    В работе рассматривается внутрироссийская миграция молодого населения Тувы, связанная с получением высшего образования. Отмечается преимущественно возвратный характер межрегиональной образовательной миграции. Направления перемещений мигрантов изучены на основе изучения нетрадиционных источников данных: цифровых следов 3090 пользователей социальной сети «ВКонтакте», указавших в качестве места рождения или окончания школы населённые пункты республики; сведений Министерства образования Республики Тыва о местах обучения 1282 студентов, получавших высшее образование в 2021–2022 учебном году (поступление в 2016–2021 гг.) в рамках целевой программы подготовки кадров. Выявлено, что чаще всего высшее образование жители республики получают в Тувинском государственном университете, расположенном в столице региона. Значение Кызыла как центра высшего образования имеет черты сходства с организацией внутрирегиональной миграции в соседних республиках — на Алтае и в Хакасии. Территориальное распределение контингента межрегиональных мигрантов характеризуется высокой долей сибирских регионов (Красноярский край, Новосибирская, Томская области), а также Москвы. Сопоставление двух источников информации об образовательной миграции позволяет увидеть более точную картину. География миграции студентов из Тувы, выявленная на основе цифровых следов, характеризуется большим разнообразием, чем обучающихся по целевым направлениям. Факторы, повлиявшие на сложившееся распределение: территориальная доступность вузов других субъектов РФ, отставание в уровне социально-экономического развития Тувы по сравнению с большинством российских регионов, ограниченная сеть высших учебных заведений в республике.

    Abstract The paper gives an overview of experiments on the study of natural fires, carried out by the staff of the Department of Physical and Computational Mechanics of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of TSU. A number of recommendations for safe conduct of experiments are given, the requirements for measuring equipment and its use in conducting firefighting activities are indicated. It is noted that for the early detection of fires, it is best to use measuring equipment that allows you to estimate the number and size of aerosol particles in the air. To register meteorological parameters should be used ultrasonic weather stations, allowing to register the various components of flow velocity and some characteristics of turbulence.

    Abstract In this paper in order to conduct a laboratory experiment on the effect of firebrands on the ground cover, the material under study was collected on the territory of the Tomsk region, namely the bark. The sizes of the samples simulating firebrands were chosen in accordance with the data of field experiments, according to the results of which it was noted that particles of precisely this size prevail during the transfer of fire. The experiments were carried out using an installation for the generation of firebrands. To determine the temperature of the particles generated by the installation, the experiment was recorded using an infrared camera. As a result of a series of experiments on the installation for the generation of firebrands, it was found that burning particles of pine bark, as well as pine twigs, are transported over a distance of 5-8 m at an average speed of 3.6 m/s. As a result, it was revealed that the probability of ignition of the ground cover depends on its density, as well as on the size of particles, their number and wind speed.

    Abstract The paper considers a possible model of the behavior of faults under the influence of external influences. A complication in the form of a step is assumed in the structure of the fault banks. A hook on a step leads to the appearance of two local stress concentration regions. A possible mechanism for slowing down the response to external stimuli is discussed. An external influence can be a shaking of the ground from a neighboring earthquake or a deformation tidal wave. The calculation is carried out within the framework of the elastic-brittle medium model by the finite-difference method supplemented with the ability to calculate cracks with the definition of their faces as free surfaces. As a result of the simulation, the emergence of a region of stress concentration is observed, which may not immediately lead to destruction. There will be an accumulation of damage as a result of a hook on the fault step, and the reaction to external influence will slow down. Over time, the medium exhausts the possibilities for implementing all the mechanisms of accommodation to the load, which leads to a break in the vicinity of the roughness with the emission of the next portion of seismic waves.

    Abstract The paper considers the effect of low-amplitude acoustic oscillations on the temperature field in the flame formed during the combustion of kerosene gasoline. As a result of using the IRT-method, sets of thermograms of the combustion process were obtained. For the obtained thermograms, the distribution of high-temperature inhomogeneities in the flame plume was analyzed. As a result, it was obtained that the effect of acoustic oscillations on the flame plume causes a change in the height of the plume, a change in the combustion rate. When analyzing the spectra of temperature changes, characteristic pulsations, which are different, depending on the flame zone, were observed. Analysis of the distribution of temperature inhomogeneities under different modes of exposure to pressure pulsations, allowed to identify the characteristic modes in which there is a change in the geometric dimensions of the temperature inhomogeneity distribution zone.

    This paper takes an intercultural approach to identifying and discussing rendition strategies of one specific punchline recurrent in scripted telecinematic discourse: That’s what she said. While this formulaic punchline demonstrates a relatively high salience in the US, particularly in oral and scripted genres, it issues more than one challenge to translators seeking to render it for other speech communities in a manner that acknowledges and retains the source pattern’s complexity as a discursively triggered and formulaic pragmatic idiom. We shall focus here on two specific target cultures, i.e. the Russian and the German, in demonstrating the challenges that this complex and linguistically as well as cognitively multi-faceted formula poses for its appropriation into either cultural sphere. Our study is based on a self-compiled parallel dataset of context-embedded source occurrences of That’s what she said and their renditions into German and Russian, thus offering immediately contrastive insights into the rendition strategies that translators have been employing to interculturally transfer this highly evasive idiomatic formula from one speech community to others.

    The speech behavior of soothsayers (kuhhān), who lived in pre-Islamic Arabia, was characterized by the use of rhymed and rhythmic prose, the formulaic structure of utterances and their enigmatic nature. Furthermore, their speech was ecstatically performed and featured a specific language that was different from the generally accepted mode of everyday communication. As a consequence, their utterances were perceived by their audiences as emanating from supernatural beings. The article draws a parallel between the speech peculiarities of the kuhhān and texts that serve for ‘communication’ with spirits in shamanic/shamanistic cultures. From a functional point of view, in both cases the texts exhibit a number of distinctive properties that mark sacred pronouncements dictated by otherworldly forces. There are also similarities in the contexts and circumstances of text production of soothsayers and shamans. The conclusions of the article can serve as another argument in favor of a typological affinity between these two groups of religious specialists. This affinity has previously been examined mainly through the prism of their social functions and non-verbal behavior. This article, on the other hand, emphasizes the linguistic characteristics of this affinity.

    Abstract In this paper, the problem of creating homogeneous composites with on carbon nanotubes is described. To control the quality of the manufactured composites, a system of terahertz visualization of material inhomogeneity using a continuous radiation source is used. An increase in the homogeneity of the composite based on multi-walled carbon nanotubes with an increase in the time of ultrasonic processing during polymerization is noted. The advantages of THz imaging in comparison with optical microscopy are shown.

    В работе рассматривается внутрироссийская миграция молодого населения Тувы, связанная с получением высшего образования. Отмечается преимущественно возвратный характер межрегиональной образовательной миграции. Направления перемещений мигрантов изучены на основе изучения нетрадиционных источников данных: цифровых следов 3090 пользователей социальной сети «ВКонтакте», указавших в качестве места рождения или окончания школы населённые пункты республики; сведений Министерства образования Республики Тыва о местах обучения 1282 студентов, получавших высшее образование в 2021–2022 учебном году (поступление в 2016–2021 гг.) в рамках целевой программы подготовки кадров. Выявлено, что чаще всего высшее образование жители республики получают в Тувинском государственном университете, расположенном в столице региона. Значение Кызыла как центра высшего образования имеет черты сходства с организацией внутрирегиональной миграции в соседних республиках — на Алтае и в Хакасии. Территориальное распределение контингента межрегиональных мигрантов характеризуется высокой долей сибирских регионов (Красноярский край, Новосибирская, Томская области), а также Москвы. Сопоставление двух источников информации об образовательной миграции позволяет увидеть более точную картину. География миграции студентов из Тувы, выявленная на основе цифровых следов, характеризуется большим разнообразием, чем обучающихся по целевым направлениям. Факторы, повлиявшие на сложившееся распределение: территориальная доступность вузов других субъектов РФ, отставание в уровне социально-экономического развития Тувы по сравнению с большинством российских регионов, ограниченная сеть высших учебных заведений в республике.

    Abstract The paper gives an overview of experiments on the study of natural fires, carried out by the staff of the Department of Physical and Computational Mechanics of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of TSU. A number of recommendations for safe conduct of experiments are given, the requirements for measuring equipment and its use in conducting firefighting activities are indicated. It is noted that for the early detection of fires, it is best to use measuring equipment that allows you to estimate the number and size of aerosol particles in the air. To register meteorological parameters should be used ultrasonic weather stations, allowing to register the various components of flow velocity and some characteristics of turbulence.

    Abstract In this paper in order to conduct a laboratory experiment on the effect of firebrands on the ground cover, the material under study was collected on the territory of the Tomsk region, namely the bark. The sizes of the samples simulating firebrands were chosen in accordance with the data of field experiments, according to the results of which it was noted that particles of precisely this size prevail during the transfer of fire. The experiments were carried out using an installation for the generation of firebrands. To determine the temperature of the particles generated by the installation, the experiment was recorded using an infrared camera. As a result of a series of experiments on the installation for the generation of firebrands, it was found that burning particles of pine bark, as well as pine twigs, are transported over a distance of 5-8 m at an average speed of 3.6 m/s. As a result, it was revealed that the probability of ignition of the ground cover depends on its density, as well as on the size of particles, their number and wind speed.

    Abstract The paper considers a possible model of the behavior of faults under the influence of external influences. A complication in the form of a step is assumed in the structure of the fault banks. A hook on a step leads to the appearance of two local stress concentration regions. A possible mechanism for slowing down the response to external stimuli is discussed. An external influence can be a shaking of the ground from a neighboring earthquake or a deformation tidal wave. The calculation is carried out within the framework of the elastic-brittle medium model by the finite-difference method supplemented with the ability to calculate cracks with the definition of their faces as free surfaces. As a result of the simulation, the emergence of a region of stress concentration is observed, which may not immediately lead to destruction. There will be an accumulation of damage as a result of a hook on the fault step, and the reaction to external influence will slow down. Over time, the medium exhausts the possibilities for implementing all the mechanisms of accommodation to the load, which leads to a break in the vicinity of the roughness with the emission of the next portion of seismic waves.

    Abstract The paper considers the effect of low-amplitude acoustic oscillations on the temperature field in the flame formed during the combustion of kerosene gasoline. As a result of using the IRT-method, sets of thermograms of the combustion process were obtained. For the obtained thermograms, the distribution of high-temperature inhomogeneities in the flame plume was analyzed. As a result, it was obtained that the effect of acoustic oscillations on the flame plume causes a change in the height of the plume, a change in the combustion rate. When analyzing the spectra of temperature changes, characteristic pulsations, which are different, depending on the flame zone, were observed. Analysis of the distribution of temperature inhomogeneities under different modes of exposure to pressure pulsations, allowed to identify the characteristic modes in which there is a change in the geometric dimensions of the temperature inhomogeneity distribution zone.

    This paper takes an intercultural approach to identifying and discussing rendition strategies of one specific punchline recurrent in scripted telecinematic discourse: That’s what she said. While this formulaic punchline demonstrates a relatively high salience in the US, particularly in oral and scripted genres, it issues more than one challenge to translators seeking to render it for other speech communities in a manner that acknowledges and retains the source pattern’s complexity as a discursively triggered and formulaic pragmatic idiom. We shall focus here on two specific target cultures, i.e. the Russian and the German, in demonstrating the challenges that this complex and linguistically as well as cognitively multi-faceted formula poses for its appropriation into either cultural sphere. Our study is based on a self-compiled parallel dataset of context-embedded source occurrences of That’s what she said and their renditions into German and Russian, thus offering immediately contrastive insights into the rendition strategies that translators have been employing to interculturally transfer this highly evasive idiomatic formula from one speech community to others.

    The speech behavior of soothsayers (kuhhān), who lived in pre-Islamic Arabia, was characterized by the use of rhymed and rhythmic prose, the formulaic structure of utterances and their enigmatic nature. Furthermore, their speech was ecstatically performed and featured a specific language that was different from the generally accepted mode of everyday communication. As a consequence, their utterances were perceived by their audiences as emanating from supernatural beings. The article draws a parallel between the speech peculiarities of the kuhhān and texts that serve for ‘communication’ with spirits in shamanic/shamanistic cultures. From a functional point of view, in both cases the texts exhibit a number of distinctive properties that mark sacred pronouncements dictated by otherworldly forces. There are also similarities in the contexts and circumstances of text production of soothsayers and shamans. The conclusions of the article can serve as another argument in favor of a typological affinity between these two groups of religious specialists. This affinity has previously been examined mainly through the prism of their social functions and non-verbal behavior. This article, on the other hand, emphasizes the linguistic characteristics of this affinity.

    Abstract In this paper, the problem of creating homogeneous composites with on carbon nanotubes is described. To control the quality of the manufactured composites, a system of terahertz visualization of material inhomogeneity using a continuous radiation source is used. An increase in the homogeneity of the composite based on multi-walled carbon nanotubes with an increase in the time of ultrasonic processing during polymerization is noted. The advantages of THz imaging in comparison with optical microscopy are shown.
