Matsukawa Dam is a multipurpose dam located in the Matsukawa River, in Iida City, southern part of Nagano Prefecture. It is constructed and managed by Nagano Prefecture. It has implemented flood control in several times since completion of 1975. The upstream of the Matsukawa Dam has been devastated by the Typhoon No.10 in September 1988 and etc. Because of this, there is a large amount of sediment exceeding the planned sediment volume at present. In the Matsukawa Dam, it is necessary to perform preliminary drawdown before flood control. Due to an issue of flood control function, Nagano Prefecture has been working on dam redevelopment projects to restore and improve the flood control function. The contents of this project are to introduce countermeasures to prevent reservoir sedimentation by construction of the sediment bypass facility and to solve complex operation rule with preliminary draw down, and to improve the flood control function by increasing storage volume through sediment excavation. At present, the sediment bypass facility has been completed and its test operation has been started from September 2016. In this paper, we will report the outline and current situation of Matsukawa Dam redevelopment project. 本研究では金沢の蔵宿、鍋屋高畠家文書のうち未整理となっている学芸・生活文化関連文書の整理・調査を通じて、近世金沢商人の豊かな生活文化の実態を解明することを目的とした。当初目的通り、未整理となっている鍋屋文書の学芸・生活文化関連史料の調査・整理について、加賀藩研究の各分野の研究者や金沢大学日本史学研究室所属の院生・学生の協力を得て、史料調査を進めた。しかし、史料調査については、当初、2000点程度と予想していたよりも未調査の史料点数が多いことが調査を進めていくうちに判明した。さらに、所蔵者より近代・現代文書を1000点程度保存しているという情報を得た。研究協力者とも相談の結果、貴重な金沢の商家文書でもあり散逸を防ぐ必要があると判断されたため、今年度の研究にそれらの文書の整理・調査を加えることとした。その結果、史料調査・整理の点数が大幅に増えたこともあり、当初計画に掲げた史料調査・整理の完了及び目録の発行まで行うことはできなかった。しかし、金沢市内では珍しい商家文書であり、かつ近世後期から戦後に至る一体的な文書群でもあるので、今後も調査を継続して、金沢商人の実態解明につなげていきたい。(既に研究協力者の上田長生氏による継続的な調査が開始されている。)生活文化関連文書では、当主や家族の冠婚葬祭についての式次第を記載した史料が数多く残されており、解読を進めているところである。現段階では、冠婚葬祭には金沢の富裕な町人が名を連ねており、儀礼や献立の詳細を把握することできた。また、茶会記等も残されており、歴代当主が茶道をはじめとする諸芸能にいそしんだことが明らかとなった。とりわけ、8代伊兵衛が和歌・国学にはげんで残した膨大な詠草の全貌が判明しつつあり、加賀藩領内外の歌人・国学者と交流を持ったことが分かる。さらに、明治初年には国学研究をかわれて、小坂神社をはじめとする金沢とその近郊の神職を務め、明治維新期の神道説教で石川県域を奔走した姿がうかがわれた。今後、残る史料の整理を進めて、目録を刊行し、鍋屋高畠家の生活文化の本格的な分析を進めていきたい。 研究課題/領域番号:16H00030, 研究期間(年度):2016 金沢大学

We have carried out thorough investigations into stone tools of Liangzhu Culture from the summer of 2000 through to the winter of 2002. The investigations consist of archaeological recording and petrological identification. The major results of the project can be summed up as follows.1) Some new types like drill, cutter and mold-board of plow have been established.2) Clear correspondence between tool types and stone materials has been elucidated. For example, sickles or scythes are made of hornfels, plows are of slate, chisels are of rhyolite and arrow-heads are of tuff. Yue axes are also divided into many sub-types according to their shapes and materials. As the result of petrological explorations suggests, each of stone materials are distributed in patches and apart from one another, so we can speculate that specialized lithic production occurred during Liangzhu period.3) We have examined many specimens with a high-powered metal microscope and shed light on the function of some tool types through micro-wear analysis. Yuntianqi knives are recognized as harvesters for rice and potuqi knives may be cutters for other Gramineae plants.4) Petrological explorations have elucidated some possible localities of lithic production. 平成12年度から14年度にかけて計5回の実地調査を実施した。調査日数は延べ115日間に及ぶ。その内容は、石器の観察(金属顕微鏡を用いた使用痕観察を含む)と記録(写真・実測図・文字記録)といった考古学的調査と、石材鑑定ならびに石材産地踏査といった岩石・鉱物学的調査からなる。その結果得られた主な学術的成果は以下のとおりである。1)穿孔器、切割器、石犂側板など、従来良渚文化石器の器種として認定されていなかったものを独立器種として確定することができた。2)ほとんどすべての石器器種につき器種と石材との間に明確な対応関係が存在することが判明した。例を挙げれば、鎌はホルンフェルス、犂は粘板岩、片刃石斧は流紋岩、鏃は凝灰岩といった具合である。また、鉞と一括される穿孔石斧類の中でも、形態と用材とがほぼ一対一で対応することが確認された。こうした現象と岩石産地踏査から知られる石材産地の限定性とを併せ考える時、器種ごとの石器専業生産地の存在が強く示唆された。3)金属顕微鏡観察の結果、これまで中耕・除草具と考えられていた耘田器が実は収穫具であること、また、溝切り具とされていた破土器が何らかのイネ科植物の伐採具であることが判明した。4)石材産地の踏査結果から、杭州市半山=砂岩、余杭市瓶窯=流紋岩・凝灰岩、呉県光福=ホルンフェルス等々の石材産地の候補地をピックアップすることができた。 出典：「良渚文化における石器の生産と流通に関する研究」研究成果報告書　課題番号12571030 (KAKEN：科学研究費助成事業データベース（国立情報学研究所）) 本文データは著者版報告書より作成 研究課題/領域番号:12571030, 研究期間(年度):2000-2002

A web-based 3D map entitled "Safety and Security 3D Map of Historical City Kyoto" was created based on "Kyoto Virtual Time-Space" that is a 3D city model of Kyoto with several time dimensions. The 3D Map is a multiple and interactive risk map showing hazards and crime risks with detailed 3D images of landscapes in Kyoto. Islamic pottery found at the archaeological sites in West Asia and Central Asia is the most abundant materials and they become the historical evidence to know the local and common life styles of the area. Archaeological pottery from the site reflects the cultural relationship and the trade condition. To find new material and historical evidences, excavations at Khorfakkan old town and fort sites, Masafi fort, Dibba town site has been carried out and Islamic pottery were found much. At the same time, survey at Samarqand in Uzbekistan, Bamiyan in Afghanistan, A'Ali in Bahrain has also carried out to collect many traded and local Islamic pottery. The finds were sorted and analyzed for the reconstruction of the history of Islamic pottery, by studying the types, assemblage, qualities, quantities, and the provenances of traded and local Islamic pottery. Chorology of Islamic pottery found from archaeological sites is now studied and we can give more precise date and periods to the many no datable archaeological sites in West and Central Asia. イスラーム陶器の時期別の種類分類と産地・年代に関する研究を、ペルシア湾岸・オマーン湾岸で発掘調査した遺跡出土品、ウズベキスタンとアフガニスタンの中央アジアの施釉陶器分類調査資料を核として行った。中央アジア・西アジアではイスラーム陶器が広範な地域のどの遺跡からも出土するため、遺跡の年代、居住者の性格を読み解く歴史資料として共通言語の役割を果たす。佐々木がすでに発掘調査した遺跡出土イスラーム陶器のうち、シャルジャ国立博物館、フジェイラ国立博物館に保管された資料を整理し研究資料として用い、バハレーンの国立博物館、アフガニスタンのバーミヤーン、ウズベキスタンのサマルカンドの施釉陶器を資料化した。博物館倉庫内資料から研究に使う陶器を抽出し、撮影、実測、記述した。新たな資料をコールファッカン遺跡発掘によって採集した。年代研究はイスラーム陶器の組み合わせ枠が出来ると年代提案ができるようになる。細部にわたる小さな問題点を取り上げた論文を作成し、編年表の基になる年代研究を行う。7世紀から19世紀に至るイスラーム陶器の変遷資料をコンピュータ内に並べ、これまで継続してきた科学分析や文様研究も日本国内で併せて実施した。こうした資料をもとに型式分類によるイズラーム陶器編年表を作成した。 出典：「地域社会の文化遺産から探るイスラーム陶器の文化的変遷」研究成果報告書　課題番号16401016 (KAKEN：科学研究費助成事業データベース（国立情報学研究所）) 本文データは著者版報告書より作成 研究課題/領域番号:16401016, 研究期間(年度):2004–2007

The efficient market hypothesis (EMH) plays a fundamental role in modern financial theory. Previous empirical studies have tested the weak and semi-strong forms of EMH with typical financial data, such as historical stock prices and annual earnings. However, few tests have been extended to include alternative data such as tweets. In this study, we use 1) two stock tweet datasets that have different features and 2) nine natural language processing (NLP)-based deep learning models to test the semi-strong form EMH in the United States stock market. None of our experimental results show that stock tweets with NLP-based models can prominently improve the daily stock price prediction accuracy compared with random guesses. Our experiment provides evidence that the semi-strong form of EMH holds in the United States stock market on a daily basis when considering stock tweet information with the NLP-based models.
