General updates and improvements have been carried out, with the addition of the Mermaid SubGraph functionality to aid the organisation of more complex models. This version includes several small improvements related to the work carried out in the SSHOC project, particularly in relation to ensuring that the results of SPARQL queries carried out via the SSHOC National Gallery Data presentation system can be automatically displayed as graphical relational models. Instructions: Several worked examples, including some simple instructions relating to how this system works are included in the interactive web site: dynamic modelling, with all of the related code presented in GitHub.

Exploring the presentation of interrelated high resolution images, text, complex metadata and procedural documentation. The original main user interface is live, though password protected at this time. The SSHOC work aimed to make this data more FAIR so in addition to mapping it to a standard ontology, to increase interoperability, it has also been made available in the form of open linkable data combined with a SPARQL end-point. Exploring the presentation of interrelated high resolution images and text, along with how the data could be stored in relation to an event driven ontology in the form of RDF triples. The original main user interface is still live and the data stored within the system is presented here in the form of open linkable data combined with a SPARQL end-point. The pipeline identifies the kind of component and invoke an ansible script in charge of deploy the component on the target VM, realizing in this way the "ContinuousDeployment". The pipeline can be started in three differnt ways: manually started, triggered by a JenkinsJob or triggered by a gCube Release Job. In this case, the pipeline accept a YAML input file that contains a list of jenkins job that will be deployed by the gCubeDeployer pipeline sequentially. These dates have been collected from existing online digital archives, and electronic and print original publications. This is an ongoing dataset that will be updated step by step with new published radiocarbon dates. A detailed description of the present dataset is available via the following data paper: Palmisano, A., Bevan, A., Lawrence, D., and Shennan, S., 2022. To install it, you need to follow these steps: Call build_docker.sh to build the Docker container. Start the Docker container with run_docker.sh . To test the service, you can use test_semantic_parsing_jml_pkm.sh, test_semantic_parsing_jml.sh, test_semantic_parsing_pkm.sh and test_semantic_parsing.sh. SP API The SP tool, when interacting with the pkm, takes as parameters the information necessary to find comments in the pkm. Its return value is only a pair of a string and a code indicating the success of the operation or explaining its failure. The actual result is that the targeted comments are completed with their equivalent in the target language. The input parameters are used to send the following query to the pkm: code/{source_language}/comments/{project_id}/{file}. Input: project_id: pkm project to query source_language: the programming language of the file (java/c/cpp) target_language: the target programming or constraints language (jml, acsl, acsl++, ast, java, c, cpp) file: the file whose comments will be parsed to code. This Output: status: boolean indicating the success or failure of the call message: "Success" if status is true and an error message otherwise Side effect: If successful, the targeted comments are completed with their translation in the target language.

The SSHOC work aimed to make this data more FAIR so in addition to mapping it to a standard ontology, to increase interoperability, it has also been made available in the form of open linkable data combined with a SPARQL end-point. To install it, you need to follow these steps: Call build_docker.sh to build the Docker container. Start the Docker container with run_docker.sh . To test the service, you can use test_semantic_parsing_jml_pkm.sh, test_semantic_parsing_jml.sh, test_semantic_parsing_pkm.sh and test_semantic_parsing.sh. SP API The SP tool, when interacting with the pkm, takes as parameters the information necessary to find comments in the pkm. Its return value is only a pair of a string and a code indicating the success of the operation or explaining its failure. The actual result is that the targeted comments are completed with their equivalent in the target language. The input parameters are used to send the following query to the pkm: code/{source_language}/comments/{project_id}/{file}. Input: project_id: pkm project to query source_language: the programming language of the file (java/c/cpp) target_language: the target programming or constraints language (jml, acsl, acsl++, ast, java, c, cpp) file: the file whose comments will be parsed to code.
