Indigenous plant-derived material culture dominates many of the tools and utensils manufactured and used by communities that depended on the natural resources for their livelihoods. Endemic plants provide humans with essential materials for construction purposes and for the design of household utensils. The goal of this study was to describe the current value of indigenous plant material culture. Semi-structured interviews with a purposive sample of 127 respondents provide 13 native plants as sources of fibre, timber, culms, oil and dye used to make household utensils, huts, brooms, mats and baskets. The cultural significance of these materials includes the production, preparation, serving and storage of food; house construction; protection of courtyards; and cleaning. These materials are still valued in the culture of the studied community, and represent the tangible heritage of the community.

This historical study aims to see how history is relevant to the achievements of the progress of the civilization of the archipelago through the study of sociological science. For this reason, we have searched literature from several well-known journals. Next, we analyzed the literature to find data that could answer the questions of this study as much as possible. The data study starts with a coding system study and a specific evaluation to answer study questions with high validity elements. The journals we have visited include Google Books, Elsevier, Academic docs, and other publishers published ten years ago. Based on the discussion data, we can conclude that there is a very close relevance between the history of the Indonesian nation and the progress of civilization in the archipelago, which is now dominated by the influence of Islamic civilization and westernization. We hope this finding is helpful for future studies of Indonesian historical literature and civilization.

After the independence of Uzbekistan, special attention was paid to the issue of objective and scientific study of the history of our country, and the attitude to the past has changed radically. Among a number of historical topics, special emphasis is placed on the hackneyed study of the history of the historically formed irrigation system and the culture of irrigated farming on the basis of a theoretical and conceptual approach. The study of the modern history of the water management system in Uzbekistan is of great importance today. This article analyzes and summarizes the history of the construction and development of canals and pumping stations in Uzbekistan.

The Cantos by Ezra Pound serves in a quintessential way to focus on the Modernist idea of literature. By defining the Modernist movement, it is emphasized in what aspects this movement penetrates the monumental poem, The Cantos. Alongside showing a sequence as to how modernism was formed and developed in time, the research provides a deeper understanding through Ezra Pound's modernist perception and W. B. Yeats's occultism over his work of art, A Vision. Pound's epic poem, The Cantos and Yeats's unique work, A Vision fulfill the need of a literary satiation in The Modernist period. By juxtaposing The Cantos and Yeats's occultist perspective, the research probes the extent that the two works create a literary escapism, which attempts to balance the sanctity of human sanity. In the Modernist period, the period of picturing the frustration of the First World War, the interrelation of these works of art turns out a reflection of a literary recuperation from the cataclysm led by The Modernist world.

Reforms in Uzbekistan's education system have not bypassed the study of history. Modern approaches at the level of world standards, diversity of opinions - the principles of admissibility of scientific pluralism, adherence to the principles of objectivity, access to primary sources, their introduction into scientific consumption are becoming a priority in historical science. That is, "for the first time in recent years, historical science, which is an integral part of spirituality, began to perform its legal function - to serve the identity of the people" [1].

This article tells about the administrative-command system of the Uzbek SSR in the early 50s of the XX century and the consequences of the worship of Stalin. The author analyzes the political processes that took place in the last years of the Stalinist leadership, the activities of the first leaders of the Uzbek SSR at that time, Usman Yusupov, Amin Niyazov. The role of the leaders of the republic in establishing strong links with the Center, in the interests of the center-republic, is emphasized.

The article reflects the role of cultural heritage in the development of patriotism, unique cultural archetypes, images and systems of values, as well as feelings, ideas, intentions, preferences and active actions, polished during centuries of historical development, characterizing their identity, mentality and spiritual-moral relations.

Tulisan ini merupakan kajian terhadap adanya nuansa politis dalam memahami hadis. Kajian ini menjadi sangat penting karena karena ketika berbicara hadis, maka kita juga akan membincang mengenai orang-orang dan aliran politiknya dalam hadis tersebut yang berakibat pada kontroversi dalam memahami hadis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dimana data-data yang ada kemudian dipahami dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode kritik dan historis hadis pada pendekatannya. Sejalan dengan itu tulisan ini memetakan berbagai aliran dalam hadis sekaligus bagaimana pemahaman mereka terhadap suatu hadis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat setidaknya tiga atau lebih aliran politik dalam kesejarahan hadis yakni Sunni. Syiah, Muawiyah, Muktazilah dan lain lain. Perbedaan kelompok ini telah menstrukturkan pemahaman terhadap hadis dalam metodologis-historisnya. Perbedaan pemaknaan kelompok ini akan juga sekaligus berkosekuensi pada pemaknaan terhadap hadis itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan metode dalam ilmu hadis dan sejarahnya, terdapat perbedaan dalam faksi politik dimana perbedaan ini akan berpengaruh pada pemahaman hadis.[Political Nuances in Understanding Hadith: Methodological-Historical Analysis. This paper is a study of the political nuances in understanding hadith. This study is very important because when we talk about hadith, we will also talk about the people and their political flow in the hadith which results in controversy in understanding hadith. This research method uses qualitative research, where the existing data is then understood and analyzed using the critical and historical method of hadith as an approach. So this paper maps out the various schools of hadith as well as their understanding of a hadith. The results show that there are at least two political schools in the history of hadith, namely Sunni. Shia, Muawiyah. The differences in these groups have structured the understanding of hadith in its historical-methodological terms. The difference in the meaning of this group will also have consequences on the meaning of the hadith itself. This study concludes that based on the method in hadith science and its history, there are differences in political factions where these differences will affect the understanding of hadith.]

The scientific article reveals some of the historical facts of the beginning of helping children with visual impairments. The main chronological events of caring for children with the noted category of disorders are noted, which later became the basis for the development of special education, in particular, typhlopedagogy. The article describes the emergence of hospitals, shelters for orphans, sick and crippled people throughout Rus, which testifies to the attention of society to their lives. The facts of the search for ways of treatment and the development of methods, principles and means of teaching people with impaired psychophysical development are outlined. Based on the study of historical sources, the times of Kyivan Rus are characterized, when in some monasteries and churches premises were allocated for the residence of orphans and crippled children. There is information about the first institution in Ukraine, which was guarded by the problem of blind people, although it did not provide for special education and training for this category of persons. An important point of the article is the definition of the role of the state in the care of visually impaired persons. It is noted that in the 17th and 18th century in Ukraine, social work began to take care of orphans and people with disabilities. From the end of the 17th century, orphans and children of "mutilations" began to be in the care of shelters and hospitals, which was stipulated by a number of state decrees. In the 30s of the 18th century, a new form of guardianship over the disabled was introduced, patronage, which still exists in a modernized form. For a deeper retrospective of the state's assistance to children with visual impairments, it is necessary to investigate the facts of historical sources from the 18th century to the present
