el objetivo principal de este trabajo es comprobar el sentido de comunidad que presenta un colectivo asociativo mediante el sentimiento de pertenencia que muestran sus miembros. En un pequeño municipio de la “España Vaciada”, Otones de Benjumea (Segovia), actualmente con apenas 50 habitantes, se creó informalmente en 1976 la Asociación Cultural "El Corralón" con el ánimo de promover la cultura para el desarrollo personal y colectivo de sus asociados y simpatizantes. Mediante un estudio de caso, se recogen datos provenientes de los archivos documentales de la propia Asociación y de 16 informantes clave para conocer el impacto que ha tenido esta entidad entre la población afín al municipio. Los resultados analizados indican que la implicación de sus asociados supone el capital social dinamizador de su buen funcionamiento y la cultura se ha convertido en el atributo más característico de sus propuestas. Por tanto, la Asociación ha conseguido ser un instrumento de afirmación de la comunidad basado en la recuperación del patrimonio y la memoria, con atributos distintivos que la confiere rasgos de identidad. In recent years, a deterioration of the community feeling has been noticed due to factors such as the economic and health crisis. Thus, the main objective of this work is to verify whether the sense of community that an associative group presents overcomes these and other adversities through the feeling of belonging shown by its members. In a small municipality of "Empty Spain", Otones de Benjumea (Segovia), currently with barely 50 inhabitants, the Cultural Association "El Corralón" was informally created in 1976 with the aim of promoting culture for the personal and collective development of its associates and sympathizers. Through a case study, data are collected from the Association's own documentary archives, from participant observation and from 16 key informants to learn about the impact this entity among the population related to the municipality. The results analyzed indicate that the involvement of its associates is the social capital that has been the driving force behind its good functioning and that culture has become the most characteristic attribute of its proposals. Therefore, the Association has succeeded in being an instrument of community affirmation based on the recovery of heritage and memory, with distinctive attributes that give it identity traits with respect to other associative proposals.

The authors review journalistic news from Mexico about the creation and inauguration of the National museum of anthropology (1962-1964). In particular, they examine the museographic discourse of the pre-hispanic past, focusing on the use of New Spain chronicles of indigenous tradition as a category for the reworking of the historical narrative by the mexican state.     Este artículo trata acerca del americanismo léxico: su historiografía y una propuesta de tipologiza-ción. A su vez, la propuesta es trabajarlo y entenderlo en tanto concepto (Koselleck). La razón para retomar un concepto que ya ha sido trabajado desde una perspectiva historiográfica (Rabanales, Bohórquez, entre otros) es porque siguen dándose imprecisiones y anfibologías respecto a sus valores y sentidos. Asimismo, historiografías clave deben ser actualizadas, sobre todo con miradas críticas a partir de este siglo. Por último, se busca establecer una tipologización del concepto en cuestión, el que solo puede entenderse desde su dinamismo, cambio e historicidad.

    Este libro estudia la relación del sistema de justicia con la sociedad en México desde una mirada histórica. Se parte de la idea de que ha habido un deterioro, una separación cada vez más amplia, en esta relación, proceso que parece haberse acelerado durante los siglos xix y xx. Los autores de este libro se han interesado en seguir, en diferentes momentos y espacios, a los diferentes actores sociales involucrados, tanto los letrados como los legos, para analizar el funcionamiento en la impartición de la justicia; asimismo han explorado diversos archivos para entender cómo la evolución de la justicia y de la cultura jurídica, desde las reformas borbónicas hasta hoy, alteró esta relación. Este volumen es el resultado de un trabajo colectivo de cinco años que recibió el apoyo del programa ECOS-Norte binacional, de Francia y México. Cet ouvrage étudie les relations entre justice et société au Mexique depuis les réformes des Bourbons jusqu'à nos jours, en partant de l'idée d'une dégradation progressive qui semble s'être accélérée au cours des xixe et xxe siècles. Il s'intéresse aux différents acteurs du système judiciaire, aux méthodes infra-judiciaires de résolution des conflits, et à la vision des plaignants et des criminels, tant dans les grands centres urbains que dans les zones rurales (Chiapas, Yucatan, Zacatecas, la Louisiane espagnole...). This book studies the relationship between justice and society in Mexico from the Bourbon reforms to the present day, starting from the idea of a gradual deterioration that seems to have accelerated during the 19th and 20th centuries. It looks at the different players in the judicial system, sub-judicial methods of conflict resolution, and the vision of plaintiffs and criminals, both in the major urban centers and in rural areas (Chiapas, Yucatan, Zacatecas, Spanish Louisiana...).

    Debido al hecho de que aún no existe un dato cronológico absoluto que defina de forma fehaciente la cronología del sitio arqueológico de Ihuatzio, hemos realizado un estudio arqueomagnético y de mineralogía magnética sobre dos fragmentos de sus cerámicas más comunes. La primera muestra analizada pertenece al tipo «uacúsecha polícromo», mientras que la segunda corresponde al estilo «rojo Tariacuri». El principal portador magnético está vinculado con las magnetitas o titanomagnetitas pobres en titanio. Advertimos la presencia de hematitas, pero su contribución a la magnetización remanente es despreciable. Se obtuvieron ocho determinaciones fiables de las intensidades absolutas, que varían de 36.8 a 61.03 μT. Las estimaciones de intervalos más probables se realizaron mediante los modelos globales y curvas locales disponibles para Mesoamérica empleando la estadística «bootstrap». Incluso con la limitación del uso de un solo elemento geomagnético (intensidad absoluta) y patrones de datación divergentes, se ha logrado relacionar la cronología de la cerámica estudiada con el apogeo del Señorío tarasco y el dominio absoluto de la ciudad de Ihuatzio en el área del lago de Pátzcuaro. On the Chronology of Ihuatzio Pottery, Western Mesoamerica. Due to the fact that still no absolute chronological data are available to estimate the chronology of the Ihuatzio archaeological site, we carried out an archaeomagnetic and magnetic mineralogy study on two fragments of its most common pottery. The first analyzed sample belongs to the “Uacusecha polychrome” type, while the second corresponds to the “Tariacuri red” style. The main magnetic carrier is linked to magnetites or titanomagnetites poor in titanium. We note the presence of hematite, but its contribution to the remanent magnetization is insignificant. We obtained eight reliable determinations of absolute intensities, ranging from 36.8 to 61.03 μT. The most probable dating was achieved with the global models and local curves available for Mesoamerica by using the bootstrap statistics. Even with the limitation of using only one geomagnetic element (absolute intensity) and divergent dating patterns, it has been possible to relate the chronology of the studied pottery with the apogee of the Tarascan Lordship and the dominant position of Ihuatzio along the Lake Patzcuaro area.

    En los últimos años se viene advirtiendo un deterioro del sentimiento comunitario producido por factores como la crisis económica y sanitaria. De este modo, el objetivo principal de este trabajo es comprobar el sentido de comunidad que presenta un colectivo asociativo mediante el sentimiento de pertenencia que muestran sus miembros. En un pequeño municipio de la “España Vaciada”, Otones de Benjumea (Segovia), actualmente con apenas 50 habitantes, se creó informalmente en 1976 la Asociación Cultural "El Corralón" con el ánimo de promover la cultura para el desarrollo personal y colectivo de sus asociados y simpatizantes. Mediante un estudio de caso, se recogen datos provenientes de los archivos documentales de la propia Asociación y de 16 informantes clave para conocer el impacto que ha tenido esta entidad entre la población afín al municipio. Los resultados analizados indican que la implicación de sus asociados supone el capital social dinamizador de su buen funcionamiento y la cultura se ha convertido en el atributo más característico de sus propuestas. Por tanto, la Asociación ha conseguido ser un instrumento de afirmación de la comunidad basado en la recuperación del patrimonio y la memoria, con atributos distintivos que la confiere rasgos de identidad. In recent years, a deterioration of the community feeling has been noticed due to factors such as the economic and health crisis. Thus, the main objective of this work is to verify whether the sense of community that an associative group presents overcomes these and other adversities through the feeling of belonging shown by its members. In a small municipality of "Empty Spain", Otones de Benjumea (Segovia), currently with barely 50 inhabitants, the Cultural Association "El Corralón" was informally created in 1976 with the aim of promoting culture for the personal and collective development of its associates and sympathizers. Through a case study, data are collected from the Association's own documentary archives, from participant observation and from 16 key informants to learn about the impact this entity among the population related to the municipality. The results analyzed indicate that the involvement of its associates is the social capital that has been the driving force behind its good functioning and that culture has become the most characteristic attribute of its proposals. Therefore, the Association has succeeded in being an instrument of community affirmation based on the recovery of heritage and memory, with distinctive attributes that give it identity traits with respect to other associative proposals.

In particular, they examine the museographic discourse of the pre-hispanic past, focusing on the use of New Spain chronicles of indigenous tradition as a category for the reworking of the historical narrative by the mexican state.     Este artículo trata acerca del americanismo léxico: su historiografía y una propuesta de tipologiza-ción. A su vez, la propuesta es trabajarlo y entenderlo en tanto concepto (Koselleck). La razón para retomar un concepto que ya ha sido trabajado desde una perspectiva historiográfica (Rabanales, Bohórquez, entre otros) es porque siguen dándose imprecisiones y anfibologías respecto a sus valores y sentidos. Asimismo, historiografías clave deben ser actualizadas, sobre todo con miradas críticas a partir de este siglo. Por último, se busca establecer una tipologización del concepto en cuestión, el que solo puede entenderse desde su dinamismo, cambio e historicidad.
