    El presente working paper engloba los conceptos estudiados en la materia Justicia Social Educativa: Estrategia Transformadora, espacio académico que tuve la oportunidad de cursar en virtud del intercambio gestionado por la Universidad de Santo Tomás y la Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. Dicho intercambio permitió establecer una mirada transnacional y transdisciplinar al momento de abordar los procesos de educación en cuestiones de violencia y vulnerabilidad social. Se sustenta en este escrito que la justicia social educativa se puede impulsar con la fuerza que ofrece la comprensión de la historia y la sistematización de los relatos históricos de la mano con las herramientas propias de la pedagogía, la filosofía y la escuela en ambientes de diálogo, lo cual ayuda en la superación de los traumas generados por la violencia y en la reconciliación del ser humano con sus congéneres, con su entorno y con su pasado. The present working paper encompasses the concepts studied in the course "Educational Social Justice: Transformative Strategy," an academic space that I had the opportunity to take as part of an exchange program managed by the University of Santo Tomás and the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. This exchange allowed for a transnational and transdisciplinary perspective when addressing education processes related to violence and social vulnerability. This paper argues that educational social justice can be promoted through the strength provided by understanding history and systematizing historical narratives, coupled with the tools of pedagogy, philosophy, and schooling in dialogical environments. This approach aids in overcoming traumas generated by violence and in reconciling individuals with their peers, environment, and past. http://www.ustavillavicencio.edu.co/home/index.php/unidades/extension-y-proyeccion/investigacion

    Authors: Laura Ocampo Campo;

    Instalación interactiva virtual La tesis "Origami y Medios Digitales: Nuevas Formas de Expresión Abstracta en el Arte Contemporáneo" aborda la pregunta de cómo las técnicas de origami y la exploración de medios digitales pueden generar nuevas formas de expresión abstracta en el arte contemporáneo y cómo se pueden traducir estas formas digitales en piezas tangibles que incorporen elementos de la tradición del origami y la experimentación digital. A través de la realización de tres obras de arte con enfoques y metodologías diferentes, la tesis ha demostrado que la combinación de la tradición del origami y la tecnología digital pueden dar lugar a obras de arte interesantes y novedosas que pueden tener un impacto significativo en el arte contemporáneo. La primera obra, "Ausencia de Significado", utiliza una combinación de técnicas digitales y manuales para representar visualmente la complejidad de la experiencia humana y la búsqueda de propósito y transformación personal en el vacío existencial. La segunda obra consistió en la creación de nuevas mariposas a partir de un tema recurrente en las obras de Gabriel García Márquez, demostrando cómo el origami puede ser utilizado para crear obras de arte que hacen referencia a temas específicos. La tercera obra, centrada en la creación de una pieza en 2D y otra en 3D utilizando el octaedro como figura principal, demuestra la fusión de la tradición del origami y la tecnología digital en formas abstractas y geométricas interesantes. En general, la tesis ha ampliado la comprensión de las posibilidades creativas que ofrecen estas técnicas y ha demostrado que la combinación de origami y tecnología digital pueden dar lugar a obras de arte valiosas en el arte contemporáneo. The thesis "Origami and Digital Media: New Forms of Abstract Expression in Contemporary Art" addresses the question of how origami techniques and exploration of digital media can generate new forms of abstract expression in contemporary art and how these digital forms can be translated into tangible pieces that incorporate elements of the origami tradition and digital experimentation. Through the creation of two different artworks with different approaches and methodologies, the thesis has shown that the combination of origami tradition and digital technology can result in interesting and innovative artworks that can have a significant impact on contemporary art. The first artwork, "Absence of Meaning," uses a combination of digital and manual techniques to visually represent the complexity of human experience and the search for purpose and personal transformation in existential emptiness. The second artwork consisted of creating new butterflies based on a recurring theme in the works of Gabriel Garcia Marquez, demonstrating how origami can be used to create artworks that reference specific themes. The third artwork, focused on creating a 2D and 3D piece using the octahedron as the main figure, shows the fusion of the origami tradition and digital technology into interesting abstract and geometric forms. Overall, the thesis has expanded the understanding of the creative possibilities offered by these techniques and has shown that the combination of origami and digital technology can result in valuable artworks in contemporary art.

    El proyecto planteado es una reflexión sobre el oficio del escenógrafo para televisión. Intento fusionar el oficio que he ejercido con mis pensamientos, emociones y recuerdos de mi infancia y juventud en la costa atlántica, escarbando en mi memoria, en las imágenes recolectadas, en la memoria de mi madre; así como en las manifestaciones de la cultura de mi región de origen y la de Bogotá, donde me radiqué desde los 24 años, con todo esto exploro un lenguaje de colores y formas. Pero este proyecto es también un esfuerzo por trascender la memoria más allá de la mía propia y buscar conjugarla con la del entorno, sumándola, explorando a través de un símbolo que las junte en una representación que narre esta búsqueda. The proposed project is a reflection on the profession of the television set designer. to merge the job that I have exercised with my thoughts, emotions and memories of my childhood and youth on the Colombian Atlantic coast, digging in my memory, in the collected images, in the memory of my mother; as well as in the manifestations of the culture of my region of origin and that of Bogotá, where I settled since I was 24 years old, with all this I explore a language of colors and shapes. But this project is also an effort to transcend memory beyond my own and seek to combine it with that of the environment, adding it, exploring through a symbol that brings them together in a representation that narrates this search.     Authors: Acosta Traslaviña, Shirly Catalina; De Luque Vergara, Ciro Andrés; Quesada Pérez, Jorge Luis; Barandica Álvarez, Roberto Mario;

    El presente trabajo que a continuación se realiza se hace con base o con fuente de un ensayo de carácter investigativo, titulado, Incidencia de la corrupción en derechos constitucionales económicos, sociales y culturales, el cual, tal como su título lo determina, está encaminado a establecer, analizar y dar a conocer en que forma el fenómeno de la corrupción impacta en la preservación, la conservación y la efectividad de los derechos Económicos, Sociales y Culturales, ya que hablar o escribir sobre corrupción en Colombia y quizás en la mayor parte de los países del mundo, se viene constituyendo en un tema rutinario que se ha hecho costumbre en el discurrir de las administraciones públicas de estas naciones. En este orden de ideas, el trabajo realizado presenta una relación de algunas investigaciones que se han desarrollado en torno a este fenómeno como una forma de hacer efectiva la aplicación de una metodología de trabajo basada en la recolección, procesamiento y análisis de referentes bibliográficos que tratan sobre el tema. En el trabajo desarrollado y con base a la metodología aplicada, los autores del mismo realizan un análisis cronológico del origen, evolución y desarrollo de la corrupción, partiendo de la época antigua, pasando por la edad media y la edad moderna, para aterrizar en la época contemporánea, saliendo a prevalecer en el desarrollo de este proceso una realidad que hasta ahora nos parecía desconocida como lo es: la corrupción es tan antigua como el mismo hombre y que no es un fenómeno nuevo y por lo cual no hay que extrañarse de su ocurrencia, lo que hay que preocuparse es que siendo tan antiguo resulta inexplicable que el mismo en vez de desaparecer por las implicaciones negativas que tiene para el desarrollo de las administraciones públicas, el mismo se ha venido fortaleciendo y entronizando hasta el punto que ha sido difícil combatirlo y erradicarlo. En el trabajo investigativo realizado se hace énfasis en que los orígenes de la corrupción, se encuentran en el interior mismo de las administraciones, los gobiernos y los regímenes que gobernaron en cada una de las épocas, reconociendo entonces a la corrupción como un fenómeno casi inherente en la administración pública de la mayor parte de los Estados y Naciones del mundo, resulta cuestionable el hecho de que a pesar de su antigüedad la misma aún impere como una acción de costumbre y arraigada al deber ser de los funcionarios públicos que incurren en estas prácticas. Las consecuencias o impactos de la corrupción dentro de la satisfacción de necesidades que son inherentes en derechos Económicos, Sociales y Culturales, implica la reducción de las posibilidades de la satisfacción de tales necesidades. En este caso, nuestro país no ha sido la excepción a esta regla, pero no se puede caer en el conformismo ni en la resignación de quienes señalan que la corrupción es un mal necesario porque entonces estaríamos aceptando que los derechos económicos, sociales, etc., de nuestros ciudadanos siga siendo desconocidos, vulnerados e insatisfechos por causas de quien tiene la obligación de hacer un uso honesto y transparente de los recursos del erario público, destinados a generar condiciones de bienestar y desarrollo de las personas. Al final de trabajo de investigación realizado se propone ser conscientes y reconocer que la corrupción en el país es uno de los principales causantes de muchos de los problemas que afloran en los tejidos sociales, económicos, políticos, etc., y que hacen parte del sistema administrativo público en Colombia. También es preciso reconocer que existe la necesidad de endurecer las penas y sanciones en quienes incurran en estas prácticas; penas ejemplarizantes y pongan a pensar a más de uno a la hora de querer incurrir en prácticas corruptivas. The present work that is carried out below is done based on or with source of an investigative essay, entitled, Incidence of corruption in economic, social and cultural constitutional rights , which, as its title determines, is aimed at establish, analyze and publicize how the phenomenon of corruption impacts the preservation, conservation and effectiveness of Economic, Social and Cultural rights, since speaking or writing about corruption in Colombia and perhaps in most of the countries of the world, has become a routine issue that has become customary in the course of the public administrations of these nations. In this order of ideas, the work carried out presents a list of some investigations that have been developed around this phenomenon as a way to make effective the application of a work methodology based on the collection, processing and analysis of bibliographic references that treat about the topic. In the work developed and based on the applied methodology, the authors carry out a chronological analysis of the origin, evolution and development of corruption, starting from ancient times, passing through the Middle Ages and the modern age, to land on the contemporary era, coming to prevail in the development of this process a reality that until now seemed unknown to us as it is: corruption is as old as man himself and that it is not a new phenomenon and therefore it should not be surprised by its occurrence, what you have to worry about is that being so old it is inexplicable that instead of disappearing due to the negative implications it has for the development of public administrations, it has been strengthened and enthroned to the point that it has been difficult fight it and eradicate it. In the investigative work carried out, it is emphasized that the origins of corruption are found within the administrations, governments and regimes that governed in each of the times, thus recognizing corruption as an almost inherent phenomenon In the public administration of most of the States and Nations of the world, it is questionable that despite its antiquity it still prevails as a customary action and rooted in the duty of public officials who engage in these practices . The consequences or impacts of corruption within the satisfaction of needs that are inherent in Economic, Social and Cultural rights, implies the reduction of the possibilities of satisfying such needs. In this case, our country has not been the exception to this rule, but it is not possible to fall into conformism or resignation from those who point out that corruption is a necessary evil because then we would be accepting that economic and social rights, etc. , of our citizens continue to be unknown, violated and dissatisfied by causes of those who have the obligation to make an honest and transparent use of the resources of the public purse, destined to generate conditions of well-being and development of people. At the end of the research work carried out, it is proposed to be aware and recognize that corruption in the country is one of the main causes of many of the problems that surface in the social, economic, political, etc., and that are part of the system public administration in Colombia. It is also necessary to recognize that there is a need to toughen penalties and sanctions for those who engage in these practices; exemplary penalties and make more than one think when it comes to wanting to engage in corruptive practices.

    The Santa Bárbara`s Church in Bogotá is one of the oldest and most important churches in the city, being one of the vestiges of religious architecture in the colony, as well as being a witness to several of the most important historical events in the country. At present, this building, declared an asset of national cultural interest, is in the forgetfulness of Bogota and with several problems that threaten its conservation as a city heritage. That said, this work seeks to assess and evaluate the building that exists today, taking into account its history, in order to propose certain guidelines that fight for the conservation of the property, in addition to the recovery of the comprehensive reading of its intrinsic values, this being a contribution to the study of colonial buildings in the country as well as contributing to the historical memory of the city. La iglesia de Santa Bárbara en Bogotá es una de las iglesias más antiguas y más importante de la ciudad siendo uno de los vestigios de la arquitectura religiosa en la colonia, además de ser testigo de varios de los hechos históricos más importantes en el país. En la actualidad, este edificio declarado bien de interés cultural de carácter nacional, se encuentra en el olvido de la memoria bogotana y con varias problemáticas que amenazan su conservación como patrimonio de la ciudad. Dicho esto, el presente trabajo busca valorar y evaluar la edificación que existe en la actualidad, teniendo en cuenta su historia, para poder proponer ciertos lineamientos que pugnen por la conservación del bien, además de la recuperación de la lectura integral de sus valores intrínsecos, siendo este un aporte para el estudio de los edificios coloniales en el país además de contribuir a la memoria histórica de la ciudad. This work aims to show, based on fieldwork carried out between 2016 and 2019 and the review of press sources, the contradictions of the visions about peace in Montes de María in the context of the peace negotiation between the FARC and the Colombian government. The departments of Bolívar and Sucre have promoted tourism initiatives in the region that establish the monumentalization of memory as a strategy for the region's economic reactivation. However, it has neglected the demands of the population regarding access to land and resources. Based on three of the elements encompassed by the government strategy (the route of peace, monuments, and festivals), the text aims to reveal the tensions and daily violence that persist in the population. The text consists of three chapters. Each of them presents an ethnographic vignette that serves as a narrative nucleus around which practices and discourses on peace, memory, local politics, and reparation are questioned. El objetivo de este trabajo es mostrar, a partir del trabajo de campo adelantado entre 2016 y 2019 y la revisión de fuentes de prensa, las contradicciones de las visiones encontradas sobre la paz en los Montes de María, en el contexto de la negociación los acuerdos entre las FARC y el gobierno colombiano. Los departamentos de Bolívar y Sucre han promovido iniciativas de turismo en la región que establecen la monumentalización de la memoria como una estrategia de reactivación económica de la región, sin embargo, ha desatendido las demandas de la población sobre el acceso a tierra y recursos. A partir de tres de los elementos que son englobados por la estrategia gubernamental (la ruta de la paz, los monumentos y los festivales), el texto pretende revelar las tensiones y las violencias cotidianas que perviven en la población. El texto consta de tres capítulos. Cada uno de ellos presenta una viñeta etnográfica que sirve como núcleo narrativo alrededor del cual se cuestionan las prácticas y discursos sobre la paz, la memoria, la política local y la reparación. "Los Once" is a graphic novel published in 2014, created by José Luis Jiménez, Miguel Jiménez, and Andrés Cruz. It develops its plot from the Palace of Justice siege that took place in Bogotá, Colombia in 1985. Throughout this research, the idea that this graphic novel problematizes the established historical discourses and the construction of memory regarding this event is developed, based on image handling. In the first chapter, an approach to the idea of graphic sequentiality is made, and the particularities of the graphic novel are recognized at a global and local level. Similarly, a structural review of the graphic novel "Los Once" is formulated. In the second chapter, a study of the image is proposed based on some visual research methodologies in which press photographs of the Palace of Justice siege are discussed, with some vignettes from the graphic novel "Los Once", recognizing the difference between discourses that occurs in both sources. In the third chapter, a study of both, Memory and the graphic novel "Los Once" is developed based on their relationships with history, conflict, and art. Keywords: Graphic novel, Image, Photography, Palace of Justice, Memory, History, Art. Los Once es una novela gráfica creada por José Luis Jiménez, Miguel Jiménez y Andrés Cruz, publicada en el año 2014. Desarrolla su trama a partir de la toma del Palacio de Justicia que tuvo lugar en Bogotá, Colombia en el año de 1985. A lo largo de la presente investigación se desarrolla la idea de que esta novela gráfica problematiza los discursos históricos establecidos y la construcción de memoria con respecto a este evento, a partir del tratamiento de la imagen. En el primer capítulo se realiza un acercamiento a la idea de secuencialidad gráfica, y se reconocen las particularidades de la novela gráfica a nivel global y local. De igual modo, se formula una revisión estructural de la novela gráfica Los Once. En el segundo capítulo se plantea un estudio de la imagen a partir de algunas metodologías de investigación visual en las que se ponen en diálogo imágenes de prensa de la toma del Palacio de Justicia, con algunas viñetas de la novela gráfica Los Once, reconociendo la diferencia discursiva que se da en ambos soportes. En el tercer capítulo se desarrolla un estudio de la Memoria y la novela gráfica Los Once a partir de sus relaciones con la historia, el conflicto y el arte. El presente working paper engloba los conceptos estudiados en la materia Justicia Social Educativa: Estrategia Transformadora, espacio académico que tuve la oportunidad de cursar en virtud del intercambio gestionado por la Universidad de Santo Tomás y la Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. Dicho intercambio permitió establecer una mirada transnacional y transdisciplinar al momento de abordar los procesos de educación en cuestiones de violencia y vulnerabilidad social. Se sustenta en este escrito que la justicia social educativa se puede impulsar con la fuerza que ofrece la comprensión de la historia y la sistematización de los relatos históricos de la mano con las herramientas propias de la pedagogía, la filosofía y la escuela en ambientes de diálogo, lo cual ayuda en la superación de los traumas generados por la violencia y en la reconciliación del ser humano con sus congéneres, con su entorno y con su pasado. The present working paper encompasses the concepts studied in the course "Educational Social Justice: Transformative Strategy," an academic space that I had the opportunity to take as part of an exchange program managed by the University of Santo Tomás and the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. This exchange allowed for a transnational and transdisciplinary perspective when addressing education processes related to violence and social vulnerability. This paper argues that educational social justice can be promoted through the strength provided by understanding history and systematizing historical narratives, coupled with the tools of pedagogy, philosophy, and schooling in dialogical environments. This approach aids in overcoming traumas generated by violence and in reconciling individuals with their peers, environment, and past. http://www.ustavillavicencio.edu.co/home/index.php/unidades/extension-y-proyeccion/investigacion

    Instalación interactiva virtual La tesis "Origami y Medios Digitales: Nuevas Formas de Expresión Abstracta en el Arte Contemporáneo" aborda la pregunta de cómo las técnicas de origami y la exploración de medios digitales pueden generar nuevas formas de expresión abstracta en el arte contemporáneo y cómo se pueden traducir estas formas digitales en piezas tangibles que incorporen elementos de la tradición del origami y la experimentación digital. A través de la realización de tres obras de arte con enfoques y metodologías diferentes, la tesis ha demostrado que la combinación de la tradición del origami y la tecnología digital pueden dar lugar a obras de arte interesantes y novedosas que pueden tener un impacto significativo en el arte contemporáneo. La primera obra, "Ausencia de Significado", utiliza una combinación de técnicas digitales y manuales para representar visualmente la complejidad de la experiencia humana y la búsqueda de propósito y transformación personal en el vacío existencial. La segunda obra consistió en la creación de nuevas mariposas a partir de un tema recurrente en las obras de Gabriel García Márquez, demostrando cómo el origami puede ser utilizado para crear obras de arte que hacen referencia a temas específicos. La tercera obra, centrada en la creación de una pieza en 2D y otra en 3D utilizando el octaedro como figura principal, demuestra la fusión de la tradición del origami y la tecnología digital en formas abstractas y geométricas interesantes. En general, la tesis ha ampliado la comprensión de las posibilidades creativas que ofrecen estas técnicas y ha demostrado que la combinación de origami y tecnología digital pueden dar lugar a obras de arte valiosas en el arte contemporáneo. The thesis "Origami and Digital Media: New Forms of Abstract Expression in Contemporary Art" addresses the question of how origami techniques and exploration of digital media can generate new forms of abstract expression in contemporary art and how these digital forms can be translated into tangible pieces that incorporate elements of the origami tradition and digital experimentation. Through the creation of two different artworks with different approaches and methodologies, the thesis has shown that the combination of origami tradition and digital technology can result in interesting and innovative artworks that can have a significant impact on contemporary art. The first artwork, "Absence of Meaning," uses a combination of digital and manual techniques to visually represent the complexity of human experience and the search for purpose and personal transformation in existential emptiness. The second artwork consisted of creating new butterflies based on a recurring theme in the works of Gabriel Garcia Marquez, demonstrating how origami can be used to create artworks that reference specific themes. The third artwork, focused on creating a 2D and 3D piece using the octahedron as the main figure, shows the fusion of the origami tradition and digital technology into interesting abstract and geometric forms. Overall, the thesis has expanded the understanding of the creative possibilities offered by these techniques and has shown that the combination of origami and digital technology can result in valuable artworks in contemporary art.

    El proyecto planteado es una reflexión sobre el oficio del escenógrafo para televisión. Intento fusionar el oficio que he ejercido con mis pensamientos, emociones y recuerdos de mi infancia y juventud en la costa atlántica, escarbando en mi memoria, en las imágenes recolectadas, en la memoria de mi madre; así como en las manifestaciones de la cultura de mi región de origen y la de Bogotá, donde me radiqué desde los 24 años, con todo esto exploro un lenguaje de colores y formas. Pero este proyecto es también un esfuerzo por trascender la memoria más allá de la mía propia y buscar conjugarla con la del entorno, sumándola, explorando a través de un símbolo que las junte en una representación que narre esta búsqueda. The proposed project is a reflection on the profession of the television set designer. to merge the job that I have exercised with my thoughts, emotions and memories of my childhood and youth on the Colombian Atlantic coast, digging in my memory, in the collected images, in the memory of my mother; as well as in the manifestations of the culture of my region of origin and that of Bogotá, where I settled since I was 24 years old, with all this I explore a language of colors and shapes. But this project is also an effort to transcend memory beyond my own and seek to combine it with that of the environment, adding it, exploring through a symbol that brings them together in a representation that narrates this search.     Authors: Acosta Traslaviña, Shirly Catalina; De Luque Vergara, Ciro Andrés; Quesada Pérez, Jorge Luis; Barandica Álvarez, Roberto Mario;
