In this paper, I examine the ideas regarding image reception that can be extracted from the De altera uita, a theological treatise written by the Iberian bishop Lucas de Tui in ca. 1230. In this book, he devotes one chapter to rejecting the changes that were taking place at the time in the image of the Crucifixion, especially concerning the variation in the number of nails and the shape of the cross. I will show that this text provides illuminating references regarding image reception, mainly through Lucas’s concerns about the visual misleading of the faithful and their devotional responses to artworks. By examining this work, which I will set against the theological and devotional background of its time, I will argue that this treatise reflects the importance of sight within the religious experienc of late-medieval Europe This scientific publication is part of a project that has received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program (Grant agreement No. 950248). The project, entitled “The Sensuous Appeal of the Holy. Sensory Agency of Sacred Art and Somatised Spiritual Experiences in Medieval Europe (12th–15th century)-SenSArt” (PI Prof. Zuleika Murat) is being carried out at the Department of Cultural Heritage of the University of Padua in 2021–2026. The root source playing a vital role in online education is none other than Information Technology, having rapidly developed over the years with number of applications such as google class, WhatsApp, zoom, MS Teams and other information media, helping us lecturers to stay in touch with the students (Viner et al., 2020). It is obvious that Computer Hardware Configuration, Computer Operating System, Internet Browser, Software Applications, Internet connection and Internet speed take leading roles in online learning and teaching. At University, robust wired and wireless networks are available almost anywhere and computer labs have specialized software required for the students’ majors. But when the students moving off from the traditional way of learning to online learning remotely appeared challenging as the access to technologies dropped significantly, especially for the ICT classes. To access the success of online learning based on available technological resources, this study evaluated the (i) student’s internet connection capability, (ii) the availability of learning devices and software, and (iii) the student’s interest in online learning because of various online activities provided. Data is collected using a cross-sectional research methodology, mainly the online record survey method. Keywords: Online Learning, Bandwidth, Learning Devices, A’Sharqiyah University, Oman. Two established churches, the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland and the Orthodox Church of Finland, have an active presence on several social media platforms. In this article, I review their online presence and analyze their Facebook content in depth. The analysis indicates that the churches have a traditional and educational output that represents a form of cultural Christianity. Additionally, I discuss how operating on social media is relevant to established churches, and that it is a reflection both of their desire to be visible and to construct a certain type of presence.

ABSTRACT Custodial death is the most ominous indicator in our country's capture, detention, and remand. It has now become all the rage across the country. Deaths in police custody usually generate a great deal of public attention and are frequently coupled with causality disputes. Accused individuals frequently come into encounter with the criminal justice system, with those suffering from mental illnesses over-represented in police custody. As a result, identifying vulnerability is critical in order to guarantee that proper precautions may be put in place. This research is helping to show that to prevent such a curse from afflicting society, the country has some existing legislation, directions, guidelines, and precedents that are constantly derived from court decisions of other nations. The judicial system in Bangladesh is no exception. In context of this, the research examined, with the goal of emphasizing on judicial reforms, applicable legislation and their implementation, national legislative framework, and court precedents on the banning of inhumane custodial torture, including arrest, custody, and remand by police. Finding of the research particularly concentrate upon irregularities of provision to safeguarding accused right in the jail. The lack of sanitation, healthcare, standard food quality also found as errors of concern authorities. Beside these normal and natural death also counted as death in custody but not due to torture by police. The political believes and support nurture by police is also one of the key reasons to increasing torture and deaths. To solve these problems state should amend existing provision which is contradictory related to custodial torture, Increase the circumference of Human Rights Commission and give them power to investigate these properly and follow the guidelines given by courts. This research demonstrated a real-life scenario of custodial torture and critically analyzed national mechanisms that directly contradict custodial deaths and brutal punishment. {"references": ["'Police Custody Deaths In Bangladesh: An Analysis Of Legal Liability' (2022) IV Indian Journal of Law and Legal Research", "Police Custody Deaths In Bangladesh: An Analysis Of Legal Liability. ALPHA). من الدراسات المعاصرة: Digital Religion; nderstanding Religious Practice in Digital Media. Background: Historical ethnobotanical data can provide valuable information about past human-nature relationships as well as serve as a basis for diachronic analysis. This data note aims to present a dataset which documented medicinal plant uses, mentioned in a selection of German-language sources from the 19th century covering the historical regions of Estonia, Livonia, Courland, and Galicia. Methods: Data was mainly obtained by systematic manual search in various relevant historical German-language works focused on the medicinal use of plants. Data about plant and non-plant constituents, their usage, the mode of administration, used plant parts, and their German and local names was extracted and collected into a database in the form of Use Reports.

The study of thematic interpretation (tafsīr mawḍū‘ī) in Indonesia focuses primarily on the products of interpretations written in the 2000s, with little attention paid to the origins of thematic interpretations in Indonesia. This article will look at different ways of presenting thematic interpretations in the Indonesian commentary literature prior to the 2000s. This article will also investigate whether the development of the form of interpretation in the Middle East, particularly Egypt, has had any impact on the form of Indonesian thematic interpretation. The methodology used in this study is a literature review based on thematic interpretations (mawḍū‘ī) of several Egyptian commentators, including Amīn al-Khūlī (d. 1966), Mahmūd Shaltut (d. 1963), Bint Shāti’ (d. 1998), ‘Abd al-Hayy al-Farmawī (d. 2017), Hassan Hanafī (d. 2021), and Mustafā Muslim (d. 2021). The authors also use content analysis to examine some of the Indonesian commentary literature. The conclusion of this article demonstrates that thematic interpretation discourse in Egypt had a significant influence on the development of thematic interpretation in Indonesia, particularly interpretation literature published in the 1990s. This influence can be seen in the presence of a glossary and an index of discussion topics, complete with Qur’anic verses and arranged alphabetically or chronologically. This is in keeping with the spirit of Amīn al-Khūlī (d. 1966), who emphasized the importance of thematic discussions in determining the Qur’anic viewpoint on specific issues.

Someone who is unable or unwilling to return to their country of origin owing to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group, or political opinion is known as Refugee. And an asylum seeker is someone whose request for sanctuary has yet to be processed. In Today's world, the rights of Rohingya refugees are very debatable. Our topic is The Educational rights of Rohingya Refugees Children in Bangladesh (an analysis). There are some social, cultural, and language barriers to providing education rights to Rohingya children and Bangladesh is not also under an obligation to do so as Bangladesh hasn’t signed the 1951 convention of refugees. So basically the research is based on how to ensure the right of Rohingya children otherwise in its absence. We also tried to understand the problems, the gaps, the Bangladesh situation, and international instruments. A big question is Bangladesh has been under the duty to secure the interest of refugee education and the explanation on that by which law and convention are labile or not for refugee children's education. Bangladesh has not signed the Refugee Convention. So that, Bangladesh is not legally bound to ensure that right and no law regulates and for the administration of refugee affairs in Bangladesh or guarantees the rights of refugees. There are a lot of Refugees in Bangladesh but because Bangladesh is not a signatory state of the 1951 convention, that's why they are known as Asylum Seekers. Though Education is a very important and basic entitlement for humans still there is some debate. Being born as human refugees are entitled to have some rights and education is one of them. But now there is a lot of debate on that ground. {"references": ["Alif Ovi D, and Mridha T, 'Education Rights Of Rohingya Refugees Children In Bangladesh: An Analysis' (2021) 2 Jus Corpus Law Journal ", "Alif Ovi, D., & Mridha, T.
