This is an interactive live modelling system which can automatically convert simple tab separated triples or JSON-LD (experimental) into graphical models using the mermaid library. General updates and improvements have been carried out, with the addition of pan and zoom functions for the displayed models, simple tooltips, alternative display labels for links, an alternative format to fix property labels to relationships lines and an update default instructions model. Instructions: Several worked examples, including some simple instructions relating to how this system works are included in the interactive web site: dynamic modelling, with all of the related code presented in GitHub.

This repository contains several items supplementing the article Constructing Age in Children’s Literature: A Digital Approach to Guus Kuijer’s Oeuvre [The Lion and the Unicorn, forthcoming] stylometry_kuijer.ipynb -- a Jupyter Notebook, containing the code to (re)run the stylometric analyses. Given that the original texts are copyrighted, they are not part of this repository. meta.xlsx -- a spreadsheet containing meta-information about the works of fiction authored by Guus Kuijer. scatterplot_kuijer.html -- an interactive scatterplot, comparing children and adolescent speech on the one hand, and adult and old adult speech on the other (made with the scattertext tool, developed by Jason Kessler).

DECODER SP tool This is the Semantic Parsing (SP) tool for the Decoder project (WP2) It is a Docker composition of Flask service and NN based translation services. To install it, you need to follow these steps: Call build_docker.sh to build the Docker container. Start the Docker container with run_docker.sh . To test the service, you can use test_semantic_parsing_jml_pkm.sh, test_semantic_parsing_jml.sh, test_semantic_parsing_pkm.sh and test_semantic_parsing.sh. SP API The SP tool, when interacting with the pkm, takes as parameters the information necessary to find comments in the pkm. Its return value is only a pair of a string and a code indicating the success of the operation or explaining its failure. The actual result is that the targeted comments are completed with their equivalent in the target language. The input parameters are used to send the following query to the pkm: code/{source_language}/comments/{project_id}/{file}. Input: project_id: pkm project to query source_language: the programming language of the file (java/c/cpp) target_language: the target programming or constraints language (jml, acsl, acsl++, ast, java, c, cpp) file: the file whose comments will be parsed to code. This Output: status: boolean indicating the success or failure of the call message: "Success" if status is true and an error message otherwise Side effect: If successful, the targeted comments are completed with their translation in the target language.

WHOSe Heritage: Classification of UNESCO World Heritage "Outstanding Universal Value" Documents with Smoothed Labels This repository provides the supplemental materials for reproducing the results of the above-mentioned paper as submitted to arXiv preprint server, including both models and results.

This is the initial release of the research compendium for the article by Tsirintoulaki, K., Matzig, D.N., Riede, F. (2022) "A 2D geometric morphometric assessment of chrono-cultural trends in osseous barbed points of the European Final Palaeolithic and Early Mesolithic" submitted to Open Archaeology. It contains all data and code, and will generate the results as found in the publication. The files hosted at https://github.com/yesdavid/Osseous_Barbed_Points_2D_GMM are the development versions and may have changed since the publication.

The information uploaded here contains the code for the relational database Prosobab. A dump of the collected data has been put in DANS (https://dans.knaw.nl/) Prosobab is an online database of recorded inhabitants of Babylonia between c. 620 and 330 BCE. Its main focus is on individuals who lived in southern Mesopotamia under Persian rule (539-330 BCE), but it also includes the preceding period of the Neo-Babylonian Empire in an attempt to contextualize their lives and those of their family members. In addition to person data, Prosobab collects information on the texts and archives in which the individuals are recorded. The database is developed in the framework of ERC project “Persia and Babylonia” at Leiden University and is intended for everybody with an interest in Babylonian history or the Persian Empire. {"references": ["C. Description This package is a helpful wrapper around functions from mainly the Momocs (Bonhomme et al. 2014), EBImage (Pau et al. 2010), and imager (Barthelme et al. 2020) packages. It is designed for the fast and easy extraction of single outline shapes of, for example, stone tools from images containing multiple thereof, such as the ones present in archaeological publications. This release is provided with a testing dataset, using the Morar Quartz Industry image (Credit: Wellcome Collection, https://wellcomecollection.org/works/th7egtfj, distributed under CC BY 4.0). The "dataverse-lrs" software is a plugin that can be installed in a Dataverse repository to enable the integration in the Dataverse GUI of the CLARIN Language Resource Switchboard (LRS). A Dataverse repository is implemented using an open-source software platform, developed and maintained by the Harvard Institute for Quantitative Social Science (IQSS) (https://dataverse.harvard.edu/), the CLARIN LRS (https://switchboard.clarin.eu) can be seen as a Virtual Tool Registry: for a given resource, it identifies all tools that can process the resource, sorts the tools in terms of the tasks they perform, and presents a task-oriented list of those tools, each tool of the list can be invoked and the resource is automatically processed. The 'dataverse-lrs' software has been developed in the Social Sciences & Humanities Open Cloud (SSHOC) project and is described in the deliverable "3.8 Implementation report and available SSHOC Switchboard and VCR services".
