Processed interpolation surfaces and errors tables. Must be opened in R using the readRDS() function. These surfaces were processed as part of the research paper, "Linear modelling: optimising interpolation for a LiDAR-based volumetric investigation into the construction of Iron Age and early medieval linear earthworks in England"

Drawings of representative reference material of wild Timopheevi wheat (Tricitum araraticum). Specimens for illustration were selected by the late Prof. Gordon Hillman (1943-2018) and illustrated by Sarah Mason as part of British Academy funded project in the early 2000s. The PBI 115001 accession originated in Azerbaijan and derived material is maintained at the John Innes Centre (https://www.seedstor.ac.uk/search-infoaccession.php?idPlant=27430). The other specimen was obtained by Mark Nesbitt (RMN). When present, metadata in the image file represents observations/comments of Prof. Gordon Hillman

All interpolated surfaces and error data compressed as .zip archives. Must be first uncompressed and then opened in R using readRDS() These surfaces were interpolated as part of the research paper, "Linear modelling: optimising interpolation for a LiDAR-based volumetric investigation into the construction of Iron Age and early medieval linear earthworks in England"

Hyperspectral imaging from 400 to 940 nm of a genealogical roll that traces the ancestors of Edward IV back to Adam and Eve. The roll is 5955 x 308 mm and is held by UCL Special Collections (MS ANGL 3). It is described in detail in Treasures From UCL (https://discovery.ucl.ac.uk/id/eprint/1468565/6/TREASURES_FROM_UCL.pdf). The movie moves along the roll, showing the content changing with wavelength. Different inks can be seen highlighted as the wavelenght changes.

This is a set of aggregated data tables that underly the key figures in the SERL stats report "Smart Energy Research Lab: Energy use in GB domestic buildings 2021" (Volume 1). The report describes domestic gas and electricity energy use in Great Britain in 2021 based on data from the Smart Energy Research Lab (SERL) Observatory, which consists of smart meter and contextual data from approximately 13,000 homes that are broadly representative of the GB population in terms of region and Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD) quintile. The report shows how residential energy use in GB varies over time (monthly over the year and half-hourly over the course of the day), with occupant characteristics (number of occupants, tenure), property characteristics (age, size, form, and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)), by type of heating system, presence of solar panels and of electric vehicles, and by weather, region and IMD quintile.

The medieval cities of Otrar oasis, Kazakhstan: Kuik-Mardan Excavation and field season 2018, short preliminary report.  Средневековые города Отрарского оазиса, Казахстан: раскопки в Куйук-Мардане и полевой сезон 2018, краткий предварительный отчет.  The report is a short summary of the 2018 field season as written by the team of field supervisors - Sarah Ritchie, Katie Campbell, Kayrat Zhambulatov, Victoria Sluka and Gai (Gaygysyz) Jorayev. The data collected during the season then formed part of research work of the partner institutions and for individual researchers. The field season was organised as a close collaboration between the UCL Centre for Applied Archaeology (part of UCL Institute of Archaeology), Margulan Institute of Archaeology of Kazakhstan (Ә.Х. Марғұлан атындағы Археология институты) and Otrar State Archaeological Museum («Отырар» мемлекеттік археологиялық музей-қорығы). The team undertook a short excavation at Kuik-Mardan and trained students in field documentation and finds processing techniques. The archaeological site of Kuik-Mardan (also known as Мардан күйік, Күйік-Мардан, Куюк-Мардан) within the Otrar oasis, one of the most complex archaeological landscapes of Central Asia. It is located in Southern Kazakhstan (coordinates: decimal degrees: 42.902453° 68.248664°), near to the Syr Darya river.  The monument is protected by the Otrar State Archaeological Museum which is located in the nearby town of Shaulder, and the museum also acts as a research centre for study of the oasis, with many finds from excavations on display. The dataset published here include: 2 PDF files that are reports in English and Russian languages  1 aerial image taken during the field season
