    This repository contains the supplementary information and raw data annexed to the manuscript "Quaternary and Pliocene sea-level changes at Camarones, central Patagonia, Argentina", authored by Karla Rubio-Sandoval et al. and submitted for consideration in the journal Quaternary Science Reviews. The folder contains the following items. 1. Raw_data.xlsxThis is an excel file that includes all survey and analytical data in several sheets, briefly described hereafter. - GNSS data. Data surveyed with differential GNSS in the field.- Sea level index points. Datapoints used as sea-level index points, and associated calculations of paleo Relative Sea Level.- AAR Summary. Table summarising the main results of the AAR analyses.- AAR complete sheet. The complete set of analytical data done for the Amino Acid Racemization dating.- Radiocarbon data. The analytical results of radiocarbon dating.- Literature ages. A compilation of the Electron Spin Resonance and U-series ages published for the Camarones site.- Transects. Topographical transects extracted from the TanDEM-X Digital Elevation model and referred to the GEOIDEAR 16 geoid.- Distance plot. Data for plotting Relative Sea Level vs distance along the coast of the sea-level index points described in the manuscript. 2. Holocene (folder)This folder contains two excel files ("Area_Camarones_Accepted.xlsx" and "Area_Camarones_Rejected.xlsx") that include the Holocene data described in the paper compiled following the standard HOLSEA template. 3. Runup_modellingThis folder contains three folders, each with a Jupyter notebook (.ipynb) and datasets to perform the runup calculations described in the manuscript.

    The information below describes a dataset related to a study conducted in Turin, Italy, involving low-cost laser-scattering SPS30 sensors placed by Wiseair SRL and a Tecora reference station placed by Arpa Piemonte (Italian Air Quality Agency). This dataset spans two different time periods in 2022, specifically from March 1, 2022, to April 29, 2022, and from October 26, 2022, to December 30, 2022. The data in this dataset pertains to the mass concentration of PM2.5 (particulate matter with a diameter of 2.5 micrometres or less). The reference station's data is divided into two periods and is provided in files named "rf_x.csv." These files contain hourly data and timestamps in GMT+1. Each file has three columns: "valid_at" (in Rome local hour, GMT+1) "valore_originale" (PM 2.5 raw mass concentration values recorded by the reference station) "pm2p5" (PM 2.5 mass concentration validated values by the air quality agency) The low-cost sensors, referred to as "ari_xxxx.csv," provide data at approximately 15-minute frequency. These files contain the following columns: "valid_at" (in GMT) "pm2p5" (PM 2.5 raw mass concentration measured by the SPS30 sensor) "relative_humidity" (expressed as a percentage) "temperature" (in degrees Celsius) "pressure" (in hPA) "wind_speed" (in meters per second) "cloud_coverage" (expressed as a percentage) Notably, the "relative_humidity" and "temperature" values are gathered from sensors placed within a device containing the SPS30 low-cost sensor. Here's a summary of the specific data files in this dataset: "rf_1.csv": Hourly data provided by the Air Quality Agency for the first period. "rf_2.csv": Hourly data provided by the Air Quality Agency for the second period. "arpa_1727.csv," "arpa_1952.csv," and "arpa_1953.csv": Three low-cost sensors placed by Wiseair, which refer to the first period. "arpa_1885.csv" and "arpa_2049.csv": Two low-cost sensors placed by Wiseair, that refer to the second period.

    Supplementary material for the paper called: MoonIndex, an Open-Source Tool to Generate Spectral Indexes for the Moon from M3 Data.     We need affect-based stimuli specifically conceived to investigate architectural spaces. The RESONANCES project crafted ATLAS, a dATabase of visuaL Atmospheric Stimuli. It collects a series of spatial patterns born from a systematic selection of generators of atmosphere. Generators of atmosphere are architectural features designed to afford atmospheric effects (such as lights, colors, materials, and proportions). ATLAS is an open-access tool that supports researchers interested in studying emotional reactions to architectural features by providing reliable, standardized, and reproducible stimuli. In this dataset, ATLAS stimuli are presented as videos. This database was developed within the Resonances project — Architectural Atmospheres: The Emotional Impact of Ambiances Measured through Conscious, Bodily, and Neural Responses. This project received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement no. 101025132. The content of this work reflects only the authors' view. The European Research Executive Agency is not responsible for any use that may be made of the information it contains.

    The AgrImOnIA dataset is a comprehensive dataset relating air quality and livestock (expressed as the density of bovines and swine bred) along with weather and other variables. The AgrImOnIA Dataset represents the first step of the AgrImOnIA project. The purpose of this dataset is to give the opportunity to assess the impact of agriculture on air quality in Lombardy through statistical techniques capable of highlighting the relationship between the livestock sector and air pollutants concentrations. The building process of the dataset is detailed in the companion paper: A. Fassò, J. Rodeschini, A. Fusta Moro, Q. Shaboviq, P. Maranzano, M. Cameletti, F. Finazzi, N. Golini, R. Ignaccolo, and P. Otto (2023). Agrimonia: a dataset on livestock, meteorology and air quality in the Lombardy region, Italy. SCIENTIFIC DATA, 1-19. available here. This dataset is a collection of estimated daily values for a range of measurements of different dimensions as: air quality, meteorology, emissions, livestock animals and land use. Data are related to Lombardy and the surrounding area for 2016-2021, inclusive. The surrounding area is obtained by applying a 0.3° buffer on Lombardy borders. The data uses several aggregation and interpolation methods to estimate the measurement for all days. The files in the record, renamed according to their version (es. .._v_3_0_0), are: Agrimonia_Dataset.csv(.mat and .Rdata) which is built by joining the daily time series related to the AQ, WE, EM, LI and LA variables. In order to simplify access to variables in the Agrimonia dataset, the variable name starts with the dimension of the variable, i.e., the name of the variables related to the AQ dimension start with 'AQ_'. This file is archived also in the format for MATLAB and R software. Metadata_Agrimonia.csv which provides further information about the Agrimonia variables: e.g. sources used, original names of the variables imported, transformations applied. Metadata_AQ_imputation_uncertainty.csv which contains the daily uncertainty estimate of the imputed observation for the AQ to mitigate missing data in the hourly time series. Metadata_LA_CORINE_labels.csv which contains the label and the description associated with the CLC class.     The AgrImOnIA dataset is a comprehensive dataset relating air quality and livestock (expressed as the density of bovines and swine bred) along with weather and other variables. The AgrImOnIA Dataset represents the first step of the AgrImOnIA project. The purpose of this dataset is to give the opportunity to assess the impact of agriculture on air quality in Lombardy through statistical techniques capable of highlighting the relationship between the livestock sector and air pollutants concentrations. The building process of the dataset is detailed in the companion paper: A. Fassò, J. Rodeschini, A. Fusta Moro, Q. Shaboviq, P. Maranzano, M. Cameletti, F. Finazzi, N. Golini, R. Ignaccolo, and P. Otto (2023). Agrimonia: a dataset on livestock, meteorology and air quality in the Lombardy region, Italy. SCIENTIFIC DATA, 1-19. available here. This dataset is a collection of estimated daily values for a range of measurements of different dimensions as: air quality, meteorology, emissions, livestock animals and land use. Data are related to Lombardy and the surrounding area for 2016-2021, inclusive. The surrounding area is obtained by applying a 0.3° buffer on Lombardy borders. The data uses several aggregation and interpolation methods to estimate the measurement for all days. The files in the record, renamed according to their version (es. .._v_3_0_0), are: Agrimonia_Dataset.csv(.mat and .Rdata) which is built by joining the daily time series related to the AQ, WE, EM, LI and LA variables. In order to simplify access to variables in the Agrimonia dataset, the variable name starts with the dimension of the variable, i.e., the name of the variables related to the AQ dimension start with 'AQ_'. This file is archived also in the format for MATLAB and R software. Metadata_Agrimonia.csv which provides further information about the Agrimonia variables: e.g. sources used, original names of the variables imported, transformations applied. Metadata_AQ_imputation_uncertainty.csv which contains the daily uncertainty estimate of the imputed observation for the AQ to mitigate missing data in the hourly time series. Metadata_LA_CORINE_labels.csv which contains the label and the description associated with the CLC class. The symposium was hosted in the College of Architecture, Planning and Design (APDesign), Kansas State University, Manhattan (Kansas, USA), on March 28, 2023. Speakers: Kory Beighle (Kansas State University), Elisabetta Canepa (University of Genoa | Kansas State University), Bob Condia (Kansas State University), Zakaria Djebbara (Aalborg University | TU Berlin), and Harry Francis Mallgrave (Illinois Institute of Technology). Recent advances in science confirm many of the architects’ deep-rooted intuitions, improving knowledge about the perception of space and the meaning of architectural and urban design. The symposium ‘Designing Atmospheres: Theory and Science‘ presented to an audience of students, educators, architects, and scientists a conversation about the experience of design and building, specifically speaking to the significance of atmospheres, affordances, and emotions.     The INSPIRE Directive institute a European infrastructure for spatial information to support the environmental policies of the European Union. In the mainframe of the Directive, 34 different themes that represents different environmental information has been identified. One of this is the Geology theme; it is split into three subthemes and represent a "reference data theme” because it provides basic knowledge on the physical properties and composition of rocks and sediments, their structure and their age as represented in geological maps, as well as geomorphological features. In the feature catalogue of the INSPIRE application schema Geology has been defined the term lists for the information types. Some of these are fully compliant with the features defined in the 1:100.000 scale geological map database and are used in the semantic harmonization procedure. The Geological Map of Italy at 1:100,000 scale is, at present, the most detailed complete geological map of Italy. It consists of a collage of 277 sheets, and it was produced over a period of more than 100 years, with some sheets in two editions. In the late 1990s, it was transformed into a vector database by digitising from raster format. The dataset was revised, integrated, and corrected between 2005-2009 by the Geological Survey of Italy. In 2021-22 the dataset was harmonised according to the INSPIRE and GeoSciML data models. The whole area has been subdivided into three different .gml format dataset on geographic base: Northern, Central and Southern Italy.

    The information below describes a dataset related to a study conducted in Turin, Italy, involving low-cost laser-scattering SPS30 sensors placed by Wiseair SRL and a Tecora reference station placed by Arpa Piemonte (Italian Air Quality Agency). This dataset spans two different time periods in 2022, specifically from March 1, 2022, to April 29, 2022, and from October 26, 2022, to December 30, 2022. The data in this dataset pertains to the mass concentration of PM2.5 (particulate matter with a diameter of 2.5 micrometres or less). The reference station's data is divided into two periods and is provided in files named "rf_x.csv." These files contain hourly data and timestamps in GMT+1. Each file has three columns: "valid_at" (in Rome local hour, GMT+1) "valore_originale" (PM 2.5 raw mass concentration values recorded by the reference station) "pm2p5" (PM 2.5 mass concentration validated values by the air quality agency) The low-cost sensors, referred to as "ari_xxxx.csv," provide data at approximately 15-minute frequency. These files contain the following columns: "valid_at" (in GMT) "pm2p5" (PM 2.5 raw mass concentration measured by the SPS30 sensor) "relative_humidity" (expressed as a percentage) "temperature" (in degrees Celsius) "pressure" (in hPA) "wind_speed" (in meters per second) "cloud_coverage" (expressed as a percentage) Notably, the "relative_humidity" and "temperature" values are gathered from sensors placed within a device containing the SPS30 low-cost sensor. Here's a summary of the specific data files in this dataset: "rf_1.csv": Hourly data provided by the Air Quality Agency for the first period. "rf_2.csv": Hourly data provided by the Air Quality Agency for the second period. "arpa_1727.csv," "arpa_1952.csv," and "arpa_1953.csv": Three low-cost sensors placed by Wiseair, which refer to the first period.     We need affect-based stimuli specifically conceived to investigate architectural spaces. The RESONANCES project crafted ATLAS, a dATabase of visuaL Atmospheric Stimuli. It collects a series of spatial patterns born from a systematic selection of generators of atmosphere. Generators of atmosphere are architectural features designed to afford atmospheric effects (such as lights, colors, materials, and proportions). ATLAS is an open-access tool that supports researchers interested in studying emotional reactions to architectural features by providing reliable, standardized, and reproducible stimuli. In this dataset, ATLAS stimuli are presented as videos. This database was developed within the Resonances project — Architectural Atmospheres: The Emotional Impact of Ambiances Measured through Conscious, Bodily, and Neural Responses. This project received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement no. 101025132.     The AgrImOnIA dataset is a comprehensive dataset relating air quality and livestock (expressed as the density of bovines and swine bred) along with weather and other variables. The AgrImOnIA Dataset represents the first step of the AgrImOnIA project. The purpose of this dataset is to give the opportunity to assess the impact of agriculture on air quality in Lombardy through statistical techniques capable of highlighting the relationship between the livestock sector and air pollutants concentrations. The building process of the dataset is detailed in the companion paper: A. Fassò, J. Rodeschini, A. Fusta Moro, Q. Shaboviq, P. Maranzano, M. Cameletti, F. Finazzi, N. Golini, R. Ignaccolo, and P. Otto (2023). Agrimonia: a dataset on livestock, meteorology and air quality in the Lombardy region, Italy. SCIENTIFIC DATA, 1-19. available here. This dataset is a collection of estimated daily values for a range of measurements of different dimensions as: air quality, meteorology, emissions, livestock animals and land use. Data are related to Lombardy and the surrounding area for 2016-2021, inclusive. The surrounding area is obtained by applying a 0.3° buffer on Lombardy borders. The data uses several aggregation and interpolation methods to estimate the measurement for all days. The files in the record, renamed according to their version (es. .._v_3_0_0), are: Agrimonia_Dataset.csv(.mat and .Rdata) which is built by joining the daily time series related to the AQ, WE, EM, LI and LA variables. In order to simplify access to variables in the Agrimonia dataset, the variable name starts with the dimension of the variable, i.e., the name of the variables related to the AQ dimension start with 'AQ_'. This file is archived also in the format for MATLAB and R software. Metadata_Agrimonia.csv which provides further information about the Agrimonia variables: e.g. sources used, original names of the variables imported, transformations applied. Metadata_AQ_imputation_uncertainty.csv which contains the daily uncertainty estimate of the imputed observation for the AQ to mitigate missing data in the hourly time series. Metadata_LA_CORINE_labels.csv which contains the label and the description associated with the CLC class. Metadata_monitoring_network_registry.csv which contains all details about the AQ monitoring station used to build the dataset. Information about air quality monitoring stations include: station type, municipality code, environment type, altitude, pollutants sampled and other. Each row represents a single sensor. Metadata_LA_SIARL_labels.csv which contains the label and the description associated with the SIARL class. AGC_Dataset.csv(.mat and .Rdata) that includes daily data of almost all variables available in the Agrimonia Dataset (excluding AQ variables) on an equidistant grid covering the Lombardy region and its surrounding area. The Agrimonia dataset can be reproduced using the code available at the GitHub page: https://github.com/AgrImOnIA-project/AgrImOnIA_Data UPDATE 31/05/2023 - NEW RELEASE - V 3.0.0 A new version of the dataset is released: Agrimonia_Dataset_v_3_0_0.csv (.Rdata and .mat), where variable WE_rh_min, WE_rh_mean and WE_rh_max have been recomputed due to some bugs. In addition, two new columns are added, they are LI_pigs_v2 and LI_bovine_v2 and represents the density of the pigs and bovine (expressed as animals per kilometer squared) of a square of size ~ 10 x 10 km centered at the station localisation. A new dataset is released: the Agrimonia Grid Covariates (AGC) that includes daily information for the period from 2016 to 2020 of almost all variables within the Agrimonia Dataset on a equidistant grid containing the Lombardy region and its surrounding area. The AGC does not include AQ variables as they come from the monitoring stations that are irregularly spread over the area considered.     This dataset is an output of the ‘Designing Atmospheres: Theory and Science’ Symposium (ATS), an Interfaces event of the Academy of Neuroscience for Architecture (ANFA), sponsored by the EU’s Horizon 2020 MSCA Program — RESONANCES Project, the Perkins Eastman Studio, and the KSTATE APDesign. The symposium was hosted in the College of Architecture, Planning and Design (APDesign), Kansas State University, Manhattan (Kansas, USA), on March 28, 2023. Speakers: Kory Beighle (Kansas State University), Elisabetta Canepa (University of Genoa | Kansas State University), Bob Condia (Kansas State University), Zakaria Djebbara (Aalborg University | TU Berlin), and Harry Francis Mallgrave (Illinois Institute of Technology). Recent advances in science confirm many of the architects’ deep-rooted intuitions, improving knowledge about the perception of space and the meaning of architectural and urban design. The symposium ‘Designing Atmospheres: Theory and Science‘ presented to an audience of students, educators, architects, and scientists a conversation about the experience of design and building, specifically speaking to the significance of atmospheres, affordances, and emotions.     The INSPIRE Directive institute a European infrastructure for spatial information to support the environmental policies of the European Union. In the mainframe of the Directive, 34 different themes that represents different environmental information has been identified. One of this is the Geology theme; it is split into three subthemes and represent a "reference data theme” because it provides basic knowledge on the physical properties and composition of rocks and sediments, their structure and their age as represented in geological maps, as well as geomorphological features. In the feature catalogue of the INSPIRE application schema Geology has been defined the term lists for the information types. Some of these are fully compliant with the features defined in the 1:100.000 scale geological map database and are used in the semantic harmonization procedure. The Geological Map of Italy at 1:100,000 scale is, at present, the most detailed complete geological map of Italy. It consists of a collage of 277 sheets, and it was produced over a period of more than 100 years, with some sheets in two editions. In the late 1990s, it was transformed into a vector database by digitising from raster format. The dataset was revised, integrated, and corrected between 2005-2009 by the Geological Survey of Italy. In 2021-22 the dataset was harmonised according to the INSPIRE and GeoSciML data models. The whole area has been subdivided into three different .gml format dataset on geographic base: Northern, Central and Southern Italy.
