description Publicationkeyboard_double_arrow_right Article 2021 ArgentinaPublisher:Ediciones Universidad de Salamanca Authors: Nahuel Enrique Cavagnaro;Nahuel Enrique Cavagnaro;Este artículo se interesa por mostrar las relaciones de las redes genovesas de los Salvago y los Doria con las noblezas itálicas e ibéricas a través del análisis de los procesos de endeudamiento presentes en protocolos notariales y en documentos sobre alegaciones de derecho. La deuda aparece aquí no solo como una categoría económica, sino que se integra en toda una serie de conductas y pautas políticas, sociales y culturales propia de los vínculos inter aristocráticos en los siglos XVI y XVII. En perspectiva, se intenta observar el nexo entre las elites mercantiles y financieras con las lógicas del privilegio, como la venalidad, la compra de oficios y los mayorazgos, así como los mecanismos de promoción social y económica. This article shows the relations of the networks of the Genoese Salvago and Doria with the Italian and Iberian nobles through the analysis of the debt processes present in notarial protocols and in documents on legal claims. Debt appears here not only as an economic category, but is integrated into a whole series of activities and political, social and cultural patterns, typical of inter-aristocratic ties in the 16th and 17th centuries. The article attempts to observe the links between the mercantile and financial elites with the logics of privilege, such as venality, the purchase of trades and "mayorazgos", as well as the mechanisms of social and economic promotion. Este trabajo analiza la participación del catolicismo social en el proceso de construcción de las políticas sociales en Argentina a inicios del siglo XX, focalizando en la creación de las jubilaciones ferroviarias. Se sostiene que los diputados católicos participaron activamente en el diseño, la defensa y la aprobación del proyecto, en un juego dinámico de acuerdos y enfrentamientos con diversos sectores políticos y sociales. El autor, nacido en Inglaterra pero instalado en España desde la infancia, encuentra en la incorporaciónproductiva de un amplio conjunto de objetos semióticos extra-literarios diversos (películas, canciones, axiomas de la filosofía y la ciencia, etc.) un motor insoslayable para su escritura. Sin embargo, los estudios especializados sistemáticamente han pasado por alto esta arista crucial de la poesía wolfiana. El presente trabajo se propone entonces revisar esa matriz otra de significados reinterpretados por el poeta angloespañol en un corpus de textos extraídos de tres de los primeros poemarios publicados por el autor entre 1992 y 1994 (Días perdidos en los transportes públicos, Hablando de pintura con un ciego y Arde Babilonia). Con este objeto se apelará a ciertas herramientas metodológicas desarrolladas para el estudio de los vínculos entre textualidades, discursos y medios distintos como lo son la «interdiscursividad» y la «intermedialidad».

Para ello nos proponemos, en una primera instancia, recuperar las conceptualizaciones tradicionales del intelectual, entendiendo que no se harán todas las distinciones clásicas en términos generales, sino más bien se buscará explicitar aquellas cuestiones relevantes que operan como punto de partida para pensar su dimensión política. En segundo término, trazamos un recorrido diacrónico para mostrar algunas de las publicaciones intelectuales más significativas del siglo XX y principios del XXI en Argentina: Revista Sur, Contorno, Pasado y Presente, Punto de Vista, Controversia, El Ojo Mocho, Grupo Esmeralda, El Club Socialista y Carta Abierta. Este recorrido permitirá ver la manera en que se fueron configurando, en distintas producciones discursivas, diferentes sujetos intelectuales que responden a periodos socio-históricos divergentes. This essay aims to investigate the most resonant intellectual manifestations of Argentina in the last century. For this purpose we propose, in the first instance, to recover the traditional conceptualizations of the intellectual, understanding that not all classical distinctions will be made in general terms, but rather seek to make explicit those relevant issues that operate as a starting point for thinking about their political dimension. Secondly, we trace a diachronic journey to show some of the most significant intellectual publications of the 20th and early 21st centuries in Argentina: Revista Sur, Contorno, Pasado y Presente, Punto de Vista, Controversia, El Ojo Mocho, Emerald Group, The Socialist Club and Open Letter. This tour will allow to see the way in which different intellectual subjects were configured, in different discursive productions, responding to divergent socio-historical periods. The attempt to articulate it through the category of unequal exchange was not particularly systematic. This paper seeks to recover those debates and will attempt to account for the relevant articulations in the light of a present revitalisation of studies in the field of Marxist dependency theory. To this end, we will recover the classical discussions around unequal exchange in order to discuss their points of contact with the Marxist theory of dependency and some contemporary debates around the transfer of value and the super-exploitation of labour and nature. Una de las perspectivas de su incorporación es hacerlo de manera transversal conjuntamente con otros espacios curriculares y en este contexto el Pensamiento Computacional adquiere relevancia. En este trabajo presentamos una investigación que adoptó la metodología conocida como estudios de diseño donde se planificó una secuencia didáctica para el aprendizaje de la Ingeniería Genética, en la escuela secundaria, la cual se encuentra prescripta en los diseños curriculares de 5º año con orientación en Ciencias Naturales. Para ello se le propuso a las y los estudiantes situaciones problemáticas en donde debían construir modelos de Ingeniería Genética utilizando Scratch. Los principales resultados muestran que la utilización de Scratch como primer lenguaje de programación permite el acercamiento del estudiantado al desarrollo del Pensamiento Computacional al tiempo que desarrollan prácticas científicas como la modelización. Programming is being incorporated into educational spaces through different resolutions. One of the perspectives of this incorporation is by means of a transversal relationship with other curricular spaces and in this context Computational Thinking acquires relevance. In this work we present an investigation that adopted the methodology known as design studies where a didactic sequence was planned for the learning of Genetic Engineering in high schools, which is included in the 5th year programme with an orientation in Natural Sciences. This end, different problematic situations were proposed to students where they had to build Genetic Engineering models using Scratch. The main results show that the use of Scratch as the first programming language allows students to approach Computational Thinking while developing scientific practices such as modeling. A geração dos conteúdos dos módulos dos treinamentos desse simulador foi baseada em metodologia ativa, mais especificamente PBL (Problem Basead Learning). A proposta da simulação virtual é expor o profissional em situações simuladas da sua própria rotina de trabalho. E com isto acompanhar sua forma de reagir e quais são suas reais atitudes perante uma ação espontânea. A proposta do sistema é que seja possível identificar ações inadequadas e orientar o profissional para uma mudança de postura para aprimorar sua competência. The article describes the technical development of an educational platform based on virtual reality, to promote a better engagement of security professionals in their operational training. The generation of the contents of the training modules of this simulator was based on an active methodology, more specifically PBL (Problem Basead Learning). The purpose of virtual simulation is to expose the professional to simulated situations of his own work routine. And with this, monitor your way of reacting and whatare your real attitudes towards a spontaneous action. The system's proposal is that it is possible to identify inappropriate actions and guide the professional towards a change of posture to improve their competence. Facultad de Informática

Collazos;En la actualidad existen muchas instituciones, tanto públicas como privadas, preocupadas por las múltiples dificultades que tienen los estudiantes universitarios al enfrentarse con materias como física, matemática, programación, entre otras. Para esto, en Colombia se han propuesto diferentes estrategias a nivel universitario como ser semilleros y clubes académicos, y también a nivel de educación básica secundaria con propuestas de la Secretaría de Educación y de empresas privadas. Algunas de las propuestas son Innobótica, Ingeniería e Interchange. Estas propuestas promueven el aprendizaje significativo en varias áreas del conocimiento tales como física, electrónica, matemática, programación, mecánica, entre otras. En este artículo se presenta una propuesta institucional para la Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo, que propone crear un club enfocado en los más niños, hacia el aprendizaje de software específico para el logro de pensamiento computacional. Currently there are many institutions, both public and private, concerned about the many difficulties that university students face when dealing with subjects such as physics, mathematics, programming, among others. For this, in Colombia different strategies have been proposed at the university level such as seedbeds and academic clubs, and also at the initial level of high school with proposals from the Ministry of Education and private companies. Some of the proposals are Innobótica, Ingenierían and Interchange. These proposals promote significant learning in various areas of knowledge such as physics, electronics, mathematics, programming, and mechanics, among others. This article presents an institutional proposal for the Pascual Bravo University Institution. This proposal aims to create a club focused on younger children, towards learning specific software for the achievement of computational thinking. Facultad de Informática

Para ello, se trabajó con la asignatura Preservación de Alimentos de la carrera de Ingeniería en Alimentos de la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes (UNQ). Se desarrolló una Unidad Didáctica (UD) con el fin de favorecer diversas competencias de la ingeniería y enseñar temas de NdCyT y desarrollar el PC, a partir del trabajo colaborativo en la bimodalidad (b-learning). La UD se llevó a cabo a partir del uso de una plataforma y diferentes herramientas de la misma como foros y wikis. Se han obtenido resultados positivos de la aplicación de la UD a partir del uso de diferentes herramientas validadas sobre NdCyT y PC que se han aplicado al estudiantado como Pre y Pos Test. Asimismo, en una entrevista realizada a algunas de las personas participantes, todas valoraron positivamente la intervención y el uso de la bimodalidad para desarrollarla. This article describes an educational research teaching experience, which is part of a doctoral thesis funded by CONICET. The objective is to develop Critical Thinking (CT) and teach Nature of Science and Technology (NOST) topics to secondary and university level students, based on the topic of Foodborne Diseases in context. To do this, we worked with colleagues in charge of the Food Preservation subject, which is part of the Food Engineering degree course at the National University of Quilmes (UNQ). A Didactic Unit (DU) was developed in order to promote various engineering skills, teach NOST topics and develop CT, based on collaborative work in bimodality (b-learning). The DU was deployed by means of a platform and a variety of built-in tools such as forums and wikis. Such deployment generated positive results with the use of different validated NOST and CT tools presented to the students as Pre and Post Tests. Likewise, in an interview withsome of the participants, all of them positively assessed the intervention and the use of bimodality for its development. Facultad de Informática

La deuda aparece aquí no solo como una categoría económica, sino que se integra en toda una serie de conductas y pautas políticas, sociales y culturales propia de los vínculos inter aristocráticos en los siglos XVI y XVII. En perspectiva, se intenta observar el nexo entre las elites mercantiles y financieras con las lógicas del privilegio, como la venalidad, la compra de oficios y los mayorazgos, así como los mecanismos de promoción social y económica. This article shows the relations of the networks of the Genoese Salvago and Doria with the Italian and Iberian nobles through the analysis of the debt processes present in notarial protocols and in documents on legal claims. Debt appears here not only as an economic category, but is integrated into a whole series of activities and political, social and cultural patterns, typical of inter-aristocratic ties in the 16th and 17th centuries. The article attempts to observe the links between the mercantile and financial elites with the logics of privilege, such as venality, the purchase of trades and "mayorazgos", as well as the mechanisms of social and economic promotion. Este trabajo analiza la participación del catolicismo social en el proceso de construcción de las políticas sociales en Argentina a inicios del siglo XX, focalizando en la creación de las jubilaciones ferroviarias. Se sostiene que los diputados católicos participaron activamente en el diseño, la defensa y la aprobación del proyecto, en un juego dinámico de acuerdos y enfrentamientos con diversos sectores políticos y sociales. El autor, nacido en Inglaterra pero instalado en España desde la infancia, encuentra en la incorporaciónproductiva de un amplio conjunto de objetos semióticos extra-literarios diversos (películas, canciones, axiomas de la filosofía y la ciencia, etc.) un motor insoslayable para su escritura. Sin embargo, los estudios especializados sistemáticamente han pasado por alto esta arista crucial de la poesía wolfiana. El presente trabajo se propone entonces revisar esa matriz otra de significados reinterpretados por el poeta angloespañol en un corpus de textos extraídos de tres de los primeros poemarios publicados por el autor entre 1992 y 1994 (Días perdidos en los transportes públicos, Hablando de pintura con un ciego y Arde Babilonia). Con este objeto se apelará a ciertas herramientas metodológicas desarrolladas para el estudio de los vínculos entre textualidades, discursos y medios distintos como lo son la «interdiscursividad» y la «intermedialidad».

Para ello nos proponemos, en una primera instancia, recuperar las conceptualizaciones tradicionales del intelectual, entendiendo que no se harán todas las distinciones clásicas en términos generales, sino más bien se buscará explicitar aquellas cuestiones relevantes que operan como punto de partida para pensar su dimensión política. En segundo término, trazamos un recorrido diacrónico para mostrar algunas de las publicaciones intelectuales más significativas del siglo XX y principios del XXI en Argentina: Revista Sur, Contorno, Pasado y Presente, Punto de Vista, Controversia, El Ojo Mocho, Grupo Esmeralda, El Club Socialista y Carta Abierta. Este recorrido permitirá ver la manera en que se fueron configurando, en distintas producciones discursivas, diferentes sujetos intelectuales que responden a periodos socio-históricos divergentes. This essay aims to investigate the most resonant intellectual manifestations of Argentina in the last century. For this purpose we propose, in the first instance, to recover the traditional conceptualizations of the intellectual, understanding that not all classical distinctions will be made in general terms, but rather seek to make explicit those relevant issues that operate as a starting point for thinking about their political dimension. Secondly, we trace a diachronic journey to show some of the most significant intellectual publications of the 20th and early 21st centuries in Argentina: Revista Sur, Contorno, Pasado y Presente, Punto de Vista, Controversia, El Ojo Mocho, Emerald Group, The Socialist Club and Open Letter. The attempt to articulate it through the category of unequal exchange was not particularly systematic. This paper seeks to recover those debates and will attempt to account for the relevant articulations in the light of a present revitalisation of studies in the field of Marxist dependency theory. To this end, we will recover the classical discussions around unequal exchange in order to discuss their points of contact with the Marxist theory of dependency and some contemporary debates around the transfer of value and the super-exploitation of labour and nature. Una de las perspectivas de su incorporación es hacerlo de manera transversal conjuntamente con otros espacios curriculares y en este contexto el Pensamiento Computacional adquiere relevancia. En este trabajo presentamos una investigación que adoptó la metodología conocida como estudios de diseño donde se planificó una secuencia didáctica para el aprendizaje de la Ingeniería Genética, en la escuela secundaria, la cual se encuentra prescripta en los diseños curriculares de 5º año con orientación en Ciencias Naturales. Para ello se le propuso a las y los estudiantes situaciones problemáticas en donde debían construir modelos de Ingeniería Genética utilizando Scratch. Los principales resultados muestran que la utilización de Scratch como primer lenguaje de programación permite el acercamiento del estudiantado al desarrollo del Pensamiento Computacional al tiempo que desarrollan prácticas científicas como la modelización. Programming is being incorporated into educational spaces through different resolutions. One of the perspectives of this incorporation is by means of a transversal relationship with other curricular spaces and in this context Computational Thinking acquires relevance. In this work we present an investigation that adopted the methodology known as design studies where a didactic sequence was planned for the learning of Genetic Engineering in high schools, which is included in the 5th year programme with an orientation in Natural Sciences. This end, different problematic situations were proposed to students where they had to build Genetic Engineering models using Scratch. The main results show that the use of Scratch as the first programming language allows students to approach Computational Thinking while developing scientific practices such as modeling. A geração dos conteúdos dos módulos dos treinamentos desse simulador foi baseada em metodologia ativa, mais especificamente PBL (Problem Basead Learning). A proposta da simulação virtual é expor o profissional em situações simuladas da sua própria rotina de trabalho. E com isto acompanhar sua forma de reagir e quais são suas reais atitudes perante uma ação espontânea. A proposta do sistema é que seja possível identificar ações inadequadas e orientar o profissional para uma mudança de postura para aprimorar sua competência. The article describes the technical development of an educational platform based on virtual reality, to promote a better engagement of security professionals in their operational training. The generation of the contents of the training modules of this simulator was based on an active methodology, more specifically PBL (Problem Basead Learning). The purpose of virtual simulation is to expose the professional to simulated situations of his own work routine. And with this, monitor your way of reacting and whatare your real attitudes towards a spontaneous action. The system's proposal is that it is possible to identify inappropriate actions and guide the professional towards a change of posture to improve their competence. Facultad de Informática

Collazos;En la actualidad existen muchas instituciones, tanto públicas como privadas, preocupadas por las múltiples dificultades que tienen los estudiantes universitarios al enfrentarse con materias como física, matemática, programación, entre otras. Para esto, en Colombia se han propuesto diferentes estrategias a nivel universitario como ser semilleros y clubes académicos, y también a nivel de educación básica secundaria con propuestas de la Secretaría de Educación y de empresas privadas. Algunas de las propuestas son Innobótica, Ingeniería e Interchange. Estas propuestas promueven el aprendizaje significativo en varias áreas del conocimiento tales como física, electrónica, matemática, programación, mecánica, entre otras. En este artículo se presenta una propuesta institucional para la Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo, que propone crear un club enfocado en los más niños, hacia el aprendizaje de software específico para el logro de pensamiento computacional. Currently there are many institutions, both public and private, concerned about the many difficulties that university students face when dealing with subjects such as physics, mathematics, programming, among others. For this, in Colombia different strategies have been proposed at the university level such as seedbeds and academic clubs, and also at the initial level of high school with proposals from the Ministry of Education and private companies. Some of the proposals are Innobótica, Ingenierían and Interchange. These proposals promote significant learning in various areas of knowledge such as physics, electronics, mathematics, programming, and mechanics, among others. This article presents an institutional proposal for the Pascual Bravo University Institution. This proposal aims to create a club focused on younger children, towards learning specific software for the achievement of computational thinking. Facultad de Informática

Para ello, se trabajó con la asignatura Preservación de Alimentos de la carrera de Ingeniería en Alimentos de la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes (UNQ). Se desarrolló una Unidad Didáctica (UD) con el fin de favorecer diversas competencias de la ingeniería y enseñar temas de NdCyT y desarrollar el PC, a partir del trabajo colaborativo en la bimodalidad (b-learning). La UD se llevó a cabo a partir del uso de una plataforma y diferentes herramientas de la misma como foros y wikis. Se han obtenido resultados positivos de la aplicación de la UD a partir del uso de diferentes herramientas validadas sobre NdCyT y PC que se han aplicado al estudiantado como Pre y Pos Test. Asimismo, en una entrevista realizada a algunas de las personas participantes, todas valoraron positivamente la intervención y el uso de la bimodalidad para desarrollarla. This article describes an educational research teaching experience, which is part of a doctoral thesis funded by CONICET. The objective is to develop Critical Thinking (CT) and teach Nature of Science and Technology (NOST) topics to secondary and university level students, based on the topic of Foodborne Diseases in context. To do this, we worked with colleagues in charge of the Food Preservation subject, which is part of the Food Engineering degree course at the National University of Quilmes (UNQ). A Didactic Unit (DU) was developed in order to promote various engineering skills, teach NOST topics and develop CT, based on collaborative work in bimodality (b-learning). The DU was deployed by means of a platform and a variety of built-in tools such as forums and wikis. Such deployment generated positive results with the use of different validated NOST and CT tools presented to the students as Pre and Post Tests. Likewise, in an interview withsome of the participants, all of them positively assessed the intervention and the use of bimodality for its development. Facultad de Informática
