This dataset will contain all the data collected from observation and tracking location of the users participating in the experiments using the CROSSCULT Pilot 1app. It will include information about the users’ interaction with the NG collection information. The dataset will comprise anonymised information about the users who will participate in the NG visits, using the CROSSCULT app. Additionally, for users who give their permission, information can be automatically extracted/retrieved from their devices location. User agreement must be obtained before tracking and processing data about the user. The dataset generated from the observation will provide information on user behaviour. The exact make-up of the fields included in this dataset will be determined as part of the work carried out within CROSSCULT.

This is the ECHO dataset presented in 'Cross-time registration of 3D point clouds' (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0097849321001357). The dataset consists of eroded cultura heritage objects, transformed randomly in 3D space. It is seperated into two datasets, the datasetCulture and the datasetShape. Each dataset contains, the Source object, the Target objects (the transformed and the eroded objects) and the ground truth transformation.

The SSHOC Reference Ontology (SSHOCro) proposes an ontological model and RDF Schema to be used as a top-level ontology for organizing knowledge and information found distributed across various primary sources of information in the Social Sciences and Humanities Open Cloud (SSHOC). It aspires to provide a semantic interoperability framework for the description of the SSHOC data lifecycle, by offering a conceptual model that can be used in order to describe at a generic level the real-world lifecycle of data produced by the generic workflow of processes of collection, connection, interpretation and the auxiliary activities of storing, publishing and finding data –as it actually takes place in the various domains of Social Sciences and Humanities. Its development has, in fact, been informed by data lifecycle management practices in use, in said disciplines. In practical terms, the use of such a model and schema for the research community is twofold: it can be applied as a standard to be used in the step of devising and implementing metadata capture scheme for tracking the data lifecycle in individual projects, institutions and disciplines; it can also be used to map, transform and integrate existing data across projects, institutions and disciplines into interoperable pools of information for reuse and exploitation. Within this frame, SSHOCro proposes an ontological model that tries to capture the tools and services used by research communities across the Social Sciences and Humanities disciplines at each point in the data lifecycle, the kind of data they generate/capture, how and by whom are the ensuing data maintained, used, published and archived and under what conditions. In that sense, SSHOCro assumes the event-centric approach of digital provenance models, which allows tracing the intermediate results (data) of the processes involved in the research workflows in SSH. In this context, keeping track of the processes involved in the data lifecycle amounts to associating each stage with a set of activities performed in it. SSHOCro is being developed in the context of the SSHOC Project, the aim of which is to create the social sciences and humanities area of the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) thereby facilitating access to flexible, scalable research data and related services streamlined to the precise needs of the SSH community.

Three-dimensional model of Sleeping Female Figure, by Yannoulis Chalepas. Yannoulis Chalepas (Γιαννούλης Χαλεπάς), Sleeping Female Figure (Κοιμωμένη), 1878, 77 x 178 x 76 cm3, 1st Cemetery of Athens. This dataset contains a textured 3D model of the sculpture "Sleeping Female Figure", by Yannoulis Chalepas. The "Sleeping Female Figure" was created by Yannoulis Chalepas in marble for the grave of eighteen-year-old Sofia Afentaki in the 1st Cemetery of Athens. The 3D model is encoded as a mesh of 1831256 textured triangular faces and 3660969 vertices, stored in the Wavefront Technologies OBJ format. The texture is encoded in four 8192 x 8192 pixel2 images. An MP4 video file that renders texture and non-textured visualizations of the model is also provided. Yannoulis Chalepas (Greek: Γιαννούλης Χαλεπάς, August 14, 1851 – September 15, 1938) was a Greek sculptor from the Island of Tinos, Greece, a significant figure of Modern Greek Art, and a practitioner of Tinian marble craftsmanship (Inscription 10.COM 10.b.17 in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, https://ich.unesco.org/en/RL/tinian-marble-craftsmanship-01103, https://ich.unesco.org/en/decisions/10.COM/10.B.17 ) For any questions please contact Xenophon Zabulis at zabulis@ics.forth.gr
