    El turismo se ha consolidado como una actividad central en el ámbito de planificación y ejecución de políticas territoriales en múltiples lugares. Los destinos turísticos ya consolidados siguen manteniéndose como metas de visitación de masa, bajo las categorías tradicionales de sol y playa, montaña o mismo en la esfera hiper dinámica que cualifica las ciudades globales. Sin embargo, determinadas localidades de menor extensión demográfica/territorial afuera de los circuitos hegemónicos han ido ganando relevancia en el contexto evolutivo de dicha actividad. El interés turístico por estos territorios se revela, entre otras cosas, tras los matices temporales materializados en sus paisajes que, al evocaren la noción de patrimonio cultural, otorgan a estos lugares la posibilidad de inserción en el sistema mundo contemporáneo por medio de sus singularidades culturales. En ese sentido, el presente trabajo se concentra en analizar el programa argentino Pueblos Auténticos vigente en el quinquenio 2016-2020. Esta iniciativa ha buscado confluir diferentes instituciones nacionales hacía el desarrollo turístico de 18 localidades a lo largo del país, inspirándose en experiencias internacionales. El programa se lanzó como la primera propuesta turística a nivel nacional al abarcar específicamente pueblos de interés patrimonial, evidenciando así la heterogeneidad geográfica que describe el vasto territorio argentino.     At early stages of software system development, system requirements often are expressed in natural language. There are a number of techniques to extract useful information from these documents to construct a more precise –and formal– document that expresses the system requirements. Some of these techniques consist in identifying system use cases during requirement analysis work. Particularly, event0based techniques identify –from the elicited documents– the external events that a system must respond to and then related them to use cases and actors. These event lists are simpler than use cases –and are a first step in building them. Although use cases have been proven to be a useful tool for requirement specification and facilitate the interaction with end users, they lack formality, giving place to misinterpretations and misunderstandings. Having this in mind, we propose a technique that integrates the understandability of graphical notations provided by use case notation with the unambiguity of formal specifications, by supplementing identified use cases –initially as a list of external events– with an initial formal specification consisting of function signatures and sorts in the RAISE Specification Language (RSL). Taking as input the identified external events associated with each system use case, which are expressed in natural language, we process them using a natural language tool that produces as output a structured format from which, by applying a set of rules, we translate them into RSL function signatures.     En Argentina, el suicidio, específicamente en la adolescencia, se ha duplicado desde los primeros años de la década del ’90 hasta el presente, constituyendo actualmente un problema grave y creciente de salud pública. Esta problemática ha sido ha sido objeto de estudio de diversas disciplinas y abordada en ámbitos educativos y de salud gubernamentales. El objetivo de este trabajo* es identificar, en el estudio del suicidio en adolescentes en nuestro país (entre los años 1990 y 2010), las claves de lectura y las categorías de análisis utilizadas para delimitar el fenómeno, las causas adjudicadas y el abordaje propuesto desde la psicología y el psicoanálisis. Para ello realizaremos una detección, selección y análisis de información documental que posibilite constituir fuentes históricas relevantes respecto del objetivo planteado. Expondremos los hallazgos recabados (diferentes perspectivas teóricas; definición del concepto y términos asociados; distinción con otros tipos de autolesiones; hipótesis causales y propuestas terapéuticas) con miras a la formalización y análisis de sus implicancias en el abordaje teórico clínico de la problemática. * Beca Postdoctoral CONICET (2019-2021). Presentaciones sintomáticas en la adolescencia en el área de la salud mental: antecedentes históricos (1980-2000) y estado actual en la región. Directora: Dra. Ana María Talak (LabHiPsi, Facultad de Psicología, UNLP). In Argentina, suicide, specifically in adolescence, has doubled from the first years of the 1990s to the present, currently constituting a serious and growing public health problem. This issue has been studied in various disciplines and addressed in educational and government health areas. The objective of this work* is to identify, in the study of suicide in adolescents in our country (between the years 1990 and 2010), the keys to reading and the categories of analysis used to delimit the phenomenon, the causes assigned, and the proposed approach from psychology and psychoanalysis. For this we will carry out a detection, selection and analysis of documentary information that makes it possible to constitute relevant historical sources regarding the proposed objective. We will present the collected findings (different theoretical perspectives; definition of the concept and associated terms; distinction with other types of self-harm; causal hypotheses and therapeutic proposals) with a view to formalizing and analyzing their implications in the clinical theoretical approach to the problem. *CONICET Postdoctoral Scholarship (2019-2021).     Authors: Bossié, Florencia;

    The biblioclastía was defined as the human compulsion for destroying books. From immemorial times the man has wanted to impose his(her,your) ideas across the destruction of those that were opposed to the own(proper) ones and the books have been an object of this " drive biblioclástica " during the whole history of the humanity. The last military dictatorship that suffered our country left important sequels in the society. By means of the censorship and intervention in different areas (education, cinema, theatre, literature, between(among) others) constructed themselves a speech, a language and a few practices that today are recognized like own(proper) of this historical time. Like it(he,she) happened(passed) with the disappearance of the persons and his(her,your) bodies, the repression in the area of the culture was a part(report) of a systematic, well-considered plan, calculated and carried out by dependences of the Argentine State destined to such an end(purpose) and by civil servants (military men and civilians) that were a part(report) of this plan. It is considered of special importance that the librarians, as part(report) of professional those who contribute(pay) day after day to the preservation of the memory(report), we should approach this type of problematic and should think around her(it) same. This work places in the investigations(researches) on the recent past, taking as an axis(axle) the Universal Declaration of the Human rights and his(her,your) position(attitude) opposite to the freedom of expression. It(he,she) tries to reconstruct the mechanisms censorios and how they took form of the experiences of different actors related to the area of the book and of the cultural movement and politician platense, with the aim(lens) to contribute(pay) to the social memory(report) of our city. La biblioclastía fue definida como la compulsión humana por destruir libros. Desde tiempos inmemoriales el hombre ha querido imponer sus ideas a través de la destrucción de aquellas que se contraponían a las propias y los libros han sido objeto de esa "pulsión biblioclástica" durante toda la historia de la humanidad. La última dictadura militar que sufrió nuestro país dejó importantes secuelas en la sociedad. Mediante la censura e intervención en diferentes ámbitos (educación, cine, teatro, literatura, entre otros) se construyeron un discurso, un lenguaje y unas prácticas que hoy se reconocen como propias de ese tiempo histórico. Igual que pasó con la desaparición de las personas y sus cuerpos, la represión en el ámbito de la cultura fue parte de un plan sistemático, pensado, calculado y llevado a cabo por dependencias del Estado argentino destinadas a tal fin y por funcionarios (militares y civiles) que fueron parte de ese plan. Se considera de especial importancia que los bibliotecarios, como parte de aquéllos profesionales que contribuyen día a día a la preservación de la memoria, abordemos este tipo de problemáticas y reflexionemos en torno de la mismas. Este trabajo se enmarca en las investigaciones sobre el pasado reciente, teniendo como eje la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos y su postura frente a la libertad de expresión. Intenta reconstruir los mecanismos censorios y cómo se plasmaron en las vivencias de diferentes actores relacionados con el ámbito del libro y del movimiento cultural y político platense, con el objetivo de contribuir a la memoria social de nuestra ciudad.     Digital Humanities researchers often make use of software that helps them in the task of finding non-trivial relationships among characters in historical text. Usually, the source texts that contain such information come from OCR acquired volumes, carrying high amounts of errors within them. This work explains the development of a web platform for the task of OCR post-processing and ground-truth generation. This platform employs machine learning to predict the correct texts accurately from OCR noisy strings. The method used for this task involves transformers for character-based denoising language models. An active learning workflow is proposed, as the users can feed their corrections to the platform, generating new annotated data for re-training the underlying machine learning correction models.     Authors: Yacuzzi, María Luciana;

    El siguiente trabajo se constituye como una aproximación al concepto de representación desde la corriente del Realismo del Inconciente, tomando como bibliografía primaria la obra de Jean Laplanche y Silvia Bleichmar. Para ello, se hará un análisis de las interpretaciones que dichos autores han hecho sobre la Metapsicología freudiana, para rastrear las distintas definiciones del concepto de representación a partir de los modelos que intentan dar explicación al origen del aparato psíquico. La corriente del Realismo del Inconciente supone un inconciente fundado a partir de la represión originaria (entendida como real y no mítica) en tanto da origen al aparato psíquico conceptualizado como un aparato dividido en dos sistemas: Inconciente y Preconciente-Conciente. Cada uno de estos sistemas supone diversos tipos de inscripciones que se rigen por distintas legalidades: signo de percepción, representación-cosa y representación-palabra. El objetivo será, por lo tanto, caracterizar estas tres formas de representación de “la cosa del mundo” tomando en cuenta sus coincidencias, diferencias y relaciones. Fundamentalmente, qué suponen en tanto inscripciones y retranscripciones en función de los intercambios al interior del psiquismo y sus relaciones con el mundo. Se fundamentará una lectura del concepto de representación enfatizando su carácter de producto resultante de la actividad simbolizante del sujeto. The forthcoming text is as an approach to the concept of presentation from the theory of Realism of the Unconscious, based on the works of Jean Laplanche and Silvia Bleichmar. In order to do so, it would be made an analysis of the interpretations that these authors have on the Freudian metapsychology, to search for the various definitions of presentation from models that attempt to explain the origin of the psychic apparatus. The theory of Realism of the Unconscious assumes an unconscious founded from original repression (understood as real and not mythical) that gives rise to psychic apparatus conceptualized as a unit divided into two systems: Unconscious and preconscious-concius. Each of these systems involves various types of inscriptions which are governed by different legalities: signs of perception, thing-presentation and word-presentation. The aim will be to characterize these three forms of presentation of “the thing in the world” considering their similarities, differences and relationships. Fundamentally, accounting transcriptions and retranscriptions as a function of exchanges within the psyche and in their relations with the world. The literature review will allow a reading of the concept of presentation, emphasizing its characteristic as a product resulting from the symbolizing activity of the subject. Facultad de Psicología

    Authors: Grassi, Maria Cecilia;

    La diversidad de teorías en la psicología es un debate de larga data. Las posiciones y las valoraciones hechas frente a la pluralidad también han sido diversas y han dado lugar a diferentes lecturas según el enfoque teórico elegido. Este panorama puede observarse en Europa a comienzos del siglo XX, para apreciar la constitución casi simultánea de tradiciones de investigación e intervención diferentes entre sí dentro del campo psicológico. Como ya se dijo, es frente a la pluralidad que se han desplegado una variedad de discursos sobre el tema y se han convertido en alternativas epistemológicas con mayor o menor potencial de análisis para la interpretación del mismo. En el presente trabajo, se toman como modelo posible, los desarrollos de Michel Foucault en la etapa arqueológica en donde aborda la constitución del campo de las ciencias humanas como prácticas discursivas. Fundamentalmente se consideran algunos capítulos de Las palabras y las cosas (por ser una obra representativa de la arqueología) para considerar sus aportes y limitaciones respecto del problema planteado. Diversity in psychology is a recurrent issue that has been analysed by several authors. In this paper, we focus on Michel Foucault’s book. The words and the things, written in 1966. The aim of our work is to describe the possibilities and the limits of the model of archaeology to analyse the diversity of discourses and practices in psychology in Europe during the XX Century. From a critical-historical perspective, we consider specifically two traditions, the Gestalt psychology and the psychoanalysis, to show that in particular these Foucault’s writings can help us in respect to pluralism on the level of the discourses, but they turn into an insufficient resource on the level of the understanding of the practices of intervention.     El presente trabajo es el primer eslabón de un proyecto en proceso que apunta a analizar la dinámica de distintos conceptos, desde un enfoque semántico, buscando identificar patrones temporales comunes en varios corpus de texto. Como primer paso utilizaremos textos provenientes de libros o subtítulos de películas, sin embargo este análisis puede extenderse a cualquier corpus de texto. En este trabajo en particular estudiaremos la evolución semántica de conceptos a lo largo de las distintas novelas de la saga Harry Potter con el objetivo último de analizar variaciones del contenido semántico en textos utilizando herramientas de Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural (PLN). En este contexto, mostraremos una primera aproximación a la comprensión del alcance y de las limitaciones de las herramientas clásicas de PLN para cuantificar la evolución del concepto “oscuridad” con el avance temporal de los libros. La saga de novelas de Harry Potter resulta ser un corpus de texto ideal para testear estas herramientas debido a que es de público conocimiento que dicha saga presenta un aumento gradual de la “oscuridad” a medida que se suceden los libros.     El turismo se ha consolidado como una actividad central en el ámbito de planificación y ejecución de políticas territoriales en múltiples lugares. Los destinos turísticos ya consolidados siguen manteniéndose como metas de visitación de masa, bajo las categorías tradicionales de sol y playa, montaña o mismo en la esfera hiper dinámica que cualifica las ciudades globales. Sin embargo, determinadas localidades de menor extensión demográfica/territorial afuera de los circuitos hegemónicos han ido ganando relevancia en el contexto evolutivo de dicha actividad. El interés turístico por estos territorios se revela, entre otras cosas, tras los matices temporales materializados en sus paisajes que, al evocaren la noción de patrimonio cultural, otorgan a estos lugares la posibilidad de inserción en el sistema mundo contemporáneo por medio de sus singularidades culturales. En ese sentido, el presente trabajo se concentra en analizar el programa argentino Pueblos Auténticos vigente en el quinquenio 2016-2020. Esta iniciativa ha buscado confluir diferentes instituciones nacionales hacía el desarrollo turístico de 18 localidades a lo largo del país, inspirándose en experiencias internacionales. El programa se lanzó como la primera propuesta turística a nivel nacional al abarcar específicamente pueblos de interés patrimonial, evidenciando así la heterogeneidad geográfica que describe el vasto territorio argentino.     At early stages of software system development, system requirements often are expressed in natural language. There are a number of techniques to extract useful information from these documents to construct a more precise –and formal– document that expresses the system requirements. Some of these techniques consist in identifying system use cases during requirement analysis work. Particularly, event0based techniques identify –from the elicited documents– the external events that a system must respond to and then related them to use cases and actors. These event lists are simpler than use cases –and are a first step in building them. Although use cases have been proven to be a useful tool for requirement specification and facilitate the interaction with end users, they lack formality, giving place to misinterpretations and misunderstandings. Having this in mind, we propose a technique that integrates the understandability of graphical notations provided by use case notation with the unambiguity of formal specifications, by supplementing identified use cases –initially as a list of external events– with an initial formal specification consisting of function signatures and sorts in the RAISE Specification Language (RSL). Taking as input the identified external events associated with each system use case, which are expressed in natural language, we process them using a natural language tool that produces as output a structured format from which, by applying a set of rules, we translate them into RSL function signatures.     En Argentina, el suicidio, específicamente en la adolescencia, se ha duplicado desde los primeros años de la década del ’90 hasta el presente, constituyendo actualmente un problema grave y creciente de salud pública. Esta problemática ha sido ha sido objeto de estudio de diversas disciplinas y abordada en ámbitos educativos y de salud gubernamentales. El objetivo de este trabajo* es identificar, en el estudio del suicidio en adolescentes en nuestro país (entre los años 1990 y 2010), las claves de lectura y las categorías de análisis utilizadas para delimitar el fenómeno, las causas adjudicadas y el abordaje propuesto desde la psicología y el psicoanálisis. Para ello realizaremos una detección, selección y análisis de información documental que posibilite constituir fuentes históricas relevantes respecto del objetivo planteado. Expondremos los hallazgos recabados (diferentes perspectivas teóricas; definición del concepto y términos asociados; distinción con otros tipos de autolesiones; hipótesis causales y propuestas terapéuticas) con miras a la formalización y análisis de sus implicancias en el abordaje teórico clínico de la problemática. * Beca Postdoctoral CONICET (2019-2021). Presentaciones sintomáticas en la adolescencia en el área de la salud mental: antecedentes históricos (1980-2000) y estado actual en la región. Directora: Dra. Ana María Talak (LabHiPsi, Facultad de Psicología, UNLP). In Argentina, suicide, specifically in adolescence, has doubled from the first years of the 1990s to the present, currently constituting a serious and growing public health problem. This issue has been studied in various disciplines and addressed in educational and government health areas. The objective of this work* is to identify, in the study of suicide in adolescents in our country (between the years 1990 and 2010), the keys to reading and the categories of analysis used to delimit the phenomenon, the causes assigned, and the proposed approach from psychology and psychoanalysis. For this we will carry out a detection, selection and analysis of documentary information that makes it possible to constitute relevant historical sources regarding the proposed objective. We will present the collected findings (different theoretical perspectives; definition of the concept and associated terms; distinction with other types of self-harm; causal hypotheses and therapeutic proposals) with a view to formalizing and analyzing their implications in the clinical theoretical approach to the problem. *CONICET Postdoctoral Scholarship (2019-2021).     Authors: Bossié, Florencia;

    The biblioclastía was defined as the human compulsion for destroying books. From immemorial times the man has wanted to impose his(her,your) ideas across the destruction of those that were opposed to the own(proper) ones and the books have been an object of this " drive biblioclástica " during the whole history of the humanity. The last military dictatorship that suffered our country left important sequels in the society. By means of the censorship and intervention in different areas (education, cinema, theatre, literature, between(among) others) constructed themselves a speech, a language and a few practices that today are recognized like own(proper) of this historical time. Like it(he,she) happened(passed) with the disappearance of the persons and his(her,your) bodies, the repression in the area of the culture was a part(report) of a systematic, well-considered plan, calculated and carried out by dependences of the Argentine State destined to such an end(purpose) and by civil servants (military men and civilians) that were a part(report) of this plan. It is considered of special importance that the librarians, as part(report) of professional those who contribute(pay) day after day to the preservation of the memory(report), we should approach this type of problematic and should think around her(it) same. This work places in the investigations(researches) on the recent past, taking as an axis(axle) the Universal Declaration of the Human rights and his(her,your) position(attitude) opposite to the freedom of expression. It(he,she) tries to reconstruct the mechanisms censorios and how they took form of the experiences of different actors related to the area of the book and of the cultural movement and politician platense, with the aim(lens) to contribute(pay) to the social memory(report) of our city. La biblioclastía fue definida como la compulsión humana por destruir libros. Desde tiempos inmemoriales el hombre ha querido imponer sus ideas a través de la destrucción de aquellas que se contraponían a las propias y los libros han sido objeto de esa "pulsión biblioclástica" durante toda la historia de la humanidad. La última dictadura militar que sufrió nuestro país dejó importantes secuelas en la sociedad. Mediante la censura e intervención en diferentes ámbitos (educación, cine, teatro, literatura, entre otros) se construyeron un discurso, un lenguaje y unas prácticas que hoy se reconocen como propias de ese tiempo histórico. Igual que pasó con la desaparición de las personas y sus cuerpos, la represión en el ámbito de la cultura fue parte de un plan sistemático, pensado, calculado y llevado a cabo por dependencias del Estado argentino destinadas a tal fin y por funcionarios (militares y civiles) que fueron parte de ese plan. Se considera de especial importancia que los bibliotecarios, como parte de aquéllos profesionales que contribuyen día a día a la preservación de la memoria, abordemos este tipo de problemáticas y reflexionemos en torno de la mismas. Este trabajo se enmarca en las investigaciones sobre el pasado reciente, teniendo como eje la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos y su postura frente a la libertad de expresión. Intenta reconstruir los mecanismos censorios y cómo se plasmaron en las vivencias de diferentes actores relacionados con el ámbito del libro y del movimiento cultural y político platense, con el objetivo de contribuir a la memoria social de nuestra ciudad.     Digital Humanities researchers often make use of software that helps them in the task of finding non-trivial relationships among characters in historical text. Usually, the source texts that contain such information come from OCR acquired volumes, carrying high amounts of errors within them. This work explains the development of a web platform for the task of OCR post-processing and ground-truth generation. This platform employs machine learning to predict the correct texts accurately from OCR noisy strings. The method used for this task involves transformers for character-based denoising language models. An active learning workflow is proposed, as the users can feed their corrections to the platform, generating new annotated data for re-training the underlying machine learning correction models.     Authors: Yacuzzi, María Luciana;

    Authors: Grassi, Maria Cecilia;

    La diversidad de teorías en la psicología es un debate de larga data. Las posiciones y las valoraciones hechas frente a la pluralidad también han sido diversas y han dado lugar a diferentes lecturas según el enfoque teórico elegido. Este panorama puede observarse en Europa a comienzos del siglo XX, para apreciar la constitución casi simultánea de tradiciones de investigación e intervención diferentes entre sí dentro del campo psicológico. Como ya se dijo, es frente a la pluralidad que se han desplegado una variedad de discursos sobre el tema y se han convertido en alternativas epistemológicas con mayor o menor potencial de análisis para la interpretación del mismo. En el presente trabajo, se toman como modelo posible, los desarrollos de Michel Foucault en la etapa arqueológica en donde aborda la constitución del campo de las ciencias humanas como prácticas discursivas. Fundamentalmente se consideran algunos capítulos de Las palabras y las cosas (por ser una obra representativa de la arqueología) para considerar sus aportes y limitaciones respecto del problema planteado. Diversity in psychology is a recurrent issue that has been analysed by several authors. In this paper, we focus on Michel Foucault’s book. The words and the things, written in 1966. The aim of our work is to describe the possibilities and the limits of the model of archaeology to analyse the diversity of discourses and practices in psychology in Europe during the XX Century. From a critical-historical perspective, we consider specifically two traditions, the Gestalt psychology and the psychoanalysis, to show that in particular these Foucault’s writings can help us in respect to pluralism on the level of the discourses, but they turn into an insufficient resource on the level of the understanding of the practices of intervention. El presente trabajo es el primer eslabón de un proyecto en proceso que apunta a analizar la dinámica de distintos conceptos, desde un enfoque semántico, buscando identificar patrones temporales comunes en varios corpus de texto. Como primer paso utilizaremos textos provenientes de libros o subtítulos de películas, sin embargo este análisis puede extenderse a cualquier corpus de texto. En este trabajo en particular estudiaremos la evolución semántica de conceptos a lo largo de las distintas novelas de la saga Harry Potter con el objetivo último de analizar variaciones del contenido semántico en textos utilizando herramientas de Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural (PLN). En este contexto, mostraremos una primera aproximación a la comprensión del alcance y de las limitaciones de las herramientas clásicas de PLN para cuantificar la evolución del concepto “oscuridad” con el avance temporal de los libros. La saga de novelas de Harry Potter resulta ser un corpus de texto ideal para testear estas herramientas debido a que es de público conocimiento que dicha saga presenta un aumento gradual de la “oscuridad” a medida que se suceden los libros.
