    Authors: Bifaretti, María Eugenia;

    El proyecto de investigación “Discursos para una historia de las artes escénicas platenses: archivos personales, afectos y formas documentales” aborda la problemática sobre las formas posibles de historizar, recuperar y/o archivar las prácticas escénicas en tanto acontecimientos efímeros. Como objetivo general se propone investigar los modos discursivos y la posibilidades de construcción y reflexión histórica a partir de la revisión de restos documentales materiales e inmateriales presentes en (potenciales) archivos y colecciones personales de dos artistas escénicas que produjeron y producen en el circuito independiente local (desde 1980/1990 hasta el presente) para la construcción discursiva de la(s) historia(s) de las artes escénicas platenses. Como objetivos específicos busca, por un lado, reflexionar sobre las potencias del archivo -en sus múltiples acepciones- para la recuperación e historización de las realizaciones escénicas en tanto acontecimientos efímeros y distinguir las particularidades de cada conjunto de materiales como potenciales archivos, los modos de guardarlos y reactivarlos, qué formatos de registros prevalecen en los conjuntos, cómo y por qué se deciden resguardar.Por otro lado, a partir del trabajo en conjunto con las artistas y sus memorias, experiencias y relatos, interpretar los discursos en torno a las prácticas escénicas locales que se construyen desde los restos, entendidos como material de archivo tangible e intangible. Asimismo problematizar la noción de “archivo personal” en relación a los procesos de creación colectiva y colaborativa que atraviesan a las prácticas escénicas. Por último, se propone construir una cartografía sincrónica de realizaciones escénicas acontecidas en la ciudad de La Plata en el circuito independiente desde los años 80 hasta la actualidad a partir de los documentos presentes en los archivos y desde una perspectiva histórica crítica, latinoamericana y de la diferencia que aporte a la construcción de la historia de las artes escénicas platenses. Respecto al marco teórico, a partir de una trama conceptual que enlaza diversas disciplinas como la Historia del Arte con perspectiva latinoamericana y de género, Historia del Teatro, Filosofía de la Historia, Teoría del Arte, Teoría Teatral Estudios de Performance, se busca transitar el objeto de estudio y sus posibles derivas desde y hacia una perspectiva con foco en la historiografía crítica y alternativa.     Authors: Lopes de Oliveira, William;

    El turismo se ha consolidado como una actividad central en el ámbito de planificación y ejecución de políticas territoriales en múltiples lugares. Los destinos turísticos ya consolidados siguen manteniéndose como metas de visitación de masa, bajo las categorías tradicionales de sol y playa, montaña o mismo en la esfera hiper dinámica que cualifica las ciudades globales. Sin embargo, determinadas localidades de menor extensión demográfica/territorial afuera de los circuitos hegemónicos han ido ganando relevancia en el contexto evolutivo de dicha actividad. El interés turístico por estos territorios se revela, entre otras cosas, tras los matices temporales materializados en sus paisajes que, al evocaren la noción de patrimonio cultural, otorgan a estos lugares la posibilidad de inserción en el sistema mundo contemporáneo por medio de sus singularidades culturales. En ese sentido, el presente trabajo se concentra en analizar el programa argentino Pueblos Auténticos vigente en el quinquenio 2016-2020. Esta iniciativa ha buscado confluir diferentes instituciones nacionales hacía el desarrollo turístico de 18 localidades a lo largo del país, inspirándose en experiencias internacionales. El programa se lanzó como la primera propuesta turística a nivel nacional al abarcar específicamente pueblos de interés patrimonial, evidenciando así la heterogeneidad geográfica que describe el vasto territorio argentino. En el presente trabajo se intentará abordar cómo se llegó a configurar la situación actual de la Salud Mental, qué luchas y resistencias existieron y aún persisten para lograr la plena implementación de la Ley Nacional N° 26.657 a través de un análisis histórico-social, con el fin de acceder a un conocimiento situado y contextual de los hechos, y así llegar al análisis de las dificultades de la implementación de políticas vinculadas la Ley Nacional de Salud Mental desde una perspectiva de Derechos. De este modo, se rastreará a través de la metodología de estudio bibliográfico-exploratorio, la historia del tratamiento de la salud mental, de la psicología en Argentina y las luchas vinculadas a la redacción y sanción de la ley. Identificando las resistencias que han operado a lo largo de los distintos períodos hasta llegar a la actualidad. Nos preguntamos entonces, ¿quiénes llevan adelante estas resistencias? ¿De quiénes son? ¿Qué subyace en el impedimento de su plena implementación? Indagaremos así, los avances y retrocesos en la puja por restituir derechos a las personas con padecimiento mental, con el fin de evaluar si las resistencias han sido las mismas a lo largo de la historia o se trata de otras diferentes. In this paper we will try to work how the current situation of Mental Health was configured,what fights and resistance existed and still persist to achieve the full implementation of National Law No. 26,657 through a historical-social analysis,in order to access a situated and contextual knowledge of the facts, and thus arrive at the analysis of the difficulties of the implementation of policies linked to the National Mental Health Law from a Rights perspective. In this way, it will be traced through the methodology of bibliographic-exploratory study, the history of mental health treatment, of psychology in Argentina and the struggles linked to the drafting and sanction of the law. Identifying the resistances that have operated throughout the different periods up to the present. We ask ourselves then, who is carrying out this resistance? Whose are they? What lies behind the impediment to its full implementation? We will thus investigate the progress and setbacks in the bid to restore rights to people with mental illness, in order to assess whether the resistance has been the same throughout history or is it different. Las redes sociales han sido utilizadas como medios para la discusión política de los ciudadanos. En este trabajo nos propusimos analizar la influencia que ejerce el discurso en las redes sociales sobre la opinión pública de los candidatos políticos en contextos electorales. Para ello conformamos un dataset con 4.4 millones de tweets políticos durante las elecciones presidenciales estadounidenses entre Trump y Biden del 2020 y analizamos 229 encuestas presidenciales realizadas por 29 encuestadores. Luego, armamos series temporales con los resultados de las encuestas y con la cantidad, tópico del que hablan y sentimiento (positividad / negatividad) de los tweets que mencionan a cada candidato, usando técnicas de procesamiento del lenguaje natural de forma similar a trabajos previos. Aplicando herramientas de inferencia causal en series de tiempo como la causalidad de Granger, Información Mutua Condicional y Base de Funciones Radiales, encontramos resultados estadísticamente significativos de una relación causal. En particular, el sentimiento con el que se habla de los candidato y ciertos tópicos particulares que se debaten en Twitter impactan sobre la intención de voto que finalmente recibe cada candidato presidencial. In recent years, social networks have been the place where citizens exchange their political opinions. In this work, we analyzed the causal influence between the discourse in social networks on the opinion of political candidates in electoral contexts. Therefore, we created a dataset with 4.4 million political tweets during the 2020 US presidential election between Trump and Biden and analyzed 229 presidential polls conducted by 29 different pollsters. Then, we create time series with the poll’s results and with the quantity, topic and sentiment (positive / negative) of the tweets that mentioned the candidates, using natural language processing techniques similarly to previous works. Using time series causal inference tools such as Granger causality, conditional mutual information and radial basis function, we found significant results of causal relationships. In particular, the positivity / negativity of the tweets and some topics discussed on Twitter had a causal impact on each presidential candidate’s polling. The importance and relevance of online commerce in society have grown uninterruptedly over the last years, with people changing their purchasing habits. The COVID-19 pandemic significantly accelerated this adoption, as quarantines forced people to stay in their homes. Under this scenario, online shopping became a more convenient option, considering product availability, the possibility to compare prices and shipping options, and door-to-door delivery. With this, e-commerce retailers and marketplaces must give excellent customer service to their customers, especially in this context when most activities are returning to their pre-COVID levels and restrictions. To manage customers that have any kind of problem, digital marketplaces and retailers usually have a team of Customer Experience (CX) agents that interact, talk and answer clients’ questions and inquiries, avoiding any potential negative situations on three different channels: voice calls, e-mails, and chat messages. A spectre is haunting the archive: the spectre of death, a tanatic drive that follows it from it’s conception and occupies everything within it, it occupies the archon’s place; house, burrow, nest. And that archon can be a person, an animal, an insect. The exhibition Pececillo de plata (Silverfish) links both split parts of the art archive from Centro de Arte UNLP. By one hand, the documents and practices that make it what it is. By the other hand, the ghostly architecture: the archive`s promised space, the archive as a continuous architectural form, a tectonic structure dedicated to preservation. The exhibition explores the possibilities of that death drive. Un espectro acecha al archivo: es el espectro de la muerte, una pulsión tanática que lo acompaña desde el inicio y ocupa todo su lugar, el lugar del arconte; casa, madriguera, nido. Y ese arconte puede ser persona, animal, insecto. La exposición Pececillo de plata une las dos partes escindidas del Archivo de Arte del Centro de Arte de la UNLP. Por un lado, los documentos y las prácticas que lo construyen. Por otro lado, la infraestructura fantasma: el lugar prometido al archivo, el archivo como forma arquitectónica continua, una tectónica de la conservación. La misma indaga en las posibilidades de aquella pulsión de muerte. Facultad de Artes

    Domain discovery is an essential activity in the early stages of software development, problems of understanding and communication are common in development teams, due to the excessive handling of information from different sources, generating great effort in: consensus, interpretation and transfer of useful information for the application. For this reason, it has been seen the need to merge artificial intelligence with requirements engineering processes that mimic human behavior, through the creation of a vocabulary for the application, improving the Extended Lexicon of Language LEL, using Natural Language Processing, ontologies for semantic reasoning and heuristic rules to improve completeness. Digital Humanities researchers often make use of software that helps them in the task of finding non-trivial relationships among characters in historical text. Usually, the source texts that contain such information come from OCR acquired volumes, carrying high amounts of errors within them. This work explains the development of a web platform for the task of OCR post-processing and ground-truth generation. This platform employs machine learning to predict the correct texts accurately from OCR noisy strings. The method used for this task involves transformers for character-based denoising language models. An active learning workflow is proposed, as the users can feed their corrections to the platform, generating new annotated data for re-training the underlying machine learning correction models. This work is part of the Research Project "Statutes of the body in current forms of subjective presentation in puberty and adolescents of the city of La Plata. Preliminary inquiries", which had its origin in the survey of numerous ailments whose territory of expression constitutes the body, and in a certain problem linked to the categories with which it is tried to name said phenomena and their determinants. We ask ourselves: What status do the phenomena that involve the body have in the functioning of adolescent subjectivities today? What is the relationship between these phenomena and the various modes of symbolization? What impact does the social imaginary have on the bodily effects expressed in the subjectivities of adolescents? Based on the complexity of the notion of the body for Psychoanalysis, we propose to deepen the investigation by focusing on the theoretical proposal of Piera Aulagnier. The author argues that at the moment of birth, a biological body, a sensory body, arises, which becomes erogenous, gaining the status of relational from an inaugural meeting that sets off representative activity. Psychic representation that involves the inscription of pleasure and suffering, made possible by sensory activity. A real body, where the marks of a libidinal, identifying history will be inscribed. History woven into the socio-cultural field that prints its identifying proposals, values and ideals. We carry out a bibliographic review of Aulagnier's contributions to arrive at the productions of subjectivity, the psychic works carried out by the pubescent and the adolescent in their future, considering the inscription of the novelty of the body as a relevant requirement. Delimiting theoretical notions proposed by the author, allows us to pay into the theoretical framework for the research, being able to count on categories and analytical notions when interpreting the empirical ma. La complejidad que reviste la noción de cuerpo para el Psicoanálisis nos confronta con el requerimiento de arribar a la precisión conceptual que adquiere en la propuesta de Piera Aulagnier (1988). En el origen de la actividad representativa, cobran particular relevancia tanto el cuerpo propio como la presencia de los otros significativos. La autora plantea que en el momento del nacimiento adviene un cuerpo biológico, un cuerpo sensorial, que se erogeniza cobrando el estatuto de relacional a partir de un encuentro inaugural que pone en marcha la actividad representativa. Representación psíquica que supone la inscripción del placer y del sufrimiento, posibilitada por la actividad sensorial. Las experiencias somatopsíquicas de placer facilitarán la futura representación de un cuerpo unificado, tal como plantea la autora. Un cuerpo real, precedido por uno ideal construido en la psique del otro primordial y en el que se irán inscribiendo las marcas de una historia libidinal, identificatoria. Historia entramada en el campo socio-cultural que imprime sus propuestas identificatorias, valores e ideales en dicho devenir.La revisión de la metapsicología freudiana, conduce a la autora a proponer un modelo teórico-clínico cuyos tres procesos de metabolización, tres espacios psíquicos, darán lugar a tres versiones-concepciones del cuerpo. El advenimiento del yo, supone la entrada en la escena psíquica del tiempo y el espacio. La problemática de la identificación compone la cara oculta del trabajo de historización que tomará a su cargo el yo devenido instancia pensante, identificante, deseante, al tiempo que se apropia de una versión discursiva atinente a su cuerpo.Será el advenimiento puberal el que pondrá en marcha los trabajos psíquicos propios de la adolescencia. Movimientos de investidura y de desinvestidura que estarán presentes desde el origen y surcarán la relación sujeto-cuerpo. Facultad de Psicología

    La siguiente presentación establece una continuidad con el resumen de investigación ya enseñado durante el EBEC 2018 “Las visitadoras de higiene social en el proceso de institucionalización del Trabajo Social en Argentina (1920- 1948)”. En el mismo se presentó el eje de mi tesis de maestría en Trabajo Social defendida en el mes de noviembre de 2018 titulada “Hermosear y Vigilar. Las Visitadoras de Higiene Social de la Universidad Nacional de La investigación que desde allí continúo para la obtención del doctorado en Historia, apunta a realizar un análisis histórico acerca del proceso de profesionalización y especialización del Servicio Social en la ciudad de La Plata durante la coyuntura establecida entre 1930 y 1955. En mi tesis de maestría ha sido trabajada la cuestión específica de la formación profesional dependiente de la Universidad, pero mantuve como vacancia el análisis de la intervención profesional y el vínculo establecido con las políticas sociales. Por ello, en la tesis doctoral este clivaje establecido entre formación profesional, intervención y políticas sociales resulta central en tanto permite rastrear los cambios y las continuidades en los modos de asistencia social, la transformación de las instituciones y agencias estatales donde intervenían las profesionales -especialmente en el área sociosanitaria- como así también las estrategias establecidas por las profesionales para la ejecución de las políticas sociales, los vínculos establecidos con las jerarquías médicas y por último analizar los posibles aportes realizados por las visitadoras de higiene social y las asistentes sociales en la definición de políticas públicas tendientes al sostenimiento y reproducción social de los sectores más vulnerables de la sociedad. Otro punto importante de esta investigación es en relación a los procesos específicos de feminización profesional que tuvo la profesión durante este período y como han delineado parte de la trayectoria actual de la disciplina entendiendo que estas agentes profesionales eran exclusivamente mujeres y su tarea en el ámbito sanitario fue establecer nexos con otras mujeres madres en pos de promover la modificación de hábitos al interior del espacio doméstico. Durante la coyuntura que hace a esta investigación el Estado se caracterizó por organizar acciones para suplir las urgencias de reproducción social, hecho que resulta evidente desde la Primera Conferencia Nacional de Asistencia Social generando, de algún modo, una antesala al posterior “Bienestar” promovido por el peronismo. Particularmente a partir de 1945, con el ascenso del peronismo, se amplió el repertorio de intervención social acompañados por sindicatos, la Fundación Eva Perón y la Dirección de Asistencia Social.     Authors: Bifaretti, María Eugenia;

    El proyecto de investigación “Discursos para una historia de las artes escénicas platenses: archivos personales, afectos y formas documentales” aborda la problemática sobre las formas posibles de historizar, recuperar y/o archivar las prácticas escénicas en tanto acontecimientos efímeros. Como objetivo general se propone investigar los modos discursivos y la posibilidades de construcción y reflexión histórica a partir de la revisión de restos documentales materiales e inmateriales presentes en (potenciales) archivos y colecciones personales de dos artistas escénicas que produjeron y producen en el circuito independiente local (desde 1980/1990 hasta el presente) para la construcción discursiva de la(s) historia(s) de las artes escénicas platenses. Como objetivos específicos busca, por un lado, reflexionar sobre las potencias del archivo -en sus múltiples acepciones- para la recuperación e historización de las realizaciones escénicas en tanto acontecimientos efímeros y distinguir las particularidades de cada conjunto de materiales como potenciales archivos, los modos de guardarlos y reactivarlos, qué formatos de registros prevalecen en los conjuntos, cómo y por qué se deciden resguardar.Por otro lado, a partir del trabajo en conjunto con las artistas y sus memorias, experiencias y relatos, interpretar los discursos en torno a las prácticas escénicas locales que se construyen desde los restos, entendidos como material de archivo tangible e intangible. Asimismo problematizar la noción de “archivo personal” en relación a los procesos de creación colectiva y colaborativa que atraviesan a las prácticas escénicas. Por último, se propone construir una cartografía sincrónica de realizaciones escénicas acontecidas en la ciudad de La Plata en el circuito independiente desde los años 80 hasta la actualidad a partir de los documentos presentes en los archivos y desde una perspectiva histórica crítica, latinoamericana y de la diferencia que aporte a la construcción de la historia de las artes escénicas platenses. Respecto al marco teórico, a partir de una trama conceptual que enlaza diversas disciplinas como la Historia del Arte con perspectiva latinoamericana y de género, Historia del Teatro, Filosofía de la Historia, Teoría del Arte, Teoría Teatral Estudios de Performance, se busca transitar el objeto de estudio y sus posibles derivas desde y hacia una perspectiva con foco en la historiografía crítica y alternativa.     Authors: Lopes de Oliveira, William;

    La siguiente presentación establece una continuidad con el resumen de investigación ya enseñado durante el EBEC 2018 “Las visitadoras de higiene social en el proceso de institucionalización del Trabajo Social en Argentina (1920- 1948)”. En el mismo se presentó el eje de mi tesis de maestría en Trabajo Social defendida en el mes de noviembre de 2018 titulada “Hermosear y Vigilar. Las Visitadoras de Higiene Social de la Universidad Nacional de La investigación que desde allí continúo para la obtención del doctorado en Historia, apunta a realizar un análisis histórico acerca del proceso de profesionalización y especialización del Servicio Social en la ciudad de La Plata durante la coyuntura establecida entre 1930 y 1955. En mi tesis de maestría ha sido trabajada la cuestión específica de la formación profesional dependiente de la Universidad, pero mantuve como vacancia el análisis de la intervención profesional y el vínculo establecido con las políticas sociales. Por ello, en la tesis doctoral este clivaje establecido entre formación profesional, intervención y políticas sociales resulta central en tanto permite rastrear los cambios y las continuidades en los modos de asistencia social, la transformación de las instituciones y agencias estatales donde intervenían las profesionales -especialmente en el área sociosanitaria- como así también las estrategias establecidas por las profesionales para la ejecución de las políticas sociales, los vínculos establecidos con las jerarquías médicas y por último analizar los posibles aportes realizados por las visitadoras de higiene social y las asistentes sociales en la definición de políticas públicas tendientes al sostenimiento y reproducción social de los sectores más vulnerables de la sociedad. Otro punto importante de esta investigación es en relación a los procesos específicos de feminización profesional que tuvo la profesión durante este período y como han delineado parte de la trayectoria actual de la disciplina entendiendo que estas agentes profesionales eran exclusivamente mujeres y su tarea en el ámbito sanitario fue establecer nexos con otras mujeres madres en pos de promover la modificación de hábitos al interior del espacio doméstico. Durante la coyuntura que hace a esta investigación el Estado se caracterizó por organizar acciones para suplir las urgencias de reproducción social, hecho que resulta evidente desde la Primera Conferencia Nacional de Asistencia Social generando, de algún modo, una antesala al posterior “Bienestar” promovido por el peronismo. Particularmente a partir de 1945, con el ascenso del peronismo, se amplió el repertorio de intervención social acompañados por sindicatos, la Fundación Eva Perón y la Dirección de Asistencia Social.
