    Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью устранения существующих расхождений во взглядах на возраст палеогеновых промышленно-угленосных отложений на юго-западе Приморья и сопредельных территориях. Цель: осуществить U-Pb-датирования цирконов из третичных образований, встречающихся в пределах Хасанской рифтогенной впадины, что позволит в дальнейшем уточнить схему последовательности их формирования на территории юго-западного Приморья. Объекты: осадочные породы хасанской и назимовской свит, а также риолиты краскинского комплекса. Методы. Изучение зональности и внутренней структуры цирконов выполнено электронным микрозондом JXA-8100, оснащенным катодолюминесцентным детектором, U-Pb-изотопные исследования цирконов были проведены LA-ICP-MS-методом. Результаты. Согласно полученным результатам U-Pb-датирования цирконов из третичных образований Хасанской впадины, установлено, что возраст самой молодой популяции цирконов в песчаниках назимовской и хасанской свит составляет 37-38 млн лет, что соответствует позднему эоцену и совпадает с возрастной оценкой формирования этих свит, полученной ранее по результатам изучения микро- и макрофлоры. Установлено, что поступление цирконов самой молодой популяции в песчаники хасанской (=назимовской) свиты связано с размывом верхнеэоценовых кислых пород краскинского комплекса. Соответственно, это позволяет говорить об одновозрастности вышеперечисленных стратонов и наличии в пределах Хасанской депрессии в кайнозое одного, позднеэоценового, этапа углеобразования, а не двух, как считалось ранее. Это значительно упрощает региональную стратиграфическую шкалу применительно к Хасанской впадине и ее аналогам в других впадинах Приморья и соседних регионах юга Дальнего Востока России. The relevance of the research is conditioned by the need to eliminate the existing division of opinions about the age of the commercially coal-bearing Paleogene deposits in the southwestern Primorye and neighboring territories. The main objective is to carry out U-Pb analysis of zircons from the Tertiary rocks within the Khasan rift valley for later use of these data in specifying the order of formation of the rocks. Objects: sedimentary rocks of the Khasan and Nasimova formations, rhyolites of the Kraskinsky complex. Methods: study on zircon internal zoning and structure with the help of cathodoluminescence detector-equipped JXA-8100 electron microprobe, U-Pb dating of zircons by LA-ICP-MS. Results. The age of 37-38 Ma was determined for the zircons from sandstones of the Nasimova and Khasan formations. This age corresponds to the late Eocene and coincides with the age estimation of these sequences formation inferred from the previous studies on micro- and macroflora. Is has been established that the supply of the youngest population of zircons to the sandstones was due to erosion of the upper Eocene acid rocks of the Kraskinsky complex. This allows a suggestion about the uniformity of age for the above-mentioned stratigraphic units and the existence of one rather than two, as previously believed, stages of coalification in the Cenozoic within the Khasan rift valley. The new data thus considerably simplify regional stratigraphic scale as applied to the Khasan depression and its analogues in Primorye and neighboring regions.

    Объектом исследования является пласт Ю12 Снежного нефтяного месторождения (Томская область). Цель работы – анализ геологического строения, нефтегазоносности и характеристика залежи нефти пласта Ю12 Снежного нефтегазоконденсатного месторождения. Приведены сведения о геологическом строении (тектонике, стратиграфии), нефтегазоносности, гидрогеологии Снежного месторождения, выполнен анализ изученности месторождения промыслово-геофизическими, физико-динамическими и другими видами исследований. Охарактеризована категорийность и подсчет запасов нефти, приведено текущее состояние разработки Снежного месторождения. Область применения. Верхнеюрские отложения Западно-Сибирской нефтегазоносной провинции, сформированные в сходных геологических условиях. The object of research is the Yu12 layer of the Snezhnoye oil field (Tomsk region). The purpose of the work is the analysis of the geological structure, oil and gas potential and the characteristics of the oil deposits of the Yu12 layer of the Snezhnoye oil and gas condensate field. Information is given on the geological structure (tectonics, stratigraphy), oil and gas potential, hydrogeology of the Snezhnoye field, an analysis is made of the field's exploration by field-geophysical, physical-dynamic and other types of research. The categorization and calculation of oil reserves are characterized, the current state of development of the Snezhnoye field is given. Application area. Upper Jurassic deposits of the West Siberian oil and gas province, formed in similar geological conditions.

    Предмет исследования. Рассмотрены современные подходы к решению задачи мультиклассовой классификации намерений. Под намерением пользователя понимаются входящие пользовательские запросы при взаимодействии с голосовыми помощниками и чат-ботами. Алгоритм должен определить, к какому классу относится обращение. Современные технологии, такие как трансферное обучение и трансформеры, значительно улучшают результаты мультиклассовой классификации. Метод. В исследовании использован метод сравнительного анализа моделей. В свою очередь, каждая модель встроена в общий конвейер для подготовки, очистки данных и обучения модели, но с учетом ее конкретных требований. Для сравнения были выбраны современные модели, которые используются в реальных проектах: логистическая регрессия + TF-IDF; логистическая регрессия + FastText; LSTM + FastText; Conv1D + FastText; BERT; XLM. Последовательность моделей соответствует их историческому происхождению, но на практике эти модели используются независимо от времени их появления, а в зависимости от эффективности решаемой проблемы. Основные результаты. Выполнено исследование эффективности моделей мультиклассовой классификации на реальных данных. Представлены результаты сравнения современных практических подходов. В частности, XLM подтверждает превосходство трансформеров над другими подходами. Выдвинуто предположение, по какой причине трансформеры показывают такой отрыв. Описаны преимущества и недостатки современных подходов. Практическая значимость. С практической точки зрения результаты этого исследования могут быть использованы для проектов, которые требуют автоматической классификации намерений, как части сложной системы (голосового помощника, чат-бота или другой системы), а также как самостоятельной системы. Пайплайн, разработанный во время исследования, можно использовать для сравнения и выбора наиболее эффективной модели для конкретных наборов данных как в научных исследованиях, так и в производстве. Subject of Research. The paper considers modern approaches to the multiclass intention classification problem. The user intention is the incoming user requests when interacting with voice assistants and chatbots. The algorithm is meant for determination what class the call belongs to. Modern technologies such as transfer learning and transformers can improve significantly the multiclass classification results. Method. This study uses a comparative model analysis technique. In turn, each model is inlined into a common pipeline for data preparing and clearing, and the model training but with regard to its specific requirements. The following models applied in real projects have been selected for comparison: Logistic Regression + TF-IDF, Logistic Regression + FastText, LSTM + FastText, Conv1D + FastText, BERT, and XLM. The sequence of models corresponds to their historical origin, but in practice these models are used without regard to the time period of their creation but depending on the effectiveness of the problem being solved. Main Results. The effectiveness of the multiclass classification models on real data is studied. Comparison results of modern practical approaches are described. In particular, XLM confirms the superiority of transformers over other approaches. An assumption is made considering the reason why the transformers show such a gap. The advantages and disadvantages of modern approaches are described. Practical Relevance. From a practical point of view, the results of this study can be used for projects that require automatic classification of intentions, as part of a complex system (voice assistant, chatbot or other system), as well as an independent system. The pipeline designed during the study can be applied for comparison and selection of the most effective model for specific data sets, both in scientific research and production.

    В работе рассмотрена математическая модель для интеллектуальной генерации текста для чат-бота. С использованием сервиса DialogFlow Google мы разработали чат-бот TPU_VKR. Для обучения чат-бота мы создали корпус вопросов-ответов, затем разработали сценарий ведения диалога в зависимости от выбора пользователя. С использованием API DialogFlow Google на языке Python были выгружены диалоги, которые стали основой для интеллектуальной генерации текста с использованием цепей Маркова. Для определения семантического сходства между фразами мы использовали косинусное расстояние. Результаты расчетов показали, что косинусное расстояние между оригинальной фразой и сгенерированными фразами лежит в пределах 0,44 от 0,96. The paper considers a mathematical model for intelligent generation of text for a chat bot. Using the DialogFlow Google service, we have developed the TPU_VKR chatbot. To train the chat bot, we created a corpus of questions and answers, then developed a script for conducting a dialogue, depending on the user's choice. Using the Google DialogFlow API in Python, dialogs were unloaded, which became the basis for intelligent text generation using Markov chains. We used cosine distance to determine the semantic similarity between phrases. The calculation results showed that the cosine distance between the original phrase and the generated phrases is within the range of 0.44 from 0.96.

    Объектом исследования являются нейросетевые лингвистические модели. Цель работы: разработка алгоритма для генерации текста на основе нейросетевой модели. В ходе данной работы рассмотрена одна из задач обработки естественного языка - лингвистическое моделирование, произведен обзор архитектуры различных нейросетевых моделей, разработан алгоритм для генерации текста, произведено сравнение данного алгоритма с использованием различных нейросетевых моделей. Данная разработка позволит автоматизировать процесс создания различного текстового контента для интернет ресурсов. The object of study are neural network language modeling. Purpose of work: development an algorithm for generating text based on a neural network model. In the course of this work, one of the tasks of natural language processing, language modeling, was reviewed, the architecture of various neural network models was reviewed, a text generation algorithm was developed, and a comparison was made with this algorithm using various neural network models. This development will automate the process of creating various text content for Internet resources.

    Актуальность: повышенный интерес к истории и коллективной исторической памяти в начале XXI столетия связан с кризисом национальной идентичности и утратой четких представлений о будущем. Статья посвящена проблеме взаимоотношений исторической науки и памяти на протяжении двух последних столетий, которая сводится к решению вопроса о том, как соотносится история как научный дискурс и коллективные представления о прошлом, репрезентированные в концепте «коллективная историческая память». Отправной точкой к рассматриваемой проблеме стал «мемориальный поворот» второй половины XX в. Предпринята попытка реконструкции дискуссии по этому вопросу на примере четырех современных концепций. Цель: показать основные аргументы участников полемики по данной теме и сформулировать основные позиции в её решении (выявлены четыре основные точки зрения по обсуждаемому вопросу: «позиция последовательной трансформации памяти из живого опыта в архив», «позиция антагонизма между памятью и историей», «позиция ограничения памяти как достоверного источника исторических фактов» и «позиция интеграции памяти в историю»). Методы. Теоретико-методологической основой исследования выступают концепции памяти М. Хальбвакса, П. Нора, А. Мегилла и А. Ассман и их сравнительный анализ. Выводы: выявлены особенности взаимоотношений между историографией и памятью социальных групп, которые предполагают возникновение идейных конфликтов. История и память не могут существовать независимо друг от друга. Они не развиваются в противоположных направлениях, а находятся в постоянной борьбе между собой и при этом неизбежно зависят друг от друга. Изучение официальной наукой различных версий исторической памяти открывает новые возможности для интерпретации событий прошлого и предсказания будущего. Способ организации взаимоотношений коллективной исторической памяти и истории можно сформулировать как принцип комплементарности. Он выражается в том, что память и историческое знание могут выполнять свои функции, только взаимодействуя и дополняя друг друга по содержанию. The relevance of research. The increased interest in history and collective historical memory at the beginning of the XXI century is associated with the crisis of national identity and the loss of clear ideas about the future. The article is devoted to the problem of the relationship between historical science and memory over the past two centuries, which boils down to solving the question of how history as a scientific discourse and collective ideas about the past, represented in the concept of «collective historical memory», correlate. Paying attention to the «memorial turn» of the second half of the XX century, the article investigated the dynamics of discussions of this problem since the middle of the XX century on the example of the four most influential positions. The main purpose of this article is to show the main arguments of the participants in the controversy on this issue and to formulate the main positions in its solution (the article identifies four main points of view on the problem under discussion: «the position of sequential transformation of memory from living experience into an archive», «the position of antagonism between memory and history», «the position of memory limitation as a reliable source of historical facts» and «the position of memory integration into history»). Methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the concepts of memory of M. Halbwax, P. Nora, A. Megilla and A. Assman and their comparative analysis. Conclusions. The features of the relationship between official historical science and the memory of social groups, which suggest the emergence of ideological conflicts, are revealed. History and memory cannot exist independently of each other. They do not move in opposite directions, but are in constant struggle with each other and at the same time inevitably depend on each other. The study of various versions of historical memory by historical science opens up new opportunities for interpreting past events and predicting the future. The way of organizing the relationship between collective historical memory and historical science can be formulated as the principle of complementarity. It is expressed in the fact that memory and history, interacting, can perform their functions only mutually complementing each other in content and functions.

Таким образом, учет сленга позволяет повысить эффективность семантического анализа текстов. Целью данной работы является разработка методов и алгоритмов для автоматизированного обнаружения характерного сленга онлайн-сообществ русскоязычных социальных медиа. Классификация текста на текст содержащий сленг и не содержащий сленг проводилась с помощью нейронных сетей. Today, slang is a significant part of the language of Internet users in social networks.     Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью устранения существующих расхождений во взглядах на возраст палеогеновых промышленно-угленосных отложений на юго-западе Приморья и сопредельных территориях. Цель: осуществить U-Pb-датирования цирконов из третичных образований, встречающихся в пределах Хасанской рифтогенной впадины, что позволит в дальнейшем уточнить схему последовательности их формирования на территории юго-западного Приморья. Объекты: осадочные породы хасанской и назимовской свит, а также риолиты краскинского комплекса. Методы. Изучение зональности и внутренней структуры цирконов выполнено электронным микрозондом JXA-8100, оснащенным катодолюминесцентным детектором, U-Pb-изотопные исследования цирконов были проведены LA-ICP-MS-методом. Результаты. Согласно полученным результатам U-Pb-датирования цирконов из третичных образований Хасанской впадины, установлено, что возраст самой молодой популяции цирконов в песчаниках назимовской и хасанской свит составляет 37-38 млн лет, что соответствует позднему эоцену и совпадает с возрастной оценкой формирования этих свит, полученной ранее по результатам изучения микро- и макрофлоры. Установлено, что поступление цирконов самой молодой популяции в песчаники хасанской (=назимовской) свиты связано с размывом верхнеэоценовых кислых пород краскинского комплекса. Соответственно, это позволяет говорить об одновозрастности вышеперечисленных стратонов и наличии в пределах Хасанской депрессии в кайнозое одного, позднеэоценового, этапа углеобразования, а не двух, как считалось ранее. Это значительно упрощает региональную стратиграфическую шкалу применительно к Хасанской впадине и ее аналогам в других впадинах Приморья и соседних регионах юга Дальнего Востока России. The relevance of the research is conditioned by the need to eliminate the existing division of opinions about the age of the commercially coal-bearing Paleogene deposits in the southwestern Primorye and neighboring territories. The main objective is to carry out U-Pb analysis of zircons from the Tertiary rocks within the Khasan rift valley for later use of these data in specifying the order of formation of the rocks. Objects: sedimentary rocks of the Khasan and Nasimova formations, rhyolites of the Kraskinsky complex. Methods: study on zircon internal zoning and structure with the help of cathodoluminescence detector-equipped JXA-8100 electron microprobe, U-Pb dating of zircons by LA-ICP-MS. Results. The age of 37-38 Ma was determined for the zircons from sandstones of the Nasimova and Khasan formations. This age corresponds to the late Eocene and coincides with the age estimation of these sequences formation inferred from the previous studies on micro- and macroflora. Is has been established that the supply of the youngest population of zircons to the sandstones was due to erosion of the upper Eocene acid rocks of the Kraskinsky complex. This allows a suggestion about the uniformity of age for the above-mentioned stratigraphic units and the existence of one rather than two, as previously believed, stages of coalification in the Cenozoic within the Khasan rift valley. The new data thus considerably simplify regional stratigraphic scale as applied to the Khasan depression and its analogues in Primorye and neighboring regions.

The object of research is the Yu12 layer of the Snezhnoye oil field (Tomsk region). The purpose of the work is the analysis of the geological structure, oil and gas potential and the characteristics of the oil deposits of the Yu12 layer of the Snezhnoye oil and gas condensate field. Information is given on the geological structure (tectonics, stratigraphy), oil and gas potential, hydrogeology of the Snezhnoye field, an analysis is made of the field's exploration by field-geophysical, physical-dynamic and other types of research. The categorization and calculation of oil reserves are characterized, the current state of development of the Snezhnoye field is given. Application area. Upper Jurassic deposits of the West Siberian oil and gas province, formed in similar geological conditions.

    Предмет исследования. Рассмотрены современные подходы к решению задачи мультиклассовой классификации намерений. Под намерением пользователя понимаются входящие пользовательские запросы при взаимодействии с голосовыми помощниками и чат-ботами. Алгоритм должен определить, к какому классу относится обращение. Современные технологии, такие как трансферное обучение и трансформеры, значительно улучшают результаты мультиклассовой классификации. Метод. В исследовании использован метод сравнительного анализа моделей. В свою очередь, каждая модель встроена в общий конвейер для подготовки, очистки данных и обучения модели, но с учетом ее конкретных требований. Для сравнения были выбраны современные модели, которые используются в реальных проектах: логистическая регрессия + TF-IDF; логистическая регрессия + FastText; LSTM + FastText; Conv1D + FastText; BERT; XLM. Последовательность моделей соответствует их историческому происхождению, но на практике эти модели используются независимо от времени их появления, а в зависимости от эффективности решаемой проблемы. Основные результаты. Выполнено исследование эффективности моделей мультиклассовой классификации на реальных данных. Представлены результаты сравнения современных практических подходов. В частности, XLM подтверждает превосходство трансформеров над другими подходами. Выдвинуто предположение, по какой причине трансформеры показывают такой отрыв. Описаны преимущества и недостатки современных подходов. Практическая значимость. С практической точки зрения результаты этого исследования могут быть использованы для проектов, которые требуют автоматической классификации намерений, как части сложной системы (голосового помощника, чат-бота или другой системы), а также как самостоятельной системы. Пайплайн, разработанный во время исследования, можно использовать для сравнения и выбора наиболее эффективной модели для конкретных наборов данных как в научных исследованиях, так и в производстве. Subject of Research. The paper considers modern approaches to the multiclass intention classification problem. The user intention is the incoming user requests when interacting with voice assistants and chatbots. The algorithm is meant for determination what class the call belongs to. Modern technologies such as transfer learning and transformers can improve significantly the multiclass classification results. Method. This study uses a comparative model analysis technique. In turn, each model is inlined into a common pipeline for data preparing and clearing, and the model training but with regard to its specific requirements. The following models applied in real projects have been selected for comparison: Logistic Regression + TF-IDF, Logistic Regression + FastText, LSTM + FastText, Conv1D + FastText, BERT, and XLM. The sequence of models corresponds to their historical origin, but in practice these models are used without regard to the time period of their creation but depending on the effectiveness of the problem being solved. Main Results. The effectiveness of the multiclass classification models on real data is studied. Comparison results of modern practical approaches are described. In particular, XLM confirms the superiority of transformers over other approaches. An assumption is made considering the reason why the transformers show such a gap. The advantages and disadvantages of modern approaches are described. Practical Relevance. From a practical point of view, the results of this study can be used for projects that require automatic classification of intentions, as part of a complex system (voice assistant, chatbot or other system), as well as an independent system. The pipeline designed during the study can be applied for comparison and selection of the most effective model for specific data sets, both in scientific research and production.

    В работе рассмотрена математическая модель для интеллектуальной генерации текста для чат-бота. С использованием сервиса DialogFlow Google мы разработали чат-бот TPU_VKR. Для обучения чат-бота мы создали корпус вопросов-ответов, затем разработали сценарий ведения диалога в зависимости от выбора пользователя. С использованием API DialogFlow Google на языке Python были выгружены диалоги, которые стали основой для интеллектуальной генерации текста с использованием цепей Маркова. Для определения семантического сходства между фразами мы использовали косинусное расстояние. Результаты расчетов показали, что косинусное расстояние между оригинальной фразой и сгенерированными фразами лежит в пределах 0,44 от 0,96. The paper considers a mathematical model for intelligent generation of text for a chat bot. Using the DialogFlow Google service, we have developed the TPU_VKR chatbot. To train the chat bot, we created a corpus of questions and answers, then developed a script for conducting a dialogue, depending on the user's choice. Using the Google DialogFlow API in Python, dialogs were unloaded, which became the basis for intelligent text generation using Markov chains. We used cosine distance to determine the semantic similarity between phrases. The calculation results showed that the cosine distance between the original phrase and the generated phrases is within the range of 0.44 from 0.96.

    Актуальность: повышенный интерес к истории и коллективной исторической памяти в начале XXI столетия связан с кризисом национальной идентичности и утратой четких представлений о будущем. Статья посвящена проблеме взаимоотношений исторической науки и памяти на протяжении двух последних столетий, которая сводится к решению вопроса о том, как соотносится история как научный дискурс и коллективные представления о прошлом, репрезентированные в концепте «коллективная историческая память». Отправной точкой к рассматриваемой проблеме стал «мемориальный поворот» второй половины XX в. Предпринята попытка реконструкции дискуссии по этому вопросу на примере четырех современных концепций. Цель: показать основные аргументы участников полемики по данной теме и сформулировать основные позиции в её решении (выявлены четыре основные точки зрения по обсуждаемому вопросу: «позиция последовательной трансформации памяти из живого опыта в архив», «позиция антагонизма между памятью и историей», «позиция ограничения памяти как достоверного источника исторических фактов» и «позиция интеграции памяти в историю»). Методы. Теоретико-методологической основой исследования выступают концепции памяти М. Хальбвакса, П. Нора, А. Мегилла и А. Ассман и их сравнительный анализ. Выводы: выявлены особенности взаимоотношений между историографией и памятью социальных групп, которые предполагают возникновение идейных конфликтов. История и память не могут существовать независимо друг от друга. Они не развиваются в противоположных направлениях, а находятся в постоянной борьбе между собой и при этом неизбежно зависят друг от друга. Изучение официальной наукой различных версий исторической памяти открывает новые возможности для интерпретации событий прошлого и предсказания будущего. Способ организации взаимоотношений коллективной исторической памяти и истории можно сформулировать как принцип комплементарности. Он выражается в том, что память и историческое знание могут выполнять свои функции, только взаимодействуя и дополняя друг друга по содержанию. The relevance of research. The increased interest in history and collective historical memory at the beginning of the XXI century is associated with the crisis of national identity and the loss of clear ideas about the future. The article is devoted to the problem of the relationship between historical science and memory over the past two centuries, which boils down to solving the question of how history as a scientific discourse and collective ideas about the past, represented in the concept of «collective historical memory», correlate. Paying attention to the «memorial turn» of the second half of the XX century, the article investigated the dynamics of discussions of this problem since the middle of the XX century on the example of the four most influential positions. The main purpose of this article is to show the main arguments of the participants in the controversy on this issue and to formulate the main positions in its solution (the article identifies four main points of view on the problem under discussion: «the position of sequential transformation of memory from living experience into an archive», «the position of antagonism between memory and history», «the position of memory limitation as a reliable source of historical facts» and «the position of memory integration into history»). Methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the concepts of memory of M. Halbwax, P. Nora, A. Megilla and A. Assman and their comparative analysis. Conclusions. The features of the relationship between official historical science and the memory of social groups, which suggest the emergence of ideological conflicts, are revealed. History and memory cannot exist independently of each other. They do not move in opposite directions, but are in constant struggle with each other and at the same time inevitably depend on each other. The study of various versions of historical memory by historical science opens up new opportunities for interpreting past events and predicting the future. The way of organizing the relationship between collective historical memory and historical science can be formulated as the principle of complementarity. It is expressed in the fact that memory and history, interacting, can perform their functions only mutually complementing each other in content and functions.

Значения сленговых слов часто определяют ключевую семантику в предложениях и могут играть решающую роль в приложениях обработки естественного языка (NLP). Таким образом, учет сленга позволяет повысить эффективность семантического анализа текстов. Целью данной работы является разработка методов и алгоритмов для автоматизированного обнаружения характерного сленга онлайн-сообществ русскоязычных социальных медиа. Классификация текста на текст содержащий сленг и не содержащий сленг проводилась с помощью нейронных сетей. Today, slang is a significant part of the language of Internet users in social networks.
