    Thesis subject is 'Thingings of Musa Kâzım on Education According to Rehber-i Tedris ve Terbiyen (1894-1897)` In this context, in the first chapter of the thesis, in terms of giving general information about Ottoman education 'The Education System from the political reforms made in Ottoman State in 1839 to the end of the 2nd Constitutional Monarchy Period (1839- 1918)' is expressed. In fact, during the last years of the Ottoman Empire, a great importance was attached to the education. Especially, beginning from the second half of 19th century, modern schools started to be opened.In the second chapter, information is given about the Ottoman Provincial Organization. Provincial Organization is scrutinized beginning from the Classical Period within the process of the latest times. After giving information about Provincial Organization, system of education is mentioned within the provincial organization.In the third chapter, second part of the Musa Kâzım's book named `Taşra Maârif-i Memurlarına Rehber-i Tedris ve Terbiye` (1897) is examined.     O foco desta tese é a relação comercial entre três pólos principais: Brasil, Portugal e Hamburgo. Em dois momentos distintos, antes da abertura dos portos, quando o Brasil é uma colônia portuguesa e, posteriormente, quando se torna um país autônomo. O fluxo comercial de Hamburgo com o Brasil, através de Portugal, é intenso a partir de 1796, ano em que as balanças de comércio o registram regularmente. Sendo mesmo Hamburgo, ao contrário do que se costuma pensar, o principal importador de efeitos coloniais brasileiros e, por decorrência, seu principal consumidor e distribuidor na Europa do Norte e Oriental. Depois da abertura dos portos, o movimento se retraiu, mas se recuperou nos anos seguintes a paz na Europa após a queda de Napoleão, voltando a ter papel significativo com a proclamação da Independência brasileira em relação a Portugal. Os principais produtos nesse estratégico comércio e importação hamburguesa era, sobretudo, o açúcar, couros e algodão. As fontes para o estudo foram as Balanças Gerais de Comércio de Portugal com seus Domínios e Nações Estrangeiras, as Balanças Comerciais de Hamburgo e os relatórios e as cartas consulares. The present work focus on the commercial relationship among the tree key poles Brazil, Portugal and Hamburg in two distinct moments: before the opening of the ports, when Brazil was a Portuguese colony, and afterwards, when Brazil became an independent country. The commercial flow from Hamburg to Brazil, through Portugal, is intense from 1796, the year when the trade balance started to register it regularly. In fact, contrary to what one may think, it was Hamburg the main importer of the effects from Brazil colony and therefore its major consumer and distributor along Northern and Oriental Europe. After the opening of the ports, the flow had retread but the peace recovered it on the following years, especially after Napoleons fall when the flow had played a major role with the proclamation of the Brazilian Independence from Portugal. Sugar, leather and cotton were, above all, the principal products in this strategic trade and in the Hamburguese importation. The source of the study was the General Balance of Trade between Portugal and his Colonies and Nations, Hamburgs Balance of Trade, reports and consular letters.

    The problem addressed in this study is nihilism. The philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche traced its origin to the long history of apocalyptic and eschatological thought in Western religions, and to the survival of the linear and universalizing aspects of their theology in modern secular thought. Nietzsche saw this unconscious legacy affecting everything from Enlightenment philosophes, to the natural and biological sciences, to politics and economics. An existential crisis in European civilization – the advent of nihilism – thus came about because of the “death of God”, i.e., the loss of unshakeable objective faith amongst Europeans in the truth of the Abrahamic faiths.I take seriously Nietzsche’s suggestion in Thus Spoke Zarathustra of a genealogical relationship between the ancient Iranians and the ancient Hebrews, which Nietzsche scholars have neglected. Exploring that historical interchange allows us to establish that Zoroastrian concepts of universal time and absolute morality entered Judaism, and thus the West, at a formative stage. I then discuss some key modern thinkers to which Nietzsche’s project responded, and show that apocalyptic eschatology lived on in the work of Kant, Hegel, Marx, and the Darwinians. Having established for himself that modernity was tainted at its origin by this kernel of religious dogma, Nietzsche saw no need to save modernity from itself, and thus looked beyond it, and beyond the naïve worship of reason that underpinned it.The solution to the problem of nihilism, in Nietzsche’s view, was not to overcome religion, but to transform it. What was needed was a new mythology – one consistent with the natural sciences, and one which glorified the world as it is, and not an ideal world to come. His challenging notions of Eternal Recurrence and Overhumanity were contributions to this new, life-affirming mythology.I make use of an extensive body of primary sources, ranging from the works of philosophers and scientists of the nineteenth century, to that of the ancient Greeks whom Nietzsche so admired, to the scriptural traditions of Zoroastrianism and Judaism. The work involves close reading and historical contextualization, seeking to establish contingent relationships as ideas moved and were transformed over time.

    The present work aims to investigate through a historical research based on the “Revista de Educação do Estado de Goiás”, which were the conceptions of childhood that existed in Goiás during the period of circulation of the journal and to understand if the psychological knowledge and the process of elaboration of these conceptions are related. This was due to the fact that the magazine functioned as an important communication vehicle of the State in terms of subjects related to education, psychology and childhood, that circulated in the period between 1937 and 1962, passing through different nomenclatures and phases. Its existence was concomitant to the moment of modernization of the territory of Goiás that resulted on a greater focus on childhood and the development of different perspectives about it, as a part of the transformation process, especially through the escolanovista movement. This study was made possible through a documentary analysis and bibliographic review based on books, scientific articles, legislations, dissertations, theses and other publications in which the conceptions of childhood as historical constructions were investigated both in the global context and in Brazil and, above all, in Goiás. It is based on the understanding that psychology keeps a close relationship with education and childhood since its emergence as a science in Brazil and Goiás, which contrasts with the existence of a reduced amount of academic research involving history and psychology on a regional context, analyzing from what moment the psychology collaborates with the reflections about the goiana childhood. The research allowed to find a vision of the child followed by the moralizing burden, related to the history of the education of children and children traditionally marked by proposals that aim to follow and favor the natural development of the child, isolating it as a unique element of the pedagogical relationship and displacing its historical, cultural and social roots. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo investigar através de uma pesquisa histórica voltada para a Revista de Educação do Estado de Goiás, quais eram as concepções de infância existentes em Goiás na época de circulação da revista e entender se há relações entre o conhecimento psicológico e o processo de elaboração dessas concepções. Tal recorte se deu em função de a revista ter funcionado como um importante veículo de comunicação do Estado, no que diz respeito aos assuntos vinculados à educação, psicologia e infância, tendo circulado no período entre 1937 a 1962, passando por distintas nomenclaturas e fases. Sua existência foi concomitante ao momento de modernização do território goiano que trouxe como consequência maior enfoque na infância e no desenvolvimento de perspectivas diferentes sobre ela, como parte deste processo transformativo, principalmente por meio do movimento escolanovista. Este estudo se viabilizou através de uma análise documental e revisão bibliográfica pautada em livros, artigos científicos, legislações, dissertações, teses e demais publicações nas quais foram investigadas as concepções de infância como construções históricas, tanto em contexto global, quanto no Brasil e, sobretudo, em Goiás. Parte-se do entendimento de que a psicologia mantém uma relação estreita com a educação e a infância desde seu surgimento como ciência no Brasil e em Goiás, o que contrasta com a existência de uma quantidade reduzida de pesquisas acadêmicas envolvendo história e psicologia em contexto regional, analisando a partir de que momento a psicologia colabora com as reflexões acerca da infância goiana. A pesquisa permitiu encontrar uma visão da criança acompanhada da carga moralizadora, associada a uma história da infância e da educação infantil tradicionalmente marcada por propostas que visam acompanhar e favorecer o desenvolvimento natural da criança, isolando-a como elemento único da relação pedagógica e deslocando suas raízes históricas, culturais e sociais.

    Bu çalışma, geçmişten günümüze sanatçıların gölgeyi çalışmalarına neden ve nasıl dâhil ettiklerini araştırarak, araştırmacının/sanatçının da bu alanda yeni bir dile ulaşmasını amaçlar. İnsanlık tarihi içinde gölge algısı, insanoğlunun yaşam deneyimine bağlı olarak değişim göstermiştir. Bu deneyim kuşkusuz bir ifade biçimi olarak sanata da yansır. Plinius, resim sanatının düşen gölgenin etrafının çizilerek başladığını iddia ederken, Vallier gölgenin renginin bulunmasını, modern resmin başlangıcı olarak ifade eder. Gölgenin sanat tarihi içinde uzun yolculuğunu konu alan ikinci bölümde, gölgeye yüklenen metaforik anlamların dönemsel olarak farklılığı ortaya konmaktadır. Üçüncü bölüm, gölgeyi medyum olarak kullanan güncel sanatçıların çalışmalarından oluşmakla birlikte, sanatçıların gölge ile kurdukları bağlamı araştırmaktadır. Sanatçılar akıp giden zaman, günlük yaşam döngüsü ve maddenin fizikötesi varlığıyla gölge arasında bir ilişki görmektedirler. Araştırma, yüzyıllar öncesinden günümüze kadar gelen gölge oyunlarının arkasında yatan felsefenin günümüz sanatçılarına ilham verdiğini de saptamıştır. Geçmişte gölge, uzun süre boya resminde araç olarak kullanıldığı halde, günümüze gelindiğinde pek çok sanatçı tarafından amaç olmuş, ışık ise gölgeyi çizmek, boyamak ve hatta inşa etmek için araç olarak kullanılır hale gelmiştir. Uzun yıllar gölgeyi nesnesi ile birlikte boyayan sanatçı, günümüzde gölgenin kendisini çalışmalarına dâhil ederek, farklı ışık manipülasyonları ile özgün mekânlar kurgulamaktadır. Bu çalışma, gölgenin mecâzi anlamlarını çeşitli inanış ve farklı kültürler açısından araştırmakla birlikte, yüzyıllar öncesinin geleneklerinden süzülen, çeşitli toplumlarda ve farklı zaman dilimlerinde metaforik farklı anlamları bulunan gölgenin güncel sanatta kayda değer bir yeri olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Araştırmacının/sanatçının projelerinin yer aldığı son bölümde ise, Modernizmin tabu diyerek ötekileştirdiği geleneksel dinamiklerin hayat bularak, güncel sanata malzeme ve içerik açısından katkı sağladığı görülür. This research work aims at exploring why and how artists incorporated shadows in their works, so that achievements of the researcher/the artist in findings new ways in her works. The perception of shadow has changed depending on the experience of life during the human history. This experience of course has been reflected in the art. While Plinius claimed that the origion of the painting had started from rawing the borders of cast shadows, Vallier accepted the discovery of the color of shadows as the origin of the modern painting. In the second section of this study which consists the long jurney of shadows in the history of art, different methaphorical meanings put on the shadow in different periods are investigated. The third section is made up with the works of the artists who used the shadow as a medium in their works. The section explore the links they established shadows on their works as well. Artists have seen links with shadows and time elapsed, existence of daily life cycle and metaphysical aspects of the materials. This study claimed that the philosophy behind the shadow play from centuries ago to the present day inspired contemporary artists. The shadow had long been used as a tool in the tradational painting in the past. However, it has become the main purpose in the modern paintings. Light has now been used as a tool to draw, paint and consturct shadows in the contemporary arts. For many years, artists who painted the object with its shadow, have built original art works by incorporating the shadow itself. This study investigates figuratives meanings of shadow in different cultures and beliefs, and assertains that the shadow drained from various societies in different time periods with several metaphorical meanings would offer a significant materials in contemporaray art. The last section in which the own art works of the researcher depicts that the traditional dynamics which is generally seen as toboo in Modernism provide material and content in terms of contemporary art. 149

    Le but principal de cette étude est de traiter le progrès du droit du sport et des efforts de transformer le sport turc en instrumentalisant ce droit, et par conséquent, la société se trouvant sous son influence en Turquie et dans les terres Ottomanes qui la précèdent. L’ensemble des législations sur le football et le sport apparues dans cette période en Turquie ont été examinées, compte tenu de l'atmosphère politique régnant aux différentes époques. D’autre part, les effets de ces réglementations sur les supporters ont été analysés. The main purpose of this study is to examine the progress of sports law in Turkey and its predecessor Ottoman and also instrumentalisation of law to transform of Turkish sport and the society under sports' influence. All legislations about football and sports in Turkey have been tried to examine as well as considering the political atmosphere in this duration. On the other hand, the impact of these regulations on the fans has been studied.

    Označavanje vrsta riječi jedan je od temeljnih zadataka u području obrade prirodnog jezika. Ono samo po sebi ne rješava određeni problem u obradi prirodnog jezika, ali je preduvjet za mnoge druge procese kao što su analiza sentimenta, prevođenje teksta ili prepoznavanje govora. Označavanja temeljena na pravilima, transformacijama ili stohastičkim metodama opisana su i uspoređena sa korištenjem neuronskih mreža u svrhu označavanja vrsta riječi. Implementirane su RNN i LSTM arhitekture neuronske mreže čiji modeli mogu provoditi automatsko označavanje vrsta riječi za dani tekst pisan hrvatskim jezikom. Kako bi se utvrdila efikasnost uporabe modela neuronske mreža za ovakav zadatak, modeli su testirani i evaluirani. Cilj je prikazati primjenu neuronskih mreža za razvoj označivača vrsta riječi hrvatskog jezika. Part-of-speech tagging is one of the main tasks of natural language processing. On its own, it does not solve a specific problem of natural language processing but it is a part of preprocessing in sentiment analysis, text translation or speech recognition. In the first part of this thesis the rule-based, transformation based and stochastic methods of part-of-speech tagging are described and compared to neural network methods. As a practical part of the thesis, RNN and LSTM neural network models are implemented for an automatic part-of-speech tagger of the Croatian language. To check the efficiency of using the neural network approach for this task, models are tested and evaluated. The aim of this thesis is to implement neural networks for an automatic part-of-speech tagger of the Croatian language.

Üçüncü bölümde Aydın İli'nin ilk ortaokulu olan, sonradan Aydın Ortaokulu adını alan İkbal Ortaokulu incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde Aydın Lisesi açıldığında Türkiye'nin eğitim durumu, Aydın'da bir liseye olan ihtiyaç ve Aydın Lisesi'nin açılması ve gelişimine değinilmiştir. Beşinci bölümde Aydın Lisesi'nin son yıllardaki ÖSS başarı durumu bazı istatistikî verilerle incelenmiştir. In the third part, İkbal which is the first secondary school in Aydın is mentioned, then known as Aydın Secondary School. In the fourth part, the educational situation of Turkey and the demand for a lycee in Aydın, establisment and evolution of Aydın Lycee when it was build are mentioned.     Thesis subject is 'Thingings of Musa Kâzım on Education According to Rehber-i Tedris ve Terbiyen (1894-1897)` In this context, in the first chapter of the thesis, in terms of giving general information about Ottoman education 'The Education System from the political reforms made in Ottoman State in 1839 to the end of the 2nd Constitutional Monarchy Period (1839- 1918)' is expressed. In fact, during the last years of the Ottoman Empire, a great importance was attached to the education. Especially, beginning from the second half of 19th century, modern schools started to be opened.In the second chapter, information is given about the Ottoman Provincial Organization. Provincial Organization is scrutinized beginning from the Classical Period within the process of the latest times. After giving information about Provincial Organization, system of education is mentioned within the provincial organization.In the third chapter, second part of the Musa Kâzım's book named `Taşra Maârif-i Memurlarına Rehber-i Tedris ve Terbiye` (1897) is examined.     O foco desta tese é a relação comercial entre três pólos principais: Brasil, Portugal e Hamburgo. Em dois momentos distintos, antes da abertura dos portos, quando o Brasil é uma colônia portuguesa e, posteriormente, quando se torna um país autônomo. O fluxo comercial de Hamburgo com o Brasil, através de Portugal, é intenso a partir de 1796, ano em que as balanças de comércio o registram regularmente. Sendo mesmo Hamburgo, ao contrário do que se costuma pensar, o principal importador de efeitos coloniais brasileiros e, por decorrência, seu principal consumidor e distribuidor na Europa do Norte e Oriental. Depois da abertura dos portos, o movimento se retraiu, mas se recuperou nos anos seguintes a paz na Europa após a queda de Napoleão, voltando a ter papel significativo com a proclamação da Independência brasileira em relação a Portugal. Os principais produtos nesse estratégico comércio e importação hamburguesa era, sobretudo, o açúcar, couros e algodão. As fontes para o estudo foram as Balanças Gerais de Comércio de Portugal com seus Domínios e Nações Estrangeiras, as Balanças Comerciais de Hamburgo e os relatórios e as cartas consulares. The present work focus on the commercial relationship among the tree key poles Brazil, Portugal and Hamburg in two distinct moments: before the opening of the ports, when Brazil was a Portuguese colony, and afterwards, when Brazil became an independent country. The commercial flow from Hamburg to Brazil, through Portugal, is intense from 1796, the year when the trade balance started to register it regularly. In fact, contrary to what one may think, it was Hamburg the main importer of the effects from Brazil colony and therefore its major consumer and distributor along Northern and Oriental Europe. After the opening of the ports, the flow had retread but the peace recovered it on the following years, especially after Napoleons fall when the flow had played a major role with the proclamation of the Brazilian Independence from Portugal. Sugar, leather and cotton were, above all, the principal products in this strategic trade and in the Hamburguese importation. The source of the study was the General Balance of Trade between Portugal and his Colonies and Nations, Hamburgs Balance of Trade, reports and consular letters.

    The problem addressed in this study is nihilism. The philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche traced its origin to the long history of apocalyptic and eschatological thought in Western religions, and to the survival of the linear and universalizing aspects of their theology in modern secular thought. Nietzsche saw this unconscious legacy affecting everything from Enlightenment philosophes, to the natural and biological sciences, to politics and economics. An existential crisis in European civilization – the advent of nihilism – thus came about because of the “death of God”, i.e., the loss of unshakeable objective faith amongst Europeans in the truth of the Abrahamic faiths.I take seriously Nietzsche’s suggestion in Thus Spoke Zarathustra of a genealogical relationship between the ancient Iranians and the ancient Hebrews, which Nietzsche scholars have neglected. Exploring that historical interchange allows us to establish that Zoroastrian concepts of universal time and absolute morality entered Judaism, and thus the West, at a formative stage. I then discuss some key modern thinkers to which Nietzsche’s project responded, and show that apocalyptic eschatology lived on in the work of Kant, Hegel, Marx, and the Darwinians. Having established for himself that modernity was tainted at its origin by this kernel of religious dogma, Nietzsche saw no need to save modernity from itself, and thus looked beyond it, and beyond the naïve worship of reason that underpinned it.The solution to the problem of nihilism, in Nietzsche’s view, was not to overcome religion, but to transform it. What was needed was a new mythology – one consistent with the natural sciences, and one which glorified the world as it is, and not an ideal world to come. His challenging notions of Eternal Recurrence and Overhumanity were contributions to this new, life-affirming mythology.I make use of an extensive body of primary sources, ranging from the works of philosophers and scientists of the nineteenth century, to that of the ancient Greeks whom Nietzsche so admired, to the scriptural traditions of Zoroastrianism and Judaism. The work involves close reading and historical contextualization, seeking to establish contingent relationships as ideas moved and were transformed over time.

    The present work aims to investigate through a historical research based on the “Revista de Educação do Estado de Goiás”, which were the conceptions of childhood that existed in Goiás during the period of circulation of the journal and to understand if the psychological knowledge and the process of elaboration of these conceptions are related. This was due to the fact that the magazine functioned as an important communication vehicle of the State in terms of subjects related to education, psychology and childhood, that circulated in the period between 1937 and 1962, passing through different nomenclatures and phases. Its existence was concomitant to the moment of modernization of the territory of Goiás that resulted on a greater focus on childhood and the development of different perspectives about it, as a part of the transformation process, especially through the escolanovista movement. This study was made possible through a documentary analysis and bibliographic review based on books, scientific articles, legislations, dissertations, theses and other publications in which the conceptions of childhood as historical constructions were investigated both in the global context and in Brazil and, above all, in Goiás. It is based on the understanding that psychology keeps a close relationship with education and childhood since its emergence as a science in Brazil and Goiás, which contrasts with the existence of a reduced amount of academic research involving history and psychology on a regional context, analyzing from what moment the psychology collaborates with the reflections about the goiana childhood. The research allowed to find a vision of the child followed by the moralizing burden, related to the history of the education of children and children traditionally marked by proposals that aim to follow and favor the natural development of the child, isolating it as a unique element of the pedagogical relationship and displacing its historical, cultural and social roots. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo investigar através de uma pesquisa histórica voltada para a Revista de Educação do Estado de Goiás, quais eram as concepções de infância existentes em Goiás na época de circulação da revista e entender se há relações entre o conhecimento psicológico e o processo de elaboração dessas concepções. Tal recorte se deu em função de a revista ter funcionado como um importante veículo de comunicação do Estado, no que diz respeito aos assuntos vinculados à educação, psicologia e infância, tendo circulado no período entre 1937 a 1962, passando por distintas nomenclaturas e fases. Sua existência foi concomitante ao momento de modernização do território goiano que trouxe como consequência maior enfoque na infância e no desenvolvimento de perspectivas diferentes sobre ela, como parte deste processo transformativo, principalmente por meio do movimento escolanovista. Este estudo se viabilizou através de uma análise documental e revisão bibliográfica pautada em livros, artigos científicos, legislações, dissertações, teses e demais publicações nas quais foram investigadas as concepções de infância como construções históricas, tanto em contexto global, quanto no Brasil e, sobretudo, em Goiás. Parte-se do entendimento de que a psicologia mantém uma relação estreita com a educação e a infância desde seu surgimento como ciência no Brasil e em Goiás, o que contrasta com a existência de uma quantidade reduzida de pesquisas acadêmicas envolvendo história e psicologia em contexto regional, analisando a partir de que momento a psicologia colabora com as reflexões acerca da infância goiana. A pesquisa permitiu encontrar uma visão da criança acompanhada da carga moralizadora, associada a uma história da infância e da educação infantil tradicionalmente marcada por propostas que visam acompanhar e favorecer o desenvolvimento natural da criança, isolando-a como elemento único da relação pedagógica e deslocando suas raízes históricas, culturais e sociais.

    Bu çalışma, geçmişten günümüze sanatçıların gölgeyi çalışmalarına neden ve nasıl dâhil ettiklerini araştırarak, araştırmacının/sanatçının da bu alanda yeni bir dile ulaşmasını amaçlar. İnsanlık tarihi içinde gölge algısı, insanoğlunun yaşam deneyimine bağlı olarak değişim göstermiştir. Bu deneyim kuşkusuz bir ifade biçimi olarak sanata da yansır. Plinius, resim sanatının düşen gölgenin etrafının çizilerek başladığını iddia ederken, Vallier gölgenin renginin bulunmasını, modern resmin başlangıcı olarak ifade eder. Gölgenin sanat tarihi içinde uzun yolculuğunu konu alan ikinci bölümde, gölgeye yüklenen metaforik anlamların dönemsel olarak farklılığı ortaya konmaktadır. Üçüncü bölüm, gölgeyi medyum olarak kullanan güncel sanatçıların çalışmalarından oluşmakla birlikte, sanatçıların gölge ile kurdukları bağlamı araştırmaktadır. Sanatçılar akıp giden zaman, günlük yaşam döngüsü ve maddenin fizikötesi varlığıyla gölge arasında bir ilişki görmektedirler. Araştırma, yüzyıllar öncesinden günümüze kadar gelen gölge oyunlarının arkasında yatan felsefenin günümüz sanatçılarına ilham verdiğini de saptamıştır. Geçmişte gölge, uzun süre boya resminde araç olarak kullanıldığı halde, günümüze gelindiğinde pek çok sanatçı tarafından amaç olmuş, ışık ise gölgeyi çizmek, boyamak ve hatta inşa etmek için araç olarak kullanılır hale gelmiştir. Uzun yıllar gölgeyi nesnesi ile birlikte boyayan sanatçı, günümüzde gölgenin kendisini çalışmalarına dâhil ederek, farklı ışık manipülasyonları ile özgün mekânlar kurgulamaktadır. Bu çalışma, gölgenin mecâzi anlamlarını çeşitli inanış ve farklı kültürler açısından araştırmakla birlikte, yüzyıllar öncesinin geleneklerinden süzülen, çeşitli toplumlarda ve farklı zaman dilimlerinde metaforik farklı anlamları bulunan gölgenin güncel sanatta kayda değer bir yeri olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Araştırmacının/sanatçının projelerinin yer aldığı son bölümde ise, Modernizmin tabu diyerek ötekileştirdiği geleneksel dinamiklerin hayat bularak, güncel sanata malzeme ve içerik açısından katkı sağladığı görülür. This research work aims at exploring why and how artists incorporated shadows in their works, so that achievements of the researcher/the artist in findings new ways in her works. The perception of shadow has changed depending on the experience of life during the human history. This experience of course has been reflected in the art. While Plinius claimed that the origion of the painting had started from rawing the borders of cast shadows, Vallier accepted the discovery of the color of shadows as the origin of the modern painting. In the second section of this study which consists the long jurney of shadows in the history of art, different methaphorical meanings put on the shadow in different periods are investigated. The third section is made up with the works of the artists who used the shadow as a medium in their works. The section explore the links they established shadows on their works as well. Artists have seen links with shadows and time elapsed, existence of daily life cycle and metaphysical aspects of the materials. This study claimed that the philosophy behind the shadow play from centuries ago to the present day inspired contemporary artists. The shadow had long been used as a tool in the tradational painting in the past. However, it has become the main purpose in the modern paintings. Light has now been used as a tool to draw, paint and consturct shadows in the contemporary arts. For many years, artists who painted the object with its shadow, have built original art works by incorporating the shadow itself. This study investigates figuratives meanings of shadow in different cultures and beliefs, and assertains that the shadow drained from various societies in different time periods with several metaphorical meanings would offer a significant materials in contemporaray art. The last section in which the own art works of the researcher depicts that the traditional dynamics which is generally seen as toboo in Modernism provide material and content in terms of contemporary art. 149

    Le but principal de cette étude est de traiter le progrès du droit du sport et des efforts de transformer le sport turc en instrumentalisant ce droit, et par conséquent, la société se trouvant sous son influence en Turquie et dans les terres Ottomanes qui la précèdent. L’ensemble des législations sur le football et le sport apparues dans cette période en Turquie ont été examinées, compte tenu de l'atmosphère politique régnant aux différentes époques. D’autre part, les effets de ces réglementations sur les supporters ont été analysés. The main purpose of this study is to examine the progress of sports law in Turkey and its predecessor Ottoman and also instrumentalisation of law to transform of Turkish sport and the society under sports' influence. All legislations about football and sports in Turkey have been tried to examine as well as considering the political atmosphere in this duration. On the other hand, the impact of these regulations on the fans has been studied.

    Označavanje vrsta riječi jedan je od temeljnih zadataka u području obrade prirodnog jezika. Ono samo po sebi ne rješava određeni problem u obradi prirodnog jezika, ali je preduvjet za mnoge druge procese kao što su analiza sentimenta, prevođenje teksta ili prepoznavanje govora. Označavanja temeljena na pravilima, transformacijama ili stohastičkim metodama opisana su i uspoređena sa korištenjem neuronskih mreža u svrhu označavanja vrsta riječi. Implementirane su RNN i LSTM arhitekture neuronske mreže čiji modeli mogu provoditi automatsko označavanje vrsta riječi za dani tekst pisan hrvatskim jezikom. Kako bi se utvrdila efikasnost uporabe modela neuronske mreža za ovakav zadatak, modeli su testirani i evaluirani. Cilj je prikazati primjenu neuronskih mreža za razvoj označivača vrsta riječi hrvatskog jezika. Part-of-speech tagging is one of the main tasks of natural language processing. On its own, it does not solve a specific problem of natural language processing but it is a part of preprocessing in sentiment analysis, text translation or speech recognition. In the first part of this thesis the rule-based, transformation based and stochastic methods of part-of-speech tagging are described and compared to neural network methods. As a practical part of the thesis, RNN and LSTM neural network models are implemented for an automatic part-of-speech tagger of the Croatian language. To check the efficiency of using the neural network approach for this task, models are tested and evaluated. The aim of this thesis is to implement neural networks for an automatic part-of-speech tagger of the Croatian language.

    Uzun süre bölgenin tek lisesi olarak hizmet veren Aydın Lisesi'nin gelişimi öğrenci merkezli olarak incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Aydın Lisesi'nin sosyal, kültürel, sportif alanlardaki çalışmaları değerlendirilmiştir.Tez yedi ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde araştırmanın problemi, amacı, yöntemi, sınırlılıkları ve tanımlar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, genel hatlarıyla Aydın eğitim tarihine değinilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Aydın İli'nin ilk ortaokulu olan, sonradan Aydın Ortaokulu adını alan İkbal Ortaokulu incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde Aydın Lisesi açıldığında Türkiye'nin eğitim durumu, Aydın'da bir liseye olan ihtiyaç ve Aydın Lisesi'nin açılması ve gelişimine değinilmiştir. Beşinci bölümde Aydın Lisesi'nin son yıllardaki ÖSS başarı durumu bazı istatistikî verilerle incelenmiştir. Altıncı bölümde Aydın Lisesi'nin sosyal, kültürel, sportif çalışmaları ele alınmış ve çeşitli alanlarda elde ettiği başarılara yer verilmiştir. Social, culturel and sportive activities of Aydın Lycee have been evaluated.The work has seven main parts. In the first part the problem, aim, method, limitation and definition of the research have been reported. In the second part, generally, Aydın?s educational history is mentioned. In the third part, İkbal which is the first secondary school in Aydın is mentioned, then known as Aydın Secondary School. In the fourth part, the educational situation of Turkey and the demand for a lycee in Aydın, establisment and evolution of Aydın Lycee when it was build are mentioned. In the fifth part the status of Aydın Lycee in OSS exam for higher education in the late years is analyzed through statistical data.
