    Štúdia sa zameriava na analýzu zbierky Helena nosí ľaliu (1935), ktorú treba chápať ako dôležitý medzník v poetike básnika Rudolfa Dilonga – dochádza v nej k poeticko-metodickému obratu smerom ku modernejším umeleckým snahám. Zároveň sa hĺbkovo-motivický základ jeho tvorby nemodernizoval, ale paradoxne práve náboženstvo slúžilo ako energetický zdroj poetickej modernizácie. Hlbšie vniknutie do nej môže poslúžiť ako prínosný základ pre pochopenie celej zbierky, pretože náboženské motívy sú ukotvené v použitých symboloch a zaručujú ich platnosť. Vysoká úroveň symbolizácie je takisto organickou súčasťou avantgardnej poetiky, ktorej cieľom je prerušiť kauzalitu empirickej skutočnosti – odmietajúc dominanciu racionality a vyzdvihujúc rolu práve zmyslového vnímania sa otvoril priestor pre realizáciu Dilongovej túžby po úniku, vytvorením si „šťastnejšej“ alternatívnej reality.V zbierke Helena nosí ľaliu Rudolf Dilong zrealizoval 8 kvetinových (fialka, ľalia, konvalinka, kvet maku, narcis, ďatelina, astra a ruža) a 8 farebných symbolov (biela, zelená, červená príp. ružová, zlatá, strieborná, modrá, fialová, čierna), ktoré spolu fungujú ako funkčné ideové nositele a ponúkajú bohatú paletu interpretačných možností. Základom pre ich analýzu slúžia všeobecné znalosti o symbolike farieb a kvetov spolu s analýzou nielen explicitnej, ale aj implicitnej symboliky. Integrovaním do textu interpretácií vybraných básni sa jednak dosahuje porovnávanie tradičného chápania jednotlivých symbolov a hlbšie vniknutie do motivickej roviny autora, a jednak sa čiastkové poznatky na konkrétnych príkladoch syntetizujú.Farebné a kvetinové symboly prispeli k realizácii hlavných motívov básnickej zbierky, akými sú smrť a život. Ideové kolísanie medzi týmito protikladnými pólmi zároveň koreluje s motivickým základom básní, tkvejúcim v kresťanských postulátoch, veď život v ľudskom ponímaní sa vidí ako príprava pre život „skutočný“, ktorý prichádza po smrti. Nadväzujú na to aj paradoxy, sprevádzajúce život františkánskeho básnika – inšpiračné zdroje v podobe žien, viery, detstva a stratenej vlasti alebo cudziny, ktoré odhaľujú deficity „dočasného života“. Dichotomická podoba symbolickej roviny zbierky sa manifestuje v rozdelení farieb na farby, ktoré preukazujú skôr pozitívnu konotáciu a zodpovedajú pólu života a farby, ktoré evokujú skôr negatívne asociácie a korelujú s pólom smrti, neutralizačným a harmonizujúcim prostriedkom dvoch kontroverzných pól vystupuje biela farba. Podobný vzorec môžeme aplikovať aj na symboly kvetov. Ústredným symbolom sa stáva kvietok ľalie, ktorý sa podobne ako biela farba prejavuje ako dichotomický prvok a stelesňuje kvintesenciu autorových snáh ideovej realizácie ústredných motívov zbierky.

    Abstract The article investigates whether there is a need for legislative action in social networks—which are similar to broadcasting—to ensure that diversity of opinion can be sufficiently expressed to protect freedom of opinion-forming. The investigation focuses on Facebook because it has the largest number of registered users worldwide and is thus the network with the greatest reach. First and foremost, it will be debated whether social networks have a power of opinion comparable to broadcasting. Based on this foundation, it is possible to assess the extent to which diversity of opinion is expressed in social networks and the extent to which freedom to form opinions is actually under threat.

    Authors: Assoc. Prof. Ing. arch. Mgr. art. Peter Mazalán, PhD.; Ing. arch. Katarína Morávková, PhD.;

    Abstract The theme of the connection of visual arts with architecture, or the cooperation of visual artists with architects in post-war Europe, basically follows two lines: a theoretical line and a political-institutional line. Just as knowledge of the history of art and the history of architecture is necessary in the analysis of this period, knowledge of the political-economic circumstances is necessary in the field of realisations in architecture, because by definition, this public art is a political affair and is not an independent creation. Art in architecture was promoted not only in communist countries (for ideological reasons), but also in Western Europe as an aesthetic cultivation of contemporary architecture. From the mid-1950s onwards, visual art in architectural space appeared more and more frequently, which led to the adoption of legislative measures that regulated and supported this practice. A gradual transformation in the understanding of the task can be observed over the period under review, or the position of public art, presented as part of architecture or public space. This is naturally due to social development. If at the beginning of the 1950s it was a mission to convey ideology and indoctrinate it, in the next stage the focus shifts more towards design with the task of cultivating the environment and creating a certain atmosphere. The study also peripherally explores forms of arts support in the context of other European countries. The idea of integration between art and architecture dates back to the very origins of both disciplines. During the avant-garde movement at the beginning of the twentieth century, it acquired a new meaning and social purpose and became one of the most defining characteristics of modernism. Modernism arose from the expectation of moral and material reconstruction of the world devastated by war, which served as a tool to strengthen collective identity and, consequently, to forge the bond between the city and its inhabitants. Our study traces the development and contexts of the relationship and funding of visual arts in architecture in the Slovak and European context in the 20th century.

    Authors: Vasil Gluchman;

    In the context of Hobsbawm's thesis about the nineteenth‐century law of progress, the author studies Kollár's and Štúr's conception of Slavic reciprocity, which he compares with the Greek Great Idea (Megali Idea) and the Greek‐Cypriot idea of enosis. He came to the conclusion that there is greater similarity, especially between Štúr's conception and enosis, since they both required state‐political as well as territorial unification of Slavs or Greeks, unlike Kollár's conception, which was, rather, a cultural and literary reciprocity project. As a historical paradox, the author considers the fact that the practical and feasible conception of enosis was never carried out, while Kollár's theoretical conception and Štúr's highly unlikely model became, in a modified form, a reality after the First and Second World Wars.

    Authors: Csehy Zoltán;

    Abstract The study reviews from an ecopoetic point of view the tendencies in Hungarian poetry of recent years that emphasise the biopoetic aspects of existence. László Lázár Lövétei’s eclogues, for example, renew the discourse from the perspective of the ancient tradition, while Tamás Korpa and Mátyás Sirokai transform the reader’s mental consciousness by focusing on the plant life, and in doing so, reassess and rethink the concept of being embedded in nature. For example, Gábor Dávid Németh combines the mechanisms of cultural memory, the ecosystems of environmental awareness and the plant metaphor system arising from the organicity of language. Gábor Mezei approaches the question from the perspective of hybridity. Besides blurring the traditional boundaries of body and self, these authors also exploit the subversive, resistant character of ecopoetics, not once asserting the principle of what they call the ecopoetic imperative whose topological, tropological, entropological and ethnological dimensions are worth exploring.

    ACTA HISTORICA NEOSOLIENSIA, 26/1, 2023 This thesis discusses the basic options of work in an application Transkribus, about its benefits, pitfalls and innovations that we presented in the selected sample of archival documents with the topic of citizen complaints du-ring the governance of the Communist party in Czechoslovakia in the 1948-1989. Gradually we have documented the process of working with historical sources in Transkribus, preparation, transcription and the results. Because we focused on typewritten documents only, we compared the results with other ways and op-tions of transcription, we evaluated their usability, which leads to interesting conclusions and results. The thesis is also supported by statistical indicators and pictorial schedules on the basis of which we have did specific conclusions. In the thesis we also present the issue of citizen complaints as a topic of historical re-search.

    Abstract Der Beitrag untersucht, welche Rolle Code-Switching in Texten von Reichsbürgern spielt. Untersuchungsgrundlage dafür ist ein Korpus von 249 Texten, die aus der Internet-Domäne s-h-a-e-f.de entnommen sind. Zunächst wird dieses Korpus näher beschrieben, danach wird quantitativ ausgewertet, wie viele dieser Texte Code-Switching aufweisen. Dabei zeigt sich, dass in mehr als einem Drittel der Texte Code-Switching nachweisbar ist. Bei der näheren Betrachtung der betreffenden Texte wird deutlich, dass ein Teil der Fälle von Code-Switching auf Probleme bei der (automatischen) Übersetzung US-amerikanischer Textvorlagen zurückzuführen ist. Diese Texte wurden von der weiteren Untersuchung ausgeschlossen. Bei den verbleibenden Texten ließ sich in vielen Fällen feststellen, dass Code-Switching an exponierten Positionen auftritt. Dies lässt darauf schließen, dass Code-Switching hier für die Erregung von Aufmerksamkeit, aber auch für die Betonung von Authentizität und Internationalität eingesetzt wird. Weitere Belege für die Nutzung von Code-Switching lassen sich auf die üblichen Funktionen von Code-Switching zurückführen, wie z.B. Ausfüllen eines Bezeichnungsbedarfes, Erklärung, Glaubhaftmachung der eigenen Aussagen usw. Darüber hinaus kann nachgewiesen werden, dass Code-Switching auch gezielt eingesetzt wird, um die ideologischen Botschaften der Reichsbürger (insbesondere die Ablehnung der staatlichen Existenz der Bundesrepublik Deutschland) zu unterstützen.

    Štúdia sa zameriava na analýzu zbierky Helena nosí ľaliu (1935), ktorú treba chápať ako dôležitý medzník v poetike básnika Rudolfa Dilonga – dochádza v nej k poeticko-metodickému obratu smerom ku modernejším umeleckým snahám. Zároveň sa hĺbkovo-motivický základ jeho tvorby nemodernizoval, ale paradoxne práve náboženstvo slúžilo ako energetický zdroj poetickej modernizácie. Hlbšie vniknutie do nej môže poslúžiť ako prínosný základ pre pochopenie celej zbierky, pretože náboženské motívy sú ukotvené v použitých symboloch a zaručujú ich platnosť. Vysoká úroveň symbolizácie je takisto organickou súčasťou avantgardnej poetiky, ktorej cieľom je prerušiť kauzalitu empirickej skutočnosti – odmietajúc dominanciu racionality a vyzdvihujúc rolu práve zmyslového vnímania sa otvoril priestor pre realizáciu Dilongovej túžby po úniku, vytvorením si „šťastnejšej“ alternatívnej reality.V zbierke Helena nosí ľaliu Rudolf Dilong zrealizoval 8 kvetinových (fialka, ľalia, konvalinka, kvet maku, narcis, ďatelina, astra a ruža) a 8 farebných symbolov (biela, zelená, červená príp. ružová, zlatá, strieborná, modrá, fialová, čierna), ktoré spolu fungujú ako funkčné ideové nositele a ponúkajú bohatú paletu interpretačných možností. Základom pre ich analýzu slúžia všeobecné znalosti o symbolike farieb a kvetov spolu s analýzou nielen explicitnej, ale aj implicitnej symboliky. Integrovaním do textu interpretácií vybraných básni sa jednak dosahuje porovnávanie tradičného chápania jednotlivých symbolov a hlbšie vniknutie do motivickej roviny autora, a jednak sa čiastkové poznatky na konkrétnych príkladoch syntetizujú.Farebné a kvetinové symboly prispeli k realizácii hlavných motívov básnickej zbierky, akými sú smrť a život. Ideové kolísanie medzi týmito protikladnými pólmi zároveň koreluje s motivickým základom básní, tkvejúcim v kresťanských postulátoch, veď život v ľudskom ponímaní sa vidí ako príprava pre život „skutočný“, ktorý prichádza po smrti. Nadväzujú na to aj paradoxy, sprevádzajúce život františkánskeho básnika – inšpiračné zdroje v podobe žien, viery, detstva a stratenej vlasti alebo cudziny, ktoré odhaľujú deficity „dočasného života“. Dichotomická podoba symbolickej roviny zbierky sa manifestuje v rozdelení farieb na farby, ktoré preukazujú skôr pozitívnu konotáciu a zodpovedajú pólu života a farby, ktoré evokujú skôr negatívne asociácie a korelujú s pólom smrti, neutralizačným a harmonizujúcim prostriedkom dvoch kontroverzných pól vystupuje biela farba. Podobný vzorec môžeme aplikovať aj na symboly kvetov. Ústredným symbolom sa stáva kvietok ľalie, ktorý sa podobne ako biela farba prejavuje ako dichotomický prvok a stelesňuje kvintesenciu autorových snáh ideovej realizácie ústredných motívov zbierky.

    Abstract The article investigates whether there is a need for legislative action in social networks—which are similar to broadcasting—to ensure that diversity of opinion can be sufficiently expressed to protect freedom of opinion-forming. The investigation focuses on Facebook because it has the largest number of registered users worldwide and is thus the network with the greatest reach. First and foremost, it will be debated whether social networks have a power of opinion comparable to broadcasting. Based on this foundation, it is possible to assess the extent to which diversity of opinion is expressed in social networks and the extent to which freedom to form opinions is actually under threat.

    Authors: Assoc. Prof. Ing. arch. Mgr. art. Peter Mazalán, PhD.; Ing. arch. Katarína Morávková, PhD.;

    Authors: Vasil Gluchman;

    Authors: Csehy Zoltán;

  • Authors: Georg Schuppener;

    Abstract Der Beitrag untersucht, welche Rolle Code-Switching in Texten von Reichsbürgern spielt. Untersuchungsgrundlage dafür ist ein Korpus von 249 Texten, die aus der Internet-Domäne s-h-a-e-f.de entnommen sind. Zunächst wird dieses Korpus näher beschrieben, danach wird quantitativ ausgewertet, wie viele dieser Texte Code-Switching aufweisen. Dabei zeigt sich, dass in mehr als einem Drittel der Texte Code-Switching nachweisbar ist. Bei der näheren Betrachtung der betreffenden Texte wird deutlich, dass ein Teil der Fälle von Code-Switching auf Probleme bei der (automatischen) Übersetzung US-amerikanischer Textvorlagen zurückzuführen ist. Diese Texte wurden von der weiteren Untersuchung ausgeschlossen. Bei den verbleibenden Texten ließ sich in vielen Fällen feststellen, dass Code-Switching an exponierten Positionen auftritt. Dies lässt darauf schließen, dass Code-Switching hier für die Erregung von Aufmerksamkeit, aber auch für die Betonung von Authentizität und Internationalität eingesetzt wird. Weitere Belege für die Nutzung von Code-Switching lassen sich auf die üblichen Funktionen von Code-Switching zurückführen, wie z.B. Ausfüllen eines Bezeichnungsbedarfes, Erklärung, Glaubhaftmachung der eigenen Aussagen usw. Darüber hinaus kann nachgewiesen werden, dass Code-Switching auch gezielt eingesetzt wird, um die ideologischen Botschaften der Reichsbürger (insbesondere die Ablehnung der staatlichen Existenz der Bundesrepublik Deutschland) zu unterstützen.
