    In recent years, the term “trauma” has become one of the keywords of Western culture. When a person or a group goes through an experience that seems to shatter the foundations of their lives, its use seems to impose itself as if it were a pristine and self-evident idea. Subjectivities constructed around a past event that continues in the present, or peoples that today experience the present consequences (all too present) of past sufferings; in both spheres, the notion of trauma is called upon to explain a particular alteration of memory and mental functioning, becoming one of the categories derived from “psy” discourses most embraced by contemporary thought.     Las tecnologías digitales están efectuando numerosas transformaciones que representan un reto para las instituciones escolares. Una manera de explorar el modo en que están siendo integradas en los ámbitos educativos es mediante estudios de percepciones. Es por ello que el objetivo de la presente investigación es caracterizar la percepción de la educación digital de estudiantes y docentes de un instituto preuniversitario habanero. Se llevó a cabo un diseño mixto secuencial de dos etapas, entre los meses de junio y septiembre de 2022, en el cual participaron 267 sujetos en la fase cuantitativa y 56 en la cualitativa. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron un cuestionario de percepción de la educación digital y entrevistas. Los resultados apuntan a una noción de educación digital centrada en aspectos instrumentales y al predominio de las redes sociales en su implementación. La visión tiende a ser favorable, razón por la cual se identifica un incremento en los deseos de que la misma se inserte. Respecto a las asignaturas, en casi todas manifiestan que se puede emplear la educación digital. Principalmente recomiendan mejorar y facilitar el acceso a las tecnologías digitales. Se aprecian pocas relaciones estadísticamente significativas según el sexo o la edad, contrario al grado escolar. Digital technologies are effecting numerous transformations that represent a challenge for educational institutions. One way to explore the way in which they are being integrated into educational settings is through perception studies. That is why the objective of this research is to characterize the perception of digital education of students and teachers of a Havana high school. A two-stage sequential mixed design was carried out between the months of June and September 2022, in which 267 subjects participated in the quantitative phase and 56 in the qualitative phase. The techniques used were a questionnaire on the perception of digital education and interviews. The results point to a notion of digital education focused on instrumental aspects and to the predominance of social networks in its implementation. The vision tends to be favorable, which is why an increase in the desire for it to be inserted is identified. Regarding the subjects, in almost all of them they state that digital education can be used. They mainly recommend improving and facilitating access to digital technologies. There are few statistically significant relationships according to sex or age, contrary to school grade. Facultad de Informática

    El objetivo de este artículo de revisión es conocer la evolución de la Accesibilidad Web como objeto de investigación. Se realizó un análisis bibliométrico, basado en los indicadores de citas, revistas y redes de autores, de producciones científicas centradas en la Accesibilidad Web en el periodo comprendido entre los años 1998 al 2022, publicadas en revistas indexadas de la base de datos Scopus. En particular, se utiliza para generar las métricas el paquete "bibliometrix" R. Se identificaron documentos altamente citados, fuentes de publicaciones principales, países de origen de las publicaciones. Entre los resultados obtenidos se evidencia que son numerosos los artículos presentados en congresos y, las publicaciones se concentran en los últimos 24 años. Los hallazgos dan cuenta de la necesidad de continuar estos estudios que sustentan el desarrollo empírico en la temática. The objective of this review article is to know the evolution of Web Accessibility as a research object. A bibliometric analysis was carried out, based on the indicators of citations, journals and authors' networks, of scientific productions focused on Web Accessibility in the period from 1998 to 2022, published in indexed journals of the Scopus database. In particular, the "bibliometrix" R package is used to generate the metrics. The paper shows highly cited documents, main publication sources, countries of origin of the publications and others variables. Results demonstrate the many articles presented in congresses and, the publications have been concentrated in the last 24 years. The findings show the need to continue these studies that support empirical development about the subject. Facultad de Informática

    El sistema educativo uruguayo ante la crisis y cierre de las escuelas provocado por el COVID-19, transitó rápidamente hacia un modelo de plataformización de la educación. Este artículo examina si este proceso impactó en la brecha digital de género antes y durante la pandemia en cinco herramientas de la Plataforma Schoology que utilizaron los y las docentes de Matemática de Educación Media. Utilizando una metodología cuantitativa, no experimental del tipo descriptiva correlacional que se enfocó en la minería de datos proporcionados por CEIBAL, se analizaron los registros digitales de acceso a 4.418 cursos de Matemática de 2019 y 2020. Los resultados indican que existe una brecha digital de uso y acceso en favor de las docentes de Matemática de Educación Media. Se encontraron diferencias estadísticamente significativas en las variables Comentarios Posteados (𝜒2=12,73,𝑝=,000),Total de Acciones (𝜒2=6,64,𝑝=,010),Total Días de Ingreso y Creaciones de Contenidos, no así de la variable Total Me Gusta. La brecha a favor de las docentes se intensificó durante 2020 en el grupo de docentes que utilizan la plataforma con mayor frecuencia principalmente en las variables Total de Acciones y Comentarios Posteados (25 y 16 pp respectivamente). The Uruguayan education system, faced with the crisis and school closures caused by COVID-19, quickly moved towards a model of platformization of education. This article examines whether this process had an impact on the gender digital divide before and during the pandemic in five features of the Schoology platform used by secondary school mathematics teachers. Using a quantitative, non-experimental methodology of the descriptive correlational type that focused on data mining —data were provided by CEIBAL— digital records of access to 4,418 Mathematics courses from 2019 and 2020 were analyzed. The results indicate that there is a digital gap in use and access in favor of female teachers of Mathematics in Secondary Education. Statistically significant differences were found in the variables Posted Comments (2=12.73, p=.000), Total Actions (2=6.64, p=.010), Total Login Days and Content Creation, but not in the variable Total Likes. The gap in favor of female teachers was intensified during 2020 in the group of teachers who use the platform more frequently, mainly in the variables Total Actions and Posted Comments (25 and 16 pp respectively).     En tiempos donde algunos dicen que ChatGPT podría cambiar la programación, es importante instruir correctamente a los estudiantes sobre su existencia y sus capacidades. Adicionalmente, el incluir tópicos actuales dentro del contenido curricular revela una forma de destacar y diferenciar dichos contenidos para llegar a los estudiantes de una forma diferente. En particular, la enseñanza de la programación es un área en la cual los adolescentes usualmente no se ven suficientemente motivados, ya que, a pesar de su cercanía con la tecnología, la programación aparenta ser un tanto compleja y de uso exclusivo para algunos selectos. El presente trabajo lleva a cabo una actividad curricular que combina el uso del concepto de ChatBot como una introducción al mundo de ChatGPT, para la enseñanza de contenidos de Programación como la selección condicional en la materia Algoritmos en la enseñanza de nivel secundario. La propuesta ha sido probada en dos escuelas con orientación informática, con resultados muy positivos tanto motivacionales como académicos. At a time when some say ChatGPT could change programming, it is important to properly educate students about its existence and capabilities. Additionally, including current topics within curricular content reveals a way to highlight and differentiate such content to reach students in a different way. In particular, the teaching of programming is an area in which adolescents are usually not sufficiently motivated, since, despite its closeness to technology, programming appears to be somewhat complex and for the exclusive use of a select few. The present work carries out a curricular activity that combines the use of the ChatBot concept as an introduction to the ChatGPT world, for the teaching of Programming contents such as conditional selection in the subject Algorithms in secondary level education.     Las metodologías de enseñanza y aprendizaje de patrones acentuales de sustantivos compuestos en inglés presentan actualmente dos enfoques. Por un lado, la bibliografía tradicional se basa principalmente en la lectura y análisis de teoría con ejemplificación y aplicación. Por otro lado, los enfoques no formales presentan ejemplos orales diversos con generalizaciones sin sustento teórico. En este artículo, presentamos una propuesta de material didáctico digital con actividades espiraladas que se espera orienten la concreción de los objetivos de aprendizaje mediante pistas cognitivas, propicien la metacognición y fomenten la autoregulación. En primer lugar, se presenta el marco teórico que sustenta su creación desde tres aspectos fundamentales: las teorías relevantes sobre patrones acentuales de sustantivos compuestos, teorías cognitivas de enseñanza-aprendizaje y teorías de diseño multimedia. Luego, analizamos los resultados de una prueba piloto realizada con 5 estudiantes del Interpretariado de inglés que aún no habían recibido instrucción formal en la temática. Los datos fueron recolectados utilizando un enfoque fenomenológico cuali-cuantitativo mediante entrevistas semi-estructuradas, observación no estructurada y cuestionarios cerrados. Finalmente, presentamos un análisis de los resultados obtenidos y sus implicancias. Este artículo forma parte de un proyecto de investigación en proceso en el cual nos proponemos evaluar los efectos de la utilización de este material educativo digital. There exist two clear approaches to teaching stress patterns of English Compound nouns to students of this language. On the one hand, students read specific bibliography written by specialists of this topic, learn about examples of each pattern and apply them in other Compound Nouns. On the other hand, you can find informal articles which present general notions of this topic and audios with examples but do not have any clear theoretical background. In this article, we present the motivation behind our creation of an interactive material created specifically for teaching the accentual patterns in Compound Nouns using the spiral learning technique. We also present some notions analysed in the planning of activities such as the use of cognitive clues to prompt metacognition and learning self-regulation. Furthermore, we analyse the data collected from a pilot test carried out with 5 students at Universidad del Museo Social Argentino who had not been formally presented with this topic before. We used a phenomenological mixed method. At the end of this paper, we present an analysis of the results and its implications within this ongoing project. Facultad de Informática

    En las últimas décadas, las instituciones educativas, en particular las de nivel superior, han sido testigos y partícipes de múltiples cambios impulsados por las tecnologías digitales. Quienes habitan estos espacios, con diferente grado de mediación tecnológica e hibridación espacio – temporal, debieron adoptar nuevas formas de enseñar, de aprender y de evaluar. En estos escenarios, de carácter flexible, accesible y colaborativo, con nuevas oportunidades de interacción, de acceso a recursos educativos y a la información en general, resulta vital la habilidad de los estudiantes para planificar, gestionar y controlar sus acciones de aprendizaje, con libertad de establecer sus propias metas y organizar sus tiempos. En otras palabras, la autonomía del estudiante permite hacer un mejor aprovechamiento de la estructura de la propuesta formativa y del diálogo que se genera entre los actores del hecho educativo. Y esto favorece el alcance de los logros académicos. En esta tesis se abordan dos de estos tres elementos: la autonomía en términos de autorregulación del aprendizaje (ARA), y el diálogo entendido como una forma de interacción, relacional y discursiva, sociocultural y situada. Ambos constructos se estudian en vinculación con un tercero que preocupa en forma recurrente a las instituciones de educación superior y ha sido objeto de estudio permanente en la investigación educativa: el rendimiento académico. En particular, se intenta echar luz sobre estos tres elementos y las relaciones entre ellos en contextos formativos mediados tecnológicamente y entendidos como una comunidad virtual de indagación. El foro de debate es el espacio elegido para su abordaje. En particular, porque constituye un microcontexto tecnológico apropiado para la interacción y el desarrollo de tareas con fuerte demanda argumentativa orientadas al desarrollo del pensamiento crítico, la construcción de conocimiento y la resolución de problemas.     Este artigo apresenta um estudo envolvendo o protótipo de agente conversacional desenvolvido na plataforma Watson Assistant (IBM). O objetivo da investigação é analisar a usabilidade do agente conversacional como ferramenta de aprendizagem de matemática em equações algébricas. Para a avaliação, foi utilizado um sistema de avaliação de agentes conversacionais, denominado como ChatAval. A metodologia utilizada é qualitativa exploratória, pois consiste em analisar os dados obtidos pelos aplicativos tecnológicos Cerebrum e ChatAval. Os resultados da investigação de usabilidade do Cerebrum, com alunos da graduação de Licenciatura de Matemática, permitem concluir que a usabilidade do agente conversacional apresentou efetividade, eficiência e satisfação do usuário, acima do escore, na utilização do Cerebrum, sendo assim, é possível qualificar positivamente o seu desempenho e dar continuidade no seu desenvolvimento, implementado melhorias na ferramenta em estudo. This paper presents a study involving the conversational agent prototype developed on the Watson Assistant (IBM) platform. The objective of the investigation is to analyze the usability of the conversational agent as a tool for learning mathematics in algebraic equations. For the evaluation, an evaluation system of conversational agents, called ChatAval, was used. The methodology used is exploratory qualitative, as it consists of analyzing the data obtained by the technological applications Cerebrum and ChatAval. The results of the Cerebrum usability investigation, with undergraduate Mathematics students, allow us to conclude that the usability of the conversational agent showed effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction, above the score, in the use of the Cerebrum, therefore, it is possible to qualify positively its performance and continue its development, implementing improvements in the tool under study.     An analytical-reflective circuit is carried out through the reconstruction of didactics in the annual post-pandemic period. It covers from the moment of transition from virtuality to face-to-face mode during the Territorial Planning course, in the higher cycle of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism. The analysis takes place in the classrooms transformed by the implementation of ICTs from the lockdown, during the transition and after the pandemic. It intends to account for the last classes of the 2021 period and the return to face-to-face courses. The moment of return to the bi-modal classroom, a combination between virtuality and shared physical space, is called “YEAR D”, which refers to the first letter of the Spanish word “después” (after), indicating the period after the mandatory lockdown. Perceptions and readjustments were evaluated during the uncertainty, as well as the challenges overcome through the implementation of disruptive didactic strategies that used technological resources and valued the flipped classroom. The contribution lies in documenting the evolution, continuities and discontinuities of the online to the face-to-face c, bi-modal, synchronous and asynchronous workshop during the transition and comeback to the post-pandemic annual course. Se realiza un recorrido analítico-reflexivo a través de la reconstrucción de las didácticas en el período anual post-pandemia. Abarca desde el momento de transición de la virtualidad al modo presencial durante la cursada de Planificación Territorial, del ciclo superior, de la Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo. El análisis transcurre en las aulas transformadas por la implementación de las TIC’s a partir del confinamiento, durante la transición y posterior a la pandemia; y pretende dar cuenta de las últimas clases del período 2021 y el retorno a la presencialidad. El momento de regreso al aula bi-modal, combinación entre la virtualidad y el espacio físico compartido, se denomina AÑO D y hace referencia a la primera letra de la palabra después, del confinamiento obligatorio. Se evaluaron las percepciones y readecuaciones durante la incertidumbre, así como los desafíos superados mediante la implementación de estrategias didácticas disruptivas con recursos que median a través la tecnología y valorizan el aula invertida. El aporte reside en registrar la evolución, continuidades o discontinuidades de las experiencias en línea en el taller presencial, bi-modal, sincrónico-asincrónico, durante la transición y retorno a la cursada anual post-pandemia.     In recent years, the term “trauma” has become one of the keywords of Western culture. When a person or a group goes through an experience that seems to shatter the foundations of their lives, its use seems to impose itself as if it were a pristine and self-evident idea. Subjectivities constructed around a past event that continues in the present, or peoples that today experience the present consequences (all too present) of past sufferings; in both spheres, the notion of trauma is called upon to explain a particular alteration of memory and mental functioning, becoming one of the categories derived from “psy” discourses most embraced by contemporary thought.     Las tecnologías digitales están efectuando numerosas transformaciones que representan un reto para las instituciones escolares. Una manera de explorar el modo en que están siendo integradas en los ámbitos educativos es mediante estudios de percepciones. Es por ello que el objetivo de la presente investigación es caracterizar la percepción de la educación digital de estudiantes y docentes de un instituto preuniversitario habanero. Se llevó a cabo un diseño mixto secuencial de dos etapas, entre los meses de junio y septiembre de 2022, en el cual participaron 267 sujetos en la fase cuantitativa y 56 en la cualitativa. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron un cuestionario de percepción de la educación digital y entrevistas. Los resultados apuntan a una noción de educación digital centrada en aspectos instrumentales y al predominio de las redes sociales en su implementación. La visión tiende a ser favorable, razón por la cual se identifica un incremento en los deseos de que la misma se inserte. Respecto a las asignaturas, en casi todas manifiestan que se puede emplear la educación digital. Principalmente recomiendan mejorar y facilitar el acceso a las tecnologías digitales. Se aprecian pocas relaciones estadísticamente significativas según el sexo o la edad, contrario al grado escolar. Digital technologies are effecting numerous transformations that represent a challenge for educational institutions. One way to explore the way in which they are being integrated into educational settings is through perception studies. That is why the objective of this research is to characterize the perception of digital education of students and teachers of a Havana high school. A two-stage sequential mixed design was carried out between the months of June and September 2022, in which 267 subjects participated in the quantitative phase and 56 in the qualitative phase. The techniques used were a questionnaire on the perception of digital education and interviews. The results point to a notion of digital education focused on instrumental aspects and to the predominance of social networks in its implementation. The vision tends to be favorable, which is why an increase in the desire for it to be inserted is identified. Regarding the subjects, in almost all of them they state that digital education can be used. They mainly recommend improving and facilitating access to digital technologies.     El objetivo de este artículo de revisión es conocer la evolución de la Accesibilidad Web como objeto de investigación. Se realizó un análisis bibliométrico, basado en los indicadores de citas, revistas y redes de autores, de producciones científicas centradas en la Accesibilidad Web en el periodo comprendido entre los años 1998 al 2022, publicadas en revistas indexadas de la base de datos Scopus. En particular, se utiliza para generar las métricas el paquete "bibliometrix" R. Se identificaron documentos altamente citados, fuentes de publicaciones principales, países de origen de las publicaciones. Entre los resultados obtenidos se evidencia que son numerosos los artículos presentados en congresos y, las publicaciones se concentran en los últimos 24 años. Los hallazgos dan cuenta de la necesidad de continuar estos estudios que sustentan el desarrollo empírico en la temática. The objective of this review article is to know the evolution of Web Accessibility as a research object. A bibliometric analysis was carried out, based on the indicators of citations, journals and authors' networks, of scientific productions focused on Web Accessibility in the period from 1998 to 2022, published in indexed journals of the Scopus database. In particular, the "bibliometrix" R package is used to generate the metrics. The paper shows highly cited documents, main publication sources, countries of origin of the publications and others variables. Results demonstrate the many articles presented in congresses and, the publications have been concentrated in the last 24 years. The findings show the need to continue these studies that support empirical development about the subject. Facultad de Informática

    El sistema educativo uruguayo ante la crisis y cierre de las escuelas provocado por el COVID-19, transitó rápidamente hacia un modelo de plataformización de la educación. Este artículo examina si este proceso impactó en la brecha digital de género antes y durante la pandemia en cinco herramientas de la Plataforma Schoology que utilizaron los y las docentes de Matemática de Educación Media. Utilizando una metodología cuantitativa, no experimental del tipo descriptiva correlacional que se enfocó en la minería de datos proporcionados por CEIBAL, se analizaron los registros digitales de acceso a 4.418 cursos de Matemática de 2019 y 2020. Los resultados indican que existe una brecha digital de uso y acceso en favor de las docentes de Matemática de Educación Media. Se encontraron diferencias estadísticamente significativas en las variables Comentarios Posteados (𝜒2=12,73,𝑝=,000),Total de Acciones (𝜒2=6,64,𝑝=,010),Total Días de Ingreso y Creaciones de Contenidos, no así de la variable Total Me Gusta. La brecha a favor de las docentes se intensificó durante 2020 en el grupo de docentes que utilizan la plataforma con mayor frecuencia principalmente en las variables Total de Acciones y Comentarios Posteados (25 y 16 pp respectivamente). The Uruguayan education system, faced with the crisis and school closures caused by COVID-19, quickly moved towards a model of platformization of education. This article examines whether this process had an impact on the gender digital divide before and during the pandemic in five features of the Schoology platform used by secondary school mathematics teachers. Using a quantitative, non-experimental methodology of the descriptive correlational type that focused on data mining —data were provided by CEIBAL— digital records of access to 4,418 Mathematics courses from 2019 and 2020 were analyzed. The results indicate that there is a digital gap in use and access in favor of female teachers of Mathematics in Secondary Education. Statistically significant differences were found in the variables Posted Comments (2=12.73, p=.000), Total Actions (2=6.64, p=.010), Total Login Days and Content Creation, but not in the variable Total Likes. The gap in favor of female teachers was intensified during 2020 in the group of teachers who use the platform more frequently, mainly in the variables Total Actions and Posted Comments (25 and 16 pp respectively).     En tiempos donde algunos dicen que ChatGPT podría cambiar la programación, es importante instruir correctamente a los estudiantes sobre su existencia y sus capacidades. Adicionalmente, el incluir tópicos actuales dentro del contenido curricular revela una forma de destacar y diferenciar dichos contenidos para llegar a los estudiantes de una forma diferente. En particular, la enseñanza de la programación es un área en la cual los adolescentes usualmente no se ven suficientemente motivados, ya que, a pesar de su cercanía con la tecnología, la programación aparenta ser un tanto compleja y de uso exclusivo para algunos selectos. El presente trabajo lleva a cabo una actividad curricular que combina el uso del concepto de ChatBot como una introducción al mundo de ChatGPT, para la enseñanza de contenidos de Programación como la selección condicional en la materia Algoritmos en la enseñanza de nivel secundario. La propuesta ha sido probada en dos escuelas con orientación informática, con resultados muy positivos tanto motivacionales como académicos. At a time when some say ChatGPT could change programming, it is important to properly educate students about its existence and capabilities. Additionally, including current topics within curricular content reveals a way to highlight and differentiate such content to reach students in a different way. In particular, the teaching of programming is an area in which adolescents are usually not sufficiently motivated, since, despite its closeness to technology, programming appears to be somewhat complex and for the exclusive use of a select few. The present work carries out a curricular activity that combines the use of the ChatBot concept as an introduction to the ChatGPT world, for the teaching of Programming contents such as conditional selection in the subject Algorithms in secondary level education. The proposal has been tested in two computer-oriented schools, with very positive motivational and academic results. Facultad de Informática

    Las metodologías de enseñanza y aprendizaje de patrones acentuales de sustantivos compuestos en inglés presentan actualmente dos enfoques. Por un lado, la bibliografía tradicional se basa principalmente en la lectura y análisis de teoría con ejemplificación y aplicación. Por otro lado, los enfoques no formales presentan ejemplos orales diversos con generalizaciones sin sustento teórico. En este artículo, presentamos una propuesta de material didáctico digital con actividades espiraladas que se espera orienten la concreción de los objetivos de aprendizaje mediante pistas cognitivas, propicien la metacognición y fomenten la autoregulación. En primer lugar, se presenta el marco teórico que sustenta su creación desde tres aspectos fundamentales: las teorías relevantes sobre patrones acentuales de sustantivos compuestos, teorías cognitivas de enseñanza-aprendizaje y teorías de diseño multimedia. Luego, analizamos los resultados de una prueba piloto realizada con 5 estudiantes del Interpretariado de inglés que aún no habían recibido instrucción formal en la temática. Los datos fueron recolectados utilizando un enfoque fenomenológico cuali-cuantitativo mediante entrevistas semi-estructuradas, observación no estructurada y cuestionarios cerrados. Finalmente, presentamos un análisis de los resultados obtenidos y sus implicancias. Este artículo forma parte de un proyecto de investigación en proceso en el cual nos proponemos evaluar los efectos de la utilización de este material educativo digital. There exist two clear approaches to teaching stress patterns of English Compound nouns to students of this language. On the one hand, students read specific bibliography written by specialists of this topic, learn about examples of each pattern and apply them in other Compound Nouns. On the other hand, you can find informal articles which present general notions of this topic and audios with examples but do not have any clear theoretical background. In this article, we present the motivation behind our creation of an interactive material created specifically for teaching the accentual patterns in Compound Nouns using the spiral learning technique. We also present some notions analysed in the planning of activities such as the use of cognitive clues to prompt metacognition and learning self-regulation. Furthermore, we analyse the data collected from a pilot test carried out with 5 students at Universidad del Museo Social Argentino who had not been formally presented with this topic before. We used a phenomenological mixed method. At the end of this paper, we present an analysis of the results and its implications within this ongoing project. Facultad de Informática

    En las últimas décadas, las instituciones educativas, en particular las de nivel superior, han sido testigos y partícipes de múltiples cambios impulsados por las tecnologías digitales. Quienes habitan estos espacios, con diferente grado de mediación tecnológica e hibridación espacio – temporal, debieron adoptar nuevas formas de enseñar, de aprender y de evaluar. En estos escenarios, de carácter flexible, accesible y colaborativo, con nuevas oportunidades de interacción, de acceso a recursos educativos y a la información en general, resulta vital la habilidad de los estudiantes para planificar, gestionar y controlar sus acciones de aprendizaje, con libertad de establecer sus propias metas y organizar sus tiempos. En otras palabras, la autonomía del estudiante permite hacer un mejor aprovechamiento de la estructura de la propuesta formativa y del diálogo que se genera entre los actores del hecho educativo. Y esto favorece el alcance de los logros académicos. En esta tesis se abordan dos de estos tres elementos: la autonomía en términos de autorregulación del aprendizaje (ARA), y el diálogo entendido como una forma de interacción, relacional y discursiva, sociocultural y situada. Ambos constructos se estudian en vinculación con un tercero que preocupa en forma recurrente a las instituciones de educación superior y ha sido objeto de estudio permanente en la investigación educativa: el rendimiento académico. En particular, se intenta echar luz sobre estos tres elementos y las relaciones entre ellos en contextos formativos mediados tecnológicamente y entendidos como una comunidad virtual de indagación. El foro de debate es el espacio elegido para su abordaje. En particular, porque constituye un microcontexto tecnológico apropiado para la interacción y el desarrollo de tareas con fuerte demanda argumentativa orientadas al desarrollo del pensamiento crítico, la construcción de conocimiento y la resolución de problemas.     Este artigo apresenta um estudo envolvendo o protótipo de agente conversacional desenvolvido na plataforma Watson Assistant (IBM). O objetivo da investigação é analisar a usabilidade do agente conversacional como ferramenta de aprendizagem de matemática em equações algébricas. Para a avaliação, foi utilizado um sistema de avaliação de agentes conversacionais, denominado como ChatAval. A metodologia utilizada é qualitativa exploratória, pois consiste em analisar os dados obtidos pelos aplicativos tecnológicos Cerebrum e ChatAval. Os resultados da investigação de usabilidade do Cerebrum, com alunos da graduação de Licenciatura de Matemática, permitem concluir que a usabilidade do agente conversacional apresentou efetividade, eficiência e satisfação do usuário, acima do escore, na utilização do Cerebrum, sendo assim, é possível qualificar positivamente o seu desempenho e dar continuidade no seu desenvolvimento, implementado melhorias na ferramenta em estudo. This paper presents a study involving the conversational agent prototype developed on the Watson Assistant (IBM) platform. The objective of the investigation is to analyze the usability of the conversational agent as a tool for learning mathematics in algebraic equations. For the evaluation, an evaluation system of conversational agents, called ChatAval, was used. The methodology used is exploratory qualitative, as it consists of analyzing the data obtained by the technological applications Cerebrum and ChatAval. The results of the Cerebrum usability investigation, with undergraduate Mathematics students, allow us to conclude that the usability of the conversational agent showed effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction, above the score, in the use of the Cerebrum, therefore, it is possible to qualify positively its performance and continue its development, implementing improvements in the tool under study.     An analytical-reflective circuit is carried out through the reconstruction of didactics in the annual post-pandemic period. It covers from the moment of transition from virtuality to face-to-face mode during the Territorial Planning course, in the higher cycle of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism. The analysis takes place in the classrooms transformed by the implementation of ICTs from the lockdown, during the transition and after the pandemic. It intends to account for the last classes of the 2021 period and the return to face-to-face courses. The moment of return to the bi-modal classroom, a combination between virtuality and shared physical space, is called “YEAR D”, which refers to the first letter of the Spanish word “después” (after), indicating the period after the mandatory lockdown. Perceptions and readjustments were evaluated during the uncertainty, as well as the challenges overcome through the implementation of disruptive didactic strategies that used technological resources and valued the flipped classroom. The contribution lies in documenting the evolution, continuities and discontinuities of the online to the face-to-face c, bi-modal, synchronous and asynchronous workshop during the transition and comeback to the post-pandemic annual course. Se realiza un recorrido analítico-reflexivo a través de la reconstrucción de las didácticas en el período anual post-pandemia. Abarca desde el momento de transición de la virtualidad al modo presencial durante la cursada de Planificación Territorial, del ciclo superior, de la Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo. El análisis transcurre en las aulas transformadas por la implementación de las TIC’s a partir del confinamiento, durante la transición y posterior a la pandemia; y pretende dar cuenta de las últimas clases del período 2021 y el retorno a la presencialidad. El momento de regreso al aula bi-modal, combinación entre la virtualidad y el espacio físico compartido, se denomina AÑO D y hace referencia a la primera letra de la palabra después, del confinamiento obligatorio. Se evaluaron las percepciones y readecuaciones durante la incertidumbre, así como los desafíos superados mediante la implementación de estrategias didácticas disruptivas con recursos que median a través la tecnología y valorizan el aula invertida. El aporte reside en registrar la evolución, continuidades o discontinuidades de las experiencias en línea en el taller presencial, bi-modal, sincrónico-asincrónico, durante la transición y retorno a la cursada anual post-pandemia.
