    Authors: Josep Escrig Rosa;

    En este trabajo se analiza el recurso a la escatología y al universo profético-apocalíptico de orientación antiliberal en 1821, año de la consumación de la independencia de México. Las diversas fuentes utilizadas revelan la importancia que adquirieron los discursos sibilinos en la transición del Virreinato al Imperio, así como su potencial movilizador. Se argumenta que estos sirvieron para denunciar el liberalismo revolucionario, fomentar la alternativa emancipadora y proponer lecturas mesiánicas renovadas. A través de esos tres aspectos se exploran las posibilidades del pensamiento escatológico y del marco profético a la hora de comprender los cambios político-religiosos del periodo de las independencias hispanoamericanas. This paper analyses the use of eschatology and the prophetic-apocalyptic universe of anti-liberal thinkers in 1821, the year of the consummation of Mexican independence. Many sources reveal the importance and mobilizing potential of sibylline discourses during the transition from Viceroyalty to Empire. I show they served to denounce revolutionary liberalism, promote an emancipatory alternative, and propose renewed messianic readings. I use these three aspects to explore the possibilities of eschatological thinking and the prophetic framework for understanding the political and religious changes of the Spanish-American independence period.

    Authors: Lázaro Lorente, Luis Miguel;

    En España, desde mediados del siglo XIX, el movimiento anarquista prestó una gran atención a las cuestiones culturales y educativas bajo la influencia de los planteamientos de la I Internacional. En nuestro país se tradujo en una apuesta por el modelo de educación integral que Paul Robin había propuesto a los internacionalistas como programa educativo. Una opción que el II Congreso de la Federación Regional Española de la Asociación Internacional de los Trabajadores en Zaragoza en 1872 refrendaría con la aprobación del proyecto de Trinidad Soriano. En esa corriente se inscribe la que con toda probabilidad constituye la primera aproximación al tema educativo de Ricardo Mella Cea, una figura clave del anarquismo español del último cuarto del siglo XIX. De manera muy clara, la influencia de esas propuestas de educación integral podemos encontrarla en un breve texto de carácter utópico escrito en 1889: «La Nueva Utopía». Un detallado diseño de qué debería ser la educación una vez hecha la Revolución social e instaurado un nuevo modelo de vida, convivencia, trabajo. Junto a ese diseño ideal, Mella consigna reflexiones y propuestas pedagógicas breves que definen, globalmente, una propuesta educativa netamente anarquista, no dogmática, antiautoritaria, coeducativa, paidocéntrica, y que rechaza los premios y los castigos. Un corpus de proposiciones pedagógicas planteado casi una década antes de que Francisco Ferrer fundara la Escuela Moderna de Barcelona. Propuestas que Mella defenderá entre1910 y 1912 como alternativa al modelo ferreriano, que finalmente será el que asuma la Confederación Nacional del Trabajo, CNT, arrumbando elmodelo antisectario que Mella defiende.

    La revista Metropol aparece en pleno boom de las revistas de cómic adulto en España como una original propuesta tanto en forma como en contenido. Es una experiencia de gestión autoral cooperativa que plantea, desde la dirección artística del guionista Antonio Segura, la creación de un espacio único urbano en el que se desarrollarán todas las historietas que aparecerán en la revista. Desde un planteamiento basal de género negro, Segura proyecta desbordamientos hacia el costumbrismo y la ciencia ficción que permiten establecer la ciudad como gran protagonista de la publicación, en una sorprendente e inédita estructura global que pone a la ciudad en primer plano, por encima del escenario, como protagonista de un relato que es capaz de incorporar experiencias transversales multimodales que amplían la experiencia diegética y extradiegética habitual del cómic.

    Abstract Due to its potential to develop new added value products, a staggering number of nanoparticles (NPs) is already available on the market. Moreover, this increase is expected to continue in the future. However, there is a lack of knowledge on the level of exposure to nanoparticles, and the information related to possible adverse health effects is scarce. Furthermore, there is very little studies concerning the effect of risk management measures (RMMs) on the levels of exposure to nanoparticles at workplaces, compared to the number of exposure situations that can be distinguished. This study focuses on 5 case studies covering different types of materials, assessing the effectiveness of targeted mitigation strategies applied during the production process. Customized mitigation measures were applied in each industrial scenario to minimize exposure levels. The effects on the particle concentration levels using source enclosure, partial or full, combined with local exhaust ventilation systems (LEVs), was evaluated to generate new knowledge to support the definition of informed safe by process design approaches when dealing with NPs. This study demonstrates that technological advancements can significantly reduce work-related exposures. The findings underscore the importance of tailored mitigation measures due to the diverse range of potential sources and activities in industrial scenarios.

    Se presentan los resultados del análisis de los restos de madera localizados en la tumba 3 del asentamiento argárico de Tabayá (Aspe, Alicante), una sepultura de tipo fosa que fue parcialmente cerrada con tablones. Aunque está poco documentada en la zona nororiental del territorio de El Argar, el empleo de la madera no es en absoluto excepcional en el marco de las prácticas funerarias argáricas. Una revisión del registro disponible en todo el territorio argárico muestra que las sepulturas proporcionan, además, el contexto más propicio para su conservación, demostrando que la madera se empleó tanto en la construcción de algunas tumbas como en la elaboración de distintos objetos de ajuar depositados en su interior.---The analysis of some wooden remains found in the Argaric settlement of Tabayá (Aspe, Alicante) is presented. They come from Tomb 3, a pit or covacha type burial that was partially closed with planks. Although it is rarely documented in the north-eastern part of the Argaric territory, the use of wood is not exceptional in the context of Argaric funerary practices. A review of the available record throughout the Argaric territory shows that graves provide, on the other hand, the most favourable context for the conservation of wood, which was used both for the construction of the tombs and for the elaboration of handles and other tools deposited inside.

    Authors: Josep TORRÓ;

    Les palafanguers ont été chargés de créer et d'entretenir les réseaux de drainage agricole à Valence et dans d'autres régions méditerranéennes ibériques depuis le XIIIe siècle. La plupart d'entre eux venaient du royaume de France et d'autres régions où la bêche était l'outil agricole par excellence et où la transformation des zones marécageuses était d'une ampleur et une complexité plus grandes que dans l'environnement méditerranéen. À partir du XVe siècle, le développement de la qualification de ces professionnels a généré une différenciation interne, faisant émerger ceux qui ont été reconnus comme maîtres. La dynamique migratoire, favorisée par la discontinuité de la demande locale, semble avoir joué un rôle important dans ce processus. The palafanguers had the responsibility of establishing and maintaining agricultural drainage networks in Valencia and other Iberian Mediterranean areas since the 13th century. Most of them came from the kingdom of France and other regions where the spade was the agricultural tool par excellence, and where the transformation of wetlands was of greater magnitude and complexity than in the Mediterranean environment. The development of qualifications among these professionals, from the 15th century onwards, generated an internal differentiation from which emerged those who were recognised as masters. The migratory dynamic, favoured by the discontinuity of local demand, seems to have played an important role in this process Los palafanguers fueron los encargados de crear y mantener las redes de drenaje agrícola en Valencia y otros espacios mediterráneos ibéricos desde el siglo XIII. En su mayoría procedían del reino de Francia y otras regiones donde la pala era la herramienta agraria por excelencia y donde la transformación de áreas pantanosas ofrecía una magnitud y una complejidad mayores que en el medio mediterráneo. El desarrollo de la cualificación entre estos profesionales durante el siglo XV generó una diferenciación interna de la que emergieron los reconocidos como maestros. En ese proceso parece que jugó un papel destacado la dinámica migratoria favorecida por la discontinuidad de la demanda local.--- .---

    Authors: Pilar Escribá Ruiz; Joaquín Rafael Jiménez-Puerto; Joan Bernabeu Auban; Josep Pascual-Beneyto;

    Los poblados de hoyos presentan una problemática particular a la hora de interpretar su evolución a lo largo del tiempo a causa de su peculiar estratigrafía discontinua. Uno de estos lugares es el Camí de Missena, que fue clasificado como un asentamiento típico del III milenio cal AC, aunque desde el principio se vieron ciertos datos arqueológicos, que remitían a momentos muy anteriores. Se ha utilizado la estadística bayesiana para relacionar las dataciones radiocarbónicas disponibles con características concretas de elementos clave de la cultura material presente con el fin de solucionar este problema, establecer la evolución del asentamiento y para comprobar la validez de la aplicación de este novedoso método en este tipo de lugares y a esta escala. El resultado ha permitido tanto la ubicación temporal de abundantes estructuras negativas no datadas como el establecimiento de diferentes periodos cronoculturales, de forma que se ha concretado más la evolución interna del yacimiento a nivel micro. Estos resultados sugieren la validez del método de predicción bayesiana para este tipo de problemas arqueológicos y su gran potencial en la aplicación tanto a gran escala -macro- como a nivel interno -micro-. The negative structures settlements present a particular problem when interpreting their evolution and their odd discontinuous stratigraphy. One of these places is the Camí de Missena, which was classified as a typical settlement of the III millennium cal bc, although certain archaeological data were referred to much earlier times. Bayesian statistics have been used to relate the available radiocarbon dates with specific characteristics and features of the present material culture to solve this problem, establish the evolution of the settlement, and test the validity of the application of this novel method in a micro scale of analysis. The result has allowed both the temporary location of many undated negative structures and the establishment of different chrono-cultural periods so the site's internal evolution. These results suggest the validity of the Bayesian prediction method for this kind of archaeological problem and its great potential in both large-scale - macro - and internal -micro - scale applications.

    Authors: Santiago Vicente Llavata;

    El objetivo fundamental de esta investigación es el de analizar la codificación lexicográfica de las voces compuestas conformadas con bien- y mal- en el marco general de la lexicografía bilingüe valenciano-castellano producida durante la primera mitad del siglo XIX. Para ello, se tomará el Diccionario valenciano-castellano (1851) de José Escrig como corpus lexicográfico nuclear y se abordará el estudio descriptivo de su nomenclatura, con el fin de contrastar sus datos con los de la tradición lexicográfica española decimonónica en su primer mitad. Con ello se pretende trazar ciertas tendencias de dependencia y vinculación entre las tradiciones lexicográficas consideradas en el tratamiento de estos compuestos.

    Authors: Francisco Fuster García;

    El objetivo de este artículo es señalar la ausencia de mujeres en el canon de la Edad de Plata, construido por la historiografía española de las últimas décadas. Tras explicar el origen del concepto “Edad de Plata” y su proceso de consolidación como categoría historiográfica, enumero y argumento qué razones explican la exclusión, de esta categoría de análisis, de las intelectuales, escritoras, artistas o científicas españolas que desarrollaron su obra durante el primer tercio del siglo XX. Por último, propongo la necesidad de revisar ese canon, hasta ahora monopolizado por creadores masculinos, para construir uno nuevo, más incluyente, en el que la creación femenina también esté representada.

    Authors: Villares Paz, Ramón; Ortega López, Teresa María; Morant i Ariño, Antonio;

    En representación de tres generaciones de historiadores, Ramón Villares, Teresa María Ortega y Toni Morant, reconocidos especialistas en diferentes campos de la historia contemporánea, reflexionan sobre algunas cuestiones clave suscitadas por las transformaciones disciplina- res de la ciencia histórica, los cambios en las prácticas comunitarias y en los compromisos profesionales. Los puntos de vista y propuestas de orientación de los autores se sitúan en el incierto futuro de la historia, tras el impacto de la pandemia del COVID-19. Este Debate ha sido coordinado por el profesor Ignacio Peiró (Universidad de Zaragoza).--- Ramón Villares, Teresa María Ortega and Toni Morant represent three generations of historians who are prominent specialists in different fields of modern history. They share their thoughts on core issues raised by current disciplinary transformations in historical science, shifts in practices, and new professional commitments. Their points of view and orientation proposals must be placed in the context of the uncertain future of the field of history in the wake of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This Debate has been coordinated by professor Ignacio Peiró (University of Zaragoza).

    Authors: Josep Escrig Rosa;

    En este trabajo se analiza el recurso a la escatología y al universo profético-apocalíptico de orientación antiliberal en 1821, año de la consumación de la independencia de México. Las diversas fuentes utilizadas revelan la importancia que adquirieron los discursos sibilinos en la transición del Virreinato al Imperio, así como su potencial movilizador. Se argumenta que estos sirvieron para denunciar el liberalismo revolucionario, fomentar la alternativa emancipadora y proponer lecturas mesiánicas renovadas. A través de esos tres aspectos se exploran las posibilidades del pensamiento escatológico y del marco profético a la hora de comprender los cambios político-religiosos del periodo de las independencias hispanoamericanas. This paper analyses the use of eschatology and the prophetic-apocalyptic universe of anti-liberal thinkers in 1821, the year of the consummation of Mexican independence. Many sources reveal the importance and mobilizing potential of sibylline discourses during the transition from Viceroyalty to Empire. I show they served to denounce revolutionary liberalism, promote an emancipatory alternative, and propose renewed messianic readings. I use these three aspects to explore the possibilities of eschatological thinking and the prophetic framework for understanding the political and religious changes of the Spanish-American independence period.

    Authors: Lázaro Lorente, Luis Miguel;

    En España, desde mediados del siglo XIX, el movimiento anarquista prestó una gran atención a las cuestiones culturales y educativas bajo la influencia de los planteamientos de la I Internacional. En nuestro país se tradujo en una apuesta por el modelo de educación integral que Paul Robin había propuesto a los internacionalistas como programa educativo. Una opción que el II Congreso de la Federación Regional Española de la Asociación Internacional de los Trabajadores en Zaragoza en 1872 refrendaría con la aprobación del proyecto de Trinidad Soriano. En esa corriente se inscribe la que con toda probabilidad constituye la primera aproximación al tema educativo de Ricardo Mella Cea, una figura clave del anarquismo español del último cuarto del siglo XIX. De manera muy clara, la influencia de esas propuestas de educación integral podemos encontrarla en un breve texto de carácter utópico escrito en 1889: «La Nueva Utopía». Un detallado diseño de qué debería ser la educación una vez hecha la Revolución social e instaurado un nuevo modelo de vida, convivencia, trabajo. Junto a ese diseño ideal, Mella consigna reflexiones y propuestas pedagógicas breves que definen, globalmente, una propuesta educativa netamente anarquista, no dogmática, antiautoritaria, coeducativa, paidocéntrica, y que rechaza los premios y los castigos. Un corpus de proposiciones pedagógicas planteado casi una década antes de que Francisco Ferrer fundara la Escuela Moderna de Barcelona. Propuestas que Mella defenderá entre1910 y 1912 como alternativa al modelo ferreriano, que finalmente será el que asuma la Confederación Nacional del Trabajo, CNT, arrumbando elmodelo antisectario que Mella defiende.

    La revista Metropol aparece en pleno boom de las revistas de cómic adulto en España como una original propuesta tanto en forma como en contenido. Es una experiencia de gestión autoral cooperativa que plantea, desde la dirección artística del guionista Antonio Segura, la creación de un espacio único urbano en el que se desarrollarán todas las historietas que aparecerán en la revista. Desde un planteamiento basal de género negro, Segura proyecta desbordamientos hacia el costumbrismo y la ciencia ficción que permiten establecer la ciudad como gran protagonista de la publicación, en una sorprendente e inédita estructura global que pone a la ciudad en primer plano, por encima del escenario, como protagonista de un relato que es capaz de incorporar experiencias transversales multimodales que amplían la experiencia diegética y extradiegética habitual del cómic.

    Abstract Due to its potential to develop new added value products, a staggering number of nanoparticles (NPs) is already available on the market. Moreover, this increase is expected to continue in the future. However, there is a lack of knowledge on the level of exposure to nanoparticles, and the information related to possible adverse health effects is scarce. Furthermore, there is very little studies concerning the effect of risk management measures (RMMs) on the levels of exposure to nanoparticles at workplaces, compared to the number of exposure situations that can be distinguished. This study focuses on 5 case studies covering different types of materials, assessing the effectiveness of targeted mitigation strategies applied during the production process. Customized mitigation measures were applied in each industrial scenario to minimize exposure levels. The effects on the particle concentration levels using source enclosure, partial or full, combined with local exhaust ventilation systems (LEVs), was evaluated to generate new knowledge to support the definition of informed safe by process design approaches when dealing with NPs. This study demonstrates that technological advancements can significantly reduce work-related exposures. The findings underscore the importance of tailored mitigation measures due to the diverse range of potential sources and activities in industrial scenarios.

    Se presentan los resultados del análisis de los restos de madera localizados en la tumba 3 del asentamiento argárico de Tabayá (Aspe, Alicante), una sepultura de tipo fosa que fue parcialmente cerrada con tablones. Aunque está poco documentada en la zona nororiental del territorio de El Argar, el empleo de la madera no es en absoluto excepcional en el marco de las prácticas funerarias argáricas. Una revisión del registro disponible en todo el territorio argárico muestra que las sepulturas proporcionan, además, el contexto más propicio para su conservación, demostrando que la madera se empleó tanto en la construcción de algunas tumbas como en la elaboración de distintos objetos de ajuar depositados en su interior.---The analysis of some wooden remains found in the Argaric settlement of Tabayá (Aspe, Alicante) is presented. They come from Tomb 3, a pit or covacha type burial that was partially closed with planks. Although it is rarely documented in the north-eastern part of the Argaric territory, the use of wood is not exceptional in the context of Argaric funerary practices. A review of the available record throughout the Argaric territory shows that graves provide, on the other hand, the most favourable context for the conservation of wood, which was used both for the construction of the tombs and for the elaboration of handles and other tools deposited inside.

    Authors: Josep TORRÓ;

    Les palafanguers ont été chargés de créer et d'entretenir les réseaux de drainage agricole à Valence et dans d'autres régions méditerranéennes ibériques depuis le XIIIe siècle. La plupart d'entre eux venaient du royaume de France et d'autres régions où la bêche était l'outil agricole par excellence et où la transformation des zones marécageuses était d'une ampleur et une complexité plus grandes que dans l'environnement méditerranéen. À partir du XVe siècle, le développement de la qualification de ces professionnels a généré une différenciation interne, faisant émerger ceux qui ont été reconnus comme maîtres. La dynamique migratoire, favorisée par la discontinuité de la demande locale, semble avoir joué un rôle important dans ce processus. The palafanguers had the responsibility of establishing and maintaining agricultural drainage networks in Valencia and other Iberian Mediterranean areas since the 13th century. Most of them came from the kingdom of France and other regions where the spade was the agricultural tool par excellence, and where the transformation of wetlands was of greater magnitude and complexity than in the Mediterranean environment. The development of qualifications among these professionals, from the 15th century onwards, generated an internal differentiation from which emerged those who were recognised as masters. The migratory dynamic, favoured by the discontinuity of local demand, seems to have played an important role in this process Los palafanguers fueron los encargados de crear y mantener las redes de drenaje agrícola en Valencia y otros espacios mediterráneos ibéricos desde el siglo XIII. En su mayoría procedían del reino de Francia y otras regiones donde la pala era la herramienta agraria por excelencia y donde la transformación de áreas pantanosas ofrecía una magnitud y una complejidad mayores que en el medio mediterráneo. El desarrollo de la cualificación entre estos profesionales durante el siglo XV generó una diferenciación interna de la que emergieron los reconocidos como maestros. En ese proceso parece que jugó un papel destacado la dinámica migratoria favorecida por la discontinuidad de la demanda local.--- .---

    Los poblados de hoyos presentan una problemática particular a la hora de interpretar su evolución a lo largo del tiempo a causa de su peculiar estratigrafía discontinua. Uno de estos lugares es el Camí de Missena, que fue clasificado como un asentamiento típico del III milenio cal AC, aunque desde el principio se vieron ciertos datos arqueológicos, que remitían a momentos muy anteriores. Se ha utilizado la estadística bayesiana para relacionar las dataciones radiocarbónicas disponibles con características concretas de elementos clave de la cultura material presente con el fin de solucionar este problema, establecer la evolución del asentamiento y para comprobar la validez de la aplicación de este novedoso método en este tipo de lugares y a esta escala. El resultado ha permitido tanto la ubicación temporal de abundantes estructuras negativas no datadas como el establecimiento de diferentes periodos cronoculturales, de forma que se ha concretado más la evolución interna del yacimiento a nivel micro. Estos resultados sugieren la validez del método de predicción bayesiana para este tipo de problemas arqueológicos y su gran potencial en la aplicación tanto a gran escala -macro- como a nivel interno -micro-. The negative structures settlements present a particular problem when interpreting their evolution and their odd discontinuous stratigraphy. One of these places is the Camí de Missena, which was classified as a typical settlement of the III millennium cal bc, although certain archaeological data were referred to much earlier times. Bayesian statistics have been used to relate the available radiocarbon dates with specific characteristics and features of the present material culture to solve this problem, establish the evolution of the settlement, and test the validity of the application of this novel method in a micro scale of analysis. The result has allowed both the temporary location of many undated negative structures and the establishment of different chrono-cultural periods so the site's internal evolution. These results suggest the validity of the Bayesian prediction method for this kind of archaeological problem and its great potential in both large-scale - macro - and internal -micro - scale applications.

    Authors: Santiago Vicente Llavata;

    El objetivo fundamental de esta investigación es el de analizar la codificación lexicográfica de las voces compuestas conformadas con bien- y mal- en el marco general de la lexicografía bilingüe valenciano-castellano producida durante la primera mitad del siglo XIX. Para ello, se tomará el Diccionario valenciano-castellano (1851) de José Escrig como corpus lexicográfico nuclear y se abordará el estudio descriptivo de su nomenclatura, con el fin de contrastar sus datos con los de la tradición lexicográfica española decimonónica en su primer mitad. Con ello se pretende trazar ciertas tendencias de dependencia y vinculación entre las tradiciones lexicográficas consideradas en el tratamiento de estos compuestos.

    Authors: Francisco Fuster García;

    El objetivo de este artículo es señalar la ausencia de mujeres en el canon de la Edad de Plata, construido por la historiografía española de las últimas décadas. Tras explicar el origen del concepto “Edad de Plata” y su proceso de consolidación como categoría historiográfica, enumero y argumento qué razones explican la exclusión, de esta categoría de análisis, de las intelectuales, escritoras, artistas o científicas españolas que desarrollaron su obra durante el primer tercio del siglo XX. Por último, propongo la necesidad de revisar ese canon, hasta ahora monopolizado por creadores masculinos, para construir uno nuevo, más incluyente, en el que la creación femenina también esté representada.

    Authors: Villares Paz, Ramón; Ortega López, Teresa María; Morant i Ariño, Antonio;

    En representación de tres generaciones de historiadores, Ramón Villares, Teresa María Ortega y Toni Morant, reconocidos especialistas en diferentes campos de la historia contemporánea, reflexionan sobre algunas cuestiones clave suscitadas por las transformaciones disciplina- res de la ciencia histórica, los cambios en las prácticas comunitarias y en los compromisos profesionales. Los puntos de vista y propuestas de orientación de los autores se sitúan en el incierto futuro de la historia, tras el impacto de la pandemia del COVID-19. Este Debate ha sido coordinado por el profesor Ignacio Peiró (Universidad de Zaragoza).--- Ramón Villares, Teresa María Ortega and Toni Morant represent three generations of historians who are prominent specialists in different fields of modern history. They share their thoughts on core issues raised by current disciplinary transformations in historical science, shifts in practices, and new professional commitments. Their points of view and orientation proposals must be placed in the context of the uncertain future of the field of history in the wake of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This Debate has been coordinated by professor Ignacio Peiró (University of Zaragoza).
