    The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) in Indonesia influences the trend towards the establishment of IT-based startups. Pesanlab is an example of such start-up that offers a healthcare diagnostic platform connecting laboratories to consumers. As a vast growing organization, Pesanlab requires a set of strategies to assist in attaining organizational goals and predetermined targets. The purpose of this research is to formulate a digital marketing strategy, more specifically one that is suited for digital start-up organizations. The SOSTAC framework, complemented with additional relevant theories, such as SWOT analysis, SMART Objectives, RACE planning objectives was employed as a robust framework in terms of formulating a digital marketing strategy. This research formulated 3 targets, 9 strategies and 32 tactics.

    Abstract When multiple electric vehicles need to be charged, it will take more time and money for the electric vehicles to randomly enter the charging stations during the disorderly scheduling process. In the meantime, the utilization rate of charging piles is different, and the load of power grid is heavier. In this paper, a charging scheduling strategy is designed considering of the requests of multiple electric vehicles, which schedule in a way of overall parallel. In this charging scheduling strategy, electric vehicles will cost less time and money, the utilization rate of charging piles is more equal, and the power grid has minimum load. According to the charging scheduling strategy, a vehicle charging scheduling model is established based on multi-objective optimization. Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution is used to eliminate the dimensions of multiple objectives, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. The simulation results show that the charging scheduling strategy can select appropriate charging stations for electric vehicles and achieve the goal of multi-objective optimization.

    Experience gained from commissioning and operation of three elliptical polarization undulators (EPU) at the TPS taught us that undulator driving systems can behave erratically following a beam dump or loss. In this work, we discuss possible harmful radiation sources in a storage ring and analyse the effect of lack of electronic component radiation resistance in the system.     Abstract In order to solve the problem of road icing on vehicle driving safety in winter, a non-chlorine environmental protection anticoagulant ice microcapsule material is proposed in this study. It is a multi-core microcapsule structure composed of capsule core and capsule wall. The particle size is less than 0.075mm. It has good chemical stability, good mechanical properties and slow-release effect. When applied to the road, it will not affect the quality of road engineering. Based on the design concept of traditional salt storage pavement, the non-chlorine environmental protection anticoagulant ice microcapsule material is combined with micro surface treatment technology, and the micro surface compound application technology suitable for the special service environment of pavement in freezing area is designed and studied. The main results are as follows: (1) the ice coagulation effect of anticoagulant ice microcapsule materials is tested by sponge ice melting test and ice layer adhesion test. The test results show that anticoagulant ice microcapsule materials have significant ice anticoagulant effect, and are better than salt storage anticoagulant ice materials. (2) Through the road performance analysis of the micro surface, the anticoagulant ice microcapsule material has a certain impact on the cohesion and wet wheel wear of the slurry mixture, but they all meet the specification requirements. (3) The material is used in surface preventive maintenance technologies such as micro surfacing. It has excellent low-temperature snow melting ability, sustainable slow-release effect, excellent road performance and environmental protection.

    Abstract Given the weak formalization and insufficient information support in the early stages of data processing tools development in information and communication technologies, the use of intellectualization mechanisms and the creativity of the researcher is highly relevant. Mathematical models, decision support systems are actively used to introduce intellectualization into the process of modeling development prospects itself through the use of fuzzy set models, fuzzy logic, opportunity theory and other disciplines focused on unlocking the intellectual, creative potential of the developer. With this in mind, the paper aims to develop a decision support system scheme to evaluate the development of data processing tools in information and communication technologies by activating the researcher’s intellectual capabilities through the use of his fuzzy reasoning, fuzzy structural modeling of development motives, visualization and schematization of the successive development of data processing tools. In the process of developing such a decision support scheme, a procedure for calculating the coefficient reflecting the ability of the considered variant of the appearance of data processing tools to further improvement was obtained. A system of membership functions is proposed, which is used to determine the influence of development motives on the qualitative characteristics of the ability of prospective data processing tools to further improvement. Specific examples are given to illustrate the developed methodological apparatus, in which the spacecraft of the Earth remote sensing system is selected as a data processing tool.

    Abstract Respiratory muscles superficial electromyography (SEMG) is an important source of information in the monitoring of ventilated patients. One of the main problems in the acquisition of SEMG signals is the different sources of interference. The most common artifacts are the baseline wander (BW) normally generated by motion, and power line interference (PLI). In this paper, different methods were selected and evaluated for the removal of these artifacts in a simulated SEMG signal of the right diaphragm muscle. The best performance technique for the removal of each artifact was determined using frequency analysis and estimation of criteria such as the signal to noise ratio, relative error, cross-correlation, and coherence of the power spectrum density. The computational cost of each of the techniques was estimated to also assess how appropriate it is to implement in online applications and limited hardware. The study demonstrates that the spectral interpolation technique has a good performance in removing PLI from the SEMG signal but has a high computational cost, unlike the adaptive LMS filter. On the other hand, the SSA-based technique proved to be the best performing for BW removal and its computational cost is adequate in a more limited hardware system.

    Abstract Baghdad elevated train is one of the projects that has been suggested to improve accessibility in the city. This paper is dedicated to state the impacts of the planned train line on the accessibility in the selected study area, where the train is meant to be built in to connect the major cities in the capital (Al-Karkh and Al-Risafa). The Geographical Information System (GIS) has been used to build the existing networks (highway, public transport, and the train), to analyze them by the Network analyst tool, and to create an O-D matrix between the selected districts and a direct connection between two locations. The accessibility changes have been measured by measuring the travel time difference, checking the connection between the zones, and the direct connection between six origins in Al-Risafa for different districts to one destination in Al-Karkh before and after adding the elevated train. The results showed that the train could make a remarkable change to the accessibility in the area by reducing the travel time and make a direct connection between the mentioned districts.

    This study utilized monthly daily values of solar radiation, humidity, ultraviolet dose, temperature, pressure and wind speed obtained at Department of Physics, Covenant University, Ota, Nigeria, for 2013. It was observed that correlation coefficients vary from 0.134 - 0.955 across the months. This was further demonstrated with values of coefficient of determination R2 which vary from 0.018-0.911 for Ota stations. Based on the RMSE, MPE, MBE and p values, we obtained an Equation that produces the best correlation. Our result reveals the models that produce the smallest p values which are considered as the best model for estimating the solar radiation at Ota site with an acceptable error. Also, Wavelet spectrum based approach was employed to analyse the meteorological monthly series in a sequence of monthly scales of January to December 2013.

    Abstract We present a photoluminescence study of In(As,P) monolithic nanoinclusions into Si (100) substrates. The structures were grown in openings of the silicon substrates using an original approach based on the metal-organic vapor epitaxy method. The obtained arrays of In(As,P) nanoinclusions into the Si (100) surface were investigated by scanning microphotoluminescence spectroscopy. The obtained results show high crystalline quality of In(As,P) inclusions with broad emission peak in the near-infrared range of wavelengths.

    The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) in Indonesia influences the trend towards the establishment of IT-based startups. Pesanlab is an example of such start-up that offers a healthcare diagnostic platform connecting laboratories to consumers. As a vast growing organization, Pesanlab requires a set of strategies to assist in attaining organizational goals and predetermined targets. The purpose of this research is to formulate a digital marketing strategy, more specifically one that is suited for digital start-up organizations. The SOSTAC framework, complemented with additional relevant theories, such as SWOT analysis, SMART Objectives, RACE planning objectives was employed as a robust framework in terms of formulating a digital marketing strategy. This research formulated 3 targets, 9 strategies and 32 tactics.

    Abstract When multiple electric vehicles need to be charged, it will take more time and money for the electric vehicles to randomly enter the charging stations during the disorderly scheduling process. In the meantime, the utilization rate of charging piles is different, and the load of power grid is heavier. In this paper, a charging scheduling strategy is designed considering of the requests of multiple electric vehicles, which schedule in a way of overall parallel. In this charging scheduling strategy, electric vehicles will cost less time and money, the utilization rate of charging piles is more equal, and the power grid has minimum load. According to the charging scheduling strategy, a vehicle charging scheduling model is established based on multi-objective optimization. Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution is used to eliminate the dimensions of multiple objectives, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. The simulation results show that the charging scheduling strategy can select appropriate charging stations for electric vehicles and achieve the goal of multi-objective optimization.

    Experience gained from commissioning and operation of three elliptical polarization undulators (EPU) at the TPS taught us that undulator driving systems can behave erratically following a beam dump or loss. In this work, we discuss possible harmful radiation sources in a storage ring and analyse the effect of lack of electronic component radiation resistance in the system.     Abstract In order to solve the problem of road icing on vehicle driving safety in winter, a non-chlorine environmental protection anticoagulant ice microcapsule material is proposed in this study. It is a multi-core microcapsule structure composed of capsule core and capsule wall. The particle size is less than 0.075mm. It has good chemical stability, good mechanical properties and slow-release effect. When applied to the road, it will not affect the quality of road engineering. Based on the design concept of traditional salt storage pavement, the non-chlorine environmental protection anticoagulant ice microcapsule material is combined with micro surface treatment technology, and the micro surface compound application technology suitable for the special service environment of pavement in freezing area is designed and studied. The main results are as follows: (1) the ice coagulation effect of anticoagulant ice microcapsule materials is tested by sponge ice melting test and ice layer adhesion test. The test results show that anticoagulant ice microcapsule materials have significant ice anticoagulant effect, and are better than salt storage anticoagulant ice materials. (2) Through the road performance analysis of the micro surface, the anticoagulant ice microcapsule material has a certain impact on the cohesion and wet wheel wear of the slurry mixture, but they all meet the specification requirements. (3) The material is used in surface preventive maintenance technologies such as micro surfacing. It has excellent low-temperature snow melting ability, sustainable slow-release effect, excellent road performance and environmental protection.

    Abstract Given the weak formalization and insufficient information support in the early stages of data processing tools development in information and communication technologies, the use of intellectualization mechanisms and the creativity of the researcher is highly relevant. Mathematical models, decision support systems are actively used to introduce intellectualization into the process of modeling development prospects itself through the use of fuzzy set models, fuzzy logic, opportunity theory and other disciplines focused on unlocking the intellectual, creative potential of the developer. With this in mind, the paper aims to develop a decision support system scheme to evaluate the development of data processing tools in information and communication technologies by activating the researcher’s intellectual capabilities through the use of his fuzzy reasoning, fuzzy structural modeling of development motives, visualization and schematization of the successive development of data processing tools. In the process of developing such a decision support scheme, a procedure for calculating the coefficient reflecting the ability of the considered variant of the appearance of data processing tools to further improvement was obtained. A system of membership functions is proposed, which is used to determine the influence of development motives on the qualitative characteristics of the ability of prospective data processing tools to further improvement. Specific examples are given to illustrate the developed methodological apparatus, in which the spacecraft of the Earth remote sensing system is selected as a data processing tool.

    Abstract Respiratory muscles superficial electromyography (SEMG) is an important source of information in the monitoring of ventilated patients. One of the main problems in the acquisition of SEMG signals is the different sources of interference. The most common artifacts are the baseline wander (BW) normally generated by motion, and power line interference (PLI). In this paper, different methods were selected and evaluated for the removal of these artifacts in a simulated SEMG signal of the right diaphragm muscle. The best performance technique for the removal of each artifact was determined using frequency analysis and estimation of criteria such as the signal to noise ratio, relative error, cross-correlation, and coherence of the power spectrum density. The computational cost of each of the techniques was estimated to also assess how appropriate it is to implement in online applications and limited hardware. The study demonstrates that the spectral interpolation technique has a good performance in removing PLI from the SEMG signal but has a high computational cost, unlike the adaptive LMS filter. On the other hand, the SSA-based technique proved to be the best performing for BW removal and its computational cost is adequate in a more limited hardware system.

    Abstract Baghdad elevated train is one of the projects that has been suggested to improve accessibility in the city. This paper is dedicated to state the impacts of the planned train line on the accessibility in the selected study area, where the train is meant to be built in to connect the major cities in the capital (Al-Karkh and Al-Risafa). The Geographical Information System (GIS) has been used to build the existing networks (highway, public transport, and the train), to analyze them by the Network analyst tool, and to create an O-D matrix between the selected districts and a direct connection between two locations. The accessibility changes have been measured by measuring the travel time difference, checking the connection between the zones, and the direct connection between six origins in Al-Risafa for different districts to one destination in Al-Karkh before and after adding the elevated train. The results showed that the train could make a remarkable change to the accessibility in the area by reducing the travel time and make a direct connection between the mentioned districts.

    This study utilized monthly daily values of solar radiation, humidity, ultraviolet dose, temperature, pressure and wind speed obtained at Department of Physics, Covenant University, Ota, Nigeria, for 2013. It was observed that correlation coefficients vary from 0.134 - 0.955 across the months. This was further demonstrated with values of coefficient of determination R2 which vary from 0.018-0.911 for Ota stations. Based on the RMSE, MPE, MBE and p values, we obtained an Equation that produces the best correlation. Our result reveals the models that produce the smallest p values which are considered as the best model for estimating the solar radiation at Ota site with an acceptable error. Also, Wavelet spectrum based approach was employed to analyse the meteorological monthly series in a sequence of monthly scales of January to December 2013.

    Abstract We present a photoluminescence study of In(As,P) monolithic nanoinclusions into Si (100) substrates. The structures were grown in openings of the silicon substrates using an original approach based on the metal-organic vapor epitaxy method. The obtained arrays of In(As,P) nanoinclusions into the Si (100) surface were investigated by scanning microphotoluminescence spectroscopy. The obtained results show high crystalline quality of In(As,P) inclusions with broad emission peak in the near-infrared range of wavelengths.
