    The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) in Indonesia influences the trend towards the establishment of IT-based startups. Pesanlab is an example of such start-up that offers a healthcare diagnostic platform connecting laboratories to consumers. As a vast growing organization, Pesanlab requires a set of strategies to assist in attaining organizational goals and predetermined targets. The purpose of this research is to formulate a digital marketing strategy, more specifically one that is suited for digital start-up organizations. The SOSTAC framework, complemented with additional relevant theories, such as SWOT analysis, SMART Objectives, RACE planning objectives was employed as a robust framework in terms of formulating a digital marketing strategy. This research formulated 3 targets, 9 strategies and 32 tactics.

    Abstract When multiple electric vehicles need to be charged, it will take more time and money for the electric vehicles to randomly enter the charging stations during the disorderly scheduling process. In the meantime, the utilization rate of charging piles is different, and the load of power grid is heavier. In this paper, a charging scheduling strategy is designed considering of the requests of multiple electric vehicles, which schedule in a way of overall parallel. In this charging scheduling strategy, electric vehicles will cost less time and money, the utilization rate of charging piles is more equal, and the power grid has minimum load. According to the charging scheduling strategy, a vehicle charging scheduling model is established based on multi-objective optimization. Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution is used to eliminate the dimensions of multiple objectives, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. The simulation results show that the charging scheduling strategy can select appropriate charging stations for electric vehicles and achieve the goal of multi-objective optimization.

    The Yığma Tepe of Pergamon is one of the largest known burial mounds in the Eastern Mediterranean. Its internal structure, especially the existence and location of burials, remains unknown so far because its height of 32 m and the diameter of 158 m have restricted extensive excavations. To explore the interior of the Yığma Tepe, we applied shear wave reflection profiling and traveltime tomography, locally complemented by electrical resistivity tomography. Shear wave reflection imaging enabled us to identify the layering and localize structures down to the basal surface of the mound with a metre‐scale resolution. A grid of crossing SH‐wave profiles with 4‐m line spacing covered the central mound area. The Yığma Tepe can be subdivided into three stratigraphic layers representing different construction phases, each about 10 m thick. The deepest is a consolidated layer with a locally compacted surface. SH‐wave reflection imaging verified the collapsed remains of a tunnel system and a shaft at about 30‐m depth that had been dug into the mound at the level of the basal surface at the beginning of the 20th century. The tunnel collapse created a damage zone of decreased S‐wave velocity reaching up to the overlying middle layer, in which four seismic objects of interest (SOIs) were detected. The largest of these SOIs is a north–south‐oriented structure, about 15 m long and 4 m wide. SH‐viscoelastic forward modelling showed that it likely consists of a collapsed walled cavity with a zone of loosened soil above. The third layer covers the underlying two and is enriched with large stone packages as verified by local excavations. We show the capabilities of shear‐wave reflection seismic to image small‐scale structures under complicated topographic conditions and how characteristics of cavities and volumes of decompacted soil can be evaluated by wavefield modelling.     Natural killer cells (NK) play an importantrole causing implantation and proliferation of ectopic endometrial tissue inpatients with endometriosis. The study aims to assess the effect of endometriosison the frequency of NK cells, its activation and inhibition in the peripheral bloodof endometriotic patients.Methods:Sixty four patients are divided into twogroups: 31 healthy controls and 33 endometriosis patients divided into twosubgroups: Group (A) mild stage endometriosis and group (B) moderate and severestage endometriosis. NK cells were identified by monoclonal antibodies surfacestaining for (CD56, CD16), natural cytotoxicity receptor Nkp46, inhibitoryreceptor CD159a, perforin and granzyme using flow cytometry.  Results: There was a statistical significant increase inthe total percent of NK CD56+ in endometriosis group compared to healthy group (p=0.027). There was statisticalsignificant decrease in percentage of NKp46 in endometriosis group compared to thehealthy group (p<0.0001).  No significant difference between differentstages of the disease & control cases in CD159a, perforin and granzyme I. There was negativeCorrelation between Total NK percent and Nkp46 activity.Conclusions:there is a significantincrease in NK cells and decrease in NKp46 in endometriosis patients. Whileno difference in CD159, perforin and granzyme between patients and normal women

    Experience gained from commissioning and operation of three elliptical polarization undulators (EPU) at the TPS taught us that undulator driving systems can behave erratically following a beam dump or loss. In this work, we discuss possible harmful radiation sources in a storage ring and analyse the effect of lack of electronic component radiation resistance in the system.     The history of deaf education and sign language are very intertwined. It seems that this last one would not exist without the first. In discussions about educational philosophies, the deaf and their language become completely invisible. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to highlight reflections and studies on sign languages, and not just on the history of deaf education. For this, the literature review provides an overview of the sign language history based on primary and secondary sources, allowing to recompose important facts, such as the linguistic considerations of deaf researchers. In addition, it expands the ideas about the origin of the signed languages.

    Abstract In order to solve the problem of road icing on vehicle driving safety in winter, a non-chlorine environmental protection anticoagulant ice microcapsule material is proposed in this study. It is a multi-core microcapsule structure composed of capsule core and capsule wall. The particle size is less than 0.075mm. It has good chemical stability, good mechanical properties and slow-release effect. When applied to the road, it will not affect the quality of road engineering. Based on the design concept of traditional salt storage pavement, the non-chlorine environmental protection anticoagulant ice microcapsule material is combined with micro surface treatment technology, and the micro surface compound application technology suitable for the special service environment of pavement in freezing area is designed and studied. The main results are as follows: (1) the ice coagulation effect of anticoagulant ice microcapsule materials is tested by sponge ice melting test and ice layer adhesion test. The test results show that anticoagulant ice microcapsule materials have significant ice anticoagulant effect, and are better than salt storage anticoagulant ice materials. (2) Through the road performance analysis of the micro surface, the anticoagulant ice microcapsule material has a certain impact on the cohesion and wet wheel wear of the slurry mixture, but they all meet the specification requirements. (3) The material is used in surface preventive maintenance technologies such as micro surfacing. It has excellent low-temperature snow melting ability, sustainable slow-release effect, excellent road performance and environmental protection.

    AbstractObjectivesThis study characterizes patterns of cranial trauma prevalence in a large sample of Upper Paleolithic (UP) fossil specimens (40,000–10,000 BP).Materials and MethodsOur sample comprised 234 individual crania (specimens), representing 1,285 cranial bones (skeletal elements), from 101 Eurasian UP sites. We used generalized linear mixed models (GLMMs) to assess trauma prevalence in relation to age‐at‐death, sex, anatomical distribution, and between pre‐ and post‐Last Glacial Maximum (LGM) samples, while accounting for skeletal preservation.ResultsModels predicted a mean cranial trauma prevalence of 0.07 (95% CI 0.003–0.19) at the level of skeletal elements, and of 0.26 (95% CI 0.08–0.48) at the level of specimens, each when 76–100% complete. Trauma prevalence increased with skeletal preservation. Across specimen and skeletal element datasets, trauma prevalence tended to be higher for males, and was consistently higher in the old age group. We found no time‐specific trauma prevalence patterns for the two sexes or age cohorts when comparing samples from before and after the LGM. Samples showed higher trauma prevalence in the vault than in the face, with vault remains being affected predominantly in males.DiscussionCranial trauma prevalence in UP humans falls within the variation described for Mesolithic and Neolithic samples. According to our current dataset, UP males and females were exposed to slightly different injury risks and trauma distributions, potentially due to different activities or behaviors, yet both sexes exhibit more trauma among the old. Environmental stressors associated with climatic changes of the LGM are not reflected in cranial trauma prevalence. To analyze trauma in incomplete skeletal remains we propose GLMMs as an informative alternative to crude frequency calculations.

    ABSTRACTThis study focuses on Jewish refugee children who fled the Third Reich after the Kristallnacht in November 1938 either using the so-called Kindertransport (Children’s Transport) or by crossing the border illegally. Many parents, desperate after the Kristallnacht, sent their children abroad alone. About 1,800 arrived in the Netherlands. While for some the Netherlands was an intermediate stop, many stayed. We use a mixed-method approach with the aim of providing a better understanding of the survival rates of refugee children using information from several sources. The qualitative research provides illustrative individual experiences of child refugees and facilitates the formulation of hypotheses of settlement trajectories on risks of deportation and being killed, which are then tested using a quantitative approach. Gathering information into a database allows us to estimate the risk associated the living situation and place in the Netherlands. Among 863 Kindertransport children staying in the Netherlands in July 1942, 74 percent were deported and of those deported 81 percent were killed. Differences in settlement trajectories resulted in different risks of deportation and death. Children living with family or relatives had a higher risk of being deported than those living with foster parents or in institutions. Children living with foster parents had a similar risk of deportation to those living in institutions. Changing household type did not alter risk of deportation, while moving places increased this risk. Children deported from foster parents’ households had an increased risk of death after deportation compared to those deported from institutions, indicating an enduring effect of household type.

    The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) in Indonesia influences the trend towards the establishment of IT-based startups. Pesanlab is an example of such start-up that offers a healthcare diagnostic platform connecting laboratories to consumers. As a vast growing organization, Pesanlab requires a set of strategies to assist in attaining organizational goals and predetermined targets. The purpose of this research is to formulate a digital marketing strategy, more specifically one that is suited for digital start-up organizations. The SOSTAC framework, complemented with additional relevant theories, such as SWOT analysis, SMART Objectives, RACE planning objectives was employed as a robust framework in terms of formulating a digital marketing strategy. This research formulated 3 targets, 9 strategies and 32 tactics.

    Abstract When multiple electric vehicles need to be charged, it will take more time and money for the electric vehicles to randomly enter the charging stations during the disorderly scheduling process. In the meantime, the utilization rate of charging piles is different, and the load of power grid is heavier. In this paper, a charging scheduling strategy is designed considering of the requests of multiple electric vehicles, which schedule in a way of overall parallel. In this charging scheduling strategy, electric vehicles will cost less time and money, the utilization rate of charging piles is more equal, and the power grid has minimum load. According to the charging scheduling strategy, a vehicle charging scheduling model is established based on multi-objective optimization. Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution is used to eliminate the dimensions of multiple objectives, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. The simulation results show that the charging scheduling strategy can select appropriate charging stations for electric vehicles and achieve the goal of multi-objective optimization.

    The Yığma Tepe of Pergamon is one of the largest known burial mounds in the Eastern Mediterranean. Its internal structure, especially the existence and location of burials, remains unknown so far because its height of 32 m and the diameter of 158 m have restricted extensive excavations. To explore the interior of the Yığma Tepe, we applied shear wave reflection profiling and traveltime tomography, locally complemented by electrical resistivity tomography. Shear wave reflection imaging enabled us to identify the layering and localize structures down to the basal surface of the mound with a metre‐scale resolution. A grid of crossing SH‐wave profiles with 4‐m line spacing covered the central mound area. The Yığma Tepe can be subdivided into three stratigraphic layers representing different construction phases, each about 10 m thick. The deepest is a consolidated layer with a locally compacted surface. SH‐wave reflection imaging verified the collapsed remains of a tunnel system and a shaft at about 30‐m depth that had been dug into the mound at the level of the basal surface at the beginning of the 20th century. The tunnel collapse created a damage zone of decreased S‐wave velocity reaching up to the overlying middle layer, in which four seismic objects of interest (SOIs) were detected. The largest of these SOIs is a north–south‐oriented structure, about 15 m long and 4 m wide. SH‐viscoelastic forward modelling showed that it likely consists of a collapsed walled cavity with a zone of loosened soil above. The third layer covers the underlying two and is enriched with large stone packages as verified by local excavations. We show the capabilities of shear‐wave reflection seismic to image small‐scale structures under complicated topographic conditions and how characteristics of cavities and volumes of decompacted soil can be evaluated by wavefield modelling.     Natural killer cells (NK) play an importantrole causing implantation and proliferation of ectopic endometrial tissue inpatients with endometriosis. The study aims to assess the effect of endometriosison the frequency of NK cells, its activation and inhibition in the peripheral bloodof endometriotic patients.Methods:Sixty four patients are divided into twogroups: 31 healthy controls and 33 endometriosis patients divided into twosubgroups: Group (A) mild stage endometriosis and group (B) moderate and severestage endometriosis. NK cells were identified by monoclonal antibodies surfacestaining for (CD56, CD16), natural cytotoxicity receptor Nkp46, inhibitoryreceptor CD159a, perforin and granzyme using flow cytometry.  Results: There was a statistical significant increase inthe total percent of NK CD56+ in endometriosis group compared to healthy group (p=0.027). There was statisticalsignificant decrease in percentage of NKp46 in endometriosis group compared to thehealthy group (p<0.0001).  No significant difference between differentstages of the disease & control cases in CD159a, perforin and granzyme I. There was negativeCorrelation between Total NK percent and Nkp46 activity.Conclusions:there is a significantincrease in NK cells and decrease in NKp46 in endometriosis patients. Whileno difference in CD159, perforin and granzyme between patients and normal women

    Experience gained from commissioning and operation of three elliptical polarization undulators (EPU) at the TPS taught us that undulator driving systems can behave erratically following a beam dump or loss. In this work, we discuss possible harmful radiation sources in a storage ring and analyse the effect of lack of electronic component radiation resistance in the system.     The history of deaf education and sign language are very intertwined. It seems that this last one would not exist without the first. In discussions about educational philosophies, the deaf and their language become completely invisible. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to highlight reflections and studies on sign languages, and not just on the history of deaf education. For this, the literature review provides an overview of the sign language history based on primary and secondary sources, allowing to recompose important facts, such as the linguistic considerations of deaf researchers. In addition, it expands the ideas about the origin of the signed languages.

    Abstract In order to solve the problem of road icing on vehicle driving safety in winter, a non-chlorine environmental protection anticoagulant ice microcapsule material is proposed in this study. It is a multi-core microcapsule structure composed of capsule core and capsule wall. The particle size is less than 0.075mm. It has good chemical stability, good mechanical properties and slow-release effect. When applied to the road, it will not affect the quality of road engineering. Based on the design concept of traditional salt storage pavement, the non-chlorine environmental protection anticoagulant ice microcapsule material is combined with micro surface treatment technology, and the micro surface compound application technology suitable for the special service environment of pavement in freezing area is designed and studied. The main results are as follows: (1) the ice coagulation effect of anticoagulant ice microcapsule materials is tested by sponge ice melting test and ice layer adhesion test. The test results show that anticoagulant ice microcapsule materials have significant ice anticoagulant effect, and are better than salt storage anticoagulant ice materials. (2) Through the road performance analysis of the micro surface, the anticoagulant ice microcapsule material has a certain impact on the cohesion and wet wheel wear of the slurry mixture, but they all meet the specification requirements. (3) The material is used in surface preventive maintenance technologies such as micro surfacing. It has excellent low-temperature snow melting ability, sustainable slow-release effect, excellent road performance and environmental protection.

    AbstractObjectivesThis study characterizes patterns of cranial trauma prevalence in a large sample of Upper Paleolithic (UP) fossil specimens (40,000–10,000 BP).Materials and MethodsOur sample comprised 234 individual crania (specimens), representing 1,285 cranial bones (skeletal elements), from 101 Eurasian UP sites. We used generalized linear mixed models (GLMMs) to assess trauma prevalence in relation to age‐at‐death, sex, anatomical distribution, and between pre‐ and post‐Last Glacial Maximum (LGM) samples, while accounting for skeletal preservation.ResultsModels predicted a mean cranial trauma prevalence of 0.07 (95% CI 0.003–0.19) at the level of skeletal elements, and of 0.26 (95% CI 0.08–0.48) at the level of specimens, each when 76–100% complete. Trauma prevalence increased with skeletal preservation. Across specimen and skeletal element datasets, trauma prevalence tended to be higher for males, and was consistently higher in the old age group. We found no time‐specific trauma prevalence patterns for the two sexes or age cohorts when comparing samples from before and after the LGM. Samples showed higher trauma prevalence in the vault than in the face, with vault remains being affected predominantly in males.DiscussionCranial trauma prevalence in UP humans falls within the variation described for Mesolithic and Neolithic samples. According to our current dataset, UP males and females were exposed to slightly different injury risks and trauma distributions, potentially due to different activities or behaviors, yet both sexes exhibit more trauma among the old. Environmental stressors associated with climatic changes of the LGM are not reflected in cranial trauma prevalence. To analyze trauma in incomplete skeletal remains we propose GLMMs as an informative alternative to crude frequency calculations.

    ABSTRACTThis study focuses on Jewish refugee children who fled the Third Reich after the Kristallnacht in November 1938 either using the so-called Kindertransport (Children’s Transport) or by crossing the border illegally. Many parents, desperate after the Kristallnacht, sent their children abroad alone. About 1,800 arrived in the Netherlands. While for some the Netherlands was an intermediate stop, many stayed. We use a mixed-method approach with the aim of providing a better understanding of the survival rates of refugee children using information from several sources. The qualitative research provides illustrative individual experiences of child refugees and facilitates the formulation of hypotheses of settlement trajectories on risks of deportation and being killed, which are then tested using a quantitative approach. Gathering information into a database allows us to estimate the risk associated the living situation and place in the Netherlands. Among 863 Kindertransport children staying in the Netherlands in July 1942, 74 percent were deported and of those deported 81 percent were killed. Differences in settlement trajectories resulted in different risks of deportation and death. Children living with family or relatives had a higher risk of being deported than those living with foster parents or in institutions. Children living with foster parents had a similar risk of deportation to those living in institutions. Changing household type did not alter risk of deportation, while moving places increased this risk. Children deported from foster parents’ households had an increased risk of death after deportation compared to those deported from institutions, indicating an enduring effect of household type.
